Well…where does one begin. One’s job of hole digging is never quite complete when Carry Prejean is the one speaking. At her rate – and should she be a cartoon (and I strongly advocate for a cartoon version versus a real Carry) – she has dug herself to China and back a couple of times already.

Carry Prejean timeline: Inappropriate homosexual comment at Miss USA, followed by inappropriate relgious defense, followed by a confession of inappropriate requests for implants, followed by inappropriate underage photos, followed by inappropriate contract breeches, followed by inappropriate lawsuits, followed by inappropriate settlements, followed by inappropriate sex tapes, followed by inappropriate book writing, followed by Larry King being called inapproprate, by Carry – who I think, thinks that she is appropriate?

I wonder if she viewed herself on Larry King and wished the earth opened up and sucked her in. I know I sure wished it. Making fun of Carry Prejean is too easy – what amazes me is that I’m blogging about her – again.

Anyways, she needs to be a case study for future publicists on when to walk away. I have never had to deal with a winner that just would not disappear into oblivian. For the Miss California USA organization, the world empathizes with what you had to deal with – and hey if you’re ever looking to hire a public relations director…I’m right here!

Thanksgiving must be in the air, because this month of November has been a  cornucopia of riches for those of you out there, unlike myself, that enjoy watching leaked sex tapes of famous or soon to be famous people. 

Virginal Miss California, and a proud homophobe Carrie Prejean has made at least 8 solo sex tapes, that were for her former boyfriends eyes only, has been offered up to two million dollars by the porno production kings Vivid entertainment.

 Shauna Sands of all people has written an open letter to Carrie, encouraging her to take the money, and maximize her financial earnings by controlling its distribution, which will happen if she gets paid or not.

 Shauna, of course, is speaking from experience, as her former boyfriend released her sex tape, on the eve of ex-husband Lorenzo Lamas and current family had premiered their own reality T.V. program on a major cable network. Shauna has offered to sit down with her over ‘tea’ so she could consult her one on one, sex tape producer to sex tape producer. 

Let’s see what Carrie decides to do…take the devils money, or cash in and blaze new trials as a christian porno actress. Today, singing star, actress, and all around sex goddess, Carmen Electra stepped up to the plate and has leaked her own private porno sex tape, but hers is not a solo affair. 

 What it does mean is that the search for it will on the internet will make her the queen of internet searches for a few days, which should help promote the sale of her upcoming movie or book release. Electra, 37, can be seen wearing nothing but black high heels, stockings, panties, a red bra and a diamond-studded choker in a new short posted on website NucleonForce.com.

The most interesting one out of any leaked sex tape that I have been forced to review as a ‘journalist’ comes from newcomers Miss Japan 2008 Miroko Mima and Miss Trinidad & Tobago Anya Ayoung-Chee who both met and competed in the 2008 Miss Universe pageant with Carrie Prejean. 

Do not be too curious, because why mess up a good gig over some prurient entertainment, unless of course, your job is to report on such news for a blog or other legitimate news reporting services.

I predict the two of them will be famous, but that Miss Trinidad and Tobago is flat-out beautiful. She will have an extensive career in front of the cameras, so do not be mad at her.

 I give this one 15 stars out of 10, and the leaked tape speaks for itself.

 It is being reported that the action was stolen off of her Miss Trinidad’s former boyfriend’s laptop, when he left it at a computer repair shop. That sounds to me like a lie, because we all know that most people delete their porn from their desktop before leaving it at a repair shop,….at least I do.

 I am obviously joking here with all of this, but it is amazing to me that there are so many high-profile people out there that film themselves having illicit sex. Carrie Prejean claims that she just wanted to give her boyfriend a gift, and I have heard that before many times from young girls.

I know when I bring gifts to an intimate female companion, I better show up with some flowers and merchandise if I plan on coming back. A sex tape will not cut it for the women I know, …but it would be great for them to make one and give it to me.

 I just would not be in it. Unfortunetly this does send out the wrong message to all the little girls out there that want to become celebrities. It seems as though that a ‘leaked’ sex tape is going to be mandatory for  young lady to rise to fame and popularity in today’s culture.

The viral nature of just such an exhibition has worked wonders for many of todays starlets and that might be a double-edged sword. 

I expect a lot of self righteous declarations of piousness to be espoused in reaction to this sexual exploitation in our culture, and I discourage any of my relatives to go down this path,so I do not have to be exposed to it.

 But, the reality of it is, is that it is not illegal if the parties are of age and consenting adults, it’s just inadvisable.

 I recommend a bit of discretion, but I do understand the pressure that we in Hollywood put on the female stars to stay relevant, and to be noticed.

If you are related to me, I suggest you make something eles for your boyfriend…

Both Prejean and Palin have books out (as does Beck…), only Palin’s book is doing much better than is Prejean’s: Amazon.com has Palin’s book at No. 1 and Prejean’s at No. 6,712 — yes, at No. 6,712 — as I compose this sentence.

If you think I’m awful for comparing Palin and Prejean, Prejean makes the comparison herself. This is from her pathetic recent interview with Larry King:

KING: You characterize yourself as being “Palinized.” What do you mean?

PREJEAN: Well, you look at Sarah Palin and Congresswoman, you know, Michele Bachmann, they are relentlessly, you know, torn down by the liberal media. I mean, they’re wonderful women. They’re intelligent. They’re great mothers. They’re brilliant. And yet there’s this double standard that conservative women are fair game to be attacked. And it’s not right. And it needs to stop.

KING: Doesn’t the conservative media tear down liberal politicians?

PREJEAN: Not to the extent that liberals do to conservative women. I think that they get away with it. If you look at Keith Olbermann, for instance, I talk about it in my book, some of the things that he says on his show about conservatives, if Sean Hannity or if Bill O’Reilly said anything like that about a liberal woman, like Sonia Sotomayor or Michelle Obama, he would be off the air. And there is this double standards and Americans are now exposed to it.

KING: But the conservative media commentators denounced Sonia Sotomayor as a racist, Hillary Clinton as a bitch and a liar. Laura Ingraham recently accused Nancy Pelosi of having do everything but sell her own body to get the health bill passed. You must condemn things like that.

PREJEAN: Look at the things that they said about Sarah Palin and her children. I mean, it’s unbelievable. The attacks are still coming. And, you know, when they’re not happy with the message, Larry, what do they do? They attack the messenger.

KING: Well, you don’t see that it happens on both sides?

PREJEAN: I think that it’s important for women to stick together. I think that’s the biggest thing. And I think that there definitely is this bias against conservative women. It’s fair game. And if they don’t like what you have to say, they have to attack your personal life. And that’s what we’ve been seeing. It’s very consistent.

Oh, puhhhfuckinglease. If you put yourself in the public spotlight, like both Prejean and Palin have done, you can’t complain that the public spotlight shines on those parts of your life that you wish it wouldn’t.

Especially when you claim to be such a great fucking upstanding “Christian” (which includes hating fags and dykes, just like Jesus did/does, of course!), as Prejean does, you can’t expect your hypocrisy (such as breast implants and amateur sex videos) not to be exposed.

When I watched the Prejean-Larry King clip with Prejean ostentatiously wearing her Christian cross pendant, as though she actually exemplifies what Jesus Christ taught, I wanted to vomit.

All that Palin and Prejean do is cry “victim.” How, exactly, does this victim mentality empower women? And is their incessant whining about the “liberal media” enough to elect the likes of Palin to positions of power? Aren’t you supposed to have actual accomplishments, not just bogus claims of victimhood? 

Prejean is full of shit when she claims that women on the right are given worse treatment than are progressive women. And women on the right usually are attacked because they are fucktarded and mean-spirited, not because they are women.

Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann are “brilliant”? Well, consider the source of that assertion. No doubt Prejean considers herself to be “brilliant” as well.

I recall the incredibly vicious attacks on Cindy Sheehan by the right. (The majority of Americans now agree with Sheehan, of course, that the unelected Bush regime’s Vietraq War was dead wrong.)

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and my only truly Democratic U.S. senator, Barbara Boxer, constantly are villified by the right, as was U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor (primarily because she isn’t a conservative white man), yet here is Prejean whining about what supposedly horribly unfair treatment she and Palin have received. She’s even coined a verb for it: “Palinized.”  

What Palin and Prejean and their ilk really want is for progressive women to be crucified while wingnut dingbats like Palin and Prejean get a free pass — lest they scream “sexism.”

Why won’t Palin and Prejean just go the fuck away, even though the McCainosaurus-Palin-Quayle ticket tanked at the ballot box a year ago this month and even though Palin and Prejean both, to my knowledge, are unemployed, except to peddle their books?

Because of Americans’ love affair with white trash, that’s why. We haven’t seen Palin’s nasty bits, as we have Prejean’s, but we are promised that soon we’ll see Palin’s grandkid’s baby daddy’s pee-pee on playgirl.com.

That’s why Palin and Prejean endure: because Americans just can’t get enough of stupid.

I don’t expect Prejean to be around much longer, and I don’t see that Palin-Quayle ever will make it to the White House. Still, I believe that it’s a mistake to misunderestimate, as our last “brilliant” “president” would put it, how popular stupid is in the United States of America.

Sarah Palin and Carrie Prejean appeal to the fantasy of millions of fucktarded Americans that they, too, can become famous one day, even though they have attained absofuckinglutely nothing. It’s the American dream, to attain to heights that you never earned and don’t deserve. (It was, I think, the “brilliant” “President” George W. Bush who started that trend.)

Still, though, Palin and Prejean (and Glenn Beck) do represent an ever-shrinking segment of the U.S. population: the misogynist/pro-patriarchal, white supremacist, “Christo”fascist, xenophobic, homophobic, pro-bogus-war, anti-social-program, anti-environmental (not necessarily in that order) set. They are vocal, but they are going extinct like the dinosaurs they don’t believe in.

The Repugnicans think that just because they can front a she-Nazi or two, the majority of the American voters won’t see that a Nazi is still a Nazi, male or female, Dick Cheney or Sarah Palin.

Because getting breast implants in order to compete in the Miss USA pageant is what feminism is all about! As is the anti-abortion stance of both Prejean and Palin! Yes, women of the United States of America, these brilliant women are on your side!

Prejean already is dead in the water, so she might as well go ahead and make that pro porn, and Palin is riding high right now only because of her book. She’ll fade. You betcha.

And even if she didn’t, she and her ilk just don’t have the numbers anymore. It’s not even close enough for the Repugnicans to be able to steal presidential elections anymore, like they did in 2000 and again in 2004.

It seems like Christians are the CNN spotlight tonight: Sarah Palin critiqued on AC360.  Bishop T.D. Jakes, pastor of The Potter’s House Church, was also on CNN’s Larry King Live for an hour and gave him the opportunity to promote his new book “The Memory Quilt: A Christmas Story for Our Times”.  However, his book was not the attention grabber–at least not for me.  As I watched Jakes, I was very impressed with how he handled himself with Larry King. King certainly seemed to carry different tone when interviewing pop culture stars; he seems more human with them, but King does not seem as personable with Jakes and other conservatives and evangelicals.  Nevertheless, Jakes gave his honest opinion and expressed them directly and with a sense of firmness, yet while showing his compassionate human side. Bishop Jakes has previously been on Larry King Live so he knows what kind of questions to expect and how to respond with clarity and grace.

While King asked him potential time-bomb questions that would make many evangelicals squirm in their seats, Bishop Jakes remained positive. You should have seen Larry – he kept his eyes on his sheet of questions and didn’t hold back on the tough time-bomb questions.  King fired away, one provocative question after another, as if trying to see what might evoke a certain response from Jakes, e.g., President Barack Obama and his faith, gay marriage and gay unions, health care and abortion, prosperity gospel, the economy, Islam and the Ft. Hood massacre, war, Sarah Palin, death penalty.  I strongly sensed King was trying to get a sense of Jakes’s religious and political positions and fired them with machine gun speed.  King asked Jakes tough questions that could potentially evoke controversial responses from other evangelicals but Jakes handled King’s questions honestly and adeptly.  Through it all, Jakes remained very gracious and carried with him a clear set of moral values. He is a great clergy-interviewee.  I can see why King would invite Jakes back to his show.  Way to go Bishop Jakes!

To catch up from my last posting it appears we have a production winner! And…it wasn’t even a choice from the last post. I know not fair to the voters, but as Brian McNamee so eloquently put it, “it is what it is”. And the WINNER IS!?! Lightly Salted Film and Design. Like it or not that is what my brother – in – law decided on. We had been tossing around ideas for about 2 weeks and couldn’t really seem to find something we liked then we fell upon this one and just went from that point.

We hope to have a logo designed later this week and a website up by Middle of December. Don’t worry I will be sure to keep you updated as I plan to actually update this bad boy at least once a week. Now for a little self promotion  I’m going to embed a video that I shot for a wedding in October this is just one part of our wedding videography elements with basic coverage and same day edits to also follow depending on the package. Note: Please bare with me as this was my first shoot not only for a concept video like this but also my first time using the steadicam merlin for about 8 hours. So…I’m not completely satisfied (couldn’t do the best of color correction only have FCE… and other various issues I don’t like) but its a jumping off point at least. Oh and I can’t figure out how to post vimeo videos straight in the post so it is located to your right.

I wanted to point out that Lightly Salted won’t be exclusive to weddings but also umbrella various other ventures that we take part in i.e. car commercials,home shows etc..So we wanted something that would be memorable and fun to market. Not that any of that justifies the crazy name…

I guess now I will move on to some other things. Recently I have realized that I have a back log of photos that I haven’t done anything with really. So I thought now would be a good time to post somethings so off we go!

While I was hoping for some more COLORFUL pics when I went to Gregory Grounds Park the overcast day kinda paired with the less that vibrant colors so I took what I could and went with it. I think they came out pretty good though. I hoping to purchase a 50mm lens soon so that should make things a little more exciting!

I guess to tie up this multimedia adventure I will through some pics up of my fixed gear which currently has a flat…damn you westport and your broken glass in the road!

And YES! I realized that in the wide shot of the bike the chain is loose…I was really upset with myself after I had taken these pics because I had just taken the bike apart and cleaned it up and apparently didn’t have the wheel close enough to the cog and the chain wasn’t tight enough I didn’t notice until after…None the less I don’t think some of you have seen it since I switched it to a fixie so I thought I would post it up.

In an interview with Larry King last night, Carrie Prejean told the host: “Sarah Palin is my hero.”

Incredibly, however, that was NOT the most ridiculous thing Prejean did or said during the segment!

Before throwing a fit and acting like a six-year old, Carrie expounded on her admiration for Palin. She said she admired the former governor’s “strength and her courage,” adding that Palin would “make a great President.”

What made King’s inquiries “inappropriate,” yet Hannity’s questioning completely welcome? We wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that Hannity penned the foreword for Carrie’s book.

Prejean proceeded to take off her microphone and sit in the studio, pouting like a child. She’s seen talking to handlers off-camera, unaware how to even storm out of an interview properly without direction from her PR staff.

King asked Prejean why she agreed to strike a deal with the Pageant and drop her claims of libel, slander and religious discrimination. “Why settle since you had a fight to carry on?” King pressed. Prejean demurred. King asked again: “You can’t even say why you settled?”

Prejean, visibly displeased, refused to answer: “Larry, it’s completely confidential and you’re being inappropriate.”

The inappropriate issue at hand isn’t King’s probing question, but the alleged reason why Prejean settled: TMZ reported that she decided to strike a deal only after the lawyer for the Pageant revealed a home-made sex tape of a 17-year-old Prejean.

King: “So the agreement discusses the motive behind why each party agreed?”

Prejean: “Larry you’re being inappropriate. You really are. So, I’m not going to talk about –”

(This back and forth goes on for a full minute.)

Finally, King concedes: “Okay, I, uh… inappropriate King Live continues.” He drops the subject and goes to a caller. But the damage is done: before the person on the phone line is halfway through his introduction (“I’m a gay man and I love pageants”), Prejean reaches to disconnect her mic and mouths something to someone off camera.

“Did she hear the question?” King wonders.

Smitherman Vs. Tory–Fight To The Death: Perhaps it isn’t that intense. There were no weapons involved. The hostility is there though. On his radio show, John Tory aimed his attacks at guest George Smitherman’s involvement with eHealth. Smitherman denied, as a good politician should.

Terrorism Trial Party: Is Omar Khadr being tried in the U.S. or is he being repatriated in Canada? Nobody knows. In other news, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, alleged mastermind of the 9/11 attacks is being tried in NYC.

Carrie’s latest cross to bear? Her appearance on Larry King Live didn’t go so well. Larry asked a rather vague question about her recent court settlement, and the former Miss California USA pageant winner went into a snit, telling King that his question was “inappropriate”. It would seem Miss Prejean hasn’t had any coaching in how to deflect a question she doesn’t want to answer. She’s still in the “poor little ole’ me, everyone’s picking on me just because I don’t think gays should have any rights” mode. She tried to take her microphone off and storm out, but apparently even that didn’t come off as planned. Poor little Carrie, can’t even pull off a snit correctly!

Another burden for our beauty queen to deal with came when her former boyfriend announced that Carrie had done the “solo” sex video for him, and that there was more than just the one! Carrie’s claim that she was a foolish 17 year old when the video was made was disputed by her former paramour, who says she was twenty at the time it was recorded.

The religious right first championed Carrie, who became their darling when Perez Hilton went into queen bitch mode on his blog about her response to his question during the pageant about same-sex marriage. How much you want to bet she ends up doing weather for some TV station in Orange County? Or maybe Fox will put her in her own show. They’ll have a slot to fill after Glenn Beck is gone, assuming the fantasies he believes come true.

Carrie’s latest cross to bear?  Her appearance on Larry King Live didn’t go so well.  Larry asked a rather vague question about her recent court settlement, and the former Miss California USA pageant winner went into a snit, telling King that his question was “inappropriate”.  It would seem Miss Prejean hasn’t had any coaching in how to deflect a question she doesn’t want to answer.  She’s still in the “poor little ole’ me, everyone’s picking on me just because I don’t think gays should have any rights” mode. She tried to take her microphone off and storm out, but apparently even that didn’t come off as planned.  Poor little Carrie, can’t even pull off a snit correctly!

Another burden for our beauty queen to deal with came when her former boyfriend announced that  Carrie had done the “solo” sex video for him, and that there was more than just the one!  Carrie’s claim that she was a foolish 17 year old when the video was made was disputed by her former paramour, who says she was twenty at the time it was recorded.

A great interview is, to my mind, and as the name suggests, an inter-view. It’s not just one person presenting their view and ignoring the other but rather an exchange of ideas. A conversation that informs and entertains the viewer. Like a beautiful dance it seems effortless when really done well.

People will have various opinions about who is the best interviewer and what the perfect interview looks like but for me Larry King is the King. Larry King manages to always get the best and the most interesting points out of his ever fascinating guests. Amazingly he does it without the badgering and paparazzi style used by others. He is not a sensationalist, he seems
genuinely interested in his guest’s viewpoint. The guest is always the star of Larry’s show.

Oprah is also quite an amazing interviewer, but she imposes a lot more of her personality and ideology unto the interviews. Her viewers of course love that, but to me it can be a serious weakness. For example when she interviewed Tiger Woods she was visibly disheartened when he made his “Coblinasian” remarks. Instead of staying objective and probing deeper into his mind set I think she wanted to end the interview right there. Oprah’s journalistic ability to go for the jugular is not to be under rated though. Oprah made Mike Tyson cry, need I say more ?

One of the best interviews I ever personally saw was at the Calabash Festival, in 2009, when Pico Iyer was interviewed by Paul Holdengraber. The men obviously knew each other well and that enabled them to have a free flowing conversation that was a delight to watch. Holdengraber was like a Maestro, a Matador guiding the more powerful Bull, he was humble in the role of interviewer, yet he knew just how to elicit from Pico Iyer, some of Pico’s amazing experiences and insights into life. In the interview Iyer described how his home had once been burnt down and how it freed him from the limitations of writing from his copious notes. When my hard drive crashed recently I got much inspiration from remembering his positive attitude even in the face of severe loss. Pico Iyer, who is now famous as a travel writer, (and for himself interviewing the Dalai Lama), said a lot of things that were meta-physical, his points hit home, for me, on various levels of understanding. For instance he said that you get from a place, what you carry there. Simple comment yet quite profound.

Ian Boyne is probably Jamaica’s best known interviewer, aside from his long running TV show Profile, where he interviews top achievers, he also has Religious Hard Talk, where he holds debates with people of all kinds of spiritual backgrounds. He also does interviews for the government broadcast shows of JIS and he writes in the newspapers regularly. Clearly he is a
master of time management but for me his interview style was in former years quite annoying. He would always have a very interesting guest but I would be frustrated at his insistence on asking them uncomfortable questions instead of focusing on their path to success. Also Mr. Boyne at times would seem to be trying to cut in on the guests spotlight as if trying to show off that he was well read and he sometimes had an apparently condescending manner. Happily this has changed as time progressed and in his more recent interviews Mr. Boyne has always allowed the guests to be more expressive. He is a great interviewer especially for his ability to find interesting guests and for his consistently professional manner.

Winford Williams is quite good with his show On Stage where he has interviewed a wide range of musicians and singers. I like the humble approach he uses, like Larry King, where the guests are allowed to express themselves freely. Winford does seem to like stirring up conflicts though, for instance his show was in the centre of the Beenie Man / Bounti Killa beef.
Winford himself is always calm and professional and he’s had some amazing interviews over the years. Guests like Ninja Man and Billy Ocean as well as Sean Kingston and Fat Joe and Air Supply. Simply an amazing list of great interviews.

Ninja Man is probably the most entertaining local interviewee. He always uses the local patois, and he has some amazing insights on topics ranging from music, to social reform, to marriage, to religion. He once went toe-to-toe with Emily Crooks, a top journalist trying to embarrass him and he beat her at her own game. Ninja Man’s life story has been full of amazing events which he recounts in a humorous way.

Ninja Man is one of the greatest “clash” deejays to ever walk the Earth. One of the few clashes he didn’t win took place at Sting, in 2003, when Vybz Kartel punched him down before he got a chance to show his ability. This pre-emptive strike was reminiscent of Israel in the Six Day War. It is with Gaza however that Kartel is identified. The punch was to be just one
of many amazing steps on the journey of the man born Adidja Palmer. Vybz Kartel. Emperor of the Gaza Empire.

Every day the newspaper uses Sex and Violence in their headlines to sell. The society buys it, hungry for more, but yet the same papers,and the same society, point fingers at artists like Kartel when they do the same in their music.

Veteran journalist Cliff Hughes, realizing that Kartel is the most influential artist in the country, tried initially to pin the heavy burden of the country’s extremely high crime rate on the slim shoulders of the Deejay. Being a father himself  “Addi di Teacher” said simply that parents are responsible for raising their own children. He said his job was to make music and make it as well as he could and that for moral advice and correction of society’s ills we would have to look elsewhere.

Kartel has always been a master of words but on this night he revealed the man behind the words. A real man, not a misogynistic cartoon. The playful moments shared by Hughes and Palmer in the Kartel recording studio were a hilarious joy to watch.

“Addi di teacha” was also “Addi di daddy” , he was a son, a brother, his older sister is a real school teacher  and is still praying and trying to convert him to Christianity, he is a citizen of Jamaica. He has to face the problems common to many Jamaicans, like being turned down for a Visa.  Kartel had questions he could not answer, he was not trying to appear perfect. “Next interview mi will answer dat one Cliff”, he said when asked if he was monogamous.

Kartel began the interview wearing his trademark shades. He was defensively shielding off a hostile world. He said it was a media backed conspiracy that was holding him up as a symbol of violence and moral decay. He felt like he was just a Gladiator fighting to the death for the amusement of bigger, hidden powers. Later, as the interview progressed, he dropped his glasses and revealed the sensitive intelligent eyes. “When the gladiators die they will be replaced by other Gladiators”, he said.

The society had better listen. Listen not just to the songs. Listen to the Man.

Don’t just view, scapegoat, and point fingers. Inter-View. Exchange ideas, Learn and Grow. Kartel said his songs are a mirror of the society. His songs will change when the society does. The direction we go in will depend on how much we listen to each other.

Of course, Sarah Palin is her idol. I wouldn’t expect anything less.

So I’m gonna say it. I like Carrie Prejean. Yep. I do. She’s conservative. She’s a hottie. I sometimes dream about her. Wondering what life would be like someday as we stroll across white sandy beaches together amidst a beautiful sunset….

Oh when is that darn sunset ever going to set! (cries) I was watching Bedazzled a minute ago.

Carrie Prejean, in case you forgot, was known for this statement:

Overall, she handled this question in a very civil manner. When you’re in front of millions with that question being asked, it’s quite hard to answer the gay marriage question, for no matter what your answer is, you’ll be torn apart by the media unless you say “no comment” or “it’s a very tough question, maybe one I don’t have an answer for….it’s definitely up to the states.” Instead, Carrie stood up for her beliefs, and people should respect that, not chastise her. In case you didn’t get the memo though, a majority of the U.S. disagrees with gay marriage: According to a CNN poll in May:

Fifty-four percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll released Monday say that marriages between gay or lesbian couples should not be recognized as valid, with 44 percent suggests they should be considered legal.
Among those 18 to 34 years old, 58 percent said same-sex marriages should be legal. That number drops to 42 percent among respondents 35 to 49 years old, and to 41 percent for those 50 to 64 years of age. The poll indicates that only 24 percent of Americans 65 and older support recognizing same-sex marriages as valid.

So you would have thought it was okay to speak your mind. But no. Carrie Prejean was victimized and demonized for saying what she believes. Perez Hilton surely didn’t like hearing that answer, and because he disagreed, he attacked her publicly and called her a “cunt” among other things. So much for freedom of speech, right?

What I found funny about the situation was that Obama, our president, has publicly said he doesn’t believe in same-sex marriage. Shouldn’t he deserve the same treatment as Ms. Prejean? The answer is no. The liberal media was not going to publicize that statement.

I thought she did a great job fighting back, especially when the pageant reversed its decision initially with Donald Trump at the forefront speaking on behalf of her. She spoke out and now has a book. Good for her.

Unfortunately, now….she’s in a bit of a pickle. A sex tape was found. And, when sex tapes are found, that is all the media will talk about. It degrades her among the public. However, I don’t believe she’s a hypocrite. It’s not like she said “I’m the most wholesome, purist creature in the world.” She was just painted as Ms. Perfect….much in the same way as Sarah Palin was made to look like an idiot.

Fact: Ask anyone liberal or moderate about Sarah Palin, and I’ll guarantee that they will say, “Palin said she saw Russia from her house.” It was Tina Fey from SNL who said that. And….Russia is right across from Alaska.

Now, I would like to express my concern for Carrie.

Almost walking off Larry King – worse.

What sucks about anyone on TV is that websites and social networking media replay clips like this to kingdom come now. All a lot of people see is that Carrie Prejean was a bitch.

I sensed that she truly wasn’t allowed to talk about the agreement. She might have discussed this beforehand with Larry King, and maybe he just didn’t listen. But to someone as big as Larry King, who isn’t known to show much bias, almost walking off Larry King gives her the perception of being a drama queen.

With all this mind, I have some words for Carrie Prejean.

Dear Carrie,

I love you. I love your face. I love your golden locks of hair. I advise you to be a little more careful with the media. The media wants to savage you. They want to make you look like a fool. You have to rise above them, and expect these games that you’re going to have to play. I got your back girl.

Also….no more sex tapes. Can you by any chance give me a download link though?

Wer zum Teufel ist Carrie Prejean? Eine 22jährige Blondine aus Kalifornien, die bis vor kurzem Miss California war. Bei der Wahl zur Miss USA im Sommer dieses Jahres wurde sie vom schwulen Juror  Perez Hilton befragt was sie von gleichgeschlechtlicher Ehe halte. Jung, blond, sehr religiös und ehrlich kam die Antwort: “I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offence to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised.”

Eine ehrliche Aussage die ihr den Hass von Perez Hilton in seinem Blog einbrachte (“dumb b***”)und gleichzeitig sie zur schönsten religiösen Ikone der Republikaner machte. Und das trotz falscher Fingernägel, falscher Haarfarbe und nachgebesserten Brüsten.

Zur Miss USA hat es dann nicht gereicht und schon bald wurde sie von Donald Trump als Rechteinhaber des Miss California – Titels gefeuert – angeblich weil sie zu spät zur Arbeit kam.

Also hat Carrie Presjean Donald Trumps Firma auf eine Milion verklagt wegen “Religiöser Defamierung und Diskreminierung”, in Amerika eine gaaanz böse Sache! (Man darf hier zwar “evil Musslims” wegbomben, aber wenn man als 30jähriger Mann mit Silberblick eine 84jährige im ungünstigen Winkel ansieht, kann man wegen sexueller Belästigung vor dem Richter landen. Und wenn man dann noch verkündet ein gesunder Mann zu sein und den Gedanken an körperlicher Liebe mit einer Uroma pervers findet, landet man wegen sexueller Diskriminierung im Knast. Kein  Wunder dass hier so viele schwarze Sonnenbrillen tragen…)

Zurück zum Thema. Carrie hat marketingtechnisch geschickt gleich noch ihre Autobiographie schreiben lassen und dann ist die Bombe geplatzt. Nein nicht eine der Silikonbrüste für deren OP Trumps Firma die investierten 5.200 USD wiederhaben wollte.

Die Bombe war ein simples Sex Video von Carrie Prejean der Ikone der Republikaner. Für den Verkauf des Buches nicht wirklich von Vorteil (irgendwoe auf Platz 560 bei Amazon – vielleicht hätte sie eine DVD mit dem Film dazutun sollen?) für Trump ausreichend Munition um sich mit OIhr auf einen Vergleich einigen zu können, denn so doll scheint es da ja wohl mit der Gläubigkeit nicht hergewesen zu sein.

Letzte Woche brachte sie nun Larry King in seiner Talk Show fast zum Explodieren, als sie sich weigerte etwas über diesen Vergleich zu erzählen.

Und jetzt kommts: Christianity Today veröffentlicht diese Woche ein Interview mit der nachgebesserten Carrie. Darin schreibt sie: «Ich glaube nicht, dass mir als Christin Implantate verboten sind. In der Heiligen Schrift ist nirgendwo von einem Verbot die Rede.»

Ich bin echt verblüfft. In der Bibel steht nichts über Brustimplantate? Echt nicht? Auch nicht im Kleingedruckten? Wie sieht es denn dann mit Sexvideos aus???
