Yesterday we talked about the need to place a demand on our Heavenly Father to Hallow His Holy Name. We said God’s name is Hallowed or Honoured when God honours His covenant with Abraham. I thought that I would do justice to yesterday’s subject if I elucidate God’s covenant with Abraham.

God’s covenant with Abraham is a covenant particularly of Ownership.

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land (OWNERSHIP) that I will shew thee: (Genesis 12:1 KJV)

We said that God swore against His name, hence His name is at stake concerning the fulfilment of the promise. Nonetheless God will do everything possible to protect the integrity of His Holy Name. Therefore His sees to it that the covenant of ownership is always satisfied by those who are called by His name.

The covenant of ownership is still at work today

The promise of ownership is still at work today through the righteousness of faith. The bible says that if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29 KJV). And in the light of Romans 4:13 we understand that we are heirs of the world through the righteousness of faith. This actually means that as a Christian you should own property, businesses, etc. This honour is upon all those that call upon the name of Christ.

The features of your Ownership

To have a clear picture of the features that your ownership should possess, you need look at the features of the Garden in Eden our first parent’s property.

And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. (Genesis 2:8 KJV)

From the verse above I have derived three (3) features from Adam’s ownership:

ROLE OF HYDROLOGY AND GRAVITY

Pure water doesn’t conduct electricity. Normal water too is a poor conductor of heat. Exchange of heat takes place almost entirely by convection. Molecules carrying heat travel within the system and spread heat uniformly.

Ice and snow being solid, molecules have no freedom of movement. Unlike a rod of iron, heat is not passed on from one end to the other if the rod is made of ice. This is the reason why the igloo (hutment made of ice blocks) retains warmth inside it, even when the temperature outside falls much below the freezing point. A human being may remain alive for some days, if he sleeps in the arctic region. The snow deposited on his body forms a blanket which will not allow the heat of the body to escape outside and also protects from the cold wind blowing from the Poles. Such cases have been reported. At the same time beggars sleeping outside in the cold season in north India die as reported in newspapers, as they lose their body heat easily in the absence of warm cloths.

 This unique quality of frozen water plays a very important role in preventing heat of the earth from escaping into outer space by radiation. The Polar regions, and a considerable part of temperate regions in winter, remain covered with ice and snow. This is true of the mountainous regions and the plateaus of higher altitude also. In the seas the thermal insulation provided by the snow cover allows life to flourish throughout the year but prevents escape of heat and makes considerable contribution to global warming.

 There is continuous evaporation of water from the seas (not covered by ice) and land. Each molecule of vapor carries considerable quantity of latent heat as additional calorie. When they rise in altitude, the molecules form clouds and then descend towards the earth as rain, snow, dew and mist. This circulation of water results in cyclic movement of heat. Only the latent heat released at the time of formation of clouds results in escape of heat by radiation. In areas where humidity is minimum the heat lost by radiation will be considerable. Ironically deserts help to ‘fight Global Warming’ and greenery works in the reverse direction!

 If the earth were devoid of water, transfer of heat from the earth by radiation to outer space would have been easy and enormous in quantity as in the case of  the Moon.

 GRAVITY

What is the source of geo-thermal energy?

 A stack of lignite will catch fire if left in the open. Obviously this is because of the pressure developed inside, raising the temperature to ignition point of lignite which is comparatively low. Such rise in temperature takes place inside a stack of coal, iron ore, sand etc also. The pressure is caused by gravity of the earth which continuously pulls the stack down and the surface of the earth opposing this force, causing pressure. Therefore we may say that gravity generates heat. A hill is also a stack of great dimension. As the crust of the earth is not falling down due to gravity; it is obviously subjected to pressure caused by opposing forces of gravity and forces supporting the crust to remain in position. When the pressure at a point, say 10km inside the earth, is multiplied by the area of the globe at this point, we will get a mind boggling figure of the thrust, capable of generating heat, comparable to that produced by thousands of hydrogen bombs.

 Well, this may be the source of geo thermal energy and not radiation as maintained by geologists. The above theory is borne out by the fact that as we go deeper into the earth the temperature rises. In depressions like the Grand Canyon in America and the Dead Sea it is very hot.

 “Hence, omitting all reference to the active volcanoes, and to thermal springs at all temperatures below that of boiling water, found in all parts of the world, it is well-known fact, that in descending into deep mines the temperature is greatly above that of the mean of the exterior air, and increases progressively with the depth. This was first remarked by Gensanne, about the year 1740, in the lead mines of Giromagny, near Beport. Saussure afterwards observed the same fact in the salt mines at Bex, in Switzerland; but the attention of naturalists was not generally directed to the temperature of the lower strata, till Humboldt has executed an extensive and interesting series of experiments in the mines of Freyburg, in 1791. The best set of observations we possess on the temperature of deep places, is that which has been uninterruptedly continued for more than half a century in the caves under the observatory of Paris. In 1783 the Count de Cassini, in concert with Lavoisier, placed a very delicate thermometer in one of these excavations for the purpose of observing the curious phenomenon of an invariable temperature, which had been noticed to exist in the same place, by the first Cassini, in 1671, and by La Hire, in 1730. The thermometer is placed at the depth of rather more than thirty yards under the surface, in a bed of fine sand, and has indicated no change of temperature, or at least its oscillations have not exceeded the 1/33 of centesimal degree. The constant temperature exceeds at that depth, by 2.16 degree Fahrenheit’s scale, the mean tempreture at the surface: and supposing a uniform increase at the same rate, we would arrive at the temperature of boiling water at the depth of 2542 yards under the city of Paris. We may quote a few other results of observation. In the coal mines of the north of England the temperature is 70° at the depth of 800 or 900 feet, when the air at the surface is only 48° or 49°; and in the mines of Valenciana in Mexico, it is 92° when the surface-air is at 60°. The following are additional examples:-. In a copper mine at Dolcoath, in Cornwall, a thermometer was kept eighteen months buried in the rock to the depth of a yard. The depth of the mine was 1377 feet. The temperature indicated was 75.5°, while that of the country is 50°; and consequently the increase of heat there is at the rate of 1° for every 54 feet.

 At Giromagny, in the Vosges, the annual temperature at the surface is 49°; at 330 feet depth it is 53.6°; at 1008 feet, 65.8°; at 1416 feet 74.6°. in four of the deepest mines of Saxony the annual tempreture at the surface is 46.4degree at from 510 to 600 feet depth it is 54.5 degree; at 840 feet, 58 degree; at 1080 feet, 62.6°.

 In the deepest British coal mine, that of Killingworth, the annual temperature at the surface is 48°; at 900 feet depth it is 70°; at 1200 feet, 77°. A similar gradation is found in many of the deeper mines at home and abroad.

 There is thus in the Vosges an increase of temperature in descent below the surface amounting to about 1° in every 60 feet; in Saxony 1° in every 66 feet; and in Britain 1 degreein every 45 feet. After the ratio observed in the Vosges, the tempreture of the hot springs at Bath, 113°, will be found at three-quarters of a mile in the interior of the earth, and that of boiling water at a depth of nearly two miles. “The facts strongly support three conclusions:- First, that the heat of an interior shell of the earth is greater than the superficial shell. Second, that this heat augments progressively as we descend towards this region, in a ratio bearing some relations to the depth. Third, that, even at moderate depth, this heat is greater than the mean heat of the globe ought to be, if entirely derived from the sun. The heat of such an interior mass must be constantly diffusing itself towards the surface; and at the surface it may be kept down, so as to affect the temperature derived from the solar action very feebly, by the greater or less rapidity of its dissipation. But as it is very improbable that it should be diffused with perfect equality round the whole exterior shell of the globe, it may be the true source of some of those anomalies of climate, such as the discrepancy in the annual heat under the same parallel, which cannot be easily referred to other known causes”. If the heat of the globe were entirely derived from the sun, Pekin, at an inconsiderable elevation above the sea, ought to have the same mean annual temperature as Naples, being under the same parallel of latitude; but instead of that being the case, the temperature falls short of that at Naples by nearly 9°. Other causes may contribute to produce this discrepancy; yet it is not unreasonable to suppose that the mean heat at Naples is raised by its proximity to a focus of internal heat which smokes and flashes through the chimney of Vesuvius”.

 It is amazing that pioneers like Humboldt, Lavoisier etc had done path breaking observations regarding geo thermal energy and deserve all praise. Had this line of research continued, the conclusions now reached by me would have automatically been revealed much earlier. That the scientists, especially geologists, have not cared to  study physical geography is a big loss. I have only filled up the spaces left void by the pioneers.

 To conclude: global warming is caused by the earth itself and cooling is retarded by water – our father and mother. Shall we blame our parents or thank them for giving precious life enabling us a few year’s visit to this wonderful earth to enjoy it’s beauty and sublimity?

The current world land speed record was set in 1997 by Britain’s Andy Green in the ThrustSSC.

He reached 763.035 mph (1,227.986 km/h) – the first supersonic land speed record.

Now 12 years on, the Brits are at it again, however the goal is far more ambitious this time.

Before we get to the speed, we should pay some respect to the car that will be trying to break the ThrustSSC’s record: the Bloodhound SSC (Super Sonic Car).

The design has now been finalised and after 10 evolutions the team has settled on the specifications.

Power comes from two sources: the EJ200 jet engine which produces 90kN (20,000 lbs) of thrust, and a 400kg hybrid rocket – the largest ever designed in the UK – capable of 122kN (27,500 lbs).

Combined, this equates to 212kN (47,500 lbs) of thrust – equivalent to 135,000hp (100,670kW), or 180 Formula One cars.

The 90cm diameter wheels can withstand forces of 50,000 radial g at the rim and support a 6.5 tonne car travelling at supersonic speeds.

Computational Fluid Dynamics design has been made possible only by establishing one of the largest computer clusters in the UK.

If all goes to plan, in two years time the Bloodhound will have set the new world land speed record: 1,050 mph (1,690 km/h).

But the record attempt is about more than speed for its organisers.

They describe it as an attempt to “inspire young people to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics”.

And it seems to be working.

More than 2,600 institutions, from kindergartens to universities, have signed up as supporters and are using Bloodhound Education resources.

One teacher described the Bloodhound Project as a real hook for students:

“Our pupils are blown away to be involved in such an exciting project and enthusiasm is equally high from girls as well as boys.

“They’re enjoying maths without realising they’re learning,” said Harwood Meadows Primary School teacher, Siobain Barns.

Indeed, independent research has found that the Bloodhound is having a “mini Apollo effect”.

Applications for undergraduate engineering and computing courses at the University of the West of England and Swansea University, both program sponsors, have risen by 37 and 32 per cent respectively since the project’s commencement.

The record-breaking runs have been set for 2011 at Hakskeen Pan in Northern Cape province, South Africa – a perfectly flat, dried-up lake bed with a 19km-long track.

The only thing currently lying in the way of the record is a dirt road which crosses the track.

That, and the Australian Bullet Project, which is also aiming for speeds of 1050 mph, hopefully in the not too distant future.

We finally got the conservation easement recorded last week.  So from here on out, the farm can never be divided and developed beyond one division and one more house “in perpetuity”.  I found out what that means in this process.  In perpetuity in this context means as long as the Commonwealth of Virginia exists.  So if we lose the next war, and we all end up speaking Chinese or something, I guess the deal’s off and it can be turned into a subdivision.

But until then the high knobs are protected from development, as we wrote in the easement that nobody could never build above a certain elevation.  The 200 year-old woods are protected from logging anything but dead, diseased and dying trees.  The mile and a half of river is “in perpetuity” protected from animals grazing (and pooping) anywhere near it’s edge and polluting it.

This farm is a part of an important collection of other adjacent properties under conservation easement that collectively comprise over 1,000 acres and miles of the Little River.

6 key events are recorded in Mark 10 and this was the one that spoke to me this morning. At first, it seems like wealthy people are the ones who may not make it into heaven because of their love for their wealth which supersedes their love for anything else, even God. However, there seems to be a lot more Jesus is talking about here. Wealth as we know if is understood differently by different people across the world. To some it might be cattle, land, money, power, position, intelligence, strength, children, cars, gadgets, etc. Some of these are physical and some may not be but all of them are considered as signs of wealth to us and most humans strive to achieve some if not all of them.

Jesus is speaking to those of us who are ‘wealthy’ in this world and want to hold on to our Earthly wealth, seen or unseen, even if it comes at the cost of loosing our salvation. Salvation is free and open to all who are willing to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior but to those who will not give their all to gain Christ, they will not gain salvation. So like the rich young ruler, they can continue to do good but hold on to their wealth and it will amount to nothing on the day of judgment. Are you willing to give up everything and submit yourself to Christ? I am and the Lord has been so good to me in many ways when I submitted my life but the real blessings are after this life when we get to share eternity with Christ! Tach Alle lieben Leser oder mal so ebend herreinspazierte,

vor 15 Tage nahm ich mir ja vor, die Tage bis zum Ende des Jahres 2009 mal so zum Spaß zu dokumentieren. Heut ist es wieder soweit und es gibt unglaubliches zu berichten. Ich mußte heute unter mysteriösen Umständen meinen Arbeitsvertrag für den Kindergarten, hier in meiner Heimat unterschreiben. Bevor ich mir die Kita angucken dürfte, wurde ich ins Rathaus zitiert um dort den Vertrag zu unterzeichnen. Naja, ich Ahnungslose habe das auch gemacht. Als ich danach in die Kita fahren sollte, wusste ich auch warum. Ich fühlte mich zurückversetzt ins Jahr 1985 – Made in East Germany! Alles, aber wirklich alles, erinnerte mich dort an meine eigene Kindergartenzeit. Der fürchterliche Geruch nach Erbseneintopf, die Spieluntensilien und auch die ü 40 Mitarbeiterinnen. Grauenhaft. Aber ich hatte ja keine andere Wahl, der Vertrag mußte so oder so unterschrieben werden, sonst hätte ich eine Sperre vom Arbeitsamt bekommen und das kann ich mir im Moment ja nicht leisten. Die Leitung präsentierte mir im selbstgestrickten und verranzten Strickpulli ihre “Arbeitstätte” (ich kann es leider nicht als Kindergarten ansehen). Zum Beispiel die Kreativecke, ein ca 1 m² abgesperrter Abteil in einem Gruppenraum, mit einem Regal an der Wand auf Kinderhöhe, wo nur ein Kind arbeiten konnte. An der Wand war ein weißes Plakat befestigt, die Kinder dürfen sich dort mit Buntstiften kreativ betätigen, das sah man der Wandtapete aber auch an. Von der Turnecke (so groß wie mein Bad- für 240 Kinder) wurde mir übel, als ich sah, wie unstabil und ungesichert alles war. Nun gut, mein dezentes Schlucken und mit den Augenrollen bemerkte aber niemand. Alle waren glücklich endlich jemand gefunden zu haben. Ich erfuhr, dass sie für diese Stelle schon jemanden hatten, dieser jedoch zum Unterschreiben des Arbeitsvertrag nicht mehr kam- er sah die Einrichtung vorher! Kein Wunder also, das ich zuerst ins Rathaus gerufen wurde! Dann erfuhr ich auch noch, warum ich die Stelle bekommen habe: “Sie haben ja im Westen gelernt, und haben ein anderes Bild von Einrichtungen, von diesem Eindruck können wir ja evtl. profietieren.” Ganz sicher, ja, genau! Okay, ich bleibe ruhig, ganz ruhig und werde ab 1.12. dort arbeiten, wielange jedoch? Also dachte ich sofort an eine Kündigung. Leider würde ich dann wieder 3 Monate eine Sperre bekommen, also kann ich mir das auch nicht erlauben, es sei denn, ich hätte einen anderen Job anzubieten. Wo wir gleich beim nächsten Punkt wären. Meine Urlaubstage für die nächsten 2 Monate werden durch die Feiertage zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester aufgebraucht! In der Einrichtung fehlen 5 Erzieher, da ist nichts mit freien Tagen! So könnte ich nicht für ein oder zwei Tage nach Münster fahren, um dort ein Vorstellungsgespräch zu führen. Wie machen das andere Arbeitnehmer? Jetzt flitze ich aus Spaß doch mal zum Briefkasten. Und siehe da, ich habe Post. Post aus Münster! Sehr geehrte Frau Katte, Ihre Vorstellung war erfolgreich! Die Putzstelle, von der ich letztens erzählt hatte, wo ich mir ja auch so sicher war, diese zu bekommen (weil es nicht mein Niveau ist) hat sich gemeldet. Ich könnte dort ab 4.1.2010 anfangen. Müsste jedoch einige Termine unbedingt für die Einstellung vor Jahresende in Münster wahrnehmen (Gesundheitsamt, Vertragsunterzeichnung). Super, echt klasse. Hier den Vertrag unterschrieben und zwei Stunden später dann das. Was ist das für ein scheiß Jahr? Soll ich das mit Münster machen? Dann wäre ich wohl die Putzfrau in Münster mit der besten Qualifizierung! Ich kann das aber doch nicht machen, habe doch den Vertrag unterschrieben und bin an eine 14 tägige Kündigungsfrist gehalten. Soll ich den harten Weg wählen? 2 Wochen dort arbeiten, 2 Wochen krankfeiern, in dieser Zeit nach Münster ziehen (ich habe ja noch nicht mal eine Wohnung dort), dann alle Termine wahrnehmen und ab 4.1.2010 als Putze arbeiten? Oder hier bleiben, nach 2 Monaten kündigen und vom niedrigen Gehalt 600 € sparen und dann mit Sack und Pack, mit der wenigen Kohle umziehen und ganz schnell, wirklich ganz schnell einen Job in Münster finden, der es wirklich in sich hat? Für Ratschläge, Anregungen oder Jobangebote in Münster bin ich jederzeit willkommen!

Warum ist Alles so ungerecht? In was für einem Land leben wir eigentlich?

The regeneration of the Ravenscraig site at Motherwell has taken another step forward with a £2 million funding package to identify options for the second phase of the massive project.

Scottish Enterprise, North Lanarkshire Council and property developer Wilson Bowden have agreed the funding, which will be used for drawing up detailed area planning briefs for a new town centre, industrial area and business park on the former steelworks site.

Wilson Bowden and Scottish Enterprise will each contribute £800,000 towards the development of the planning briefs, with the council contributing £400,000.

Liz Connolly, Scottish Enterprise’s operations director for West of Scotland, said: “This is a long term project and, as the first phase nears completion, it is important that all partners involved can evaluate progress to date and identify how we can continue to attract private sector interest and investment for the project.”

Phase One included the development of a new Motherwell College and a regional sports facility for sportscotland.

Installing the infrastructure for the next phase – roads, utilities, drainage etc – is likely to cost around £80 million, before a single brick is placed upon another. Why so expensive? Well, we’re talking about the biggest derelict site in Europe – and its 1,125 acres means that it is twice the size of Monaco. If nothing else was built on the site, it could accommodate 700 football pitches. More than £80 million has been invested over the past ten years on demolition, decontamination and re-servicing works.

As Western Europe’s largest hot strip steel plant, Ravenscraig’s closure in 1992 became a potent symbol for the collapse of Scotland’s traditional heavy industries. Its iconic status led to eager promises of regeneration and job creation from politicians of all parties during the 1990s.

Ironically, delays in regenerating “The ‘Craig” meant that other Lanarkshire developments thrived, especially Strathclyde Business Park and Hamilton International Business Park. Lanarkshire’s unemployment rates are no longer notably worse than many other parts of central Scotland. Some Scots question whether Ravenscraig really qualifies nowadays for the type of special assistance offered, but postponed, back in the 1990s.

More recently, plans by developer Wilson Bowden to create a new town on the site, including 620,000 sq ft of shopping, plus around 400,000 sq ft of leisure space, were opposed by the landlords of other major malls in central Scotland, particularly property giant Land Securities who took their case all the way to the House of Lords. Land Sec lost their case towards the end of 2006, but as David Smith, then a Land Sec director, told me at the time: “We’ll live with the judgement. Our legal challenge has bought us three years’ breathing space for our East Kilbride and Livingston retail centres. This is not an easy time to get a scheme like Ravenscraig out of the ground.”

In other words, rival malls – including those in Hamilton, East Kilbride, Braehead and Glasgow’s Silverburn – were able to forge ahead while the ambitious plans for Ravenscraig turned to rust in North Lanarkshire. The property crash then put all plans for Ravenscraig back into the melting pot while demand for new shopping, new housing and new business space were quietly shunted onto the back burner.

Never let anyone tell you that property is a genteel industry.

Den som köper ett uppehållstillstånd på svarta marknaden måste dock på egen hand infoga det i passet.

Det kan bara göras av Migrationsverket men enligt den försäljare som Ekot talat med brukar pass och märken fogas samman av en medhjälpare i Grekland. Det är inte känt som om märkena är äkta eller förfalskningar.

Ja, oavsett om märken är äkta eller inte så stinker detta hästskit, eller apskit om man så vill, lång väg. För det här innebär att drösen av kriminella invandrare och flyktingar till Sverige kommer att öka ännu mer.

T ex är det ett brott att köpa sådana här uppehållstillstånd svart, och många utav dem som kommer hit med hjälp utav dessa är ju kriminella redan innan.

För ingen ska tro att alla de flyktingar och invandrare som kommer hit flyr ifrån någonting utan orsak, många gånger flyr de ifrån sina hemländer på grund utav att de har begått brott där.

Och vad är då bättre än att fly till ett land som tar emot vem som helst med öppna armar utan att kolla upp saker och ting ordentligt när det gäller personen ifråga?

Nej, i Sverige släpper vi alla, oavsett vilka brott som de har begått.

Sverige – De kriminellas fristad på jorden.

Dessutom är det när det kommer till kritan få utav de som kommer hit som verkligen är riktiga flyktingar.

Excerpts from GLOBAL WARMING IS A MYTH

IS CARBON DI OXIDE THE VILLAIN?

Such terms as carbon credit find a place in newspapers almost daily. I don’t know what is all this about. To me CO₂ sustains life on earth. Has the level of CO₂ in the atmosphere gone up? Has it been proved experimentally?

 Before Industrialization

The whole of America and most of the old world were inhabited by a comparatively small population, a majority of whom depended upon meat and fish. Farming depended entirely on rain water as big dams were unknown. The grasslands of America and Australia didn’t produce food grains. Coal and other fossil fuels were not commercially exploited. In those days we may presume that a proper balance existed between CO₂ and other ingredients of the air like N₂ and O₂ in spite of forest fires, the like of which we witnessed in California recently.

After Industrialization

Commercial exploitation of coal began first followed by oil and natural gas, resulting in increase in the level of CO₂ in the atmosphere. Simultaneously two other developments followed: increase in population (both human and animal) and corresponding growth in food grains production. Big dams were constructed and more and more areas of land were brought under cultivation. Mechanization and the use of artificial fertilizers made leaps and bounds in production of food grains, fruits and other commercial crops. The Prairies of North America became the granary of the world. Compared to grass, food grains and sugar fix a large quantity of CO₂. The major items responsible for such CO₂ fixation are:

1. food grains like wheat, corn, rice, oats, soybean etc
2. underground vegetables like potato, tapioca, beetroot etc
3. fruits like apple, grapes, banana, dates, cherry, pineapple etc
4. sugarcane etc

Experts can calculate the total quantity of CO₂ produced by industry and that absorbed by vegetation as mentioned above and the marine vegetation in order to find out whether the net balance is favoring CO₂ concentration in the air. An easier way would be to experimentally ascertain the percentage of CO₂ in the atmospheric air (being heavier than air CO₂ is available near the surface of the earth). If CO₂ level increases O₂ level should decrease. In my childhood (I am 70+) O₂ level was 20% as mentioned in my text book. Has it changed? An atom of carbon combines with two atoms of oxygen to form CO₂ which is absorbed by the leaves of the plant to form starch. In the process two atoms of oxygen are released into the atmosphere. We may say that each carbon atom burnt ultimately results in the release of two atoms of oxygen, thus resulting in increase in the level of O₂. Level of CO₂ dissolved in the ocean water should also be checked. If this level increases, fishes would die en mass. Has this happened? If the level of CO₂ dissolved in ocean waters decreases, plant life in the ocean cannot produce enough starch by photosynthesis. This will be a hazard for fishes and other marine life.

The volume of animal and hence plant life in the oceans is much more than that on the continents. This is because the area of the oceans is seven times the area of the continents. Also, the oceans are deep. Hence the volume of water is very much more and can contain a large population of marine life. The necessary starch has to come from plant life. So, the total bio mass in the oceans is considerably higher than that in the continent. The carbon di oxideàPlant starchàAnimalsàCarbon di oxide cycle is there in the watery medium, just as in our atmosphere. All the gases, including nitrogen, will be present in dissolved state in the oceans too. Here industrialization has not affected the ‘atmosphere’ of the ocean. This fact has to be recognized in any discussion on Global Warming.

This would suggest that the percentage of oxygen has slightly increased. If this is true it augers ill, as forest fires may become uncontrollable with increase in the level of oxygen in the coming years. Therefore, this line should be investigated separately by experts. My guess is that with unchecked use of nitrogenous fertilizers, the total bio mass in the earth could have increased. The requisite extra nitrogen must have been drawn from the atmosphere along with CO₂ releasing extra oxygen into the atmosphere as pointed out above.]

The importance of proper scientific study cannot be over emphasized. Mother Nature maintains her balance, whatever her children may do!
