Mickey, Donald, Pateta, Cloud, Squall, Aeris. O que estes personagens têm em comum. Tecnicamente nada, porém no universo de Kingdom Hearts tudo pode acontecer – inclusive unir os personagens da Disney com os astros da série Final Fantasy. A série surgiu no PlayStation 2 e fez uma passagem pelo GBA. Agora, o quarto título da série, 358/2 Days (pronuncia-se como Three Five Eight Days Over Two) volta a um portátil da Nintendo, sendo que a bola da vez é o DS. Porém o jogo será bem mais tradicional do que você imagina, fazendo poucos usos dos recursos exclusivos da plataforma – a tela sensível ao toque, por exemplo, poderá ser ignorada do início ao fim. Mas o que fará deste jogo algo inesquecível não é o fato dele ser revolucionário. Mas sim explicar o crescimento de um personagem tão importante para a saga e os bastidores da Organização XIII.

A história de 358/2 Days contará como é que Roxa, a versão Nobody de Sora, se une à Organização XIII e mostrará a sua busca por corações para criar o Reino dos Corações. Com isso, Roxas e todos os outros membros da Organização XIII conseguirão voltar a ser completos, a ter sentimentos e se sentir mais humanos. Pode parecer bem confuso para quem nunca jogou as versões anteriores, porém, os eventos importantes serão explicados ao longo do game para que ninguém fique boiando.

Na linha do tempo da série, este jogo mostra o que aconteceu entre o primeiro KH e o segundo, incluindo o tempo que se passa Chains of Memories, o jogo que foi a ponte entre os dois jogos. A história até parece simples, mas de fato para entender tudo o que se passa na trama é extremamente necessário jogar os títulos anteriores, até mesmo para entender os termos “nobody”, “heartless” entre outros.

Para esta busca, Roxas terá ir para os diversos mundos para destruir os heartless e fazer pesquisas e coleta de informações em alguns locais conhecidos pelos fãs da série, como Agrabah (o mundo de Alladin), Wonderland (Alice no País das Maravilhas), Olympus Closeaum (Hércules), Neverland (Peter Pan), e outros mundos dos desenhos animados da Disney. Os fãs de Final Fantasy também não foram esquecidos e Twilight Town trará seus habitantes mais conhecidos, como Squall, Yuffie e Tira.

Roxas é o personagem que vai ficar sob seu comando e o computador vai se encarregar de fazer as ações do companheiro dele, ou seja, igualzinho ao o que acontece em KH II, porém o clone sem sentimentos de Sora pode fazer muitas coisas por si só, como soltar magias e ataques especiais. Para ajudá-lo nesta aventura, os membros da Organização XIII farão o papel de Donald e Pateta. Entre os parceiros estão Axel, DiZ, o Rei Mickey, Riku vão usar suas habilidades únicas para ajuda-lo a completar sua missão.

O jogador terá que se preparar para a batalha de uma forma bem mais complexa do que equipar uma Keyblade e partir para o pau. Roxas contará com um sistema chamado Panel, no qual o jogador poderá escolher quais habilidades ele poderá usar. Para isso será necessário encontrar estas habilidades nos mapas ou comprá-las em lojas. Depois de adquiridas, estas habilidades terão que equipadas e encaixadas em um painel dentro do menu principal do jogo. Isso vai determinar quais são as magias, ataques, armas e defesas que Roxas estará pronto para usar nas batalhas.

Esse desenvolvimento do personagem será vital para que todas as partes do jogo sejam transponidas com facilidade. Mas se mesmo assim estiver difícil, o jogador poderá pedir ajuda para os seus amigos na vida real e participar de uma partida multiplayer. Nesse caso até quatro pessoas poderão se reunir e cooperar para completar missões fora do enredo da história solo e levar os itens coletados para serem usados por Roxas. 358/2 Days também terá um modo competitivo que inclui diversos tipos de modalidades, como uma batalha simples ou até completar algumas tarefas para se sair vitorioso.

Lançado no início deste ano, 358/2 Days recebeu ótimas críticas, incluindo da famosa revista Famitsu que atestou que este é um dos jogos mais bonitos já visto nas telas do DS. E não deve ser mentira, pois todas as imagens que foram divulgadas até agora mostra um número de detalhes que, teoricamente, é impossível de ser visto no portátil. Deve ser por causa da magia que envolve este universo, afinal tanto o mundo encantado de Disney quanto o mágico mundo de Final Fantasy têm vocação para fazer fãs. No final de setembro será a vez dos donos do DS descobrirem a fórmula deste feitiço.

Bueno las vacaciones aun siguen o ¿No? Bueno para ti no, pero para mí si (es una broma xD)  así que desempolve mi pequeña negra, si ella, la Play Station 2 (claro porque no tengo una consola de última generación pero no es el punto) me dedique a jugar Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, y no saben que me pille.  Claro ademas voy a compartir esta info porque no falta la duda que tienen sobre esto… y ahora se los voy a contar…

Todos se estaban esperando que salga Kingdom hearts  3 y empezó con este Trailer:

Ahora resulta que…   tu si tú que estas pensando que saldrá esa parte para la PS3 te dire que NO, NO ES PARA PLAY STATION 3 resulta que ese video  sale en el kingdom hearts 2 donde se ven estos personajes en un cementerio de llaves espadas y blablabla…

Ahora resulta que pasa con ese video modo tercera Persona:  “de donde es porque pensaba que era para Play Station 3″.

Resulta que este video pertenece a “Kingdom Hearts  Birth by Sleep” un juego para la hermana portátil de Play Station y ya que estamos en esto…

Un poco de Spoiler (Info sacada en Wikipedia LOL, claro acá se los deje entendible )

Sucede la historia 10 años antes del Primer Kingdom Hearts, explicando la historia de varios Maestros Espadas (así es Sora no fue el único que la uso)  los cuales son:

Terra: Portador de la llave espada que se enfrenta a Xehanort como venganza por lo ocurrido a su amigo Ven. Será controlable.

Ven (Ventus): Al igual que su amigo Terra será controlable, pero parece que las cosas no le irán bien… (Se parece Demasiado a ROXAS)

Aqua: Poco se sabe de Aqua salvo que es amiga de Terra y Ven y lucha con ellos también como portadora de una llave espada y que también será controlable. (claro tu los podras manejar)

Claro además aparecerán Sora y Rikku, pero como niños en Sunset Island.

Ah además… su Fecha de salida seria en este año… pero aun no han dado información  (muchas web y foros dicen que saldrá en este año pero no especificaron el mes, así que quedaría en enigma)

El juego no se ve nada de mal y además va a mostrar varios enigmas que no se mostraron  en las primeras entregas. (Personalmente no estaría mal tener una PSP para ese juego)  bueno y esa ha sido el “sacado de dudas” de la supuesta entrega. kingdom hearts es un muy buen juego, acción, personajes de Final Fantasy y de Disney! (el que dice que es feo ese juego porque aparecen personajes infantiles de Disney , están muy equivocado ellos dan una mezcla muy buena a ese juego  y es por decir a Mickey Mouse queda en el mundo oscuro “sacrificando su vida”  ademas dando una muy buena trama… así que ya saben chicuelos.)

Y si no lo conocen que esperan! es un buen Jugazo para que juegen ya que es muy bueno!

La acción gira en torno a Sora un niño de 14 años que vive en Las islas del destino junto a sus amigos, Kairi y Riku. Los tres desean salir de esa isla en la que se encuentran, la cual es una prisión para sus sueños de conocimiento y grandeza, construyendo así una balsa. Pero la noche antes del viaje, una tormenta oscurece toda la isla y aparecen unas criaturas llamadas Los sincorazon. Los tres amigos se separan. Cuando Sora encuentra a Riku, quien le da la mano se percata de que Riku está rodeado por una sombra en la cual desaparece. Un monstruo gigante aparece entonces, llamado lado oscuro, Sora no puede luchar contra él y no hay a donde huir, repentinamente una espada aparece en la mano de Sora, la Llave-Espada (Keyblade), una con la cual combatira a todos los Los sincorazon y tratara de abrir la puerta hacia la luz.

La llave-espada es el arma principal, a quien la posea se le llama portador de la llave, sus portadores son Sora, el rey Mickey y por un tiempo Riku, la llave sirve para cerrar las cerraduras de los mundos para que no entren más Sincorazon y para atacar y destruir a los sincorazon, seres creados a partir de la oscuridad del corazon.

Kingdom Hearts II es un videojuego RPG desarrollado por Square-Enix y publicado por Square-Enix y Buena Vista Games para la consola PlayStation 2. Es secuela directa de Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Apenas un mes después de su salida logró vender más de un millón de copias en Norteamérica, convirtiéndose en el segundo juego más vendido del 2006.

Esta secuela incorpora numerosas novedades, como la posibilidad de jugar con 2 armas o acceder a las formas de fusión. También aparecen de nuevo varios mundos Disney como “Atlántica”, “El bosque de los cien acres”, “Ciudad de Halloween”, “Agrabah”, entre otros nuevos, como el “Espacio Paranóico” (Tron), “Port Royal” (Piratas del Caribe), “Río eterno”, inspirado en el primer cortometraje de Mickey Mouse, Steambot Willie y El Mundo Inexistente, el ultimo del juego y donde tiene lugar la batalla final.

Kingdom Hearts 2

Three new Kingdom Hearts games are being released, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for the DS, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep for the PSP, and Kingdom Hearts: Coded for mobile phones. But these three games aren’t what KH fans were hoping for, they were hoping for a true Kingdom Hearts 3 sequel.

Well, Tetsuya Nomura, Kingdom Hearts designer, already has ideas for the next installment. But he says that since Birth by Sleep hasn’t even been released yet, he doesn’t feel that he should think about it for a while.

Nomura says that people have recently been asking him about what he’s planning for Kingdom Hearts 3.  He said that even though he’s still working on Final Fantasy XIII Versus, he thinks it’s about time for him to start taking some serious thought towards it.  He also says that it’s possible that the next game in the Kingdom Hearts series won’t be Kingdom Hearts 3. Though, to sort of make things better, he says that the next Kingdom Hearts game will be more official than just a side story, like the games he’s recently been releasing in the series.

I’m personally a huge Kingdom Hearts fan, and I’ve been waiting for this game for years, heh. I’ve been a fan since Kingdom Hearts, that game had an amazing story. I originally underestimated it because it had Disney in it, but it’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. People are wondering whether he’ll be going Sony exclusive or going cross console. What ever console he choses, I’ll stick with!

What? WHAT?! E3 is only a few weeks away. Holy fishsticks!! So soon after the disappointment of last year? It doesn’t feel so long ago we were gearing up for E308. And oh boy!! The flames that baby went down it were almost horrific. Seriously, nothing really sticks to my mind beyond disappointment. So one would advise severe caution to anyone who is holding a remote piece of interest in E3 this year. Sure, they back at the Convention Centre and seems like the companies may reveal some big guns, but don’t hope too much as there is every chance this will just simply not touch upon former E3 conferences. Sad but true fact as well. The E3 many of us grew up with may be dead and buried. And in its place, this imitation demands our attention. So beyond this, what can we actually expect from the big 3 as we all cautiously brace ourselves for the worst?

Nintendo

What to expect – Though the Big N has really found itself on my bad side lately I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt here because surely they have learned something after the horror of last years conference. So begrudging feelings aside, there is plenty that Nintendo could show if they actually deemed it necessary. Last we heard the Mario AND Zelda teams were working away on something. Now, we have seen Zelda: Spirit Tracks but really… where’s our next home console Zelda? Surely this year or next we should be getting close to a teaser… something… anything to keep fans going! Mario team could be making any number of things, New Super Mario Bros. 2? Mario Galaxy 2? New Paper Mario? Mario Sports title? Who knows really. I am hoping for NSMB2 because the first was brilliant. But I wouldn’t complain about Galaxy 2, just feels a bit soon. But the way I see it, the Wii needs some serious saving. So far HVS seem to be the beacon of hope, and just the other day announced Gladiator AD, but I am not yet interested in that.

I can only assume Matt may jump back on his “Kid Icarus is coming” train, but I find it hard to jump on just yet. Actually, I would love to hear from Retro Studio are up to, small chance that they show something off, but not impossible. One thing we have a high chance of seeing is possible some DSi stuff, most likely some DSi enhanced game announcements (bank on something with Pokemon in the title), its like IGN AU said, if any franchise sells… it is Pokemon. We may hear something about a new Wii channel or so, but don’t hold your breath.  Channels have gone quiet later, so one must assume that if Nintendo has something planned. But I’m expecting some extra selling points for the DSi to be revealed and maybe a speck or two of interesting software to make the Wii purchase-worthy. Heaven knows when they’ll do that. I’d like some sort of talk of Metroid to, but I won’t get my hopes up.

Sony

What to expect - These guys have some recovering to do, same as they do every year, but not because they lack quality. Because by God, I own a PS3 and it is currently my most played platform. Enough great games already to keep me going as well as future promise. But its lacklustre performance in sales ensures they still have a lot of fighting to do. For the most part they need to get some more great exclusives. Unchartered 2 should be a big hit at E3 I assume, maybe MAG as well. PSP successor is very likely, there has been so much buzz around the concept of a PSP2 that it is entirely possible they could let it out of the bag at E3. If there’s a stage to do that, it’ll be this one. Something that should get some major floor time would logically be God of War 3, the series thus far has been a high scoring one generally receiving favorable feedback… so why not feature the third installment? I am quite personally looking forward to it a lot! Kratos is itching for some more attention, and I see E3 as the place to see it. Of course, Sony could prove me wrong and ignore this upcoming title. Another point of interest is that Team ICO’s latest trailer for its latest game was released, so the gaming world is in a buzz hoping for more (they of course made Shadow of Colossus and ICO) so here’s hoping we see more of it!!

Something that everyone on the face of the planet who has an interest in the PS3 but doesn’t have one yet (this includes publishers as well) is after is a PRICE DROP. So will it happen? Well, Sony had a pretty good year in 2008, and why not follow up the next year with a price drop? I’m in no way saying its going to happen, because people saying so have been burned in the past by the usual, “It isn’t happening.” But really, if its coming then it must be coming soon. I will hope and pray that Square Enix will show off something for PS3 that is an RPG, because fora Japanese company they sure aren’t giving the PS3 much love. I’d like some Versus XIII footage and maybe the revelation of Kingdom Hearts 3? I can dream, damn it!! I don’t think we’ll see a PS3 redesign… I don’t think Sony will be feeling confident enough in their position in the console race to redesign their console.

Microsoft

What to expect – I don’t really follow Microsoft, nor do I really know what to expect from this year. I have noticed they have been pretty tightly sealed in terms of announcements so really they could have any number of things to say. Let’s face it, their biggest announcement last year was poaching Final Fantasy XIII’s exclusivity in the Western world so it would see release on both consoles (and as a result delay the Western release of FF-XIII on PS3 as well, good work!!). Speaking of poaching exclusives, it sounds like everyone is gearing up for the announcement of Metal Gear Solid 4 coming to XBox 360. Now, forgive me if I’ve missed something, but when exactly did this become fact? We know Kojima is teasing a new game, could be anything at this point but people seem focused on MGS4 to 360. Personally, I’ve finished the game upwards of ten times so I’m beyond caring at this point. The part that puzzles me is the stuff they’d have to edit out. Snake uses a PS3 control to control Metal Gear Mk. II, there is a PS3 in some sections, they reference Bluray and PS3… it just seems like a lot of trouble to go through. If anything, the next Metal Gear may be multiplat. But by that point, the franchise may be in risk of being ruined. I’ll rant more about this at a later date.

Apart from that, there are a few possibilities, pump some more use into the new XBox avatar system and the such (the failure of Scene-It burns, a competitor for Buzz might not hurt) and XBox Experience could get some enhancements. Something I personally think could come up is a new game by Rare, its hard to tell what though. Perfect Dark: Zero and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts ‘n’ Bolts have both failed. So will they start a new IP or try again with an old one? Impossible to tell really, but maybe they’ll try with Conker. He seems to be looked over a fair bit, but there is potential in bringing back this IP. The pop culture spoof he brings with him could go over well. I will put money on something Halo being shown. Halo = Microsoft, so they’ll show something. Definitely some Halo ODST but maybe something else? Halo 4? Halo Wars 2? Halo Party? I very much doubt Gears of War 3, but who knows what Epic could have up their sleeves.

So like the title suggests, these were just some not so coherent ramblings of what I think E3 could have, but I am not going to get my hopes up. Between now and then I may cover a few companies in individual blog posts. And if I have the time, I’d love to cover individual companies WHILE E3 is taking place. I’m no game journo though, so that could be too much of an undertaking.

I foresee a Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft E3 write-up, and finally a Third Party one which will discuss interesting things bought to the table by the likes of  Square-Enix, Konami, Capcom, Bethesda, Rockstar etc. Either way, E3 is getting closer with every day.

Let’s hope it does not disappoint.

Halo 3: It looks like we’ll be seeing a Halo 3.2 expansion pack coming soon from Bungie, bringing with it 60 new Achievements. I saw these maps and achievements myself at Bungie’s PAX booth, and the folks manning the booth would neither confirm nor deny my supposition. I don’t think this is the announcement that Microsoft scrubbed at E3, though – look for THAT at Tokyo Game Show.

Speaking of the Tokyo Game Show, rumor has it that Kingdom Hearts III will be announced at TGS as a PS3 exclusive. Huzzah!

Its the question every square enix gamer is asking: when is kingdom hearts 3 being released? The answer is: nobody knows. Square hasnt even talked about continuing the story of Sora, Kairi, and Riku yet; however, Square will be releasing three new games as play offs of the popular game Kingdom Heats.

1] Birth by Sleep – for the PSP

2] 358/2 Days - for the DS (release date set for September 29, 2009)

3] Coded -  for mobile phones

The secret ending of Kingdom Hearts: Final MIx +, showed a movie scene in which revealed three new main characters. The characters, Terra(eyes flash yellow at end of scene), Aqua(blue haired female), and Ven(tus. Bares strong resemblence to Roxas) are shown fighting against an old man, Master Xehanort  in a rocky terrain. To see this trailer please click here.

358/2 Days tells the story of the days when Roxas was alive. It is rumored to include his time in the real Twilight Town, in the Organization, being friends with Axel, and his fight with Riku.

It is also rumored that a fourteenth member will be introduced but who that member is or whether this is even true has not been officially stated.

Lastly, Coded will feature King Mickey discovering a letter and entering digital worlds in attempt to find out what the message means.

Note: only the release date for 358/2 days has been announced so far. It is set for September 29, 2009

Sembra che questo sito voglia fare 2 film sui due KH, ne ha già fatti 2 su Metal Gear, nei film non ci saranno persone reali, ma sarà un montaggio dei video del gioco originale, ci saranno i sottotitoli in italiano e l’ audio sarà quello del gioco, be un po’ modificato ovviamente.

Sarà più o meno come il film che ha fatto la Konami su Meal Gear 3, chi l’ ha visto come me, ha già un idea, ma chi non l’ ha visto può vedere un esempio sullo stesso sito, guardando i video di Metal Gear: The Twin Snakes oppure MG3 (Ho visto i video pure di questi e devo dire che sono fatti abbastanza bene, mentre il trailer di MG2 è fatto benissimo).

Technically, the name Birth by Sleep is therefore a bluff, and the graphics should appear as beautiful and animated as well as Kingdom Hearts II! Aspects dedicated to the PSP will include new Disney worlds, such as those of Sleeping Beauty, Snow-White and Cinderella (the remaining Princesses of Heart it seems), as well as surprising training courses… Birth by Sleep being held a few years before the first adventures of Sora, certain worlds will take this into account; for example, one can expect to see an adolescent Hercules in Olympus Coliseum.”

Gameplay
“Following the example scenario, the gameplay will differ according to the character: Terra will impress us with his power; Ven will be the most agile, while Aqua undoubtedly proves the specialist of forces/magic. “This dark and complex adventure will be divided into three scenarios which you will be able to make in the order of your choice. You will therefore follow the destinies of the three main friends, each able to wield a Keyblade: the warrior Terra, Ven, the double of Roxas (this mystery will be explained in the game), and Aqua, the young girl with the blue hair. The epic story will proceed well before the events of Kingdom Hearts I, when Sora, Riku and Kairi, were still children. Terra is seen overseeing them with Ven, and in the company of Yen Sid, Donald and Pluto. This chapter will raise the subject of the War of Keyblades, the capacities of their owners and, undoubtedly, the origins of the amnesic disciple of Ansem the Wise…”

Realisation
“Conceived by the studio h.a.n.d. Inc. (Chocobo Tales) and co-directed by Tomohiro Hasegawa (Final Fantasy VIII, Kingdom Hearts), Nomura obviously heading all the projects related to its series, 358/2 Days profits from a fine and detailed realisation all in 3D, with fluid animation. As for the cut-scenes, they do not diminish in comparison with those of the second episode. Definitely, the DS will not finish astonishing us… The keys L and R will make it possible to direct the camera in order to better locate enemies and to explore the locations; the latter accurately take on the environments of the preceding worlds, such as the World That Never Was, Twilight Town, Agrabah, Olympus Coliseum or Wonderland – As a priority, the title will not accomodate a new universe.”

Gameplay
“As a great innovation, the DS will comprise a multiplayer mode where one can direct the members of Organisation XIII! These missions with the varied objectives will be independent of the scenario, and each character will possess their own forces and weaknesses. The lower screen will post the chart, but a chat system may also be included; on the other hand, the tactile functionalities of the console do not appear to be exploited. In solo mode, Roxas will have as a daily task to fight the Heartless in various worlds and then to return to the World That Never Was. The combat menu and the actions are the same as the previous games, like jumping and gliding, blocking, etc… Lastly, Nomura promises that the systems of level-up and personalisation will allow great freedom.”

“Like the other epic chapters of the Kingdom Hearts saga, the music of 358/2 Days will most likely be written by talented Yoko Shimomura which, definitely, often works with Tetsuya Nomura – moreover, the great woman also occupies the position of composer for much-awaited Final Fantasy Versus XIII. On the other hand, even because of the scenario, there will be few new pieces, while it will often be more likely to hear the themes of the Organization and Roxas… which won’t displease us! New worlds are also quite unlikely with the program as it is, so there are strong chances that the music of the Disney worlds visited in Kingdom Hearts I and II will be brought back, as that had been the case in Chain of Memories.”

“Imagined by Daisuke Watanabe, like that of PSP games, the history of 358/2 Days reveals a year in the life of Roxas, his establishment in Organization XIII, his escape and his fateful duel against Riku. These events remained covered with mysteries or were only seen briefly; the fans waited impatiently for more on Roxas and his relations with his former colleagues. The plots of the charismatic members of Organization will therefore be presented in more detail. We will also discover what makes the Organization change the name of the group… (Riku: Referring to the mysterious 14th member) The story will therefore show many revelations on some of the most important characters of the series.”

“You have to like these two episodes of a series which doesn’t cease growing : an enthralling scenario, promising gameplay, a technical realisation of impressive actions and attractive characters. However, the DS game of Kingdom Hearts will not really quench the thirst for innovations of some players, as its worlds, its music and undoubtedly the majority of its characters are already known. On the contrary, the PSP game brings on the innovation and will finally clarify some of the enigmas which have puzzled us since the first chapter; for this reason, it is even more awaited than the adventure of Roxas.”

KINGDOM HEARTS: CODED

“Fans of the lovable trio made up of the brown-dishevelled-haired Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy should be delighted, as episodes of Kingdom Hearts go portable and the series attacks mobile phones (Riku: I’m still fairly sure this will only be available in Japan). A digitised version of Sora will be thrown into a virtual world to eliminate all the bugs which cover its memory like dust; the game will include a mixture of 2D and 3D and may support vibrating when performing certain actions, following examples of other mobile phone games. Kingdom Hearts: Coded should logically be released this year, and there’s a rumour of there being a new world; we’ll see…

As far as consoles of this generation go, the Wii has easily offered the most unique experience and a number of great first party games (Brawl alone is reason enough to own the system). Unfortunately, the Wii is seriously lacking when it comes to third party support, while the 360 and PS3 are getting loaded with solid, if often generic titles. As much as shooters get tiring after a while, there are definitely some excellent ones, and other games, that could find a home on the Wii.

2K game’s underwater shooter Bioshock appeared from nowhere, taking the gaming world by storm and winning tons of awards for its innovative game play and immersive story. Set place in the underwater dystopian city of Rapture, a man named Jack must explore the failed paradise, and as he soon finds out, it is far from perfect. The Wii has a sci-fi FPS of its own in Metroid Prime, which seamlessly handled control with a multitude of weapons and abilites. With the ability to shoot electricity and mess with cyclones, the thought of combining Bioshock’s original elements with the Wii sounds like a good match

1. Resident Evil 5

More than any other game set for release on the 360 and PS3, Resident Evil 5 should be on the Wii. RE4 revolutionized the entire series, and made its anticipated debut; surprisingly on the Gamecube. In spite of all the talk of Nintendo’s young user base, the action horror game sold better than most, and is considered one of the greatest games of all time. And for good reason too. RE4 broke the mold, by creating a disturbing and heart-thumping atmosphere, with a barrage of monsters, zombies, parasites, and terrifying bosses. Expect much of the same from the sequel, which features an AI more intelligent than ever before, and crazy new game play (I.E. Mirages in the desert come alive and try to kill you…) The Wii control worked nearly flawlessly with the 4th game, and there’s no reason to believe RE5 couldn’t do the same.

Well, seems my blog passed the famous 1,000 hit mark. So I decided to create a new header for the joint. It represents Brawl of course (Nintendo’s next big title) and the characters inside it are the ones I’m very likely to use. Its going to be pure awesome.

To fill in time I’ve been replaying Kingdom Hearts. My God that game is good, even though it feels so terribly slow after playing Kingdom Hearts 2, it is still a great game. Who would have thought combining Disney character’s with Square legends and original creations would work so well. There’s something special about seeing Hercules and Cloud in the same place. Pure awesome.

Rumours are flying around about Kingdom Hearts 3 being a Wii exclusive. I’m not going to rule this out, I’m just going to say that I don’t know if it’ll actually happen. I mean, SquareEnix has developed the last two KH games for Sony systems. The only Nintendo platform that got a KH game was GBA… and that game sucked. But was still remade for the PS2. Bastards.

So I’m going to put it out there that we’ll probably get a Kingdom Hearts spin-off title, not the actual third game in the series.

Tetsuya Nomura ha confirmado a dos revistas japonesas, Dengeki Playstation y Famitsu que la tercera parte de Kingdom Hearts se está desarrollando, por ahora, en PlayStation 3. No sabemos si esto es una exclusividad o se anunciará también su salida en Xbox 360.

Nos toca esperar al E3 que dará lugar dentro de 5 días.
