1. Seorang Arab Badui bertanya, “Kapankah tibanya kiamat?” Nabi Saw lalu menjawab, “Apabila amanah diabaikan maka tunggulah kiamat.” Orang itu bertanya lagi, “Bagaimana hilangnya amanat itu, ya Rasulullah?” Nabi Saw menjawab, “Apabila perkara (urusan) diserahkan kepada orang yang bukan ahlinya, maka tunggulah kiamat.” (HR. 2. Mendekati kiamat akan terjadi fitnah-fitnah seolah-olah kepingan-kepingan malam yang gelap-gulita. Seorang yang pagi hari beriman maka pada sore harinya menjadi kafir, dan orang yang pada sore harinya beriman maka pada pagi harinya menjadi kafir, dia menjual agamanya dengan (imbalan) harta-benda dunia. 11. Belum akan tiba kiamat sehingga merajalela ‘Alharju’. Para sahabat lalu bertanya, “Apa itu ‘Alharju’, ya Rasulullah?” Lalu beliau menjawab,”Pembunuhan… pembunuhan…” (HR. Ahmad)
12. Belum akan tiba kiamat melainkan matahari akan terbit dari Barat. Jika terbit dari Barat maka seluruh umat manusia akan beriman. 14. Tibanya kiamat atas makhluk-makhluk yang jahat. (HR. Muslim). *Penjelasan: Saat kiamat tiba, tidak ada lagi orang yang beriman. Jadi yang ditimpa azab kiamat ialah orang-orang yang jahat.
15. Saat akan tiba kiamat, jaman saling mendekat. Satu tahun seperti sebulan, sebulan seperti seminggu, seminggu seperti sehari, sehari seperti satu jam dan satu jam seperti menyalakan kayu dengan api. (HR. Tirmidzi). *Penjelasan: Jika kiamat tiba maka rotasi bumi makin cepat. Kalau rotasi sekarang 1000 mil per jam, maka dapat diperkirakan pada hari kiamat tujuh kali atau dua belas kali bahkan lebih.
16. Demi yang jiwa Muhammad dalam genggaman-Nya. Tiada tiba kiamat melainkan telah merata dan merajalela dengan terang-terangan segala perbuatan mesum dan keji, pemutusan hubungan kekeluargaan, beretika (berakhlak) buruk dengan tetangga, orang yang jujur (amanat) dituduh berkhianat, dan orang yang khianat diberi amanat (dipercaya). 17. Belum akan tiba kiamat sehingga kaum muslimin berperang dengan orang-orang Yahudi. Kaum muslimin membunuh mereka dan mereka bersembunyi di balik batu dan pohon-pohonan. Lalu batu dan pohon-pohon berkata, “Wahai kaum muslimin, wahai hamba Allah, ini orang Yahudi di belakang saya. Mari bunuhlah dia.” Kecuali pohon “Gharqad” yang tumbuh di Baitil Maqdis. Itu adalah pohon orang-orang Yahudi. (HR. Ahmad)
18. Orang-orang ahli (Laailaaha illallah) tidak akan mengalami kesepian tatkala wafat, saat di kuburan dan ketika dibangkitkan. Seolah-olah aku melihat mereka ketika dibangkitkan (pada tiupan sangkakala yang kedua). Mereka sedang menyingkirkan tanah (pasir) dari kepala mereka seraya berkata, “Alhamdulillah, yang telah menghilangkan duka-cita dari kami.” (HR. Abu Ya’la)
19. Kamu akan dibangkitkan pada hari kiamat tanpa sandal, telanjang bulat dan tidak dikhitan. Aisyah bertanya, “Ya Rasulullah, laki-laki dan perempuan saling melihat (aurat) yang lain?” Nabi Saw menjawab, “Pada saat itu segala urusan sangat dahsyat sehingga orang tidak memperhatikan (mengindahkan) hal itu.” (Mutafaq’alaih)
20. Didatangkan kebaikan-kebaikan (pahala) dan kejahatan-kejahatan (dosa) seorang hamba, lalu saling mengikis dan bila masih tersisa kebaikan (pahala) itu Allah akan melapangkannya untuk masuk surga. (HR. Bukhari)

This week I have been asked to construct a list of key phrases that describe my chosen e-commerce business (dominos.co.uk) and come up with a list of 12 key phrases.

The first tool I used was google keyword tool. On this site i simply typed in ‘dominos.co.uk’ and carried out the search. This showed me the top 100 searches for dominos. However when inspecting the results i saw that the vast majority were about places for example ‘dominos Belfast’ or ‘dominos Fulham’.

The second tool I used was google AdWords tool. I found this to be the most useful tool and presented me with a wide range of results and how popular each one is. This search returned 199 results to me. The top answer was ‘Pizza’ with 30,400,000 UK searches in october  followed by ‘Dominos’ with 2,740,000 UK searches in october.

The third tool I used was google insights. This website was slightly different to the previous two I had used. With this tool i was able to compare different keywords and find out what one was the most popular. The results of this search were presented to me on a graph as can be seen below and I was also able to see the location of the people who visit the site on a map. My findings on this site showed that ‘pizza delivery’ is the most popular keyword.

I have chosen my final 12 keywords after looking through the results of my searches and have decided that the following list is the most suitable for dominos.co.uk:

dominos pizza

pizza locations

pizza

order online pizza

dominos coupons

local pizza

dominos meal deals

pizza UK (this takes into consideration the searching of specific areas such as ‘Dominos Belfast’)

dominos menu

large pizza

In order to encourage traffic to a website, the preferred method to do this is through optimisation of the search engine. This is done through the use of specialist keywords, individual to the company. When an end user enters a word or phrase into a search engine, results are provided in a list of websites. It is vital to the sales and success of the company, that their website is considered the most applicable result to the user’s search. It is for this reason that keyword selection is imperative to an online retail company.

Google provide a number of tools, great for analysis of a website. In order to provide my own opinion of the best keywords for Clinique.com, I have utilised such methods to find what the most popular searches for the company are. The results are based on clicks to the Clinique website from user searches. For instance, if the keyword “dermatology” appears frequently throughout my analysis, I can conclude that the keyword to be popular among users and the target audience, and therefore would need to be included in the final list.

The first tool I have used to examine keyword density for Clinique is the Google keyword search too. Illustrated below are common words associated with the company.  

It also contains the price a company would have to pay to feature this word so that they appear higher on the results page. Acne control, for example, has a higher price that the others which shows that there is a lot of competition in this area, and would be beneficial to use this keyword, in order to benefit from this user demand.

In addition to Google Ad Words search and keyword tool, there are numerous tools on the web that provide insight into the concentration of key words for a specific website. Seobook, for example is a “search engine optimiser” tool, which provides analysis of a website and its most common key words.

The tool based on the Webconfs site also allowed me to search through a cloud of keywords common to Clinique.com

Final twelve key words/phrases

Make Up

This phrase has appeared in my analysis on all tools. The retail of make up is one of the key areas of the company and a great selling point; therefore a lot of sales are to be gained from this keyword being included.

Skin Care

The overall objective of this company is skin care to its clients. In addition to the aim of the business, this key phrase also proved to be one of the most popular searches among users.

Clinique

Customers already familiar with the brand used this keyword to locate the company and its products. This was a common word that appeared, so it I have deemed this to be an important key word to include.

Fragrance

Clinique sell a large line of their own personal brand of fragrances. These have been big sellers for the company, and the volume of search results indicate that a lot of users are searching for these products.

Cosmetics

The company also sell a large range of costmetics. Cosmetics came up on numerous keyword tools, and are one of the main keywords that direct users to the website.

Products

This is a general but popular keyword I have decided to use. Majority of searches containing this word pertained to skin care.

Acne Control

I have included this phrase as it was a common phrase that appeared. It is also a widespread problem to people of all ages, therefore there is a huge market to target the problem. By including this key phrase in, I believe Clinique could have an increase in sales by customers looking to combat this problem.

Sensitive Skin

This phrase, again, was popular, and illustrates the fact that Clinique do business in the specialist market as well. Sensitive skin is a problem area for a large percentage of the population, and therefore has a large proportion of people searching how to take care of their skin correctly.

Exfoliate

This keyword gives a larger insight into what kind of products the company sells, and considering these types of products are popular and big sellers, it would be an advantage to the company to include a key word such as this in its meta tags.

Foundation

It is necessary to include more specific products, so as to compete better with company rivals. For example, if this keyword was missing, the user could be directed to Boots, and a sale would be lost.

Body

This keyword was returned in many of my results, and is therefore largely connected and linked with Clinique.

Gifts

A common search was that of searching for gifts. This is a large market, as people are likely to buy expensive gifts for others as opposed to themselves. Specialist gift sets are not often bought for oneself, however are very popular to give to friends and family. It is important because of this, that Clinique target this market.

Sie bekommen jede Menge Keyword-Vorschläge und sehen relativ schnell, dass es bei diesem Thema (logischerweise) sehr viele Konkurrenten gibt. Einige Begriffe gingen zwar noch (zum Beispiel: “wenig Geld verdienen”), aber im Großen und Ganzen eignet sich das Thema absolut nicht.

Es sei denn, dass Sie nur ein Forum über das Thema Geld verdienen eröffnen wollen oder eine kostenlose Website zu diesem Thema planen. Doch selbst da gibt es mehr als genug Konkurrenz.

Versuchen Sie es jetzt einfach mit anderen Begriffen, die Ihnen einfallen.

Hobbys sind sehr oft Nischenthemen und gerade für Hobbys geben Menschen sogar gerne Geld aus!

Probieren Sie zum Beispiel einmal den Begriff “Flöte”.

Sie werden erstaunlich viele Vorschläge für Keywords erhalten, bei denen Sie keinen einzigen Konkurrenten haben. Überprüfen Sie aber sicherheitshalber die Ergebnisse immer noch einmal, indem Sie selbst über Google danach suchen. Nur weil niemand eine Kampagne gebucht hat, müssen die Informationen nicht zwangsläufig komplett fehlen.

Wenn Sie dann allerdings selbst einmal Werbung über Google buchen wollen, müssen Sie nicht Unsummen für einen Klick ausgeben.

Falls Sie nicht glauben, dass ein Thema mit gerade mal 200 Anfragen wirklich Gewinn bringen kann, dann rechnen Sie doch erst einmal!

Nehmen wir an, dass Sie ein Ebook über ein spezielles Thema geschrieben haben und es jetzt für nur 19,95€ (Einführungspreis, den man nach einer gewissen Zeit auch WIRKLICH anheben sollte, wenn man sich unseriös wirken will) verkaufen.

Sie können davon ausgehen, dass mindestens 10% an Ihrem Produkt interessiert sein könnten. Wahrscheinlich kaufen nicht alle sofort, also sorgen Sie für einen Eintrag in Ihrem Newsletter!

Gehen wir jetzt aber einfach mal davon aus, dass nur 1% aller Anfragen zu einem Verkauf führt. Dann hätten Sie bei 200 Anfragen immerhin 39,90€ (ohne Steuern) verdient. Mit einem Newsletter lässt sich das wenigstens auf das zehnfache steigern. Sie könnten also bei einer geringen Nachfrage von 200 Personen problemlos wenigstens 399€ verdienen. Bedenken Sie bitte, dass es immer wieder neue Anfragen geben wird und dass zufriedene Kunden Sie eventuell auch empfehlen werden.

In dem Fall sollten Sie natürlich im Bestfall hohe Provisionen bieten. Geben Sie ruhig 50% bei einem erfolgreichen Verkauf weg. Wenn Sie Angst vor einem zu geringen Verdienst haben, dann heben Sie den Preis einfach auf das doppelte an.

Je höher die Provisionen und je einzigartiger Ihr Produkt, desto mehr Partner werden Sie ganz sicher bekommen.

Würden Sie schließlich nicht auch ein Produkt bewerben, wenn Sie 15€ und mehr Provision erwarten könnten? Achten Sie aber bitte wirklich auf hochwertigen Inhalt bei einem Ebook, verschenken Sie eine Leseprobe und bieten Sie Ihren Newsletter-Abonnenten immer wieder wirklich nützliche und interessante Infos zum Thema. Schicken Sie lieber nur einmal monatlich einen Newsletter raus, der dafür aber auch gelesen und sogar sehnsüchtig erwartet wird. Werben Sie im Newsletter nicht zu viel für Ihr Produkt, sondern stellen Sie die kostenlosen Informationen des Nischenthemas in den Vordergrund.

Stellen Sie immer hochwertige Newsletter zu und werden diese auch wirklich gelesen, dann könnten Sie sogar über den Verkauf von Werbeplätzen nachdenken. Aber bitte nicht habgierig werden! Weniger ist mehr. Und natürlich sollte die Werbung auch wenigstens annähernd zum Thema passen.

Auch Ebay eignet sich übrigens hervorragend zum Auffinden von “Nischen”. Lassen Sie sich einfach die häufigsten Suchbegriffe anzeigen und schreiben Sie vielleicht dazu ein Ebook. Das Trendbarometer erweist sich in dem Fall als überaus nützliches Tool.

Momentan zum Beispiel ist “Windows 7″ natürlich ein sehr gefragter Begriff. Haben Sie das Programm, dann testen Sie es ausführlich und schreiben Sie eine Anleitung, die auch für absolute Anfänger geeignet ist. Wer noch XP oder Vista hat, wird dankbar für ausführliche und vor allem verständliche Informationen sein. Immerhin will der Kauf eines so teuren Programms reiflich überlegt sein. Braucht man die Funktionen wirklich, was kann man alles damit machen, funktionieren die alten Spiele auch bei Windows 7, wird der Drucker/Scanner weiterhin erkannt und dergleichen Fragen mehr. Was könnte andere interessieren? Überlegen Sie es sich und schreiben Sie ein Ebook. Je schneller Sie auf die Trends reagieren, desto mehr verdienen Sie logischerweise auch.

Rechnen Sie aber auf jeden Fall damit, dass es sich nur um kurzzeitige Einnahmequellen handeln wird. Nutzen Sie den Traffic also auch für Ihre anderen Produkte. Suchen Sie zum Beispiel jemanden, der Ihnen für die Vermittlung von Windows 7 eine Provision zahlt oder haben Sie vielleicht auch noch ein Ebook mit geheimen Tipps zu PowerPoint, Word oder Excel auf Ihrer Festplatte? Bauen Sie Ihre Werbung ein, aber übertreiben Sie es nicht!

Übrigens: Auch wenn Sie vielleicht mit Weihnachten, Ostern oder anderen Festen nicht viel am Hut haben, sollten Sie diese Theman doch nicht vollkommen ignorieren. Zu jenen Zeiten werden Rezepte, Bastelideen, Bilder, Gedichte, Geschenke und so weiter gesucht. Schreiben Sie doch einfach passende Geschichten oder Gedichte. Oder malen Sie Vorlagen für Einladungskarten und bieten Sie eventuell noch passende Texte an. Ihrer Fantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Sie können auch ein Ebook darüber schreiben, wie man am besten eine Weihnachtsfeier organisiert oder wie man quengelnde Kinder in der Vorweihnachtszeit ablenkt. Und wenn Sie Weihnachten nicht leiden können, dann schreiben Sie doch einfach darüber! Es gibt unendlich auch bei solchen Themen genügend Nischen.

Sie sollten nur beachten: Bleiben Sie nicht allgemein, sondern spezialisieren Sie sich! Je stärker Sie Ihr Thema einengen, desto höher wird schließlich die Kaufrate Ihrer Besucher sein. Von einem mittelmäßigen Ebook lassen sich zwar auch einige Expemplare verkaufen, aber irgendwann spricht es sich doch herum. Auf positives Feedback (weitere Käufe) oder gar Empfehlungen brauchen Sie dann nicht zu hoffen.

So, das wird hoffentlich erst einmal ausreichend Informationsmaterial sein und Sie dürften bis zum nächsten Artikel erst einmal mit der Suche nach Nischenprodukten beschäftigt sein.
