I was struck when I suddenly noticed the tweets pleading not to boycott the boys. I wondered where that hypocrisy came from, and thanks to twELFs for providing me just what I needed.

Okay, so in China, Geng won’t be at the Super Show in Guangzhou, and so the fans are refunding their money. Some even said that this is their way of supporting Han Geng and that this is their way of letting SM know their grievances.

Now does this action makes sense?

HELL NO.

I understand that these are Chinese fans and Geng is Chinese. But they are ELFs. When they entered the Sapphire Blue world, they committed themselves to loving Super Junior as a whole – therefore, all fifteen of them. And now that they boys are going through this conflict, what? They’re abandoning the group?

Come on. It doesn’t show your being protective. It just doesn’t make sense. You are supposed to support all of them. Believe on Hangeng and believe on the others too. Why act at the expense of others? Do you honestly believe that by boycotting the concert, you’ll convince Geng that you are supporting him?

“I hope everybody will be able to unite, be friendly to each other..”

These are Geng’s words. And these are what we should do. He wouldn’t want us to forget the others just because he’s missing. He isn’t that selfish to agree on boycotting the other 14 just because he couldn’t make it on performances.

Sorry for my words but to me, boycotting is an act of cowardice. Once you decide to do that, you just prove to the whole Sapphire Blue world that you clearly have no idea what you’re there for. You don’t have any rights to be called an Everlasting Friend.

It isn’t fair when you continuously call a man ‘GAY’ just because you see him kissing another guy. So yeah, that COULD BE gay-ish, but you cannot judge someone’s personality if you’re just basing your judgments on your OWN culture.

You get what I’m saying?

Okay, to those who don’t, let me explain my argument. In this world, there are thousands of  countries. And along with that BIG fact is a BIGGER fact that there are MILLION kinds of cultures all over the globe. People lives differently and lives according to how they want to.

So never call Heechul a gay unless you understood South Korea’s culture.

I’m not saying that Korean guys are okay to kiss other guys. What I meant was, based on experience and observations, some Korean guys tend to be really effeminate. FEMININE, not GAY. Don’t go cursing them for loving pink or wearing girls’ clothes, or for GOD’s sake, kissing another guy.

Everyone, I know where you’re coming from. I am from the Philippines, a Catholic country. Heterosexual kisses are considered immoral here. Over-conservativeness, that is. So I basically understand why there are some who would dare call the boys, particularly Heenim, GAYS.

But one thing that makes me different from all of you is that I know about CULTURAL DIFFERENCES. South Korea and the Philippines may be similar in some aspect but with people, THERE’S A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Go to some Western countries and find similar cases. I can give you an example: EVEN FOOTBALL HUNKS KISS EACH OTHER ON THE LIPS WHEN THEY WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP. Because there is some sort of ecstasy that dominates them. And when you stand on stage and do your passion, it is most likely that you get to feel that ecstasy too.

PLUS, HEENIM IS AN AB! No, don’t get me wrong. I don’t say AB people go kiss others of the same sexes, it’s just that AB people tend to do things they feel like doing – even crazy things. Most of the time, they are being run by their instincts, by impulse. So don’t fuss over Heenim’s actions. You don’t know him enough, as I do, to judge him so easily.

I don’t know if I get you convinced with this. But if you still got nothing good to say, then could I flare you up with another kissing scene?

I guess, this is the PRIMARY REASON why everybody loves Kim Heechul – that despite being hated upon debut, he managed to prove himself to others. Everybody wants an honest guy for themselves. Everybody wants the most humorous person beside them. And if only everybody would know Kim Heechul, I’m sure, EVERYBODY WOULD WANT TO BE LIKE HIM, or yeah, WOULD WANT HIM.

His wit is not normal. It’s extra-ordinary. It’s exquisite. It’s rare. That might be one characteristic of Type AB persons, eh? Perhaps I really should consider someone’s blood type in choosing friends. Haha!And yes, FRIENDS, because I am yet to know how AB people are in terms of relationships. (Though, Lee Hongki had given me a bird’s eyeview on it through MNet Scandal. ^^)

Hmmm. Now this makes me envious of his classmate who appeared in this show. I wonder how it feels to sit beside a KIM HEECHUL. Really. I guess that would’ve made me enjoy school more. Well, I know some people who has some talent in humoring me but there is no one I can remember that made me laugh and awed me the way Heenim does. ^^

The SBS “2009 Gayo Daejun” music festival was broadcast last night, and here are the performances!

The hosts of the music festival were Park Shin-hye and Jung Yong-hwa from the idol drama”You’re Beautiful” and Kim Heechul from Super Junior.

Performers include 2AM, 2PM, 2NE1, 4minute, After School, BEAST, Brown Eyed Girls, Davichi, f(x), G-Dragon (Big Bang), Kara, K.Will, MBLAQ, SHINee, Girls Generation (SNSD), JYP, Kim Tae-woo, Lee Seung-ki, Son Dam-bi, Super Junior, T-ara, and Taeyang (Big Bang).

The theme for the SBS “2009 Gayo Daejun” was “Wonder World,” and the show was full of wonder, featuring the top acts of 2009 from the Kpop world. By “wonder,” I mean remixes, lots of remixes.

2AM performed a special stage with Davichi, singing “Friend’s Confession” and “8282.” [Watch here.]

2PM had quite a night, performing “Again & Again” and the new single “Heartbeat.” They also performed for the first time ever “Tired of Waiting.” As a special stage, 2PM sang Dru Hill’s “5 Steps,” and Junsu sang R. Super Junior M member Henry recently talked to Chinese press about Han Kyung’s current situation with SM and the future of the band.

In reply to several SuJu members apparently calling Han Kyung “lower than animals”, Henry replied “People who curse others are lower than animals!” From the statement, reporters have speculated that there might be internal problems within Super Junior M.

Also, when asked if SuJu M would be attending a Shenzhen New Year’s Eve event, he said: “To be honest, it all depends on the result of the dispute. It’s useless to speak of other guesses.”

OMG. When will this ever end?

Okay, so people are now guessing. It’s like a jigsaw puzzle inside our minds, right? Hangeng’s request for contract termination, Kyuhyun’s FIERCE Cyworld entry, Kyuhyun, Teukkie and Heenim closing down their cyworld accounts, and then… THIS - Henry speaking up so fiercely too.

When I read this article, it got me afraid… It got me afraid that others will misunderstand. True enough, THERE MAY BE AN INTERNAL PROBLEM WITHIN SUPER JUNIOR M. It has always been my assumption, I just don’t want to entertain the thought of it.

But in Henry’s statement, I can’t help but think that maybe I’m right with this.

MAYBE.

Because granting that the established connection of incidents leads to this one idea of dispute, please don’t hate anyone or at least, don’t try to bash anyone among the group. If the ‘beast’ that Kyuhyun refers to is really HANKYUNG, then please don’t exaggerate. I mean, I’ve been hearing Kyu’s words since I was a kid. IT IS A METAPHOR. It doesn’t mean he’s referring to anybody as a REAL BEAST.

And for God’s sake… Please don’t easily believe on what the media’s saying. I can say because I’m a media student. We are all given the freedom to choose on which to believe. We are given the ability to think and weigh things out before believing. I don’t think you should just accept whatever you hear or read as true, because there is a possibility that media exaggerates – for marketing purposes, you know.

Look, what I’m saying is that Henry has all the right to say this. I’m not blaming him nor Kyuhyun for speaking their minds. What I’m just trying to imply is that do not misunderstand. Everything has reasons. We are yet to know what’s the real score behind this issue so let’s better wait `til the right time that everybody’s ready to give their side of the story. And `til then, we’re gonna be able to practice our judgment.

I know we’re all mature enough to understand what I’ve said. ^^ For the mean time, let’s just take things positively.

OH MY GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!

Okay. So I can’t get over this. The opening credits caught me and `til this video ends, I’m screaming silently and drooling over the boys.

So this is what they’re saying SUPERB? I’m not gonna oppose.

There are lots of things in this performance which made me so into it. First, it’s the angel. Jungsoo’s so sexy in his hair style and the way he stares, it definitely makes me catch my breath. I guess the war he declared against Edward Cullen isn’t over yet. ^^ No wonder why white is his favorite color… It really brings out every best in his features. Hmmm. Thanks to the leader, I’m now convinced that white is sexier than black. ^^

Second, the concept. Jabawockeez’ style huh? (I’m sorry if I got the spelling wrong. ^^) And rocking the streets? OMG. I wonder how those girls reacted after they knew that they’ve just seen Super Junior. ^^ Until now, I can’t get over Shindong making himself known to the girls at the restaurant, the mannequin dance, and the way Eunteuk took their masks off and smiled in front of the camera. ^^

Third, the performance itself. I’m pretty sure that I’ll be spazzing this `til I get over it but definitely, if I’m not to consider that they weren’t complete here, I can say that this is one of the best performances Super Junior has ever done in 2009.

Fourth, come on.. Don’t make me continue or you’re gonna spend half of your day reading this article. ^^

Look, we’re so used to these kind of performances – superb, great, energetic – but when I got to watch their performance on Welfare TV, I knew there was something wrong. Aside from their eyes being so fluffy and their energy down, I HAVE PROVEN MYSELF THAT SOMETHING’S WRONG. That was the first performance without Hankyung. Plus, there’s no Kibum, Kangin and Heechul.

But I PROM15ED to 13ELIEVE.

I was so sure that that will be the first and last time that I’ll see them like that. And obviously, I’m right with my assumption. ^^

Last night, SBS Gayo Daejun was held. According to comments, it was already 1AM in Seoul when Super Junior performed. Yet they did best. ^^ The stage charisma was back. The energy was once again, alive. With the fans’ chanting and the boys’ singing; plus the SM love shown, it’s definitely an OMG.

There are still missing links though – Hankyung, Kibum and Kangin. But Super Junior managed to cover it up with their overflowing charisma. Yes, things MAY NOT YET BE RESOLVED, but atleast, everything’s turning okay.

KBS Gayo Daejun and MBC Gayo Daejun are still in the list. I wish it add to perfect ways of closing 2009. ^^

I don’t think I can live completely.haha! Sorry for the title. I just thought of using it to gain attention. haha! But basically, my article revolves around the same idea too – with the video above for support.

So the video was a cut from XMan’s Star Battle. This is  where Heechul sang Cheotcha with TRAX (Yay for Jungmo!!!). And you know what? It’s obviously electrifying. But more than that, it is SURPRISING.

It’s a common knowledge that Heenim doesn’t look SO Korean. He even admitted that he looks a lot like a Japanese. And to me, only through this video that I saw his Japanese side. Really. I felt like watching a hot Japanese band singing - whose black concept is perfect – for an OST of an anime series. Cute!

Now what makes this surprising?

It’s Heechul who’s singing. And I don’t think it’s lipsynch.

That’s when I realized that if Heechul didn’t become a Super Junior member, he would still be as successful as he is today. No offense meant here. It’s just that to me, Heechul can stand on his own. He has the beauty, he has the talent, he has the humor and personality, he has everything an artist would want to have.

Yeah, I know that ALL of them have their own individual talent but admit it as I do, Heenim is one hell of a package. No one can ever equal him because HE IS INCOMPARABLE. As any of the members are.

I wonder if being a type AB has something to do with this. Koreans have this belief that blood type greatly affects one’s personality.

Super Junior originally has 12 members. But Kyuhyun was added. And they became 13. When Super Junior M was formed, fans went for an Only13 campaign and they won. The boys remained 13. (Though Henry and Zhou Mi will always be part of the family.)

There are many fakers on Twitter. I was one of their victims when I followed Super Junior boys. Yes, everyone. Super Junior’s Twitter accounts aren’t real. Even OfficialSuper’s. How I proved it was another story. But I have a feeling that they’re Vietnamese or Thai.

And Taylor Swift, uh, I believe she’s real. Yeah. No doubts. She’s been talking to the REAL Hayley Williams, you know. And there’s no way I’m gonna doubt Hayley’s tweets.

So what am I saying? Hahaha! I don’t know either!

But the thing that runs through my mind at the very moment is FATE. Or Destiny. Or whatever you want to call it. Read and understand Taylor’s tweet and it explains everything.

I know, I know. Taylor has nothing to do with Super Junior. We don’t even know if she knows about them. However, it is just so cute how destiny plays its part on our lives and on this issue.

It’s 13 everywhere.

I’ve gone random, but I know you understand. Now, let me make it seriously clear.

When I read this tweet, I realized that this is fate. On the darkest times of our lives, someone from the West who has no connection to Super Junior has been used by destiny to remind me, at least as I interpreted it, that it will always be 13 that this world will see.

I looked at it in the most positive way I can. 13 everywhere. It’s like fate’s telling me that I need not to worry. Because 13 will always be 13. And even it becomes 31, it’s still 13 in reverse, and Taylor’s right. IT TOTALLY COUNTS.

I thought this performance would just ordinarily amaze me considering that Sungmin sang an English song with a very good Star King contestant plus SHINee’s Jonghyun and 2AM’s Jokwon. But I have to admit that I was quite wrong because it didn’t just amazed me, it touched my heart.

I know this was performed and shown before the issue of termination came up. But I can’t help but create a connection between. I mean, the lyrics… I felt it. I felt the love. I felt the emotions. I was supposed to talk about Sungmin here, but I’ve decided to relate it to all thirteen. No, fifteen.

On the lighter side, I was really stunned. Sungmin’s OMG. And the guest, he definitely has the talent. I wish he’d be given a chance.

I’m not sure if I can still post updates tomorrow since we’ll be really very busy at home and at church.

I can’t help but cry and break my promise of shutting up when I realized that there is a possibility that it is not only Hangeng who filed the case for contract termination. Then, as I was trying to be strong, I saw this image from yurigoodoo on Twitter, and good thing that she let me use this.

And then I burst out.

Super Junior & ELFs, we’re hanging on in here, aren’t we? We’re getting through this. It’s Christmas Day tomorrow, and we have to be happy. We have to stay strong.

Hold on tighter, everyone. Always 13elieve. Because we’re yet to cover the world with Sapphire Blue.

It’s Christmas Day tomorrow. And personally, I have no idea how will I celebrate Christmas – with all these things pre-occupying my mind.

But it’s still my TRUE Savior’s birthday. And you know what? He has already given me his birthday blow-out. ^^

Yesterday wasn’t so good for me. Knowing that Jungsoo, Heenim and Kyuhyun shut their minihompies down added to my personal worries. You see, I’m also human and Super Junior is not the only thing I think of.

But thank God for He allowed me to be sane amidst everything.

Just this morning, I saw an update from twELFs saying that Super Junior M’s activities were canceled. The Super Show 2 in Guangzhou, China was also postponed. However, two dates were added for March. Other fans may think that this is another disappointment, but to me? It’s a blessing.

We all know how jam-packed Super Junior’s schedule is. Individually or as a group, they barely have time to take some rest, or even just take a shower. Remember when SJ-M performed at the APFF? They even had to convince their manager to let them take a shower before their performance. And then, remember Teukkie’s cyworld entries? He seems… tired. We even caught him sleeping in GDA, right? And the worst, Geng’s reason for filing the termination case – he was being forced to attend activities even he’s sick – and because of that, he even got gastritis.

Ladies and gentlemen, here’s my point. There’s something positive in all these things. TwELFs had already said it, and I am elaborating. Somehow, this incident led the boys to a break. Geng’s issues with SM Entertainment allowed them to be themselves once more, to remember who they used to be and what they used to be. Finally, here’s a time to rest.

I may sound absurd. I may sound like I don’t care. But ELFs, above anything else, it’s the boys’ health that I’ve always been concerned of. Yes, we always want to see them on stage, we always want to see them all together, we always want to see the bests in them. But have you ever thought of the reality that we’re being selfish?

I am an ELF. And I admit that I’m guilty of this. I was a self-centered brat who wants Super Junior for herself. Now, I realized that I have intruded the boys’ privacy. I crossed the thin line that divides their idol self to their personal life. And I am sorry.

This Christmas, I’ve decided to give myself a chance to be forgiven.

That’s why I’m writing this. Honestly, I am hoping that everybody will understand what I’m saying.

The issues have hurt us so much. The wound caused by Kibum’s absence and Kangin’s suspension was cut open again by Geng’s case. We are all bleeding.

And through this entry, I’m offering the first-aid kit. Everyone, let’s see it this way: It wasn’t good that this dispute was started but somehow, I thank Geng for if not for him, Super Junior would not experience how it feels to rest.

Stare at the picture above. So relaxing. So comfortable. So peaceful.

This is the way I want to see them all. Even for just a while. Even just this Christmas season.
