Wer das Festival-Highlight des Sommers 2008 nicht verpassen möchte und den 10 Tage Konzert-Marathon von Michel Montecrossa auf dem ‘Spirit of Woodstock Festival’ vom 25.07.-3.08.2008 miterleben möchte findet hier eine Wegbeschreibung:

das ‘Spirit of Woodstock Festival’, findet am Omnidiet Hotel in Mirapuri-Coiromonte (Norditalien, in der Nähe von Lago maggiore und Lago d’Orta) statt – diese Wegbeschreibung gilt auch für das gleichzeitig stattfindende Mirapuri Rainbow Gathering, das etwa 40. min entfernt (zu Fuss) oberhalb in den Bergen stattfindet.

Für Autofahrer: Wer ein Navigationsgerät benutzt – die Koordinaten von Coiromonte – das Omnidiet Hotel liegt gleich am Ortseingang – sind: Breitengrad: 45.83371 , Längengrad: 8.47124

Ich habe als Ausgangspunkt mal München gewählt.

Von München die Autobahn Richtung Lindau wählen. Durch den Pfändertunnel weiter auf der Autobahn bleiben. An der Ausfahrt Hohenems (Diepoldsau) in die Schweiz wechseln. Auf der Autobahn bleiben Richtung Chur/Sargans, dann Richtung San Bernadino, schließlich Richtung Bellinzona. Die Ausfahrt Locarno Richtung Locarno…Brissago/Italien wählen. Dort am See (Lago Maggiore) entlang durch Oggebbio, Verbania Richtung Milano/Genova.

Nach Verbania auf die neue Autostrada Richtung Milano/Genova wechseln. Bei der 2. Ausfahrt Carpugnino herunter und Richtung Gignese fahren. Den Schildern nach Gignese (immer gerade aus) und dann Armeno folgen bis nach Sovazza. Dort weist ein braunes Schild mit weißer Schrift den Weg zum ‘Omnidiet Resort and Business Hotel’. Gleich am Ortseingang links ist der Parkplatz des Omnidiet Hotels. Ich habe hier auch 2 Links zu Google Maps, die fast den gleichen Weg beschreiben und hilfreich sein könnten: Ich habe sie aufgeteilt da diese (zusammengesetzte) Strecke aus beiden Links eine der kürzesten Strecken ergibt

Avrei voluto che il tempo si fermasse a quella sera e congelarlo in un momento di pace assoluta.

In riva il lago per un istante solo io, il silenzio e quest’isola; in quel momento non c’era più nessuno nei paraggi, gli amici si erano allontanati e la piazza era illuminata da una fioca luce.

Io, in un luogo stupendo ma a me straniero o meglio, conosciuto solo di giorno; io un po’ come quell’isola, che sembra a stento galleggiare su una distesa di acqua nera come il petrolio.

Io che vorrei tornare su quel pontile, nel freddo della notte ad immortalare un istante, come se potessi davvero fermare il tempo.

Io che avrei dovuto fermare il tempo a quella sera; ma non sarebbe servito, perchè quella sera tutto era già cominciato.
