Boys aren’t worth a friendship loss.  I think girls really need to reevaluate the hos before bros issue, and realize that what is said about friendship really is true.  Unless the other girl is crazy.  Then just walk away for good.

Boys are worth good stories though.  This decade was pretty much just 10 years of all the ones that got away, and some random dudes.  Since I’m in therapy I will totally come out and admit that I have commitment issues…which is really a cop out for being afraid to let guys get too close to me.  Intimacy is not sex, it’s actually knowing that person.  Since I tend to go from meeting a guy to wanting to marry him in my mind, ehh yeah I have problems.  Did I learn some of that from Dr. Drew?  Maybe.

To me, sex and love do not go together.  Which is ironic because the first person I ever had sex with was someone I loved.  The following 11 years of doing it with him involved no love, so I think I kind of lost that meaning.  I mean, I get more excited about laundry soap, parking my car in the garage and Top the Tator than I do about sex.  That’s probably the drugs though.  I’m way off course here.  But what I’m trying to say is that I had plenty of nice guys interested in me, I just wasn’t interested in being treated nicely.

I wanted something to complain about and/or cause drama with.  That was ultimately my main reason for putting up with The Dr for so long.  He was what I thought was my muse, but really it was the source of my drama.  As I was probably the source of his too, whenever I was around.  I need to not do this or let this happen anymore.  Yeesh.

I can kind of pinpoint moments in each boy story where I totally blew it.  With Kyle XY: when he asked me what I would do if he got me pregnant.  I told him that we would be a family and he laughed at me.  Then we went to Target.  Well, maybe he blew it…ironically he got the next girl pregnant.  And now he’s divorced.

I haven’t talked about Mr. Neato yet.  He was actually Kyle XY’s close friend…but this all happened in college and I didn’t know they were friends, even though they were in the same frat.  Mr. Neato would make sure that once I took his clothes off that he had enough time to fold them.  I. AM. NOT. JOKING.  Interestingly enough he married a girl who looks exactly like me.  More than one person has told me that.  Including Kyle XY.  When I blew it: he brought up love and I told him I didn’t believe in it.  I might have been drunk or bitter.  Not sure.

Oh what about Make Out Room at the Annex Boyfriend.  I picked him up by telling him not to smoke by fans.  This was back in the day when you could smoke in the clubs in DT Minneapolis.  One of the best Valentines Day celebrations ever…how did I blow it?  I wasn’t a virgin named Sharon.  Sadly that was one of the reasons.  He didn’t see us going anywhere as a couple.  No, I was just the girl he slept with while his girlfriend remained a virgin.  And wore scrunchies in 2004.  Did I mention that she looked like she was about 40? 

The Marine, how did I blow it?  I didn’t.  He totally did…note to self, don’t answer the phone when awkward guys who didn’t learn any new moves in seven years call you.  Just. Don’t.  Thankfully I think I make it awkward enough at MM’s wedding so that The Marine won’t ever talk to me again.  Awkward.

Oh Mr. Ice.  I think that he has issues just like myself.  I blew it by caring.  And spending 10 years being his friend.

Speaking of dodging bullets, nice conversation change there…Mr. Focker.  Ew.  I was in lurve with this man before The Dr and I’m not sure if I ever knew how I blew it.  I was too available for him.  He totally enjoyed me drooling all over him as my boss and the older man, and the fact that he was in lurve with Gibbler.  But I was the one he got.  And he totally messed with my head for entirely too long.  Oh well, he has a small penis.

How did I blow it with The Dr?  I think there are too many reasons why it never worked out.  And I kinda seem to be having issues with this time of year.  Usually he would come home from wherever he was living at the time and we’d hang out a lot.  This is the first year in a long time that we’re not speaking.

Ughhhhhhh looks like I have a lot of work to do when it comes to not totally fucking up with the next one whenever he comes along.

Para aqueles que já estavam com saudades do astro da já cancelada KyleXY uma novidade: ele  pode estar se juntando ao elenco da nova série da ABC “Eastwick” que estréia no final deste ano.
A série é baseada no filme e nos livros “As Bruxas de Eastwick”, protagonizado por Jack Nicholson,  Michelle Pheifer, entre outros.

Até agora o elenco de protagonistas da nova versão  é formado por Rebecca Romijn (Ugly Betty),  Lindsay Price (Lipstick Jungle) e Jaime Ray Newman (Veronica Mars, Supernatural) e Paul Gross.

Segundo a descrição,  Matt  será um cara sexy que se envolverá com Roxie,  mulher mais velha, interpretada por  Rebbeca Romijn .

Para quem não assistiu ao último episódio da terceira temporada, que também encerra a série, um aviso (sem spoilers). Apesar de claramente durante esta temporada solucionarem várias dúvidas que a série levantou, a série encerra com um grande gancho para uma possível (e que não acontecerá, já que foi deletada) temporada.

Como acontece com muitas séries americanas, foram filmados episódios encomendados e a emissora, neste caso a ABC Family, não encomendou novos episódios, deixando a série sem um final digno para os fãs.

Uma pena

Há rumores, ainda não confirmados oficialmente, que a série estaria à beira do cancelamento e sendo encerrado no décimo episódio da terceira temporada. Fãs, cruzem os dedos paa que não passe de boato!!

La 3ª temporada retoma la historia en el punto donde se quedó: con Kyle y Jessi intentando averiguar más datos sobre su pasado. Mientras, la familia Trager va componiendo las piezas del puzzle que esconde el origen de Kyle y se encuentra con una nueva disyuntiva: no saben si tienen que protegerle o, por el contrario, deberían tenerle miedo. En los nuevos capítulos la familia tendrá que afrontar difíciles revelaciones y esto supondrá una dura prueba para su integridad y para Kyle como uno más de ellos. Mientras, más allá de las conspiraciones de Madacorp, Kyle continúa haciendo todo lo que puede por ser un chico normal con una vida corriente. Pero sigue sin resultarle nada fácil. Su relación con Amanda se ve afectada por los secretos entre los dos y la presencia y la actitud de Jessi tampoco son de gran ayuda.
