Why oh why anyone would anyone give these two a show?? It’s going around the net that Bobby Brown and Kevin Federline became pals while being on Celebrity Fit Club together. And Bobby told a TMZ cameraman that he and Kev were talking about doing a show together. No word on what the show would be about, but I am sure it will be entertaining.

It seems like lately whenever I meet someone new, they always end up telling me “you remind me of someone I know” or “you look like [insert name here]”. I can’t decide if this is a good thing. What if I remind them of the kid they hated in middle school or their uncle with the hairy back? Or maybe I remind them of the funny, good-lookin’ guy who they used to work with. Usually I just get the obligatory “you remind me of this guy I went high school with” or, my personal favorite, “you look like my friend Mark”. Really? Who the hell is Mark? I never really know how to respond to these assessments. Do I say thanks? Do I act offended? Do I tell them they’re wrong? I always wonder if they are secretly mocking me or if they are just trying to be nice. What if Mark is a huge gomer? What if the guy they went to high school with is a burnout? I usually just smile and think to myself that Mark is the coolest guy they’ve ever met because I don’t know how else to take it. I know I probably shouldn’t care or even spend time thinking about these things. But I can’t help it. I have a tendency to analyze things that probably shouldn’t be analyzed.

Anyway, last Sunday night I was told by the in-laws that I vaguely resemble Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo. Well that’s good, I think. It’s better than the fat guy from Austin Powers. But I’ve decided to have some fun with this new look-a-like game.

Okay, granted it’s not Pitt or McConaughey, but, hey, I’ll take it. Let’s see here: Rich? Check. NFL baller? Check. Smart enough to get rid of Jessica Simpson and her crazy dad? Check. I’m going to go ahead and say this one falls into the compliment category.

So, I was in the Atlanta airport at Burger King ordering a couple Whopper Jr.’s and the lady working the counter told me I looked like the guy from Extreme Home Makeover, Ty Pennington. Even though this guy’s show makes my wife cry more often than I do, I’ll take it as a compliment.

A couple weeks ago I got a text from a buddy who was at a Jack’s Mannequin concert out in California, and he claimed that I look like the lead singer Andrew McMahon. I’ve got to admit I’m not sure I see it. I actually think that Andrew McMahon kind of looks like my next door neighbor Kevin. But, hey, the dude fronts a band, so I’ll take it. 

Then, on Saturday night, the wife and I went out to eat with our friends Amanda and Jason. About halfway through dinner, Jason told me I kind of look like the Man vs. Wild guy Bear Grylls. I had to admit that I’d never seen the show, so I had no clue who the hell Bear Grylls was. I Googled him on Sunday, and I really hope I don’t look that old. But, hey, this guy wrestles bears for a living and eats large snakes for fun, so, whatever, Bears Grylls it is.

Okay, I think I can do better than that.

I think these comparisons are starting to get worse. A couple summers ago I buzzed my head for the first time in my life. I was digging my new look until the first words out of my buddy Justin’s mouth were “hey K-Fed, what’s up?” I’m pretty sure I don’t look anything like the ex-dancer that knocked up Britney Spears. But this guy gets to sit at home every day and collect $20,000 a month just for having been Britney’s boy toy. You know what? He might be fat now, but for $20,000 a month, one could do worse.

I’m sure you’ve heard of it, but there is an application on Facebook called My Heritage. The program allows you to upload a picture of your face and, based on your hair and facial features, gives you a small list of celebrities that you most closely resemble. When I first tried this I thought it was going to be pretty fun. I thought I could finally end the look-a-like debate. I was hoping for somebody really good looking like David Beckham or Matt Damon. Or maybe somebody cool like Johnny Depp or Eddie Vedder. I definitely wasn’t banking on being the gay guy off Will and Grace. Mr. Sean Hayes! You know what? I think I’m just going to be myself.

Looking at the current music industry, I find it interesting how a lot of the biggest stars have attached themselves to one another.  Beyoncé and Jay-Z are considered the golden couple of R&B / hip-hop, and although they are both megastars and extremely talented in their own right (and have lots of independent ventures, and carved out their own careers independently before getting together), it’s the fact that they are together which makes them seem almost invincible.  When you listen to some of Beyoncé’s love songs, you can imagine her singing about Jay-Z; when she has a song like “Diva” which exudes confidence in a hip-hop style, you assume that Jay-Z had something to do with that attitude.  Even if it’s not the case.  Likewise, on Robin Thicke’s new song “Meiplé”, Jay-Z raps about Beyoncé being the “black Brigitte Bardot”.

Running with the Beyoncé example, she teams up with artists such as Shakira and Lady Gaga (whoever’s hot, basically) to cement her status as one of music’s elite.  Just like Timbaland and Justin Timberlake, or Timbaland and Nelly Furtado.  Relationships-wise, remember the furore over Britney Spears and Justin back in the day?  Their relationship elevated them to supernova-level megastardom, and was a massive element in their fame and success.  Interestingly, when they broke up, things just weren’t the same.  I think as members of the public, we like a couple who are balanced musically and seem to fit each other personally – it seems like fairytales can happen.  And when they self-destruct and we’re forced to admit that the fairytale was something created by the public and the media that the celebrities could never live up to, it’s just not the same.  I’m sure that there are some people who would attribute Britney’s entire marriage to Kevin Federline and her subsequent meltdown to the fact that her and Justin broke up, regardless of the reasons behind that breakup or the other factors in Britney’s life that added to her downward spiral (and subsequent resurgence).  I think that the same is happening with Rihanna and Chris Brown at the moment – however good their music / dancing / fashion might be, the fact that they were part of a couple – however much they would deny it to the paparazzi – made them seem that little bit more gilded in superstardom.  Now that they’ve split up, regardless of who beat who, they’re both experiencing some backlash (despite the fact that in both cases, their new material is certainly up to par, if not better, than their previous work).  What’s up with that?

I was thinking about this not because I ruminate daily on Beyoncé and Rihanna’s love lives, but because the same kind of thing has happened at uni.  Consciously or not, several of us within our course have paired off – not in a romantic sense, but just attached ourselves to one best friend.  There’s Pete and Emma, Penny and Daisy, Julie and Clare, among others – and of course me and Mike.  Talking about Mike and me, we’re the unofficial ‘leaders’ of our group – everyone seems to look to us whenever we speak in class, whenever someone needs to volunteer to do something in the group, organising social events.  I dread to think what would have happened if one of us didn’t smoke – we wouldn’t have had the chance to gel so instantly (on the first morning, Mike came up to me and said “Do you smoke?” “Yes.” “I thought it was you outside.  THANK GOD.  I smoke too!” and that was it!).  But I still think that because of the people we are, we would have found each other before too long.  It’s interesting how we seem to attract others around us, be they members of the aforementioned pairs, or others.  At first, there was a pair of the two youngest girls, Jenny and Sian, but as time’s gone on, Jenny has started to explore life on the dark side (i.e. she’s hanging out with me, Mike and Vikki) and loosened up to have some fun.  There’s a sense of charisma and magnetism that pairs who get on well exude without even much effort.  I wonder if those in our group who don’t come out for social drinks, who turn up to uni alone and go home alone, are enjoying it quite as much?  I know that the point of the course is not to have fun and socialise, but I like to work hard and play hard, and I think it’s a good balance for getting the most from this experience.

The funny thing was one night recently when Mike couldn’t come out.  I was still the social ringleader, but I did have a couple of comments such as “So what is Mike doing tonight?”  ”How is Mike?” “You won’t smoke as much tonight since your smoking partner isn’t here.”  Me and Mike texted during the evening (he was sad he couldn’t be there, I was updating him on the scandal and gossip as the night progressed), but I thought it was interesting how people still kinda saw me as the ringleader, but thought that he and me were inseparable to the point of knowing each other’s business inside out.  I told Mike about it on Sunday when I saw him, and we laughed at the fact people seem to have the conception that we cannot exist without one another (I’ve heard one person say “Mike loves you, he follows you everywhere!” when I don’t see it as following, I just see it as a natural gravitation towards one another) – last time I checked, I managed 23.8 years of my life without Mike, and he managed even more without me.

Once you become a part of a “power couple” in whatever sense, does that make you inferior when you act on your own?  As much as I enjoy being part of the “Mike & I” leadership party, I’m still my own person.  Me and Mike have a lot in common, but we’re different in a lot of ways too, and I don’t need him to function.  And vice versa!  I think that having a companion or partner in crime makes you feel stronger, bolder and more confident, but it doesn’t mean that without the other person, you’re nothing.  I wonder what Jay-Z thinks about his position in hip-hop’s elite, and whether this position would be compromised were he to divorce Beyoncé tomorrow.  Sometimes a friendship or relationship brings along with it a certain amount of social bank or clout, but that’s not the sole reason why we should be friends with anyone – we just gel with people and connect from there.  Because at the end of the day, people may see a certain facet of us in the public eye – whether we’re celebrities or just day-to-day people – but behind closed doors or in the privacy of our own relationship, we have that connection for reasons people don’t understand unless they’re willing to plumb the depths below the surface.

How does a dancer gain this much weight? He really let himself go. I mean, I’d still hit it but only to be in In Touch to talk about it. His disgusting, pasty white belly hitting me with every pump.

With Letterman, Oprah’s continual drug and booze problems and fucking Kate Hudson at the World Series, I haven’t seen much of Brit’s kids on the front cover. It’s like they disappeared. Maybe K Fed ate them.

All this news surrounding Kevin Federline losing weight. Well yippe for him. I want to address the reason he gained all the weight in the first place (this is only my opinion) but when you stop the coke and other drug usage but still are consuming Cheetos and Fast Food of course you are going to gain weight.

Why is everyone so content on claiming this joker is a great dad, the only thing he ever did was look like a normal parent compared to Britney. Lets be real that is not hard to do at all.

Congrats Federline, you smelly bastard, you have managed to not have your drug usage public and get kudos for losing your after drug weight. You suck.

Is Kevin Federline preparing for fatherhood again?

According to The National Enquirer, K-Fat K-Fed is expecting a child with current squeeze, Victoria Prince.

The 31-year-old, rapper already has two sons with ex-wife, Britney Spears – Sean Preston, four, and Jayden James, three.

He also fathered a daughter, seven-year-old, Kori, and a son, five-year-old, Kaleb with actress and former girlfriend, Shar Jackson.

A source told the US magazine: “The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news.”

Federline’s spokesperson has debunked the rumours, simply stating the allegations “are not true“.

This guy must super-fertile. It seems like every relationship he enters, results in pregnancy.

Is K-Fed about to be a baby daddy again for the fifth time? Well, that’s what the National Enquirer is claiming. According to the tabloid, Kevin Federline’s girlfriend Victoria Prince is reportedly pregnant.

Esa es la única razón que encuentro al enterarme que al parecer, Kevin Federline ya embarazó a actual pareja, Victoria Prince. Tal vez Kevin lo hizo intencionalmente para que su novia vea lo que se siente andar con una enorme panza por todos lados, como la suya. Este sería el quinto hijo de Kevin, ya que tiene 2 con Shar Jackson y dos con Britney Spears y, según los reportes, cuando se enteró que se novia estaba embarazada, no quedó nada contento. La verdad no entiendo en qué podría molestarle a KFed que se embaracen sus parejas, no es como si las fuera a mantener. Pero por otro lado, no sé por qué Kevin se empeña en seguir trayendo niños al mundo, ya son demasiados, a este paso, tendrá tantos que se verá en la necesidad de ponerlos en adopción.

Kevin Federline becomes a dad for the 5th time, with 3 different woman. What a class act huh. Well ,maybe by the time his new girlfriend is 9 months pregnant her belly is bigger then his!

Amy Winehouse is going for the full extreme makeover!!. First the fake tits, now also plumped lips and what looks like some plumping in the face. Well, whatever she is doing she looks a lot better than before, so keep on going.

The Oscar hosts this year will be Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin. Well, after last years Hugh Jackman and rumored hosts Stephen Colbert and Neil Patrick Harris ,this seems like a boring and in my eyes disappointing choice.

The big winner of the MTV European Music Awards was Beyonce winning 3 awards for best singer, best song “Halo” and best clip “Single Ladies.” Lady Gaga won for best newcomer. Not a surprise but very deserved nonetheless. Eminem winning for best male singer though????

For today I’ve decided to stay on fathers trying to help their foolish children who happen to be celebrities. You should probably have a good idea of who’s on my mind right now. Can you guess??? Well, I won’t hold you in suspense any longer. Yes, the infamous Britney Spears will be my punching bag today. She fell off the map for a while but now she’s back, but the strange thing is that her father keeps putting her back in the news. After all of the fuss she created with that piece of husband, K-Fed, (how lame and now he’s like 3,000 pounds) her two sons who I feel extremely sorry for, and her shaving her head. WHAT was that about? But supposedly her father is trying to clean up her image, and get her back on track after she released a song about having a threesome. (Gross!) According to PopTarts, a branch of FOX News, “She is so out of it she just doesn’t care anymore,”  “She just does what she’s told and is totally in her world, she’ll even call people at all hours of night for a general conversation and acts like it’s the middle of the day or something.”  But hopefully there will be some light at the end of Britney’s tunnel. Word on the street is that she plans to marry her new bf, Jason, and her family approves of him which gives her another plus. However, that’s all well and good but WHAT were you thinking? WHAT gave you the thought to put you toddlers in you lap while you drive? WHAT did you think was going to happen when you damn near ran over that paparazzi? WHAT are doing marry back up dancers? WHAT, WHAT, WHAT?!?

De acordo com o site TMZ e o Famosidades do MSN, o dançarino/rapper, ex-marido de Britney Spears, Kevin Federline apareceu bem mais magro em  uma boate em Las Vegas.

Kevin que estava muito acima do seu peso, vai participar de um reallity  show chamado VH1 onde o objetivo é perder peso e fica em forma.

Aparentemente ele já perdeu 16kg para não fazer feio nas câmeras e está em uma dieta onde come de três em três horas.

O Personal Trainner Chris Cormier disse ao tablóide inglês The Sun:
