Our own professor of Professional Responsibility, Alison Buchanan, will be speaking at the Knowledge Congress Legal Series: Ethics for Attorneys in a live webcast on July 5, 2012 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM ET.

They will address the following key issues:

- Ethical Considerations in the use of Internet
- Electronic File Maintenance
- Potential Ethical Problems –- What should lawyer do?
- Confidentiality
- Concept of Legal Ethics and the recent developments

We’ll be all over NYC next week. Here’s the lowdown on where to find us:

First, be sure to catch Scott explaining how privacy drives marketing at Federated Media’s Conversational Marketing Summit on Monday, June 6^th at 3:10. More info.

That same day, Colin O’Malley and will be speaking on a Knowledge Congress panel from 3-5pm to help people understand the proposed governmental framework for consumer privacy protection and how it will impact business. More info.
