If the "Super Boss and His Team of Bosses" aka Top Mgmt at Khazanah Nasional thinks that this share swap deal of MAS and Air Asia is Good (even Tun Dr.M thinks its good) then why not execute the same formula of share swap or even merger (like was thought before)between Proton and Perodua? Can it work well and "shoot up" their share prices or the 2 Mgmt Groups can work harmoniously for Malaysia's Aspiration of Attaining High Income Economy through "Global Champions" Companies? We now wait for MAS and AIRASIA BUSINESS RESULTS maybe in 3 months time?

MAS is like a "Heavyweight" category and AirAsia is like a "Flyweight" category and mixing them up can become meaningless because is just like mixing with a durian and ciku since both have different tastes and customers also have their preference!Maybe its better to get the Right Top Talent or Team of Professionals to lead,to solve all these poor performances and prepare for a great takeoff(improve profitability and share price increase) and having the world's best people in the world's best airline! This mix up of Mas&AirAsia is not the best solution if its just for the extra capital, thats what Ramli think!

Ramli have already highlighted much earlier about the possible "take over" of MAS by Air Asia..ooops Tony Fernandes ..Now its happening with almost a 20% stake and soon more % and finally maximum control and maybe change the name of Malaysia Airlines to "Fernandes Airlines" and thats the end of Malaysia Airlines Great History?MAS is a National Pride maybe better to appeal to Datuk Idris Jala to come back and lead and make MAS Better&Greater! You just need to increase MAS share price by another RM3.00 and MAS is greater than Air Asia unless somebody dont care anymore?Thats the danger actually?3 comments
