Rilakkuma is holding on to a ice cream cone. Korilakkuma is holding a pail of paint and a brush. Kiiroitori is holding 2 rainbow balls. Kiiroitori plush is quite unique because when you shake it, there will be a bell sound ringing. Extremely awesome. The theme for that month of the Year 2010 is “Rainbow”. This plush is released by San-x company to celebrate the Rilakkuma Store Opening for Sendai on 10th November 2012. The theme for the month of November is Tamago (egg). Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori are cooking a fried egg together. Are you hungry now and want to join them together for a meal? Get them fast.

This is the Christmas series released by San-x company for the Year 2012. Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori are dressed in reindeer suit. They are carrying a smaller version of them. They are ready for Christmas. Are you feeling the mood for Christmas?

This is the Squirrel series theme released by San-x company in the Year 2010. All 3 Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma & Kiiroitori are dressed like a squirrel. They are in the bright pink coat and having a big tail behind. The Squirrel costumes on them are removable. They are just so cute in whatever outfit. Do you agree?

This is the Cafe series released by San-x company in the Year 2007. This series consists of 5 plushies. Both Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma are wearing a hat and serving a cup of coffee. Are you feeling thirsty now?

This series is released by San-x company to celebrate Rilakkuma Store Umeda 4th Anniversary on 15th September 2012. The theme for this series is pudding cake. Both of them have the word “Happy 4th Birthday! Umeda” embroidery on their back head. The paper tag is of pudding cake design. Aren’t they look cute? This series is limited edition and exclusive to Rilakkuma Store Umeda only. The theme color is yellow, just like pudding.

I’m lucky to have gotten the Halloween 2012 Kumas! Kuma collecting is hard work but if your in the neighborhood of Torrance California (or Irvine,CA) then you can head to “Tamaya” and pick up the Halloween Series. I’m not sure if there are anymore but there is also the bath time series at the store. And if your in California in general I’m pretty sure you can get the chocolate and candy series at the store “Tokyo“. I’m waiting on the candy series because we’ve already spent our monthly budget (he he it’s almost November).  Check out the pics below~

Both Rilakkuma & Korilakkuma are getting ready for a good sleep. They are wearing a hat and lying down on a small cushion. Are you feeling sleepy?

This Chicken series is released by San-x company in October 2012. They are a normal series. Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori are in a white chicken suit. Rilakkuma chicken, Korilakkuma chicken and Kiiroitori chicken. Kiiroitori is a chick itself and wearing the suit, making it grown up chicken. Do you agree?

This series “Tamago ” is released by San-x company on 6th October 2012. This series is a limited edition. It consists only Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma but Kiiroitori is together with them. Rilakkuma is lying down enjoy his egg cheeze toast while Kiiroitori on his head drinking soda. As for Korilakkuma, she is cooking egg. Wait, it seems like Kiiroitori is the one cooking. Are you ready to have a egg bread feast with them?

My dearly beloved and missed Taiwan Pudding!

I grew up eating Taiwanese puddings (you can’t get them here in New Zealand, here you can only get those too-sweet cakey type) and I miss them so much! In fact, one of my most memorable comments to my grandma before getting into the taxi to the Taipei airport (this was at least 18 years ago – I was about 7) was how much I wanted to eat pudding; this left my grandma sad and wondering whether they had the same puddings in New Zealand

This is the limited edition Bath Time series released by San-x company on 14th July 2012. The theme for July 2012 is related to bath. This series consists of Korilakkuma only. I’ve been spending waaaayyyyy too much money lately!  I’ve even had to take money out of my Rilakkuma fund so unfortunately, I will not be able to keep up with all the super cute releases!  Also, my neglected Rilakkuma display cabinet has been collecting dust so I’m planning to give it some love after I publish this post.

Anyway, here are some pics I hunted down from various sellers of the actual plushes. I like to check out these sort of pics before deciding which kumas to buy/which ones I could do without lolol (although in the ideal world, I’d like to buy ALL of them!)

Pudding Rilakkuma! I totally adore the poncho look so I’ve bidded for these at a Japanese auction hope I win!

Mint ice cream Rilakkuma – again cute poncho, but I could only choose one so I decided to go with pudding (I prefer the pudding colour scheme and taste!)

Halloween 2012! Initially I was not a fan of this design, but when I saw pics of the actual plushes on my friend’s facebook page, I TOTALLY FELL IN LOVE! This pic I’ve found doesn’t really do it justice (I didn’t want to steal my friend’s pics). They look so cute and pudgy in their little ghost sacs hahahaha! My favourite is Korilakkuma!  I love the colour scheme as well!  (my fav colours = pink and purple)

Celebrating Kichijoji Rilakkuma Store’s 2nd Anniversary – scheduled for release on 6th October. Just like Korilakkuma, I LOVE strawberries (and I love pink) so the moment I saw these I knew I had to have them!

Also, I’ve already pre-ordered the big Christmas one with the Gingerbread house… it’s so detailed and kawaii, but SOOO expensive!
