By far my favorite is the people! Great smiles, warm hearts and super friendly!

The shopping is massive. Crazy good. Best in the world I reckon. You want it you can get it!

One of my shopping highlights was finding Big Bizzar. It is just like Wal-Mart. Crazy huge, everything you could want/need and more!

Plus there are markets all over the city specializing in different things.
I love visiting this city!

Why??

Work related troubles, loneliness, excessive ambition, sudden drastic change in lifestyle, unsuccessful relationships, academic pressure and family problems.

Jesus is the answer! I remember living my day to day life with the same feelings and when I started a relationship with Jesus I was able to receive healing, hope, joy, and purpose for my life.

Like a sunrise the change was unstoppable, powerful and bright.

ISAIAH 58:8-12
Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. “If you do away with the yoke of oppression,

As the day went on and the weather got cooler the market grew busier.

This is definitely a place to visit again and again while in India. You can find so many things and at great prices!

We took an auto from our hotel but you can also get there by metro – INA station and take an auto for a short distance and price of 30rupees!!

The people are outstanding. So friendly, open and kind. They also love to have fun so we are always laughing!!!

The food!! I really enjoy eating a lot of vegetables and India takes that experience to the next level. Veg dishes ROCK!!

The randomness! I feel like every day is a new adventure. I am definitely learning to be more flexible!

I am very much looking forward to living in this amazing city.

Something new is about to happen!!

I remember my third birthday. As I stood in my moms bathroom while we got ready for the party I looked in the mirror and held up three fingers. I knew it would never be the same again. Two was gone and three was here!

I feel a bit like that little girl all over again! Something is new, a new moment in history where one thing will change and nothing will ever be the same again!

I am thankful for amazing mentors and leaders who have continually encouraged me into the destiny God is calling me to. Helping me explore my gifts and passions and urging me on to live an amazing life!!

I am inspired.
I will hang this on my wall an it keep me focused on the words God has written on my heart.

I waited and waited and waited for God. At last he looked; finally he listened. He lifted me out of the ditch, pulled me from deep mud. He stood me up on a solid rock to make sure I wouldn’t slip. He taught me how to sing the latest God-song, a praise-song to our God. More and more people are seeing this: they enter the mystery, abandoning themselves to God.

I remember that …
- God hears our prayers.
- He goes into action when we pray.
- He lifts us up when we can not do it on our own.
- He give us: boldness, confidence, security, creativity, joy, passion, vision, purpose, excitement, wisdom, strength …

It was an honor to do pre-marriage preparation with this outstanding couple. Noel and I both feel that they are off to an amazing start. They have God as their foundation & focus and it is awesome to be a part of their journey.

I often doubted that God existed, that he could help me or even that he cared for my life. In 2007 I began on a journey, that I am very much still on, of getting to know God. This journey changed my life from the moment I began and continues to do so in the most wonderful ways. Getting to know a loving, powerful, great God is amazing and the good news is he is always close to every one of us.

I got to know Him simply by reading His words in the bible. Getting to know Him and what he thinks about me has given me a whole new outlook on life, it has given me purpose, passion and peace! He loves each and everyone one of us, he wants a relationship with us and he wants to guide us into an amazing life!!! He already knows all of us all we have to do is get to know him!

We all have relationships and some are closer than others. Some are real quality relationships. So what makes those relationships so special? What is it about them that stands out?

Two way communication: Noel and I are always talking to each other. We communicate face-to-face, via text, phone calls we are always talking about whats happening, where we are and where we are going. A lot of our conversations are what we are hoping for in the future. We are constantly keeping ourselves on the same page.
In the same way I’m always talking with God. I do this through reading a bit of the bible every day, writing down my thoughts, talking to God and listening for Him to speak to me!

Trust: I know Noel’s heart. From before we were married he began making special promises with me and showing me that he could keep them. He honors me, he loves me, he prioritizes me, he chose me and he takes incredible responsibility for me. The longer I’m with him the more I trust him.
It is exactly the same with my relationship with God. He has AMAZING promises over my life and the longer I’m with him, around him, listening to him and watching him act on my behalf the more I trust him and his ways.

Open communication and trust are relationship elements that have grown in my life. They started off very small and with little value. Now I see how they have really helped me build strong relationships with Noel and with God.

When we wait and pray God shows up in the most wonderful ways for us.

God promises that he will never leave us or abandon us. He promises that his words never fail and he is with us like a mighty warrior He gives us strength when we need it, encouragement and comfort.

The question is then … What do we do if we have to wait a long time and what do we do while we wait?

Worship, praise and keep a thankful heart.

The million dollar question is …

What do we do when the pressure is on?

Press back!

Press into where?
Press into what?

I’ve tried many different things and for me there has only been one lasting thing that has worked — press into God.

Get as near to him as you can. Journal, don’t give up and don’t shift your priority away from God.

Tell him how you feel and what you are experiencing. Pray. Simply speak to him. On your own or in worship – connect with God.

Ask for and seek out his advice!! Have an open heart and listen to what he is telling you to do. It is not always the advice we want to hear but it is always the best advice.

If we press into God when the pressure is on he promises to always be with us, to help us and grow us so that we will become more mature, more capable and not lacking in anything.

For me personally I find that my relationship with God is strengthened during these times.

So when the pressure is on PRESS INTO GOD!!!

The same was true for the people that met Jesus, were healed by him and received a fresh start in life. They often told and showed any one they could of the amazing change they experienced. Jesus became the talk of the town. Everyone knew about him!

Jesus loved to heal and offer people a new start in life but he very rarely promoted himself.

I know that Jesus has done amazing things in my life, my husbands life and the life of almost all of my friends. their stories are amazing, encouraging and pointing directly to Jesus. Let’s keep sharing the amazing work Jesus is doing in our life so more people might be encourage and find out who this amazing Jesus is!

What is the purpose of life?
What am I here for?
Is there something special for me to do while I am here on earth?

Jesus give us a fantastic answer to this question. Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

You and me, we are called to make disciples. This does not take into consideration our personality, gifts, skills or passions. This is for everyone. We are all supposed to make disciples.

As we go about doing this, focusing on what Jesus has asked us to do by making disciples, I think we find ourselves at peace with the question that we were previously asking. We may even find ourselves overly joyful, excited and passionate about life!!

What I never considered, as many of us don’t, was what if Jesus really is the Son of God, and he did perform miracles, and he does have a great plan and purpose for my life.

I first met Jesus five years ago when he responded with immediate action to a desperate prayer of mine. He helped me. He showed up in an amazing way in my time of need. He has never left me since that moment. The more I get to know him the more I’m in awe of how much he loves me. It is a crazy love, an extravagant love, a love that goes all out!

I think every girl wants to be pursued with that kind of love. Jesus is an amazing example of true and unconditional love. The more I learn of and experience his love the more I find myself loving him.

Forever falling in love with Jesus.

Noel and I have so much fun together. We really enjoy each others company and we work together to make our life exciting.

One of our favorite ways to keep our marriage hot and exciting is DATE NIGHT!

We are always finding new places to eat and explore. For me just knowing it is date night makes it special. We have lots of fun laughing together and totally enjoying each others company.

This week we found ourselves at Tokyo Tower.

It was my first time to Tokyo Tower even though I have lived in Japan for six years. The night view is so beautiful!!

It was amazing. Everyone thought we were newly weds because we are so loving toward each other. The truth is the longer I am with Noel the more I fall in love with him.

We had a lot of fun on our holiday.

We spent time swimming.

Reading.

Bike riding.

Relaxing and enjoying each others company.

Time at the Spa every day.

It was so relaxing and refreshing. We dreamed together about the future and are so excited about the life we share!!
