Ieri am pus mâna pe un LG KF600. Frumos telefon. E finuţ, are 2 ecrane, display-ul normal şi încă un ecran mai mic cu screentouch. Are cameră foto/video de 3 mp, o memorie internă de 20 mb (are suport şi pentru card – micro sd max 2 gb) şi un difuzor care se aude cât de cât. Mai jos puteţi vedea un review al telefonului. Eu zic că îşi merită banii.

Será mesmo que a LG irá trocar meu celular?

No dia 25/10 levei o celular novamente para a assistência técnica, deixei o celular com a bateria e o carregador. Sábado dia 01/11 liguei para saber como estava a gambiarra o reparo dele, afinal de contas, já havia passado do prazo, e a atendente informou que a placa principal seria trocada novamente. Puxa vida! Imagina só, uma placa véia nova foi colocada no celular e ela teria que ser trocada novamente, isso é no mínimo curioso. Enfim, teria que esperar mais 10 dias úteis para o KF600 ficar pronto.

Resolvi nessa semana ligar para o SAC da LG, me diz o que é um peido pra quem tá #$%@%?!?!

A ineficiente atendente ficou me pedindo umas informações que ela já tinha no sistema e que eu não tinha no momento, como nota fiscal, ordem de serviço anterior, acredito eu que seja muito difícil ler o histórico na tela do computador. Bom, nada adiantou mesmo, eu teria que esperar de 10 à 20 dias úteis para uma posição da LG sobre a troca ou não troca do meu KF600.

Até aí nada de novo, pois da outra vez aconteceu a mesma coisa e ninguém me ligou para dizer nada…

Logo do início do meu caso, havia publicado uma reclamação no site Reclame Aqui e aconselho as pessoas com problemas que façam o mesmo.

Troca de Aparelho Celular LG

Meu aparelho celular LG KF600c já foi 3x para assistência técnica e está com reincidência do problema. Dentre os diversos problemas que apresentaram, a Placa principal será trocada pela segunda vez e a bateria ainda não segura carga, pois tenho que carregar de 3 em 3 horas. Os outros problemas foram: touchflo com lentidão, leitor de mp3 não funcionava, cartão de memória não saia. E o problema de segurar carga permanece.

Vale ressaltar que adquiri esse aparelho recentemente, no mês de agosto e posso contar que tive o aparelho em mãos por menos de 1 mês, o restante foi na assistência técnica e carregando.

Já é a terceira vez que entro em contato com o SAC LG e nada de resolverem o meu problema.

Temos 2 situações:
Prazo da Assistência técnica de 3 a 5 dias úteis para o seu aparelho ficar “pronto”.
O prazo do SAC LG para dar uma posição é de 10 dias úteis
Resumindo, é uma enrolação que só vendo. Um joga para o outro, o outro tenta arrumar o seu aparelho e a LG não troca ele por nada.

Neste momento a solução mais pertinente é ir até o Procon e registrar a ocorrência.

Minha situação é:
- Celular novo, porém não funciona.
- 3x na assitência técnica, problema ainda não resolvido. Serviço da assistência técnica foi inoperante.
- SAC LG não realiza a troca do meu aparelho. SAC LG é inoperante.

O que posso fazer nessa situação? Tendo em vista que não há sentido a LG abrir um canal com o seu consumidor e não resolver problemas como estes. E para fechar, não recomendo a compra de nenhum celular LG.

No dia seguinte após a reclamação, logo pela manhã, a LG entrou em contato comigo dizendo que finalmente o meu aparelho LG seria trocado. Rápidos não?!?! Até escorreu uma lágrima.

A troca deve demorar de 10 a 20 dias úteis, fazer o que, vamos esperar né.

Não finalizei minha reclamação por conta disso, só acredito vendo.

Detalhe, não vou elogiar a LG por isso, pois é o mínimo que eles poderiam fazer.

Agora tenho que levar os acessórios até a assistência.

Pelo menos o meu caso tocou o coração gelado de alguém da LG.

Sério…se você não teve problema com o seu celular LG, sinta-se com sorte.

Será que a felicidade de pobre dura pouco?

“Piada contada pela 2ª vez ainda tem graça”

Na semana anterior, liguei na assistência técnica da LG para saber o que ocorreu com o meu celular e descobri que a bateria seria trocada, até aí normal, a bateria da LG não presta não estava segurando a carga mesmo, mas a placa principal também seria trocada! Putz Grila! Como um celular novo veio tão zicado assim? Me diz LG.

Hoje, segunda-feira e eu com aquele puta ânimo resolvi ligar para o rídiculo SAC da LG.

Após 15 minutos de atendimento, passei os dados das 2 vezes que levei o meu pior aparelho da LG KF600 até a assistência técnica e o atendente idiota me diz que o inoperante sistema da LG não estava funcionando, e eu teria que ligar após as 14hs e tentar resolver o meu problema.

Detalhe, terei que passar novamente os dados e explicar o que aconteceu com o meu Frankstein LG KF600.

Talvez eu tenha descoberto que a LG possui cientistas malucos criando seus aparelhos, será?

Asa am pornit in cautare de motive si scopul suprem al zilei a fost sa gasesc (doar) 10 motive datorita carora 2008 este un an deosebit. Atentie, acesta nu este un top si poate oricand fi completat cu new entries…

V-am mai povestit eu de aceasta superba masina si in consecinta nu am de ce sa intru in detalii. Va spun doar atat, se lanseaza la noi in Septembrie iar pe mobile.de un exemplar echipat cu motorizarea 2.0 HDI 138 CP in dotare Tendance se vinde cu aproximativ 26.990 euro.

3) Ducati Monster 696

Sincer, nu sunt fan inrait al motocicletelor, insa acest superb Ducati de culoare alba perlata este un motiv bun pentru ca altii sa dea fuguta la scoala de soferi pentru un A. Aceasta bestiuta are 80 CP, cam cat un Opel Corsa cu motor de 1.2 litri, obtinuti din doar 696 cmc.

5) Leatherman Skeletool CX

Nu sunt genul boy scout, insa trebuie sa recunosc faptul ca acest ce-o fi el este un accesoriu foarte misto. Cred ca este mai degraba o scula (fiecare intelege ce vrea) destinata barbatilor care vor sa se dea in spectacol pe langa tevile vecinelor de bloc. Integrate in acelasi sistem sunt cateva accesorii pe care le poti descoperi in diagrama aturata.

A, era sa uit…acest mic pocket tool a primit premiul Gear of the Year din partea National Geographic Adventure Magazine.

6) LG KF600

LG never ceases to amaze me. Pana acum m-am bucurat de Chocolate Wine si Shine Titatium in fiecare zi, insa cea mai noua gaselnita de la LG mi-a atras iremediabil atentia…KF600 are doua display-uri multifunctionale, dintre care unul prevazut cu touch pad (InteractPad). Acesta din urma se foloseste la navigarea prin meniul telefonului si la manipularea unor functii. De exeplu, Daca asculti muzica sau vizionezi un filmulet, ecranul se transforma intr-un panou tactil cu taste dedicate (play, forward, back etc.), iar daca iti admiri albumul foto, cu ajutorul InteractPad-ului poti mari, micsora sau edita imaginile cu usurinta. Iar daca telefonul rezulta a fi prea complicat, printr-un sistem conventional de slide isi face aparitia de sub ecrane tastatura conventionala….cool, nu ?!

9) Noul stil scolaresc

2008 este anul norocos pentru acei dintre noi care ne simtim complexati de varsta « inaintata ». Anul curent reprezinta renasterea stilului scolaresc din ceea ce Salvatore Ferragamo numeste simbioza man-in-the-city & little boy. Asadar, moda este agitate si uniformele conventionale prind forme si culori pe placul celor mai excentrici dintre noi.
