Larry Birkhead and 3-year-old daughter Dannielynn were spotted going through security at LAX today.

Dannielynn has really grown into a beautiful little girl. Her mom, the late Anna Nicole Smith, would be so proud of her.

So I finally and happily got a job! And it’s amazing! People have been asking about it and I finally took some photos (on my phone camera hahaha). Uploaded them to facebook as well but at least I can talk about it here.

That is the front of the cute Studio Seress, a photography studio for Erika Seress’ photo companies, Erika Seress Photography and The Pod Photography, as well as an event space! Inside is a gallery space as well as the photo studio in back. It’s just so cute (and decorated amazingly) so it makes me happy just looking at the place! It’s located on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach, so if you are in the area, drop by and say hi!

This was November’s First Friday. Packed events with a bar and dj. Lots of fun. If you can make it out sometime, please do . Sometimes you run into celebrities (Daniel Kim from Lost was there at First Friday).

Anyway at the studio I’m Erika’s assistant. I’m learning a lot, from the business aspect to editing photos and everything in between. It’s fun and I’m so lucky she’s nice and fun. She has an awesome pug, too (Bella). I’m still getting into the groove of the position but I seem to be learning everything easily enough and it definitely doesn’t really feel like work. The drive can sometimes be a pain in the ass but I work mostly during non-traffic (or I miss the worst parts of traffic) hours so it’s not bad (thanks Erika! haha). The studio is fairly new (opened in September) so Erika and Scott are still getting things organized so I don’t feel too out of place learning things. Either way, it’s an awesome job and I’m glad I waited to get a job I really wanted.

So there was a fashion show this past Sunday and Larry Birkhead and Scott Baio were there with their kids. And Erika’s photo of Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn were posted on Star online! Quite fun and exciting!

Larry Birkhead spends the day being the doting dad to daughter Dannielynn at Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills yesterday.

Larry recently spoke about Dannielynn’s resemblance to her late mom Anna Nicole.

“The older that she gets, the more she’s starting to look like her mother,” he said.

Anna Nicole passed away just five months after Dannielynn’s birth and Larry is determined to keep her memory alive for their daughter.

“She’s at the age now where she starts, you know, asking about mommy — ‘Where’s mommy?’” he revealed. “I painted a picture of her mom … She loves it. She goes over and kisses it every night and things like that are real heartbreaking. Above my bed there’s pictures of Anna and she climbs up every morning and says, ‘Hi mommy!’ and ‘Goodnight mommy.’ Also when she’s being naughty I say, ‘Mommy’s watching!’”

Just days after Scott and Rene Baio welcomed their first child bailey, she tested “positive” for a metabolic disorder known as “G-A 1”.

Luckily, the final round of tests came back showing that the first tests had been ‘false positives’.

Through their 10 week long journey, the couple discovered that other families were not so blessed. 3/18 UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF POST REGARDING GEORGE & CINDY’S DEPOSITIONS

Just as Howard K. Stern is unwillingly basking in the limelight these days, so is Lee Anthony. It’s not as if Lee really wants to be in this position, but people can’t seem to get a grip on who Caylee Anthony’s father is, was, or whatever you want to call him. It’s an odd curiosity and the desperate public needs to know.

It wasn’t all that long ago when there was a huge mystery surrounding the cause of Anna Nicole Smith’s death and at the same time, the public was dying to know who the real father of her surviving daughter Dannielynn was, too. In Anna Nicole’s death, we all kind of knew it was from a drug overdose and that proved to be true. In time, the mystery of Dannielynn’s father was solved when DNA testing proved that Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole’s former boyfriend and lover, was the winner of the paternity contest that outshone every story coming out of Tinseltown. Finally, the public’s hunger was sated and the nightmare that kept the curious awake at night was over. Back then, Birkhead was the guy everyone pulled for. Stern was the bad guy and today, he faces felony charges for allegedly providing her with drugs, along with two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor, and Khristine Eroshevich, who are believed to be the unlawful prescribers of those medications, according to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.

Fortunately for little Dannielynn, she seems to be leading a fairly normal life, far, far away from the lifestyle and drugs of her dead mother and the low life butt kissing pals she hung around with. I’m sorry Anna Nicole died, but I feel more sorrow for the terrible loss of Caylee, and that’s where we part with Stern & Company and focus more on her uncle, Lee Anthony.

Lee loved his niece with all his heart. Caylee’s death took an irreplaceable chunk of happiness out of him and, once again, he’s back in the news. Has he ever left? As much as Larry Birkhead was the guy everyone pulled for, no one cares about Lee. To many conspiracy theorists and others who won’t let this case figure itself out in court, he is poison. Not only did he plot the murder and cover up with his sister and parents, he is the father of that child. Nuts, I say. DNA testing has already shown that Lee couldn’t possibly be the father, but that’s not stopping attorneys John Morgan and Keith Mitnik from forcing him to say who it is or who he thinks it is in a motion filed last week. Morgan and Mitnik are the lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez and they asked Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez to make Lee Anthony answer two questions he didn’t address during his interview under oath last month at Morgan’s law firm.

Casey Anthony is being sued in civil court for more than $15,000 in damages  after she identified a nanny who took her child as Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Gonzalez claims she lost her job and suffered public humiliation and emotional stress. In Lee Anthony’s deposition, he made it clear that the two people with the same name are not the same person. That wasn’t quite enough to satisfy Morgan and Mitnk.

During the 3-hour deposition, Lee’s attorney, Thomas Luka, objected to two questions, one pertaining to the identity of Caylee Anthony’s father, and the other one a question related to the role Casey played in the disappearance of her daughter. 

I know how the insatiable curiosity of the obsessed public needs to know the answers to these important questions. I realize that by not answering them, Lee is wrapping the noose tighter around his neck when it comes to the perplexing portrait the public paints of him, but in a civil court of law, is it all that important?

I know John Morgan. I have met him several times and I can tell you a few things about him, things that are not just heresay, but it’s not my job. What I will say is this: There is absolutely no reason why Morgan needs to know who the father of Caylee Anthony is. Just as well, there is no compelling reason why he needs to know what Lee thinks his sister’s involvement in the murder is. Both of these questions are not relevant in this particular civil case. Just what do these queries have to do with Zenaida Gonzalez? John Morgan is an extremely wealthy attorney. His desire is to shoot for the stars. If he can get answers out of Lee or any of the Anthonys, he will be the biggest name since Johnny Cochran. This is his motive and in reality, he couldn’t care less what the answers are. Proof is in the fact that no one representing Gonzalez could cite any legal reasons for asking these questions. This woman should win nothing and Morgan & Company should be ashamed of themselves for this line of questioning.

Lee Anthony’s lawyer, Thomas Luka, wrote in his legal response that these two questions only serve to embarrass and annoy the Anthony family. If anyone can tell me why Lee should answer them, other than to satify the public’s need to know, please do so. For the life of me, I can’t figure it out. Just remember something, Lee is not on trial. Howard K. Stern will be. Which guy does the public love to hate the most?

No date for Lee’s hearing has been set. Hold on to your seats.

In related news, George and Cinday Anthony will testify under oath next month in the defamation case against their daughter, Brad Conway said. Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez postponed the depositions in February until media outlets submitted documents stating why they should be allowed to attend the interviews. Conway had earlier argued that he doesn’t want reporters and cameras allowed in the depositions.

A hearing was scheduled for Wednesday to address the issues, but Conway said that he and Zenaida Gonzalez’s attorneys had worked things out, so there is no need for the hearing

Also, according to the WESH-TV website, the state has released its witness list in the Casey Anthony case. Members of the Anthony family are some of the interesting names subpoenaed thus far, including Cindy, George and Lee Anthony and Cindy Anthony’s mother. Lee Anthony’s girlfriend, Mallory, as well as employees of a Mount Dora nursing home where the last known videotape of Caylee was taken June 15 are also on the list.

Death of son

Smith’s 20-year-old son, Daniel Smith, died on September 10, 2006 in his mother’s hospital room while visiting her and his newborn sister.^[54]After the coroner labeled the death “reserved,” Smith hired forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht to perform a second autopsy.^[55]

His death certificate was issued on September 21, 2006, so that he could be buried.^[56] While Smith remained in the Bahamas with Dannielynn and Stern, Daniel’s family in the United States, including his father, Billy Smith, gathered with friends on October 7, 2006, in Mexia, Texas, for a memorial service. Daniel was buried at Lake View Cemetery on New Providence, Bahamas, on October 19, 2006, almost six weeks after his death.^{[57][dead link]} According to Howard K. Stern, Smith’s longtime companion, she was devastated over her son’s death. “Anna and Daniel were inseparable. Daniel was without question the most important person in Anna’s life,” Stern told Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin during his testimony in the legal battle after the model’s death. “At Daniel’s funeral, she had them open the coffin and tried to climb inside. She said that ‘if Daniel has to be buried, I want to be buried with him,’” Stern testified. “She was ready to go down with him.”^[58] Howard K. Stern revealed that “Anna saw herself as both mother and father to Daniel. From the time I met her, everything was for Daniel. I would say that physically, she died last week, but in a lot of ways, emotionally she died when Daniel died,” he added.^[59][60]

Dr. Wecht announced on Larry King Live that the autopsy he performed showed that Daniel died from a lethal combination of Zoloft, Lexaproand methadone. Although he explained that methadone is used in the treatment of heroin and morphine addiction, Wecht said he had no information to make any conclusion why Daniel was using the drug. On February 8, 2007, Wecht said on Fox News that he still had no information about how Daniel obtained methadone.

Stern , Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich have been charged with conspiring to provide controlled substances to Anna Nicole Smith from July 2004 until January 2007.

All three  LYING FOOLS have also been accused of “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict,” among other charges.

Anna Nicole was only 39 years old when she died  after “overdosing” on prescription medications, just months after her 20-year-old son Daniel also died of a lethal combination of drugs.

Anna LOVED her son Daniel Wayne more than anything and was DEVASTATED beyond belief when he died. Hmm …. I WOULDN’T put it past Howard K. Stern to have  had a hand in that “overdose” too!

I used to watch the Anna Nicole Show on E occasionally.  Although it was apparent she had some major issues, she was a true character and infectious to watch.

She obviously was a bruised woman who had a hard life, and lacked self-esteem. A perfect victim for a loser and user like H. K Stern!

It was painfully apparent  on this show that Stern was a blood sucking leech from the very bottom of the pond!

He knew exactly how much Anna had in her bank account, because he was he lawyer  and had access to all her financial information. Anna Nicole stood to inherit insane amounts of cash MONEY!! She was in an intense battle over her second husband’s BILLION dollar estate.

For many this couple was a sight for singed eyes. I say..I live in NYC and have seen much scarier things? Anna Nicole claimed to love this old man. Perhaps he was the first, the only, and the last man to treat Anna Nicole with any kind of real affection?

Anna Nicole was in a crazy battle with J. Howard Marshall’s son over her husband’s estate. It went back and forth from one appellate court to another, until it finally reached the Supreme Court of the United States! You know there have got to be some DEEP issues if the SC of the US gets involved. I mean let’s face it, Roe vs. Wade, Brown Vs. The Board of Education of Topeka , Kansas these are both landmark cases that changed the course of United States history. Then there is and Marshall vs. Marshall?? Yes that’s right,  Marshall vs. Marshall  is STILL an ongoing case. The New York Times reported after Anna Nicole’s death that little Danielynn (Anna Nicole’s daughter) will most likely continue the legal fight to receive over 88 MILLION dollars!
