I admit it: I’m a bit of an America’s Next Top Model junkie (to Drew’s endless annoyance). But it’s getting a bit old and tired this season. No worries, though: rumor is Tyra is about to shake it up big time.

First on the list? Kimora Lee Simmons is set to join as one of the judges, says the New York Daily News. The News’s source says: “Apparently, the divas have remained friends despite rumors that Kimora was fired after her appearance on the show’s first season.”

But that’s not the big news: Andre Leon Talley is rumored to be replacing Miss J on the judging panel, as well. The source said “”No one is sure why Miss J has been demoted from being a judge back to just doing the runway coaching.” NYMag.com wonders why on Earth Vogue would be for this… so do I. ANTM is great junk TV, but it’s not Vogue-caliber TV.

American Next Top Model experimentará nuevos cambios. Daily News publicó que André Leon Talley reemplazará a Miss J en el panel del jurado de ANTM. Y en tono de rumor, se habla de que Kimora Lee Simmons será juez en la próxima temporada, para ocupar el asiento de de los jurados temporales que se han visto en esta temporada como Chanel Iman y Kim Kardashian.

Según fuentes de Daily News, esta es una forma de Tyra mostrar al mundo de que no es tan difícil de trabajar con ella, ya que sus colegas Paulina Porizkova (temporadas 10-12) y Janice Dickinson la han tildado de una “persona difícil de trabajar”.

Qué bien que André cuente con el permiso de Anna Wintour para participar en ANTM, pero esperamos que llene la chispa adecuada que adicionaba Miss J al programa.

I remember the stylist I used to intern with, Trina Patterson, told me about this event and told me I should sign up for it and go, but by then it was too late! Well, FashionU finally went down in NYC yesterday and they kicked of Day 1 with the who’s who of fashion and beauty:

Again another big THANK YOU to everyone who made it out to the Three Apples opening party last night!

Space Kitty

The event was so named “Three Apples” as a tribute to Hello Kitty’s weight, as listed on her profile, and the event was a complete success. It was literally packed with attendees and a massive line around the block of Washington Blvd and Robertson Blvd where Royal/T Maid Café sits in Culver City.

The exhibition itself will run at Royal-T from 10/23/09 to 11/15/09 with many event parties during it’s duration. Our Hello Kitty’s Bats & Cats Masquerade (listed as Goth Party on Sanrio.Com) will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 from 8PM – 12Midnight. More information on this party can be found here.

Also featured at this exhibition are limited edition items ranging from collectibles, purses, accessories, house/kitchen ware. Bubble Punch staffer Chubby Bunny also has limited edition patent red Hello Kitty bows that were made specifically for this event!

I was watching the “Queen of Fabulousity” (is that even a real word? You know you have hype when you can just create words at random!) Kimora Lee Simmons and I noticed that her two darling little girls have some well maintained curly heads. Props to KLS for not straighten the girls hair and allowing the to be at ease with their naurally curly dos.

I’ve been searching everywhere but I can’t find any information concerning what KLS uses on the girls hair. Either way much props to Kimora, Aoki and Ming Lee for their faboulous dos!!
