Ahora que los trabajos escasean y los solicitantes abundan, es buen momento para conocer cuáles son las actitudes que las empresas están buscando para contratar personal.

 ”Las organizaciones prefieren a gente con disponibilidad y buena actitud, más que aptitudes, porque finalmente se puede aprender una tarea, pero es difícil modificar la personalidad”, dice en entrevista la directora general de Hewitt México, Rosa María Farrell.

Esto no quiere decir que el conocimiento no sea necesario para ocupar puestos específicos, ni que la capacitación sea un simple accesorio.

Existen plazas que requieren un conocimiento muy especializado, por lo que una vez que una organización encuentra un elemento valioso es muy difícil que lo deje ir, asegura por su parte la directora general de Manpower México, Mónica Flores. De ahí los beneficios de la especialización.

La capacitación y actualización también son elementos claves para que una empresa te mantenga como personal clave, “Lo que se aprendió en la escuela caduca rápidamente, así que al menos un empleado debe reevaluarse una vez al año”, confirma el director general de Bumeran.com México, Mateo Cuadras.

1. Decisión:

Ésta es una de las más apreciadas, ya que le da al individuo el impulso necesario para ejecutar acciones concretas que pueden beneficiar al desarrollo de la empresa.

2. Cooperación y trabajo en equipo:

Quien trabaja bajo este esquema generalmente no pelea por el poder, más bien colabora y genera ambientes de solidaridad y compañerismo. Para tener esta actitud es necesario escuchar y reconocer los aciertos e ideas de otros.

3. Adaptación:

El mundo laboral actual, con o sin crisis, vive cambios rápidos y drásticos, por lo que una persona que sabe adaptarse y explotar sus fortalezas en cada ocasión es sumamente valorada en una empresa, asegura el director de Mercadotecnia de OCCMundial, Edgar Arreola.

4. Diplomacia:

Los problemas están a la orden del día en cualquier empresa, pero es importante saber que situaciones delicadas requieren de actitudes diplomáticas para manejarlas con suavidad, lo que ayuda a evitar roces e irritación. “Basta con un gesto gentil, una palabra justa o escuchar con atención para aliviar tensiones en el trabajo”, asegura Farell.

5. Coherencia:

Ante los problemas es indispensable mantener tu posición firme, para lo que es necesario tener claridad de pensamiento y control de las emociones. Siempre hay que alinear lo que se dice con lo que se hace.

Sin olvidar la capacitación y actualización, poner en práctica estas actitudes y ‘vendérselas’ al reclutador o a nuestro jefe, nos ayudarán a no formar parte o dejar atrás las filas del desempleo

Harper Collins Children’s Books recently announced plans to publish a style guide penned by Lauren Conrad.  Simply titled Lauren Conrad Style, the book is scheduled for a Fall 2010 release.   Of the book Ms. Conrad says:  “I think fashion should be fun and reflective of who you are.  I know this guide will offer simple, practical tips to help anyone look fabulous.”  So happy to see LC doing well after leaving the overly scripted and no longer entertaining Hills. Een wassen neus
De insiders wisten echter destijds al waar het op uit zou draaien en beschouwen het persbericht als een wassen neus. Veel werknemers beseften zich wel degelijk dat bij de meeste bedrijfsovernames de bedrijfsonderdelen die niet direct gerelateerd zijn aan het primaire productieproces hoogstwaarschijnlijk gesaneerd worden. Maar de interne beleving wijkt vaak af het beeld dat in de media geschetst wordt, zo leert de praktijk.

Hoog imago beschermen
In dergelijke gevallen heeft de directie slechts twee doelen: onrust bewaren en imagoschade beperken. Vooral als er aandelen in het geding zijn. Denk aan speculaties bij beursgenoteerde bedrijven…Het merk mag immers geen schade lijden waardoor de verkopen zouden teruglopen.

Uitgekiende marketing strategie
Naast het stuk politiek dat men richting de belangengroepen bedrijft, betreft het dus vooral een marketing aangelegenheid, waarbij de lokale media zich bij uitstek leent als communicatiekanaal.

MKB kan vaker publiceren

Ook kleinere MKB ondernemers kunnen gebruik maken van de media om op die manier de gemoederen van belangengroepen te masseren. Leid je klant, leverancier, de locale gemeenschap, etc.  langs het bedrijfsproces dat jij voor ogen hebt, zodat je zelf de regie houdt en de kans op excessen uit onverwachte hoek reduceert.

Belangrijk

Bepaal eerst welke informatie je met wie wilt delen en waarom. Wees je bewust van de belangen van de verschillende betrokken partijen. Verder moet het overeenstemmen met je bedrijfsimago en is het tenslotte van levensbelang je eigen integriteit als ondernemer te bewaren.

En classes anteriors hem vist com poder transformar circuits LC, RLC; en aquesta classe estudiarem altres transformacions per poder augmentar la resistència de càrrega i poder fer connexions en cascada sense alterar el comportament del circuit carregant-lo amb una resistència d’entrada molt baixa.

Comencem veient circuits equivalents, RC serie-paral·lel i com passar d’una forma a l’altre en els dos sentits, aquests ens permetran estudiar circuits més complexos.

El següent métode és equivalent a utilitazar l’acoplament magnetic amb un transformador per aconseguir elevar la resistència de càrrega en un circuit RLC paral·lel, però sense el transformador. Aquest fet és molt avantatjos ja que el transformador és un element molt car. La trasformació consisteix en dividir el condensador en dos i connectar la resistencia de càrrega en aquest node intermitg, l’equivalent d’aquest circuit és un RLC paral·lel però amb una resistencia en paral·lel molt més gran, concretament Rp=RL·(1+C2/C1)^2.

Estudiem en detall l’acoplament entre diferents etapes amb el circuit estudiat anteriorment en detall, utilitzant les conversions anteriors i de la classe anterior podem simplificar els circuits a simples RLC que sabem com es comporten i per tant tenir caracteritzat el circuit que volem i saber com es comporta.

Un exemple que va costar entendre va ser com aconseguir un filtre pas banda quasi ideal mitjantzant la connexió en cascada de diferents filtres pas banda, d’aquesta manera aconseguiem un comportament més pla en les freqüències de pas.

Finalment vam veure un altre tipus de transformador, l’autotransformador. Aquest és únicament una bobina però amb la diferencia que té una connexió intermitja de manera que és equivalent a dues bobines amb el mateix nucli, una fins a la connexió intermitja i l’altre amb que és tota la bobina sencera, comparant el nombre d’espires tenim el factor de transformació. Aquest autotransformador té una característica que no el fa adequat per algunes aplicacions, aquesta és la connexió directa entre les sortides del principal i el secundari.

En la següent classe començarem un mòdul nou, veurem la teoria per fer una radiobalissa, i per fer això, començarem amb el disseny dels osciladors.

สำหรับตอนนี้มาพูดถึง Bill for Collection กับ Letter of Credit นะครับ มีหลายคนถามอยู่เยอะเหมือนกันว่า B/C กับ L/C มันเป็นเอกสารเหมือนกัน มันจะทำหน้าที่ต่างกันมากมายขนาดไหน? หากมีการเบี้ยวเงินกันเกิดขึ้นแบบว่าผู้ซื้อไม่ยอมจ่ายตังจะมี process ต่างกันไหม ก็จะขอพูดในเชิงของการ Take Action ของตัวกลางอย่างธนาคารแล้วกันนะครับว่า เมื่อมีการส่งของให้กันแล้ว แล้วมีการเบี้ยวหนี้ B/C กับ L/C จะมีกลวิธีเดินเกมส์กันอย่างไร ก็เดี๋ยวมาเริ่มจาก Basic ก่อนแล้วกันนะครับ

Bill of Collection (B/C) นั้นคือเอกสารเรียกเก็บเงินลูกค้า เมื่อผู้ส่งออกส่งของไปยังผู้นำเข้าอีกที่หนึ่ง เขาก็จะผ่านตัวกลางของธนาคารเนี่ย ซึ่งถ้าเป็นการซื้อขายแบบเสี่ยงที่สุดก็จะไม่มีเอกสารให้ดูส่งไปแล้วไปรับเลย แต่พอเป็นลักษณะของ B/C นั้นก็จะมีเอกสารอยู่ 2 ชนิด คือ Document Against Payment (D/P) และ Document Against Acceptance (D/A) โดย D/P เนี่ยหมายถึงว่าผู้นำเข้าก็ต้องยอมจ่ายตังก่อนแล้วค่อยเอาของไปได้ ส่วน D/A เนี่ยก็เป็นลักษณะยังไม่จ่ายหรอกแค่ขอ Credit ไปก่อนว่าจะเอาไปกี่วันๆแล้วค่อยเอามาจ่ายที่หลัง ถามว่าอะไรเสี่ยงกว่าก็แน่นอน D/A ก็ต้องเสี่ยงกว่า D/P อยู่แล้วล่ะ ส่วน Letter of Credit หรือ L/C นั้นก็ออกในเชิงเป็นเอกสารสัญญา เช่นเดียวกันเมื่อเอกสารครบทางธนาคารมีหน้าที่ต้องจ่ายตัง

การ Take Action ของธนาคารในกรณีที่ใช้ตั๋ว D/A กับการใช้สัญญา L/C นั้นต่างกันนะครับ ดูเผินๆมันก็คือเอกสารเหมือนกัน แต่ธนาคารมีสิทธิกระทำต่อคู่ค้าไม่เหมือนกัน การที่ผู้นำเข้าไม่ยอมจ่ายตังใน D/A นั้น ธนาคารเองจะไม่มีการจ่ายเงินไปให้ผู้ส่งออก แม้จะผลัดวันประกันพรุ่งไปอีกกี่ 10 ปี แต่ถ้าไม่จ่าย ธนาคารก็ไม่มีขึ้นเงินให้ ธนาคารจะทำได้อย่างเดียวคือเจราจาให้มีการจ่ายตัง ธนาคารจะจ่ายให้เมื่อผู้นำเข้าได้ชำระเงินเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ส่วนใหญ่แล้วการที่มีการใช้ตั๋ว D/A เพื่อออกของ ผู้นำเข้าจะต้องเซ็นรับไปว่าออกของไปแล้วนะ การเซ็นรับตรงนั้นแหละที่เราสามารถนำไปแสดงเป็นหลักฐานได้ว่ามีการเอาของออกไปจริง (แม้เขาจะไม่จ่ายเงินก็ตาม) แล้วค่อยว่ากันในกระบวนการประจานหรือเข้าสู่กระบวนการฟ้องร้องต่อไป

ในกรณีของ L/C นั้นต่างกัน ตัวนี้เป็นสัญญาที่จะต้องมีการค้ำประกันและมีวงเงินเกิดขึ้น การที่มีการค้าขายกันอย่างถูกต้องแล้ว เมื่อธนาคารเห็นเอกสารครบ ธนาคารจะจัดการชำระเงินทันที นั่นหมายความว่าไม่ว่าอย่างไรก็ตามธนาคารก็จะเป็นผู้จัดการให้มีการชำระเงินเกิดขึ้นตามสัญญา แต่ถ้าเกิดผู้นำเข้าไม่ชำระเงินหล่ะ? มันก็จะต่างกับ B/C D/A ตรงที่ว่า ธนาคารจะไม่รีรอที่จะรอลูกค้ามาจ่ายตัง แต่จะมีการไล่เบี้ยกันเกิดขึ้น โดยเมื่อธนาคารได้ชำระเงินให้กับผู้ส่งออกแล้วก็จะแจ้งไปยังธนาคารของฝั่งผู้นำเข้าให้จ่ายตัง ซึ่งธนาคารอีกฝั่งต้องปฏิบัติตามสัญญาเช่นเดียวกัน (ยกเว้นกลุ่มประเทศที่ Credit ต่ำๆ อาจจะหายหนีไปเลย) ซึ่งผู้นำเข้าก็ต้องโดนไล่เบี้ยให้จ่าย ถ้าไม่จ่ายธนาคารก็จะทำการ Take Action อย่างเช่นการหักเงินเป็นสินเชื่อกินดอกเบี้ยอะไรกันไป เป็นการบีบบังคับกันทางอ้อม ซึ่งนั่นแหละทำไมคนเปิด L/C ซึ่งจะต้องมีกระบวนการขอวงเงินด้วย

ต่างกันอยู่นิดๆนะครับแต่คิดว่าน่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ให้หลายๆคนเลย จริงๆแล้ว Term การชำระเงินมีอยู่ 4 แบบ Advance Payment/ Open Account / Bill for Collection / Letter of Credit ซึ่งแต่ละอันก็ต้องดูว่าจะใช้อันไหนตามความเหมาะสมกับคู่ค้านะครับ

Last night I made my way downtown to the ridiculously over-the-top Staples Center to reach the Club Nokia Mezzanine Bar for I AM A LASER, a new monthly that seeks to unite a wide variety of urban gypsies in the quest for cultural expression on the edge: future sound, live art, and good times.

This area of Los Angeles is flat out stupid. There are so many lights you can probably see it from outer space, flashing TV screens eighty-five fucking feet high blare out mediated mania into the night and wild-eyed revelers run around everywhere yelling and laughing. It is LA’s answer to Times Square, but without all those claustrophobia-inducing high-rises trying to corralling the energy; after all, this city has enough moxie to set the freaking desert on fire and burn it down. Last night was the Downtown LA Art Walk so the streets were thick with crawlers and the parking was $25. Are you fucking kidding me?

Luckily a few blocks away the parking was only $5; I am pretty sure I can walk two blocks for $20. Entering off the street into the metal-detector, the front door cats were searching hardcore although it is funny what you can get away with if you just straight up tell them: Oh well I have ____ in my bag. “Okay, go in.”

Riding the elevator up, I asked the button-pusher what it was like inside the venue. “I don’t know,” he said. “I have never been out of the elevator.” Ever?

Well, I will tell you what Club Nokia Mezzanine Bar is like: it’s swanky as all hell. Curving walls slide down into cushy round seating areas stacked with velvet cushions, and there is plenty of room to wander around or fall down. Reds, blues, pinks, purples and silvers skate around the venue, a bar shilling $6 MGDs (not bad) lines one side and deep into the space rests the DJ stand with tight little dance floor, albeit with a few columns in the way (hey something’s gotta raise the roof besides our hands). It was one of the nicest clubs I have ever been in, and everyone was kind of looking around like, “shit this is fancy,” and brushing our shoulders off like we were Jay-Z or something.

Right after leaving the elevator is a good-sized outdoor smoking section with a fat view of the surrounding downtown area; however this being Swankland there are security people and video cameras watching your every puff, and you can’t actually get to the side of the balcony as they have it roped off, in case anybody gets too drunk and rowdy and tries to fall off.

Super cushy VIP booths line either side of the bar in the lengthwise venue, and in the first sunken area as you enter were the live artists from Think Space Gallery, who were both creating some really eye-pulling art. On the right a guy was airbrushing a face onto a piece of natural wood, and on the left my new friend John was doing somewhat of a figure drawing reminiscent of Basquiat with scrawled text and plenty of textured details. Like the edge of the balcony, the artist area was roped off lest the crowd decide to mutiny and go apeshit with the oil paints. It must happen a lot.

Playing on the many flat screen TVs around the venue was one of the trippiest movies I have ever seen, Holy Mountain, and the crowd consensus was “Man I am glad I am not on mushrooms right now with that crazy shit on.” Neat visuals and indeed lasers swept the room, and a giant black and white “I AM A LASER” graphic welcomed you at the door. This ain’t no fucking dive bar.

To the music: on arrival I wondered for a second if I was in the right club; I was expecting some beat music and instead was hearing “Milkshake” and “Push It.” The dance floor was grinding, however more than a few of us recoiled to the smoking area until R/D went on. “What the fuck is this?” people were asking me. Just wait, I said. It is about to get good.

Sure enough R/D came on and gave Club Nokia Mezzanine Bar a taste of sticky sounds the likes of which much of the crowd had never heard before. Although many of us were there for the music and knew what we were in for, there was a contingent who had wandered in after the Downtown LA Art Walk, just in for some booze and some beats. Boy did they get it. I LOVE SEEING THE FACES of people who are experiencing my kind of music for the first time ever. Intially they are a little confused, as the music doesn’t fit into any preexisting category in their heads. Then the “huh?” look in their eyes changes to a spark of excitement, and they start twitching a bit as the new sounds flood into their limbs. Finally they give in and just start freaking out on the dance floor beside me. Oh I love it. R/D makes and plays amazing music and I hope to see him out more often in LA.

Souleye was in the house last night, jumping around the room rapping, weaving in and out of the dance floor, giving random people high-fives, popping behind the DJ booth and in general adding quite a bit of positive energy to the night. I was stoked to see so many people having a great time together on the dance floor, and an MC who can uplift you with his rhymes AND his lyrics is always welcome in my head. Sometimes we need to be reminded that indeed we are all living a dream.

My friend Take aka Sweatson Klank was on next; if you don’t know who that is then go to his Myspace page and listen to his “Sleeping Bear” remix for Architeq, it is one of my favorite tracks this year. He is a regular performer and part of the gang at Low End Theory, and neither of us were too sure how his brain-bending no-limits beats would go over as we smoked outside together listening to “Push It.” The crowd definitely seemed a bit more electrohouse than experimental.

But maybe that was the whole point: lure in the crowd with a milkshake (it does bring all the boys to the yard) and then when they are dancing and drinking and having a good time, slowly evolve their musical brains by gradually progressing to richer and more experimental beats. I am not saying there is no value in “Milkshake,” God knows I’ve shaken my milkshake to that song before, but there is just such a vast ocean of electronic music, and the normal populace is exposed to maybe 1% of it. Let’s change that.

One of the goals of I AM A LASER is to unite people from different scenes with the love of live art and new beats, and to try to create a community atmosphere, to bring a little of the festie-feel into the big city. And it worked. There was a very diverse range of people there last night: beat purists, burners, club kids, art walkers, local producers and dancing freaks. It was refreshing to see the music I love landing on new ears and infecting new minds. I will be back.

1. Documents à joindre à votre dossier de candidature :

* Les candidats doivent démontrer clairement dans une lettre de motivation et dans leur curriculum vitæ comment ils répondent aux qualifications relatives aux études, à l’expérience et aux connaissances. Si ce n’est pas indiqué sur le curriculum vitæ, il nous sera impossible de donner suite à la candidature.

* les noms, titres et numéros de téléphone de personnes (superviseurs actuels ou anciens superviseurs) pouvant servir de références en ce qui concerne l’expérience de travail;

* une copie de votre diplôme;

* une copie de la carte d’identité (UE) ou de votre carte de séjour assortie d’une autorisation permanente de travailler en France

Les dossiers de candidature ne comprenant pas tous les documents demandés seront automatiquement éliminés.

Une liste d’éligibilité pourra être établie et pourra servir à doter des postes similaires de façon indéterminée ou déterminée.

2. Processus suivi pour la sélection :

Le processus de sélection pourrait comprendre les volets suivants :

* épreuve écrite éventuellement sur support informatique, en français et en anglais, basée sur les qualifications reprises dans l’avis de concours;

* entrevue qui pourrait comprendre des questions en français et en anglais ainsi que des mises en situation basées sur les fonctions ainsi que les qualifications (connaissances, capacités et compétences) reprises dans l’avis de concours;

* vérification des références.

Les convocations aux épreuves seront envoyées par courrier électronique. Les candidats sont par conséquent priés de communiquer leur adresse électronique.

Les épreuves sont planifiées comme suit : l’épreuve écrite est planifiée le 30 novembre 2009. Les candidats ayant réussi l’épreuve écrite et les candidats ayant obtenu les meilleurs résultats seront convoqués à une entrevue. Les entrevues sont planifiées le 04 décembre 2009. Aucune flexibilité ne sera possible quant à la programmation des épreuves. Elles auront lieu à l’Ambassade du Canada à Paris. Suite aux épreuves, un classement des candidats sera établi en fonction des résultats obtenus. Le poste sera offert au candidat le plus méritant selon le classement. Les frais afférents à la participation à ce concours seront la responsabilité des candidats.

Després d’acabar el receptor de AM, farem una quantes classes teòriques per entendre millor els circuits de radiofreqüència, aquesta és la primera d’aquestes classe.

Comencem observant uns circuit de radiofreqüència i observem que hi han molts inductors. Aquesta és una característica d’aquests circuits i per tal d’agilitzar el seu anàlisis estudiarem els circuit més comuns, el seu comportament i com transformar-los per fer més senzill el seu anàlisis.

Comencem amb l’inductor i el condensador en RPS, el primer és comporta com un curtcircuit (c.c.) en continua i com a circuit obert (c.o.) amb una freqüència tendint a infinit. En canvi el condensador té un comportament semblant però invers, en continua  com un c.o. i en f tendint a infinit com a c.c. Si realitzem una combinació dels dos components obtenim un comportament molt interessant, en freqüències extremes (f=0 i f -> ∞) tenim un c.c. i a una freqüència determinada (1/(LC)^1/2) tenim un c.o., aquesta és la freqüència de tall.

Si conectem una resistencia en serie amb un generador i connectem la sortida amb massa amb un circuit LC obtenim un circuit amb un comportament pas banda, la freqüècia en que el circuit LC esta en tall s’anomena freüència de ressonància i és diu que el circuit ressona a aquesta freqüència. Obtenim les característiques del circuit:

• fr=1/(2π(LC)¹/2)
• BW = 1/(2πRC)
• Q=fr/BW

Si connectem el circuit anterior a un altre, la resistència d’entrada del circuit posterior ens alterarà les característiques del nostre circuit. Veiem que la resistencia d’entrada és pot situar en entre la Rg i el circuit LC, llavors podem calcular l’equivalent de thevenin i recalcular els paràmetres del circuit pas banda. L’ample de banda serà major i la Q també.

A continuació és veu el dipòl RLC. En aquest circuit, la impedància ja no es fa ∞ en la freqüència de ressonància, sinó que agafa el valor R. Aquest no pot ser un circuit real ja que l’inductor té una resistència en serie associada que s’ha de tenir en compte, Rs. Així el nostre circuit LC es converteix en un LC en el que la L té una resistència en serie Rs. Aquest circuit és ampliament utilitzat i fins i tot té nom propi, circuit “tank”, en referència al seu especte circuital ja que sol estar encapsulat per no tenir interferències de camps magnètics. El circuit “tank” és pot convertir en el Bipol RLC de manera que a partir de L i Rs  podem calcular els valors equivalents Lp i Rp. Rp=L/(Rs·C) , wx=1/(LC)^¹/2 ,  QL=L·wx/Rs,  Lp=L/(1-(1/QL^2)).

Veiem un altre circuit per crear pics de ressonància, el ciruit RLC, idelament un generador conectat a un inductor en serie i un condensador que conecti la sortida amb massa. Tot i això com que no tenim generadors ni inductors ideals, s’ha de situar una resistencia en serie al inductor i al generador per considerar la Rs i la Rg.

Com a aplicació i per veure la utilitat de tot això veiem com amb els circuit vistos incorporats a circuits ja coneguts podem canviar-los facilment per tal de dissenyar un nou circuit, per exmple amb un amplificador inversor, situant un circuit “tank” com a R2 aconseguim un filtre pas banda o en un amplificador amb un transistor, situant un circuit “tank” com a Rc podem aconseguir una amplificació només a les freqüències desitjades gràcies al comportament pas banda del circuit.

Per acabar veiem com dissenyar inductàncies, com afecta la superficie de les espires, la permeabilitat magnètica del nucli, el nombre d’espires; els tipus d’inductancies com la toroidal, la selenoidal i no selenoidal i com calcular les seves característiques sobretot la autoinductància L, a vegades amb aproximacions com per les no selenoidals.

El professor ens ha demanar que pensessim, a partir de lo que sabiem, com poden funcionar els xips antirobatori que hi ha en els productes de grans establiments. En la següent classe estudiarem l’acoplament magnètic.

A perfect nightcap to the city’s Art Walk, I AM A LASER brings people together under an umbrella of gritty beats in a Blade-Runneresque environment, a slick and swanky setting for the fine future sound whose many miscreant children run amok in our fair city, beats flung out to the far reaches of mindspace and beyond.

Held at the upstairs Mezzanine Bar of Club Nokia, the first installment of I AM A LASER takes place Thursday, November 12 and features the beat mastery music of Take (AKA Sweatson Klank), R/D and LC. At the forefront of this new and innovative era in experimental beat music, Los Angeles’ own Take fuses instrumental hip hop and outer space to create intricate melodies that are wrapped in bass and infused with a laid-back, psychedelic flavor.

R/D is a favorite of the festival crowd who brings a unique perspective to West Coast lean: danceable downtempo tracks that are bright and funky yet still laid back- just like LA.

Finally LC comes from the Cannibal Flower & Think Space Gallery and will bring some of the city’s finest painters to create live artwork, further uniting this new night of music with the city’s larger arts culture.
