Climbing high, Inti Bangun shares suspended

Jakarta – The Indonesia Stock Exchange has suspended the shares of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST). The shares have climbed significantly since first listed at the bourse at the end of last month.

A written statement from the Indonesia Stock Exchange as quoted by kontan.co.id said that the bourse had to suspend the shares of Inti Bangun to cool down trading on the shares on September 10, 2012.

IPO of Garuda Indonesia’s unit not held this year

Jakarta – The initial public offering (IPO) of a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA) would not be realized this year. Garuda Indonesia, the largest airline in Indonesia, has not decided when the IPO would be realized.

Garuda Indonesia Director of Finance Handrito Hardjono, as quoted by kontan.co.id, said that one of the considerations was the market condition that was still unfavorable. “In addition, we have not decided between PT Aerowisata Catering Services and PT Garuda Maintenance Facility that would be sold,” he said.

Pefindo lifts credit watch status for Bakrie Telecom shares

Jakarta – PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) has announced it is considering lifting the credit watch rating of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL) and Obligasi Bakrie Telecom I Tahun 2007 bonds, worth a total of IDR 650 billion. Pefindo would realize this after the company repaid its rupiah denominated bonds.

Pefindo would monitor and would rate Bakrie Telecom shares based on the company’s demand, kontan.co.id reported. But this would depend on the comprehensiveness of the data and information needed for the rating process.

Bank Danamon realizes seventh repayment of bonds interest

The company will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to obtain an approval for the material transaction and assurance for the bonds conversion.

Central Proteinaprima President Director Mahar Sembiring, as quoted by kontan.co.id, said the company had agreed to the restructuring protocols with a working committee representing most of the bondholders. The company has also arranged the necessary legal measures to realize the bonds conversion at the court of Singapore.

Central Proteinaprima targets EBITDA to grow threefold

Jakarta – PT Central Proteinaprima Tbk (CPRO) targets its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to increase threefold to IDR 300 billion, from last year’s final position of IDR 100 billion.

“The growth would come in line with increased selling prices of food. In addition, (it would be) because sales of food in the domestic market exceeds sales to abroad,” said Central Proteinaprima President Director Mahar Sembiring, as quoted by kontan.co.id. The aquaculture company, which produces and processes feed shrimps, feed for shrimps and fish feed, is confident to post sales of IDR 7 trillion this year.

A week at the bourse, Inti Bangun shares jump 345%

Viva Media acquires USD 80 million loan from Deutsche Bank

BRI’s third party funds grow by 26%

Jakarta – The third party funds of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI), or BRI, has equaled IDR 371.1 trillion in the second quarter of this year. The total is a 26% increase from last year in the same period.

The third party funds comprise giro accounts that amounted to IDR 74.5 trillion, savings accounts that equaled IDR 155.7 trillion, and deposit accounts which came to IDR 140.9 billion, kontan.co.id reported. Last year, the proportion was IDR 45.3 trillion of giro accounts, IDR 123.8 trillion of savings accounts and IDR 125.5 trillion of deposit accounts.

Inti Bangun eyes 100 additional towers

Jakarta – PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST) plans to use 85% of the proceeds it obtained from the initial public offering (IPO) to strengthen its capital expenditure. The rest of the percentage would be used to strengthen the company’s working capital. From the IPO, the telecommunications tower provider obtained IDR 154.247 billion.

“The capital expenditure would mostly be (used) to increase the number of towers,” said Inti Bangun Director Stefanus Sudyatmiko, after the IPO at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Friday, as quoted by kontan.co.id. According to him, Inti Bangun at present has 2,000 towers and plans to increase the number by another 100 towers this year.

Bukit Asam’s CBM project starts producing in late 2012

BNI's semester I corporate lending reaches IDR 40 billion

CIMB Niaga’s commercial credit up 24%

Jakarta – PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) has announced, in the year through June, its lending to the commercial sector equals IDR 50.72 trillion, up 24% year-on-year from IDR 40.99 trillion.

CIMB Niaga, as quoted by kontan.co.id, said commercial credit contributed 37% to the bank’s total lending in the year through June, which equaled IDR 137.46 trillion. Three transportation companies hold IPO soon

Jakarta – In this second semester, the stock market will soon welcome the entry of several new publicly-listed companies in the transportation sector. So far, three companies have announced plans to hold an initial public offering (IPO) at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The companies in question are PT Adi Sarana Armada, PT Siba Surya and PT Express Transindo Utama, kontan.co.id reported. Adi Sarana is a vehicle leasing company that was previously named Adira Rent and was established since 2003. The company presently has 10,000 units and the number grows at 30% – 35% on average.

BCA establishes insurance company

“The initial capital for the new company would be IDR 70 billion,” said BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmaja, as quoted by kontan.co.id. In future, as the parent company, BCA would increase the insurance unit’s capital to IDR 100 billion.

AP I naikkan gaji karyawan 7% tahun ini

JAKARTA. Seluruh karyawan PT Angkasa Pura (AP) I akan menerima kenaikan gaji sebesar 7% tahun ini. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu poin kontrak kerjasama hubungan industrial antara manajemen dengan serikat pekerja karyawan BUMN pengelola bandara itu.

Kepastian tersebut disampaikan sendiri oleh Direktur Utama AP I Tommy Soetomo usai meneken kontrak kerjadengan perwakilan serikat pekerja kemarin.Selain menaikkan gaji karyawan, manajemen AP I juga berjanji akan membayar tunjangan hari tua (THT) sebesar Rp 300 miliar bagi karyawan. “Dana tersebut akan dicairkan untuk menjamin masa depan karyawan. Kami tidak akan menunda lagi,” kata Tommy. Dengan tercapainya kesepakatan tersebut, Tommy berharap perselisihan antara manajemen dengan karyawan bisa diselesaikan. Sebaliknya, dia juga meminta karyawan meningkatkan kinerja setelah permintaan haknya dipenuhi sehingga bisa menggenjot pendapatan perusahaan.

Maklum, dari 13 bandara yang dioperasikan AP I tercatat hanya enam bandara yang menghasilkan keuntungan. Sementara delapan sisanya masih memiliki rapor merah. Enam bandara yang memberikan pemasukan itu adalah Ngurah Rai-Bali, Juanda-Surabaya, Sultan Hassanudin-Makassar, Adi Sucipto Yogjakarta, Sepinggan-Balikpapan dan Banjarmasin.

Sebelumnya, serikat pekerja AP I beberapa kali melakukan aksi mogok kerja. Bahkan beberapa waktu lalu Bandara Sepinggan lumpuh setelah para pekerjanya melakukan aksi mogok yang mengakibatkan terganggunya kegiatan penerbangan di daerah tersebut. Ketua SP AP I Itje Julinar mengatakan penandatanganan perdamaian sudah dilakukan beberapa kali dengan manajemen sebelumnya. Tetapi manajemen lama selalu mengingkari dan tidak mencairkan dana THT, sehingga pekerja secara bergelombang melakukan aksi demonstrasi dan mogok kerja. Menurut Tommy kontrak perdamaian itu sendiri berlaku mulai 2010 hingga 2012 dan selanjutnya akan terus dievaluasi sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada saat itu. (Sabtu,16 Oktober 2010)

Pendapatan AP I tahun depan diramal merosot 40%

JAKARTA. PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) atau AP I memperkirakan pendapatannya tahun depan bisa merosot 30%-40%. Hal itu menyusul dipisahkannya usaha air traffic services (ATS) dari struktur bisnis mereka tahun depan. “Mulai 1 Januari 2011 akan ada pemisahan ATS dari bisnis bandara. Pengaruhnya sekitar 30%-40% terhadap pendapatan kami,” kata Direktur Utama AP I Tommy Soetomo, akhir pekan lalu.

Sekedar catatan, tahun ini Kementerian BUMN menargetkan AP I bisa mengantongi pendapatan Rp 2,361 triliun dengan laba bersih sekitar Rp 500 miliar. Dimana sampai kuartal III 2010, Tommy menyebut perseroan sudah berhasil mengantongi pendapatan Rp 1,79 triliun. Keharusan menyerahkan bisnis ATS kepada institusi baru yang dibentuk pemerintah, diakuinya cukup merepotkan dari sisi pendapatan.

Mantan Direktur Keuangan AP II itu menjelaskan, seluruh bandara yang beroperasi di Indonesia memang sangat mengandalkan pendapatan dari ATS. Karena bisnis non aero selama ini hanya menyumbang 20% dari pendapatan, sementara sisa 40%-50% disumbangkan dari jasa passenger service charge (PSC) atau lebih dikenal sebagai airport tax.

“Sementara bandara-bandara lain di seluruh dunia pada umumnya memiliki kontribusi pendapatan 40%-60% dari bisnis non aero, seperti dari terminal kargo, parkir, maupun advertising,” jelasnya. Karena itulah, tahun depan perseroan ditargetkan untuk bisa mencari bisnis baru atau mengembangkan bisnis non

aero di 13 bandara yang dikelolanya. Mulai dari pendapatan parkir, papan reklame, penyewaan kios ritel, dan terminal kargo.

“AP I akan membentuk anak perusahaan yang khusus bergerak di bidang kargo dan logistik, serta properti dan perhotelan. Nantinya di Bandara Juanda Surabaya dan Ngurah Rai akan kami bangun kawasan perhotelan dan terminal kargo yang diurus anak usaha. Tetapi berapa besar biayanya, masih dihitung tim,” kata Tommy.. Selain merambah bisnis hotel, AP II juga akan menambah kapasitas terminal di lima bandara sehingga bisa menampung lebih banyak lagi penumpang yang hilir mudik dari bandara tersebut. Tujuannya tidak lain untuk menggenjot pendapatan PSC.

Lima bandara tersebut adalah Ngurah Rai Denpasar, Sepinggan Balikpapan, Adi Sutjipto Jogjakarta, Juanda Surabaya, dan Ahmad Yani Semarang. “Untuk pengembangan terminal, AP I membutuhkan dana sekitar Rp 4 triliun untuk mengembangkan lima bandara itu dalam waktu dua tahun ke depan. Untuk Ngurah Rai dananya sekitar Rp 2 triliun. Dimana Rp 1,25 triliun akan dicari dari pinjaman dan sisanya dari kas internal,” jelas Tommy. (Minggu,17 Oktober 2010)
