I love my hair stylist soooooo much, she is lovely &#38; caring, she always fixes me up with the BEST hair styles&#8230;.she looked @ me &#38; smiled wen my hair was completed! A smile that said &#8220;I love my creation&#8221;! This made me feel inspired as she is very passionate about her job!! This hair style actully goes with the flow of my hair &#38; I wanted it 2 be asymmetric as well, think its funky &#38; wild!! Also, having the left side short helps me kick the habit of picking out my hair, this is like my signature action (any1 that know&#8217;s me or I&#8217;ve spent time with will tell u the same) &#38; has caused a lot of problems for my hair as it is constantly falling out as I have picked it out! A habit that runs in my family as my mum also used 2 it, so I&#8217;m glad that now there is nothing 2 pick I can FINALLY stop (been doing it 4 about 5 years now)!! <content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p id="lead">Aizvadītajā nedēļas nogalē «cūku gripas» jeb pandēmiskās gripas A(H1N1) pacientu skaits nav pieaudzis – Latvijas Infektoloģijas centrā (LIC) brīvdienās iestājušies vien pārdesmit cilvēki, kam konstatēta šī saslimšana.</p>
<p id="art_text">LIC direktora pienākumu izpildītājs Jāzeps Keišs pirmdien LNT raidījumā «900 sekundes» informēja, ka sestdien LIC ar tā dēvēto cūku gripu iestājušies 11 pacienti, bet svētdien &#8211; 10. Kopumā LIC ārstējas aptuveni 60 šādu pacientu.</p>
<p>Viņš klāstīja, ka pārsvarā gripa norit vieglā formā, taču ir arī tādi cilvēki, kuriem slimība norit smagākā formā, bet tas saistīts arī ar citām saslimšanām.</p>
<p>LIC arī līdz šim nav konstatējis parastās, sezonālās gripas vīrusu.</p>
<p>Kopumā pandēmiskās gripas vīruss Latvijā konstatēts 657 pacientiem.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:justify;">No es el único ayuntamiento en el que ocurre, en muchos otros se ponen trabas a la construcción de nuevas viviendas, e incluso para obras menores.<br />
Pero el caso de este municipio es escandaloso. Con un plan urbanístico del año 1993 (actualmente en actualización, para no faltar a la verdad), ni de lejos adaptado a la ley del suelo de Galicia del 2002, pretenden satisfacer las necesidades actuales.<br />
Nos encontramos con un centro urbano más propio de los años 60 que de este siglo, no tiene calles sino caminos, algunos de ellos sin asfaltar. De este modo, los terrenos del centro urbano están calificados como suelo urbano sin consolidar. La pescadilla que se muerde la cola.<br />
VERGÜENZA es lo único que puede producir la lastimosa situación de esta localidad costera, que en contrapunto al boom urbanístico que tanto daño ha hecho especialmente a nuestras costas, aporta una perspectiva igualmente criticable. NI TANTO, NI TAN POCO que diríamos.<br />
Triste, que los naturales de Valdoviño tengan que irse a vivir a ayuntamientos vecinos por no poder conseguir ni trabajo ni vivienda en el lugar donde nacieron.</p>

<p>This year, Nokia displaced Colgate to gain the top slot. Nokia is riding on the explosive telecom growth that India is now witnessing. The focus on quality and features has made Nokia a brand that Indian consumers love. The brand was able to bring in successful models regularly. Currently the N series has been the poster boy in its portfolio. Along with the models, the brand also has been investing in building the brand equity. The result of the survey also throws an interesting lesson. Recently Nokia faced the issue of &#8221; overheating of battery&#8221;. Around 46 mn BL-5C series batteries was recalled by Nokia worldwide . Marketers feared that this recall will have a negative impact on Nokia&#8217;s brand equity. But this survey proved that Indian consumers have been impressed by the commitment of Nokia in the Indian market.</p>
<p>The current results has been a disappointment for Colgate which topped the list for the past 4 years. But I feel that the brand lost the position not because of any loss of trust but because the mobile telecom category have seen a huge growth and was the top- of -the- mind category for consumers. Colgate still leads the toothpaste category but will have a reason to worry because Pepsodent has moved to the No.4 slot from the No.8 slot.</p>

Ever since then a question had lingered for me: Can Kebab &#38; Grill&#8217;s Halal fast food live up to its flyer? NaQPB weighed in and <a href="http://notaqueensphotoblog.tumblr.com/post/224938121/sunnyside-food-notes" target="_blank">gave me hope</a>.</p>
<p>So I finally tried their eats out today, and I&#8217;m happy to report that the Kebab &#38; Grill&#8217;s food is pretty friggin&#8217; yum. <!--more--></p>
<p>After barraging the affable server, Khan, with questions, I ultimately chose a veggie samosa, falafel with brown rice, lentils and salad, and a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rasgulla">rasgulla</a> for dessert. (Though everything looked so tasty in the hot-plate display of lentils, curried potato, kebabs, and fish, that I think it&#8217;d be hard to make a bad selection there. And I&#8217;ll definitely be back to try other combinations of their dishes.)</p>
<p>The savory, mostly potato-filled vegetable samosa was moist with just enough spice.</p>

<p>I liked that it wasn&#8217;t at all greasy. In fact, it was kind of fluffy.</p>

<p>Next up, the entree: falafels on a bed of brown rice with lentils and salad.</p>

<p>The brown rice was a tad dry but adding the lentils remedied that. The best part of the dish though was the falafel. Not only are they generous with their serving size, but their falafel rocks. They were fresh, moist, well-spiced, and meaty, as opposed to mealy (the texture I&#8217;ve most encountered in crummy falafels). So much so that I called to confirm I wasn’t eating meat-filled falafels&#8211;they were <em>that</em> succulent.</p>
<p>By the time I reached my sweet dessert treat <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rasgulla">rasgulla</a>, I was stuffed.</p>

<p>The doughy, creamy cousin of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulab_Jamun">Gulab Jamun</a> was super sweet cap to a fine meal. Since my sweet-tooth isn&#8217;t very big, I only had a couple bites of it. But I&#8217;d order it again if I were sharing it with someone.</p>
<p>So there you have it, folks: a $7 dinner, Sunnyside style.</p>
<p>PS: I definitely concur with my <a href="http://notaqueensphotoblog.tumblr.com/post/224938121/sunnyside-food-notes">fellow blogger</a>, Kebab is more of a takeout than sit-down place. I think it&#8217;s the fluorescent lighting.</p>

El objetivo final es llegar a 160 empresas de las provincias de Almería y Cádiz con este programa experimental.</span></div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">En la <span style="text-decoration:underline;">primera fase</span> del proyecto I+C, se desarrollarán seminarios monográficos en las dos provincias dirigidos a empresarios y personal directivo, con el objetivo de sensibilizarles sobre la conveniencia de implantar medidas de conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar y sobre los beneficios que conllevan la aplicación de planes de igualdad. Con estas sesiones informativas se prevé llegar a unos 80 empresarios de Cádiz y otros 80 de Almería.</span></div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#0000ff;">La <span style="text-decoration:underline;">segunda fase</span>, dirigida a empresarios, personal directivo, trabajadores y delegados sindicales, consistirá en un plan formativo que trasmita la importancia de la gestión de los recursos humanos desde una óptica centrada en la igualdad, así como sus repercusiones positivas en las empresas a la hora de mejorar la motivación de los trabajadores, su productividad y el consecuente aumento de la competitividad. Serán hasta 220 los beneficiarios de estos cursos.</span></div>

En total serán 30 las pymes que podrán acogerse a este servicio gratuito, aunque el consejero de Empleo no descartó que este programa experimental sirva como base para extender a toda Andalucía iniciativas que vayan en el mismo sentido.</span></div>

And it makes me wonder why the <a href="http://monikafabian.wordpress.com/2009/11/03/the-people-have-spoken/">six percent</a> who abandoned convention and voted for Feerick anyway despite her primary loss, didn&#8217;t share this knowledge with the rest of us?!</p>
<p>What brought on my new-found fandom for the Woodsider was an email I received today from her. It was a tardy (but nonetheless appreciated) response to this <a href="http://monikafabian.wordpress.com/2009/09/14/but-who-would-your-dog-choose/" target="_blank">post</a>. <!--more--></p>
<p>Here&#8217;s Feerick&#8217;s two cents:</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1447" title="Picture 1" src="http://monikafabian.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/picture-1.png" alt="Picture 1" width="500" height="218" />The response isn&#8217;t mindblowing. Yes it&#8217;s great to read how supportive she is of the community and how informed she is on the 26th&#8217;s needs, but the answer itself is your run-of-the-mill politician&#8217;s answer.</p>
<p>What really blew me away were the couple of follow-up replies to that she and I had. I won&#8217;t post them because she&#8217;s answered all of my questions this reply, as such I think the rest should be a private conversation. (They aren&#8217;t scandalous or anything like that.) I will say, that at the end of the brief exchange I was impressed at how supportive and encouraging she is. And it <em>really</em> made me wish that that side of Candidate Feerick had come across in the primary: Deirdre Feerick, Democratic candidate instead of Democratic (<a href="http://www.queenscourier.com/articles/2009/09/16/news/top_stories/doc4ab1436aedfb9375868369.txt">machine</a>) candidate Deirdre Feerick, which was what many of us saw.</p>
