We came to this earth with our body, mind and the soul. We are trying to do many things with these. The mind being the most used and the soul being the most forgotten.

We use our mind to learn things around us, to analyze, to judge, to enjoy, to feel – to live.

But ultimately, what this mind does is, just makes us forget who we are and what we are! It just wanders and wants to do more and more. Wants to say more and more. Wants to possess more and more. Wants to just keep on thinking, keep on analyzing and feeling great about itself. It can easily create a WORLD for itself and indulges you in that world. The world full of trivial happiness, pleasure, sorrow, depression, frustration, etc. etc.

There is no happiness in that world which mind has created. There is no happiness in ‘doing’. There is no happiness in ‘having’. The real happiness (eternal joy) is in the state of just ‘BEING’. The key to real happiness is to just shed off the mind and get into the state of just ‘being’.

When there is no mind, there is no thought. When there is no thought, there is no analyzing, judging, condemning, etc., etc., When the mind is not at work, there is no agitation. What results is just inner peace. The state where you are being one with your self.

Losing your mind – it is not becoming insane or losing the ability to think rationally. It is the ability to have complete control over your senses and mind without any effort. Realizing the wisdom of choosing eternal joy to trivial pleasures all the time. It is the ability to stay in the BEING state all the time and realizing that YOU ARE ABSOLUTE HAPPINESS.

This is where yoga and mind workshops come into play -  helping us to reach the NO-MIND state of just BEING.

BoA~The Face~

The Face-6/10

Aggressive-This song is anything but what the title depicts. Although it is a good song and fun to dance to, it doesn’t live up to its name.

Sweet Impact-I really don’ t like this song, I do like the pv however which made the song a little bit more tolerable, but imo Bad Drive should be in Sweet Impact’s place.

My Way, Your Way-This song is good, and I like it and all but the rapping is where I change the song right away because it doesn’t fit the song, and completely ruins it for me.

Be With You-A beautiful ballad from BoA, once again she does it just right, as as the last single release a week before her album The Face is released. To be completely honest I never really liked this song, but everyone once in a while I shuffle my music, and this song came up and I didn’t look at the title until after it was finished, and although I knew it was BoA I didn’t know if the song was new or old, but the minute I listened to it I really enjoyed it.

Lose Your Mind-An aggressive dance track, the pv features BoA in 3 different outfits walking, and performing on a runway. The choreography is what really attracted me to this song because I love dancing. As far as it goes this song is one of the highlights for this album and a must listen track.

Girl In The Mirror-One of the better album tracks, this is by far my favorite from this album, I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, this is the BEST track on the album, even before the single tracks, and I wish it had its own pv, or even been recut as a single.

Happy Birthday-Big snooze fest!

Diamond Heart-It’s an okay song, that I don’t really listen to much.

Love Letter-Another one of my favorites songs from this album, it was release as a single known as Love Letter and released as a triple a-side single with Love Letter/Diamond Heart/Beautiful Flowers. Of all the tracks featured on the single this was my favorite. It’s a mid-tempo ballad with sweet vocals lying within the chorus and provided by BoA.

Brave-Starts out with a rock/pop feel and continues throughout the song, a lot of BoA fans really like this song, but to be honest I don’t like it at all.

Gyappu Ni Yarareta-It’s funny because I feel like many BoA fans wouldn’t like this song, and I love it. It transcends a cute, poppy feel to it, something I haven’t heard from BoA in a long time.

Style-I don’t fancy this song much either.

Smile Again-Boring BoA Ballad…LOL, honestly I love her ballads to death, but this feels like a Disney song, and a boring one and that.

Beautiful Flowers-I actually love this song, it took a while for me to finally listen to it, but once I came around to it I fell in love, the only song I didn’t like from the single it was featured in was Diamond Heart.

Best Friend-A sad ballad, seriously I cried at this song, and when I saw BoA perform it and she started crying, I was bawling my eyes out! It really is a touching song, even if you don’t understand the lyrics.

Hey Boy, Hey Girl-A bleh song, no point to stating my opinion.

Overall this album wasn’t her BEST, but it’s not her WORST. Although most fans seem to think it’s her best and tops any album she’s done I beg to differ. As far as Korean albums go her best is a tie between My Name/Girls On Top, as for Japanese her best would have to be Listen To My Heart.

puppy incharge of counter ma… u know why so many crews helping her…? cos she is our my bosses de puppy… than of cos she no need do anything than payroll… damn good life, yet we work like hell… and she cry and complain to boss say no one helping her… lol… so big deal??? why must cry.. i don’t understand…

anyway i decide to resign… i don wan to stay at some place that is bias “Someone”… her puppy say what she also believe, really no brain… that dog really good in acting, can go to Mediacrop, only know how to use her tears, but too bad, it don’t work on me… hahaha… 

she also have a good skill on complaining and backstab people… so i not going to fight with this idiot dog… let her be than, want to complain than complain lor… her job was done half way want people help her clean her butt… i will leave that thing off until she settle her own…

evening time, i was washing equipments, cut my hand.. watch my hand bleed and i don’t feel pain… the most pain have already happen in my life… a cut won’t affected me… i think so

today don’t why feel like cry… purposely talking with nadia about transgender… than i act and let her see how they talk… they was laughing happily and i purposely laugh very badly until cry.. everyone was thot that i was too happy and laugh until cry… but no one knows i am crying…

today see her throw temper… don’t know its i around… when i not around i think she will more happy ba… maybe her life will live much better… maybe i should not say out… things won’t goes this way… if i didn’t say.. maybe will be friends very very long with her…

store going open… just like a baby just born… so excited and nervous… excited the baby was born…

i am nervous and worry that one side scare that the store cant cope, another side worry myself cant cope… abit stress… cos i am most senior at SKSC… LT expected very high too… worry myself cant do what she expected… but i will try my very best to help the store…

now can’t sleep again… helping karine do chart… tomorrow start work at 2pm… don’t can wake up anot…

no time for me to think other things.. maybe that good for me… and her… as normal never talk the whole day…
