I am just a casual Lego buyer (usually just buy a funny character from time to time, not full sets) but this one was just too cool to pass! Assembling the set was really fun, took me and my girlfriend about 2 hours (alongside the pictures that we took from the whole process, which is quite fun to do as well). The instructions are very detailed (as always), just one of the pieces was a bit confusing, it looked quite different from the picture, but we figured it out by elimination. We were also a bit confusing with the fact that there were 10 little pieces or so left at the end of the assembly, at first we thought that maybe we skipped something, but looking at the parts list at the end of the manual we checked it was all in place, these pieces might be spare parts or something.

This was so fun that now I am dreaming about a Millenium Falcon set!

The Sandcrawler never looked that fun to me but my kids got it for Christmas. It is actually a lot better to play with than it looked. The inside is wider than it seemed and the model comes with a lot of tank tread pieces. Two of the tracks swivel to steer.

I was quite disappointed upon receipt of this toy. The box is very small and doesn’t look like much. However, my 7 year old nephew was thrilled with it! He was able to put the pieces together by himself (the first time he had been able to make a Lego project look like the picture on the box without his dad’s help)and told me that, “This present rocks!” He spent a couple of hours engrossed with these little men.

I would rate this as a very successful purchase and am glad that I bought it for him.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars for durability is because it is a Lego set, so you do have to be more careful with it. I feel that it was well worth the cost. You won’t be disappointed.

When I got this, I was kind of nervous because I’d read other reviews that it was fairly fragile and just wouldn’t hold well together. Well BOY WAS I WRONG! This set is awesome, it’s a fun set and my parents have to keep me in a straightjacket (joke) to keep me from continuously building and playing! The overall gunship took me about 4 hours to build. The design was good, but you have to look over the instructions carefully. I’ve read that some people say the speeder bike in this is the best one that Lego® has come up with – that is 100% true. The thing that I didn’t like was that there were so many pieces that sometimes the pieces were hard to find – but that’s just the nature of kits like this! I’d recommend the Gunship for kids looking for a challenge, don’t give up easily and have the time to spend building it. To sum it all up, this was the best kit I’ve bought yet!

My 5 y/o son is very crazy about Lego Star Wars. We’ve been aquiring several peices over some time. This is a set that is very small but comes with many imperial troops that it’s nice to have. Also the ship is so easy to build that my son could build it by himself. It’s a little fragile but it is so easy to rebuild (as long as you have the original intructional booklet) that my son builds them in 10~15 minutes. It’s a nice starting set for those boys who are in love with Star Wars.

We bought two of these, one for each of our boys (ages 3 and 5). They both enjoyed putting them together the first time but mostly appreciated the addition to the collection. The storm troopers are a favorite, as is the cockpit hood. For what you receive — and compared to the price of some other Lego kits — this is a bargain.

This is a great product. My 8-year-old put it together immediately upon receipt and has been playing with it for weeks. My 3-year-old loves the storm troopers as well, but only after my oldest assembled them. The only drawback is that the legs will not stay on the Walker very well. Oh well, when they fall off, it becomes a land speeder.

When i bought my lego with my mom i saw on the box the Jinster had on a brown cape. I opened my toy and could not find the stinkin’cape! But overall i loved the toy. Try pretending that the battle droids blow off Jinster’s head with their S.A.S.T.S. then replece the lightsaber in Jar’s hand and destroy the droids! I reccomend buying this toy. Oh yeah,don’t listen to the kids who dont like the toys’reviews!

This is one of the more bizarre Lego collections you might come across. The set re-creates the scene at the end of Star Wars, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, in which the newly incarnated Darth Vader–fresh off surgery–is raised forward and revealed, strapped to a Frankenstein-like chair. Here, the swiveling seat sits atop a platform, with a battered Anakin Skywalker on one side and Vader on the other. A five-armed, robotic surgeon stands nearby. The whole thing can be reassembled into a turret manned by the evil Sith Lord himself. The 53 pieces are all tiny; little Lego Darth is as cute as a button. An instruction booklet is included.

It’s great to have a large scale Destroyer Droid with intricate design work put into it. This is definitely not for the real young kids as it has very small pieces and rubber bands. A model lover will of course love putting this one together. This Technic version faithfully brings out the best of the Destroyer Droid, one of the coolest robots to be seen on the screen in a long time. It is also a couple of hours worth of time in putting it together….but worth it when it is done. This is more a “trophy” piece then a toy because it can easily fall apart if mishandled. A great addition to any Star Wars collection.

While full of creative play on its own, this LEGO set may be better served with larger ones for even more imaginative fun.

This lego creation is the my personal favorite next to the Republic Gunship. It’s small, light, and very unstable, but it is fast enough to chase Jengo fett. It comes with Obi-wan Kenobi and the R4 droid’s head.Its curved wing structure makes it immpossible to play with it without breaking it, but that’s the only thing that is unstable about it. After you finished building it, you should press your fingers around the loose lego pieces to tighten them up,it will make it more stable.

This lego set is fun. It stays together ok and is one of my favorite. It comes with Obi-Wan Kenobi and an R4 droid. The droid dosen’t have a body though. But that is the only thing I don’t like about it.

The lego star wars AAT (armored assult tank) is one of lego’s coolest sets back in the day when you could buy them for only 20.00 i bought 6 of them. I save two of the boxes and I still have all of them 100 percent complete. now your lucky if you can get a used one for 60 dollars.

This tank denfinitly makes the Naboo speeders look bad it is extremly powerful. This tank comes with two BattleDroids one piolet one commander this tank is made for anti personal and head on fighting. the nose is almost solid armor designed for crashing through tough barriers. These tanks are dangerous this tank is good for escorting MTTs through dangerous territories the should think twice of underestimating these powerful tanks.
