Is That a War Zone? Nope, Just K-Fed’s Wrecked Rental Home

Aren’t the parents supposed to clean up after the kids? One-time rapper Kevin Federline, aka “K-Fed,” is being asked to pay over $100,000 in unpaid rent and damages for a ransacked home according to TMZ.

K-Fed has been accused of trashing a Tarzana, California home where he lived until this past May. The owners also claim Federline disappeared unexpectedly without paying his last 6 months of rent. Check out pics of the disaster zone, plus dozens more in TMZ’s gallery:

The owners are demanding $110,661 in damages and unpaid accommodation. The list of what has been wrecked is as bizarre as it is exhaustive. Via TMZ:

- Cigarette butts and empty beer bottles filling the gutters,
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island,
- Cracked light covers,
- Mangled light posts,
- Cracked tiles,
- Drawings on the walls,
- Dead plants and trees due to failure to upkeep,
- Unapproved conversion of a room into a studio,
- Malfunctioning dishwasher with broken baskets,
- Smoke detectors that have been dismantled,
- Oil damage on the front driveway,
- Unapproved tinting of master bathroom windows,
- Missing garage door opener,
and the pièce de résistance
- Permanent spit marks on the exterior paint! No camels were reported on site.

The letter threatens to take K-Fed to court if he refuses to pay.

Federline, 31, is a dancer, rapper, fashion model and, ahem, actor. He was married to pop princess Britney Spears for two years before their highly-publicized divorce. They were also involved in an ongoing custody battle over sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline. There is no word about how clean the boys’ rooms are.

We all know Kevin Federline let his sh*t slide over the last year, but he has always tried to cover up his man boobays with an oversized t-shirt ..until now that is.Seems he is no longer ashamed of showing what happens when you eat all Brits money and don’t take a dump for a couple of months.. Whose side are you on?

Two famous fathers will not be winning a Father of the Year award anytime soon: Jon Gosselin and Kevin Federline.While at first it appears the tabloid targets have nothing in common, Gosselin and Federline are more alike than we would like to think.

The Daily News breaks down the common traits and behaviors of the single dads to find out who comes out the winner.

TIPPING THE SCALES:

Federline was once a slender backup dancer whose good looks and muscular physique caught the attention of his now ex-wife Britney Spears. Now, the father of four’s six-pack abs have turned to flab, downgrading his nickname from K-Fed to K-Fat. The pudgy papa recently shocked onlookers by putting his burgeoning belly on display during a recent golfing event in Los Angeles.

The same could be said for Gosselin, whose weight gradually increased during his 10-year marriage to Kate Gosselin. His former life included organic meals cooked by his reality-star wife; his new bachelor days include champagne toasts in St. Tropez and dining out in the Hamptons. While Gosselin hasn’t been seen anywhere near a gym lately, the dad of 8 defends his pudgy figure. He said, “I’m not 18. My elasticity is not there.”

Loser: Kevin Federline. With no job and a reported $20,000 a month in child support, it wouldn’t hurt the formerly svelte dancer to sign up for a gym membership.

BLONDE BABES:

It took Federline some time before he jumped back into the dating game after his divorce from Spears. But in December 2008, the single dad found love with 6-foot-tall volleyball player, Victoria Prince. Federline and the blonde beauty have kept their relationship relatively under the radar by spending their nights bowling or playing with his kids. And on the plus side: Spears approves!

On the flip side, it didn’t take long before Gosselin left his reverse-mullet-wearing wife for a couple of new blondes. Less than three weeks after filing for divorce, the father of eight was spotted holding hands with 22-year-old Hailey Glassman, daughter of his wife’s plastic surgeon. Despite saying his “heart is always with Hailey,” the new playboy quickly moved on to former Star reporter Kate Major, who resigned from her job to be with the chubby dad. Since their “relationship” is nearing the two -week mark, it seems likely Gosselin has set his sights on another new 20-something bottle blonde.

Loser: Gosselin. Just because he married young and hasn’t been single in more than 10 years doesn’t make it right to prey on a clueless girl every other week.

REALITY SHOWS:

Viewers first got a taste of what life with Federline was like when the former dancer and Spears starred in their own short-lived reality series, “Chaotic.” There was a reason why listening to the trucker-hat-loving couple tirelessly discuss their sex life was only interesting enough to last six episodes. But K-Fed is back for another run in front of the cameras – and this time he’s bringing along his new girlfriend and two youngest sons, Eonline.com reported. According to our spies, Federline and Prince recently shot scenes for the pilot at Wasted Space nightclub in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Gosselin became a household name in 2006 after allowing cameras to document the lives of his eight children for the TLC series, “Jon & Kate Plus 8.” Despite the popularity that followed, Gosselin said he was having a difficult time adjusting to his newfound fame. But that obviously didn’t last long! In addition to his many recent staged photo-ops, the dad of eight is said to be shopping around his own reality show, Eonline.com reported.

Loser: Gosselin. The only appeal to “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ was Gosselin’s dynamic with his wife and the everyday activities of his adorable children. Without those components, no one wants to watch a middle-aged single dad preying on helpless women. That’s what we have “Rock of Love” for.

FAMOUS FRIENDS:

Back in his heyday when he was better known as Mr. Spears, Federline often ran in the same circles as Paris Hilton, Wilmer Valderrama and Lindsay Lohan. Now that his Cheeto-loving days are over, K-Fed has a new foundation of friends that include his ex-wife, Shar Jackson, new love Prince and his four children.

While Gosselin’s old entourage consisted of his wife and eight children, the single dad has found a new crop of questionable friends to call his own. His new followers are a motley crew comprised of former tabloid reporter Major, “Real Housewives of New York” star Jill Zarin , and Lindsay Lohan’s shady father, Michael.

Loser: Gosselin. When anyone starts taking parenting advice from Michael Lohan, there’s a problem.

FAILED CAREERS:

Who can remember the catchy hit song “PopoZao”? Anyone? No one? That’s because Federline’s failed attempt at escaping his famous ex-wife’s shadow to become a rapper was dismal. Though he had the chance to impress skeptics when performing onstage at the 2006 Kids Choice Awards, Federline instead became the laughing stock of the music industry with lyrics like “Girl, don’t you worry about all the dough, because a cat is coming straight out of the ‘NO.’ “

Though Gosselin’s only job is to live his life on camera (and fight for his wife’s book-sale paychecks), the single dad is trying his hand in the fashion world. The reality star has reportedly been in talks with fashion designer Christian Audigier to create a children’s clothing line. Though reps for Audigier deny rumors of the collaboration, one would hope there’s a reason behind the fashion choices of the flashy Ed Hardy-clad dad.

Loser: Federline. Even if Gosselin’s foray into kid’s clothing doesn’t work out, it’s hard to forget K-Fed trying to convince the world that “PopoZao” was a word that would catch on.

FINAL VERDICT: Although both men appear to fail in many of the same categories that link them, it appears the biggest loser at the moment is Gosselin. While it’s hard to accept K-Fed’s ballooning belly or forget his embarrassing stint as a rapper, the recent shenanigans of Gosselin are hard to stomach. In the same way many men’s Web sites have announced today is a Megan Fox-free day, there may have to be a future date marked as an anti-Gosselin day.

It’s one thing if you start out big and are lodged in a birth canal  for a week like we were, but it doesn’t get much better than seeing a D-lister sprout love handles.  The former Mr. Spears has apparently located our hideout.

I saw the new Star Trek movie.

I don’t know much about the original series, but I still found the movie accessible and pretty fun.  It’s the classic kind of summer blockbuster I remember from childhood: battle of good vs evil, devil-may-care attractive guys that say sarcastic things, friendships that seem more special than anything mere mortals can obtain, some sci-fi thrown in for good measure, a kiss or 2, and the promise of a sequel.

But as these epic moments spun out before my eyes, I kept returning to one thought over and over again.

I kept thinking, “One of these goons is going to burst into ill-thought-out rap or impregnate a trashy starlet or host a party in Vegas.”  I even checked IMDB to see if he has a burgeoning acting career.

He might have an “acting career”, but he is not portraying a Romulan.   I’m actually a little disappointed.  Eric Bana, the head Romulan, may want to consider contacting KFed to play his kid brother in future movies– just so long as the role of the kid brother mostly requires wearing tank tops and looking like you are constantly undressing people with your eyes.

I don’t care about K-Fed/I don’t care about Britney/I got more to worry about than things so shitty/Still, I gotta say, the long and short is/I hope this guy gets a case of Wigger Mortis.
