Era l’ottobre del 1998 quando Franca Leosini, autrice e conduttrice di “Storie Maledette”, decise di intervistare Angelo Izzo. Un faccia a faccia con uno dei tre mostri del “Circeo” che nel 1975 (assieme ad Andrea Ghira e Giovanni Guido) sottopose per 35 interminabili ore a violenze e sevizie la diciassettenne Donatella Colasanti e la poco più grande Rosaria Lopez.

La villa, situata sul litorale romano, da meta del divertimento si trasformò ben presto in casa degli orrori. Entrambe le giovani vennero drogate. Rosaria fu trascinata in bagno, picchiata e successivamente annegata nella vasca. Donatella invece, dopo un tentativo di strangolamento non riuscito e l’ennesimo maltrattamento, perpetrato con una spranga di ferro, riuscì a fingersi morta. Una decisione che equivalse alla sua salvezza.

Alla Leosini, Izzo confidò il proprio pentimento. Nonostante i tre tentativi di fuga eseguiti nel 1977, 1986 e 1993, si proclamò cambiato profondamente: «Non so cosa mi passasse per la testa all’epoca. Di sicuro avrei meritato un colpo di pistola alla nuca. Eravamo dei ragazzi viziati che conoscevano ben poco della realtà»

Un uomo nuovo dunque. Così almeno suppose quel giudice che nel dicembre del 2004 garantì ad Izzo la semilibertà dal penitenziario di Campobasso per andare a lavorare in una cooperativa del posto.

Peccato però che in un momento di pausa Izzo ne abbia approfittato per uccidere nuovamente. Vittime stavolta Maria Carmela e Valentina Maiorano, rispettivamente moglie e figlia quindicenne di Giovanni Maiorano, un detenuto conosciuto in carcere.

Morale della storia? Izzo condannato all’ergastolo. Stavolta definitivamente; con tre morti sulla coscienza. Anzi quattro, perché nel frattempo un tumore al seno si portava via la sofferente e provata Colasanti, mai riuscita in trent’anni di battaglie a scacciare i fantasmi di quell’orribile odissea.

Eppure c’è chi, come Donatella Papi, ancora non si “rassegna”. «Voglio sposarlo per dimostrare la sua innocenza», ha dichiarato nei giorni scorsi l’ex giornalista del “Giornale” all’ “Italia sul due”. Cambia lo studio, cambia la rete, ma pure a “Domenica 5” ribadisce l’identico concetto e aggiunge: «Le ragazze del Circeo provocarono i loro aguzzini».

Panico, gelo tra i conduttori, che puntualmente si dissociano. La Papi ci è o ci fa? Cerca pubblicità o è fermamente convinta delle bestialità che dice?

Sinceramente poco importa. Vada al diavolo, e con sé porti pure il pluriomicida Izzo. Ad indignarmi è piuttosto il ruolo del piccolo schermo, che in questa storia surreale si propone come cassa di risonanza.

La tecnica del “risentimento postumo”, cari miei, non ci inganna più. Non serve a ripulirvi la coscienza, non serve a scaricarvi da colpe, né tantomeno dalle responsabilità.

Detesto la retorica e appenderei al muro chi fa della demagogia il suo stile di vita, ma restare in silenzio non mi è più possibile.

Provo pena per i familiari delle vittime, per i parenti di Donatella Colasanti, per la sorella della povera Lopez, che muore di dolore ogni volta che qualche mostruoso personaggio sfrutta questa storia analizzandola dalla prospettiva del carnefice. La tv non può permettersi certe cadute di stile. L’Auditel va in secondo piano, qui c’è la memoria di quattro innocenti da rispettare, c’è la dignità di tanti parenti da tutelare e soprattutto c’è un’etica che ogni tanto andrebbe rispolverata.

Premiação boa é aquela que tem “mico”. Sendo assim, o American Music Awards ganha seu lugar ao sol.

I’ve finally got 5 minutes to myself, so I thought I’d do a quick post on the movements of all the drivers for 2010.  Obviously, not everyone has been announced, but thus far, here are the teams and line-ups for the 2010 championship.

McLaren – Lewis Hamilton & Jenson Button (from Brawn GP now Mercedes)

Ferrari – Felipe Massa & Fernando Alonso (from Renault)

Brawn (now Mercedes) – Nico Rosberg (from Williams) & TBA

This still leaves quite a few F1 drivers without a confirmed seat so far.  These include ;

Heidfeld, Grosjean, Fisichella (quite likely to return to Force India), Sutil, Liuzzi, Kobiyashi, Alguersuari, Nakajima, Kovalainen, Raikkonen (sabbatical unless a championship winning seat is available).  Other possibilities include De La Rosa, Piquet, Bourdais, Davidson, Sato and Wurz.  I could continue, but it would make my list quite long.

There are several teams with one experienced driver announced, which could pave the way for them to sign a younger driver, or former F1 driver a second ‘rookie’ seat.

Campos have put their money in Senna and will want an experienced driver to direct the team into the 2010 season, which would leave the door open for drivers such as Heidfeld or even De La Rosa.  Either way, I’ll keep the list updated with any further announcements.

As for the 2010 calendar, that’s had some changes also, and there is still some debate if some of the tracks will still be participating.  Most notably in the United Kingdom, is the British Grand Prix.  It has been said my Bernie Ecclestone that Silverstone (who have been handed an offer due to Donington now in the hands of  administrators), has until the 9th of November to make their minds up or there is no British Grand Prix.

The Canadian GP is subject to completion of changes, Korean subject to completion and

Man’s best friend has taken $250,000 of narcotics off the streets of Orem in the past seven years.

And the city’s K-9 squad now has new reinforcements, with the recent addition of a fourth Belgian Malinois, 3-year-old Vedor. Officers showed off their dogs’ drug-finding and suspect-catching skills Wednesday.

Rudy, at 7 years old the longest-serving dog, used his keen sense of smell — 800 times greater than a human’s — to lead him to the trunk of a car holding a suitcase full of drugs. He then scratched the license plate to indicate where the stash was.

The dogs go through eight weeks of basic training on obedience and tracking, then another eight weeks of “drug school” where they learn to sniff out marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine.

They then live with their handlers and are used daily by narcotics detectives.

“We spend more time with them than any member of our family,” said Cpl. Art Lopez, who oversees the squad. “If anything happened to them, we’d be devastated.”

The $9,600 tab for Vedor was covered by a federal grant. Like the rest of the dogs, he was imported from Holland and selected from a vendor in California.

Lopez said Orem police prefer Belgian Malinois over German or Dutch shepherds because they tend to be more social. They are typically retired when they are between 8 and 10 years old.

According to Lopez, his dogs have found drugs in every hiding place imaginable: behind secret doors, in engine compartments, even in a baby’s diaper. Drug dealers try to hide the scent with anything from mustard to axle grease — all to no avail.

And when a suspect is on the run, the threat of a dog’s bite at 650 pounds of pressure per square inch is often more intimidating than any weapon police carry.

“They’d rather fight with officers than with a police dog,” Lopez said, as Rudy easily bowled over a reporter wearing a protective suit and dragged her along the ground.

“A lot of drug dealers are in prison right now because of these dogs.”

Stereotypes and humor go back like spinal cords and car seats.

Last week G-Lo opened his foray into late-night comedy with an impressive 3.2 million viewers. However, some didn’t find George Lopez all that funny. The use of comedy to play up or disarm stereotypes is a double edged sword that “Lopez Tonight” wields voraciously.

The ability to laugh at oneself is an admirable trait, especially if you’re bi-cultural and enduring the struggle of assimilating and/or acculturating into the mainstream. But is there a line between reinforcing the same stereotypes that seem to perpetuate negativity and using them simply for laughs?

For many, comedy is just what it is – entertainment. People have to realize that no matter what a comedian says, one has to undoubtedly always maintain respect for all races, cultures and viewpoints. This is a basic trait that many are taught by our elders…and it should never be compromised.

Honestly, comedy can be used for many different purposes but it shouldn’t be used as the main vehicle for changing stereotypes. We should never be too quick to take entertainers so seriously.  The ones that do most likely take themselves too seriously and my only advice to this uncomfortable group of individuals is a quote by Woody Allen: “Comedy just pokes at problems, rarely confronts them squarely. Drama is like a plate of meat and potatoes, comedy is rather the dessert, a bit like meringue.”

Bonnie and Clyde is a name so meticulously woven into popular discourse many, including myself, have come to accept the phrase as completely arbitrary. I know of its existence and am slightly aware of its implications, but like the hundreds of other phrases that come into contact with my vocabulary, I know nothing of its origin. Bonnie and Clyde (Arthur Penn, 1967), a movie I hoped would fill in the gap between me using the phrase and me feeling guilty for knowing nothing about it, traces the events of the notorious duo as they  swept through the south robbing bank after bank.
Tying this film to the concepts and history discussed in class was, and is, rather difficult. The film came during a time known as the ‘Hollywood depression’ when the war between cinema and television raged on. As a result to cinema during this dark period, the emergence of the ‘Hollywood renaissance’ helped spawn a new and enlightened era known as the ‘Silver Age’ of cinema. Moviemakers, spanning across all genres, aimed to redefine cinema by opposing the very which way cinema had portrayed and executed the story it was trying to tell. During this reconstruction, censorship codes began to wane at the mercy of directors looking to bend the envelope of their craft. Here is where I believe a movie like Bonnie and Clyde (Penn, 1967) come into play. In an attempt to convey the ruthlessness of the Bonnie and Clyde crimes, violence permeated the film at a pace, I suspect, offended much of its audience. Although this film would never be attributed to as the godfather of all violent films, it was sure to have helped other films “get their feet in the door.” In its reluctance, the ‘Hollywood renaissance’ established several devices in regards to the process of filmmaking and storytelling that set it apart from the genres that had been so firmly rooted in the past. Bonnie and Clyde (Penn, 1967) was no exception to the newly established agenda set in motion by this counter culture. The protagonist, whom I am going to refer to as Bonnie AND Clyde, represented a troubled and introspective individual journeying along a somewhat twisted narrative. Their crimes, although translated to great bloodshed, were led to be understood as a retaliation towards “the man,” a cry for all who have suffered great loss and find no hope in, a then broken, America. Clyde, during one of his robberies, allows for a man to pocket the money that rightfully belongs to him while he runs away with a bag full of the bank’s money. On a separate occasion, after being injured by a local citizen, Clyde whispers, “I’m not against him,” again, helping transcend his behavior beyond that of selfish motives. Stemming from this point, the idea of Cawelti’s demythologization is evident in Bonnie and Clyde’s refusal to interact with society as calm and orderly citizens. The evil in which they unveil is an evil made to appear necessary, or at least, invoked. Bonnie and Clyde are not introducing violence, they are responding to the violence that is society during that moment in time. As for the narrative, it hardly deviates from Bonnie and Clyde as they recklessly rage through banks and law enforcement officials. The ending, however, alludes to a bit more complex narrative at work. Characters seen only briefly (Texas Sherriff and C.W. Moss’s father) are made to have been the anchoring force behind the authorities’ effort in finally bringing Bonnie and Clyde to a halt. The sense that this was to be the outcome could only be generated through a foreshadowing of events left by the director for the audience to interpret only after the movie has been seen once throughout.

The movie
The movie was great and I enjoyed it very much. The characters in the film, no matter main or minor, drew my attention and made me eager with anticipation in finding out what would become of them. Both Bonnie and Clyde conveyed a sense of desperation throughout the film, and yet still maintained a calm and collective image, assuring everyone of who was really in control. As for the story, there is nothing like a true story to stir your curiosity, and Bonnie and Clyde (Penn, 1967) did just that. The social context in which this film is based is something I believe is not taken into account when speaking of the infamy that is Bonnie and Clyde. The depression bred chaos and uncertainty for millions of people, Bonnie and Clyde were a representation of just that, chaos and uncertainty. Bonnie and Clyde (Penn, 1967) is the excellent compliment to the legacy left behind one of America’s most notorious duos. Their acts are not belittled to the nothingness that is found in the typical violent gangster film, instead, the movie seeks to insert a reason behind the madness that was Bonnie & Clyde.

Ya que comenze con el tema de Boxeo, quiero presentarles un corto listado de los actuales y mas Conocidos Boxeadores Boricuas. De esta manera nos ponemos al tanto y comenzamos a pompearnos para la Gran Pelea de este sabado.

No voy a poner ningun orden logico por ahora, solo quiero que los vayamos conociendo a cada uno, con sus Pros y sus debilidades.

1. Miguel Cotto:

A Junito, ya le dedique una entrada completa en mi Blog asi que sera suficiente por ahora. No quiero desconcentrarlo para que no le vaya mal en la pelea de el sabado en Las Vegas.

2. Carlos “El Indio”  Quintana

El Indio Quintana es un caso muy comun, el boxeador desconocido, que obtiene una oportunidad ante un odiado y se convierte en el favorito sentimental del pueblo.

Carlitos era un Chamaquito abusador en Moca, le daba a sus companeritos pa robarle los limbers y las galletitas bimbo, era medio cerraito y no termino la escuela. Al estar expuesto al boxeo desde nino se pudo desarrollar y salir de la pelaera. Aunque nadie y repito nadie lo conocia, El Indio acumulo varias victorias que lo llevaron a rankearse a nivel mundial. A pesar de no haberle ganado a nadie de envergadura, le dieron la oportunidad de enfrentarse al prospectaso Colombiano Joel Julio, Un Invicto Poderoso Pegador (Que tampoco habia peleado con nadie que valga la pena!) El Indio aprovecho su experiencia como peleador callejero y logro ganar esta pelea, oportunidad de oro para convertirse en un Campeon de verdad.

De la noche a la manana El Indio, paso de ser el peleador mas “Underrated” a el mas “Overrated” que yo personalmente habia visto, esto para su gran Pelea Contra su compatriota Miguel Cotto. Sera por el Odio que la mayoria de los puertorriquenos le tenemos a Cotto, pero de momento las acciones del Indio subieron por las nubes! Lamentablemente paso lo que tuvo que pasar y Cotto por poco lo mata. Mas tarde en otra oportunidad logro arrebatarle el titulo a Paul Williams, Paul Williams ni sabia quien era el Indio y acepto pelear con el por que mas nadie queria, por ser tan aburrido. El Indio capitalizo y se escondio por 12 rounds robandose la victoria, esto para meses mas tarde Paul Williams destrozarlo como debio haber hecho en la primera pelea. Ahora mismo nadie se acuerda ni le importa el Indio.

3. Juan Manuel Lopez

Juanma, el Orgullo de Caguas, este si! Parcelerito, sin Vicios, Humildon, para que represente a los Boricuas de Verdad! Ese es Juanma!

El aun Invicto Pegador boricua, esta entrando a su “Peak” como boxeador, en donde lo esperan peleas millonarias, esto si no hace el ridiculo como por poco hace en su ultima pelea con Rogers Mtagwa, en donde bailo los ultimos dos rounds al ritmo del demonio de “Tanzania”. En estos momentos, Juanma se encuentra en la encrucijada, Pelear con los Mejores del mundo y arriesgarse a que le den una katimba, o seguir peleando con bacalaos y afinarse hasta que este 100% seguro que pueda derrotar a algun rival de “Nombre”.

Personalmente, el dia que Juanma le de una escalpiza a Yuriourkis Gamboa se ganara todos mis respetos y alabanzas… Odio a Gamboa!!!

4. Ivan “Iron Boy” Calderon

Caso Similar al de Juanma, Orgullo de Guaynabo City, un Boxeador del Pueblo, Parcelero, sin Vicios y Graciosito, Todo el mundo ama a Ivan Calderon. Sus peleas son entretenidas, su velocidad y habilidad para boxear hacen que este pequenin sea todo un Caballito en el ring. Ivancito se ha enfrentado y derrotado a los mejores peleadores del mundo en su categoria. Vale aclarar que no hay muchos enanos flacos que pesen menos de 110 libras por ahi, pero esto no es culpa de Ivan. En estos momentos su carrera se ha visto un poco opacada por el resultado de sus ultimas peleas, Muchos cabezasos, un empate y par de cancanazos han puesto a Ivan a pensar en su retiro. Creo que aun le quedan par de peleas en donde pudiese consagrarse como el mejor peleador boricua de todos los tiempos.

4. Kermit “La Nena” Cintron

Kermit, Voy a ser bien Honesto: Eras mi boxeador favorito, mi esperanza, quien iba a matar y dominar la division welter, quien iba a destruir a Cotto a De la Hoya a Mosley a Tito y a cuanto Boxeador se metiera en tu camino. Ahora te Odio! Por Lloron!!!

Que paso: Margarito te destrozo entiendo que fue tu error, tratar de enfrentarte a un muy buen peleador justo despues de una operacion, debiste tomarte tu tiempo y venir contra el a un 100%. Te di break, hiciste bien, te dedicaste, peleaste con cuanto chata te pusieron en medio preparandote para una venganza contra Margarito, Bueno menos Jesse Feliciano quien te hizo sudar y nunca se te quito de la cara. Por fin se te dio el Chance, la gran Noche la deseada venganza contra Margarito, TOMA! De pasta y queso te humillo, te destruyo, y volviste a llorar como una nena… OK admitelo, es mejor que tu! No! Tan Pronto salio a la luz publica que Margarito habia usado Yeso contra Mosley, Mandaste a tus abogados a investigar tus dos derrotas porque y que el uso Yeso contigo! Por si no lo sabias el Yeso no impide que tu le pudieses pegar a Margarito tambien. Lloron OK, no hay problema otro chance contra un medio bacalao ahi… Sergio Martinez… y pues…

Sergio Martinez te dio una salsa, te gano dos veces, te Knockeo en el 7mo y despues te gano comoda la pelea por decision, esos jueces son unos mamaos y no se cuanto les pagaste. Despues canto de caripelao peleas porque y que te robaron la pelea y despues te jactas que Sergio Martinez es el mejor peleador de las 154 lbs!! Clase de Moron!! Acaso no sabias que Kelly Pavlik, Flelix Sturm, Paul Williams, James Kirkland, Cory Spinks, etc etc etc estan en ese peso? Estoy Loco que venga Daniel Santos y te explote!  Hablando de Caballetes…

5. Daniel Santos

Daniel Santos, medallista Olimpico y Orgullo de Bayamon Puerto Rico, criticado por muchos por ser vago y no dedicarse al boxeo. Lo que la gente no avanza a darse cuenta, es que nadie quiere enfrentarse a un caballote como Santos, Danny ha tenido que ir a los confines mas inabitables del mundo para poder conseguir peleas, y su record dice que es practicamente invencible, teniendo solo dos derrotas (robadas) una en Alemania contra Ahkmed Kotiev, que luego Danny la vengo con un impresionante Knockout (Tambien en Alemania) y otra contra Sergiy Dzinziruk, tambien en Alemania para variar.

De su primera derrota, contra Kofi Jantuah, no quiero hablar por que Kofi, al Igual que Danny es una bestia peluda a la que nadie se quiere enfrentar. Y quien no me cree que busque los videitos de Kofi en Youtube…

Danny es un Boxeador nato, Zurdo, con solida pegada y pueblerino, se da las medallas en la lomita en Bayamon cuando no esta entrenando, pero cuando le mete a los dumbbells, no hay quien lo detenga, desde ya les digo que sera la unica sonrisa boricua el sabado en la noche…

6. Tito!

Gloria Boricua, para muchos el Mejor Boxeador del Mundo y del universo. Tito, quien no sabia boxear pero daba duro con cojones. Tito quien se enfrento y derroto a todos los que le pusieron en el medio, Buenos, mediocres y malos. Tito, persona que ha sido responsable de resuitar los parties de marquesina. Tito,  quien le dio vida a los Rent a centers, donde se agotaban las pantallas gigantes cada vez que habia pelea. Tito, quien cerraba urbanizaciones donde llevaban proyectores, orquestas y toda la comunidad celebraba todas y cada una de las victorias del orgullo de Caimito. Todo hasta que, Llego el Verdugo, Hopkings, odiado por todos los boricuas por insultar la bandera, Hopkins se encargo de humillar a la isla, y bajar de la nube al idolo que todos teniamos. Los Ninos lloraron, las fiestas se acabaron, las ventas de los jugos Tito’s Punch se desvanecieron, Grupo mania se rompio… Todo gracias a Bernnard Hopkins.

Tito, penso en su futuro y decidio retirarse del boxeo, sabia decision… Pero Volvio…. Esta vez muy “stylish” Le alisaron el afro cosa que le quito mucho tiempo de su entrenamiento, se vistio con shorcitos Putin para verse como todo un sex symbol. Pero,  Le volvieron a humillar, esta vez Winky Wright  en una Pelea que si Tito se tiraba al piso y perdia por “KO” pasaba menos verguenza que dejando que leyeran la decision de los Jueces, Yo la vi Chiva…

Tito, penso en su futuro y decidio retirarse del Boxeo, sabia decision… Pero volvio esta vez solo por dinero y reconocimiento, el pasaba por la calle y ya nadie lo reconocia, la dieta de carne frita, mofongo, empanadillas y coco rico no le estaba ayudando. Roy Jones, Si, la Viejaca, Le dio una Tunda…

En estos momentos, Tito esta 98.5% retirado (WTF!) a la espera de una pelea multi millonaria por que el aun es una estrella. Desaprovecho miles oportunidades de revanchas con De la Hoya, Hopkins etc. solo por que el queria ganar mas dinero que su rival.

Don Felix demostro que es temendo Entrenador y malisimo manejador, como esquina sabe tanto como Elliot Castro! Frases Celebres como: “Si le pegas hazlo para hacerle dano” o en la pelea de Winky, “Tranquilo que vamos ganando” ayudaron a que la carrera de Tito cayera a sus mas bajos niveles. A parte de que nunca se dio cuenta que la pegada de Tito a un peso mas alto de las 154 lbs no era nada efectiva.

Ahora, pues esperemos que el orgullo de Caimito, se termine de retirar y no nos haga pasar mas verguenzas.

Latina Magazine/Lee Hernandez—By George, I think he’s got it. Comedian George Lopez’s new late-night talk show, Lopez Tonight, premiered to a very healthy 3.1 million viewers Monday night on three Turner Networks: TBS, TNT and TruTV, says Variety.

1.7 million of those combined total viewers watched the show on TBS—a good thing for the show since that’s where it will air weekly at 11 p.m. But more importantly, the debut—which featured guests Eva Longoria Parker, Kobe Bryant and Carlos Santana—performed solidly among adults (1 million viewers) in the key 18-49 demographic that advertisers love. “That’s higher than the current season averages (though not the premieres) of the adult demo draws for talk shows like CBS’ Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live and Comedy Central’s The Daily Show With Jon Stewart. If you use the combined three-net number, the show was sampled by more adult demo viewers than Conan O’Brien or David Letterman’s average,” writes The Hollywood Reporter’s James Hibberd.

In even more good news for Lopez Tonight, the show, which aired in place of TBS’s usual reruns of My Name is Earl drew 70% higher household ratings than Earl. “Viewers are ready for a change, and George Lopez is an exciting addition to late-night television,” said Steve Koonin, president of Turner Entertainment Networks. “We are extremely proud of the success of last night’s premiere of Lopez Tonight and are confident the show will continue to be a big late-night hit.”

‘Lopez Tonight‘ offers surprising DNA test to Larry David

Orlando Sentinel—TBS’ “Lopez Tonight” is billing itself as the first late-night show to offer DNA testing of its guests.

The shows promises that its Thursday episode will be different: “Larry David (‘Curb Your Enthusiasm‘) will get the surprise of his life when his true ethnicity is revealed.”

And the show hosted by George Lopez made this questionable boast: “It’s sure to be as good as an episode of ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm.‘”

Spoiler Alert: On the show last night, Larry discovered that he is 63 percent European, and 37 percent Native American.

In case you missed the Latin Grammys, Latin Grammy Award Winner Luis Fonsi performed and dedicated his performance to his wife Adamari Lopez. The couple has been married for about 3 years now and they seem to be a perfect pair. Lopez battled breast cancer and Fonsi stood by her side through it all. Audiences everywhere fell in love with Fonsi for his dedication and support to his wife. But not everything is looking picture perfect for the couple any longer.

There have been rumors that Fonsi was cheating on his wife, but there was no confirmation. So when he dedicated his performance to her, audiences cheered hopeful that everything was alright.

The day after the Grammys randomly flipped the channel to Escandalo TV where one of the reporters was denying any type of relationship with Fonsi. It was very awkward watching this because there was a strange vibe going on between her and he co anchors. Lilia Luciano denied everything and said she had lots of love and respect for the couple.

Well, a few days ago the couple announced they were separating.

Many people have been calling in to radio stations to express their frustration with the cast from Escandalo TV  because they feel like they are protecting their employees. Escandalo TV is particularly known for reporting on escandalos. The name says it all. In this case, they have chosen not to report on the subject of Luis Fonsi and Luciano.

I understand the stance they are taking, but is this ethically correct? Where should the line be drawn?
