The results are based on the latest statistics for a wide range of lifestyle issues, including employment, crime, housing, health and education. This area of north-west Essex was only beaten into third place by near neighbours South Cambridgeshire and East Hertfordshire, indicating it is one of the most appealing places to <a title="New homes for sale" href="http://www.whathouse.co.uk/search-properties" target="_blank">find a property</a> in a rural setting in the UK.</p>
<p>Though the district is predominantly made up of agricultural and countryside areas, there are excellent transport links and a number of residential areas offering new-build homes for sale. <p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Free Early Learning &#8211; What Are You Entitled To</span></strong></p>
<p>All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education for 38 weeks of the year. This applies until they reach compulsory school age (the term following their fifth birthday). Free nursery education can take place in nurseries, play groups, preschools or at their child minders.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Pre Schools Nursery And Plagroups Qualifying Ages &#38; Birthdays</span></strong></p>
<p>If your child is born between the dates shown below, a free children&#8217;s learning and funded place is available until they reach statutory school age:-</p>
<p>1st Apr and 31 Aug     &#8211; Free Place Available From 1st Sept Following Their 3rd Birthday.<br />
1st Sept and 31 Dec    - Free Place Available From 1st Jan Following Their 3rd Birthday.<br />
1st Jan and 31 March &#8211; Free Place Available From 1st Apr Following Their 3rd Birthday.</p>

<p>We offer 3 x five hour early learning sessions for your 3 &#8211; 4 year old child. Please give us a ring to book your free early learing play group sessions and check availability.</p>

There’s no voucher or grant involved &#8211; just check with your local Family Information Service (FIS) that the provider is registered to offer the entitlement. You can get the number of your local FIS by calling 08002 346 346.</p>

<p>The nursery is open between the hours of  7.00am. and 7.00pm, 52 weeks of the year and is  headed by an extremely Experienced Manager who has worked in nurseries for many years and who holds the NVQ level 3 qualification.</p>
<p>We also employ a number of senior nursery nurses and a team of nursery nurses and nursery assistants. In addition, staff will hold First aid certificates relevant to young children.</p>
<p>All staff are able to deliver the Early Years Learning Foundation Stage Curriculum to ensure every child&#8217;s needs are met and every child reaches their full potential.</p>
<p>We cater for children aged 0 &#8211; 5 years.  Children will be grouped according to age and  accommodated in separate spacious facilities.</p>
