Great slippers!!!

I have purchased two pairs of these for my girlfriend. She says they are very comfortable and wears them everyday. The first had great durability from last Christmas until the dog ate them a little over a week ago. The second just arrived for this Christmas and I expect the same quality as they appear to be built with the same quality materials and construction.

So last week I mentioned how I went mini golfing… this is very different than any mini golf I’ve ever done in the states. First off it’s called Adventure Golf, which it really wasn’t. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by crazy mini golf courses on Cape Cod or something (think: Happy Gilmore mini golf course, the big ships, falling skyscrapers, that kind of thing) but this golf course was a bit wimpy if I’d say so myself.

We still had a great time, but it still makes me chuckle to think about how it mainly was just some short greens with a few rocks thrown in various locations. This particular course was in Leisure Land out in Salthill, only about a five minute drive from Galway. Definitely worth the five euro though, as we sneakily went around the nine-hole course twice. Of course the second time we only had one ball left (I told Frank not to putt the ball in the last hole, as they would likely take it to prevent those from going around again.) But I would recommend this little activity if you find yourself with some down time duirng the summer in Ireland.
