I always post all my catalogs and studio stories, but I rarely post my natural light work.  Also, I am going to try to make an attempt to post more of the beautiful models that I shoot from the many New York modeling agencies.  Here is Kerstin from New York Models; absolutely beautiful and very sweet.  I shot this last week in my studio.  The photo is taken with existing ambient light using my Canon 5D Mark II and my 85mm F1.2 lens.  My settings were ISO640 with 1/125 at F2.

Vårt kontrakt går ut den första november, det känns ändå bra. Vi har ju haft ett jävla bra år som världens bekvämaste tanter men all good must come to an end.. Eller, näe.. men om det inte tar slut nån gång får vi aldrig hitta på nya roliga saker så ja, vi är som nöjda. Hur som helst så började det ringa en massa folk som ville kolla på lägenheten så vi har nu visat upp den och berättat om hur fantastiskt det är att bo just precis här. Det har varit en flera gulliga här och alla älskar den (såklart!) och även om det inte är upp till mig så kan jag inte låta bli att hoppas lite för att allihopa ska få den.

Vi har killen med vakthund vars föräldrar bor mittemot, han vill gärna bo närmre dom nu när dom är så gamla så han kan ta hand om dom (!!!). Sen har vi småbarnsföräldrar och gilmoregirls mor/dotter-typen.

Det viktigaste är dock att den som flyttar in är nån som faller vår fantastiska granne Kerstin i smaken. Alltså ingen som lever om och så är det ett plus om man kanske går över till henne med blåbärspaj.. (det lönar sig, för man får bröd tillbaka).

Cameron; heya everyone had an amazing day, we had our culture exchange so all of whiskey 1 and 2 and their villagers were in a big room doing dances and funny acts. I felt it was one of my best days so far as every one was so happy and there was a great atmosphere in the room. We got all the kids dancing with us and then finished on we will rock you was such a laugh.

Also we have had a chance to go to the tea factory witch was pretty sweet seeing how its made, makes you feel a bit sorry for the people who work there as we found it hard to cope with the heat and smell for like 30 minutes, also the amount of tea leafs that had to be picked was massive.

Its going to be a shame leaving the village but I cant wait for the trek going to be sweet walking through the wildlife reserve.

Gotta now go win some biscuits in poker

Becca b -  Hello today has been the best day so far omg fantastic, it was our culture exchange day, where we showed them something from England and they did the same, we started with what we had taught the kids at work head shoulders nees and toes followed by we’re singing in the rain. we got the kids to get involved to, to end it all we did the song we will we will rock you it was so entertaining,,many speeches were said 1 by ella and scott they did really well,, the song chica chica boom that we sing on the way to work , the boys that we worked with put on a dance, so we got up on stage with them and danced along it was wicked I loved it,, loads of singing dancing from the Indian  children so different from our dancing  but still brilliant,, we had fish 2day the first bit of meat I have had since I have been here, it tasted like freds batted cod no world of a lie,,(want one of those when I get back 2) all the girls today dressed in our saris (Indian dress) we all looked the part but don’t see how they wear them all day in this heat everyone was so hot, the indian women of the village helped us get ready and called us there children,, we thought it would be a small turn out but the whole place was packed everyone from each villiage was here it was magical,, it just seemed like we were all family because we so close,, well im off now keep reading love you.x.

Hannah Johnson- hey everyone, twice in one day, hope you all feel special! Had quite a good day today really, the celebration presentation of the toilets was amazing, a few speeches from the leaders of west sussex, Raleigh and CTRD. Translated in English and in Indian, that was interesting. We did head, shoulders, knees and toes and we also did another dance/song with the kids. Malachi then read out a poem that they had written and then we all sung, we will rock you! I was banging on the gerri cans for that, bit like playing the drums, im definitely a pro now! The other group did their own version of stomp, was really good,. Had loadsa fun, got up and danced tp a song with the kids that is an Indian song that we all know from being out here, heard it so many times. Its called chiku chiku boom boom, really funny! After watching the kids from the villages I was finally able to spend some time with james, hes still in the campsite so really don’t get to see him so was really nice to be able to spend some time together. Everyone has just been to the local shop now but I chose to stay here because couldn’t be bothered to put my long trousers on! Got my mate to buy me some snacks, to keep me going. Met some really nice people out here. Hopefully speak to them when get back but you never know what will happen ay. Just wait nd see. Back to work tomorrow though. Still cant wait to come home and see everyone, probably wont write and more letters home now because they will take so long to get there that ill probably be back by then. Missing you all so much, have really learnt so much since I have been out here. Things will change I promise. Love you all so much xxxxxxxxx

Rachel - today has been really good fun we had a culture day and it was really interesting, today as a group we practised our presentation for the culture day and we sang heads shoulders knees and toes and we also sang we will rock you. It was really good being able to see the other group again today and we got the chance to put on suris and longis. Lunch was really nice as it was a change from curry as we had fried fish and rice. What was really nice about the day was seeing the children from the village that we work in and being able to spend some time with them as we were not working. I am really looking forward to the treck as we are walking through a nature reserve and I am hoping to see some tigers. Today I am feeling a lot better about everything and I can not wait to see everyone back home. We are back to work bright and early tomorrow hopefully building more toilets and finishing some more of the plastering. Yesterday was good going to the tea factory and learning how tea is produced. Hopefully we will be playing some games tonight after dinner as it helps me to unwind and get to sleep quicker. Looking forward to dinner even though it is curry but I am really beginning to get use to the spicy and I can not wait to teach you how to make a curry called sambar it is really nice and not to spicy we have it every lunch time in the village we work in and everyday two people from the group get the chance to help prepare it. Not long left in India now it is only 9days till we come home and I have really enjoyed it here and I would love to thank everyone who make this trip possible and it has been the best experience some one can have and I can not wait to share my experiences and knowledge everyone back home so thank you for this once in a live time opportunity I have enjoyed every minute of it even the moment when I was in pain on the hill from where I had fallen over. Everyone has there ups and down this trip has help me to improve my self confidence so much so I am going to come home and be more confindent and hopefully by the end of this brilliant trip be more independent

Ella: Oh My God! Where do I start  the show today was amazing. The Indian ladies helped us all get ready into our saris, it was 5 minutes till showdown and I got dragged into the stitching room with loads of ladies that wanted to tighten my sari top, it was pretty funny and it ended up looking better but I just had to proper suck it in!  it was so boiling sitting in a room packed and squished with so many people there was loads of villagers from each village and both groups. When I went up to do my speech I was sweating and shaking so bad, I had to keep stopping for Mr, Raganathen to translate but me and scott got a huge round of applause at the end so it was all good J girls from the village came and sat on mine and beccas lap during the show, so when we went up for our performance they came up and joined in too. It went so well , we done heads shoulders knees and toes, aruchacha and we will rock you. After the Indian villages performed for us. The dances were amazing and they gave it there all. Boys from our village done a dance to chica chica boom boom as they no we loved it, we got up on stage and joined in. at the end they repeated the song so we could get up and dance again, the show was so amazing even though we were all dripping with sweat it went really well. After wards we said bye to all the villagers, even though were working tomorrow I think they thought it was the last goodbye, but I managed to explain to some , saying bye today did make me realise how hard Tuesday is going to be when we leave, especially saying by to the girls and the two ladies that invited us into their home and gave us gifts. Tomorrow is our last day of work (YES!!) then on teusday it’s the opening ceremony. Wednesday we get a bus to the start of our trek, we camp for 4 nights and hike for 3 days, were going to a national park were knowone had ever trekked before as it’s a special reserve exciting stuff. Going to go eat my noodles now yummy ! A change to curry, Lots of love missing home and all its luxurys L but am having the time of my life J Ella x
