Cosmetics is a trio of cute japanese ladies that have released a winter mix PV for their song “Tomorrow.” The song is completely a trance music remix.

Produced by Rocketman, this group has 2 songs, “Tomorrow” and “Love is All” and 4 remixes of these songs for a total of 6 tracks on the album released today December 2nd, 2009. Their initial release debuted in April, but this Cd will contain all remixes, so it might be the christmas gift you were looking for…

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Keats and that I would never even dream to include words written by such a great man in any of my lowly pieces. But the quote stuck in my head and a little story formed.

If they have the internet in heaven, I hope Keats will forgive me….

It still may be a dream. This pain. I still might be about to wake and be able to rejoice in the knowledge that the pain occurred in my dream and not in my waking life. Only in my dream.

The leaves of the great oaks in the woods brush my window. They are paring down the glass. Soon it will shatter and they will intrude into the house. There is already a sliver on my eiderdown, shining like a fragment of the moon.

My mother thinks me insolent. A fool. She chides me for my weakness. I am one of the lucky ones, due to inherit the riches of family tradition; the power of foresight and wisdom and grace. She will not let me cast those jewels aside like vegetable scrapings from the kitchens.

It is this and the love of social media that has inspired Manchester based writer Tom Mason to create November in Manchester.

SEO copywriter by day, budding novelist by night Tom has launched November in Manchester describing it as a ‘social media novel’.

The project, which will run across dedicated blogs, Twitter accounts and the like encourages folks across Manchester to shape the direction of a tale of romance based in the city.

Anyone and everyone is being encouraged to submit piccies and video of their favourite locations across Manchester. The collected media will be then used to complement the story; the characters in November In Manchester will use this user-submitted media in their updates and shape where key moments in the story take place.

The saga will begin on the 2nd of November running to the 30th November 2009 with eight different characters tweeting, blogging and sharing their lives.

The other key character is Manchester itself. Therefore if you are in the know about which events the characters should attend over the four weeks then contribute to the project. This real time approach will not only make the story more inclusive and realistic, but also promote what there is to see and do in Manchester during November.

It will be interesting to watch the success of November in Manchester as is it has already been generating a worthy buzz since its launch. As the dark nights draw in then it is the perfect opportunity to settle down in front of your computer and get involved.

Bom, só uma coisinha, na parte dos mangás… Na terceira posição, está Sangatsu no Raion, que pode ser chamado de March Comes in Like a Lion, ou até Sangatsu no Lion.

Como vocês viram, o album do Kobukuro continua em primeiro lugar (Com aproximadamente 93,558 cópias vendidas); Ring da Milyah katou subiu para 5ª posição, e o álbum do Michael Jackson desceu para a 8ª (Mas continua no TOP 10 desde a sua morte). O Album do Speed também desceu uma posição. Além do album do GreeeN, que continua lá na 7ª posição.

Sobre os Singles, particularmente não gostei da capa do Single da Ayumi Hamasaki (gostei da musica), mas lá está ela no primeiro lugar. Acho que até sem espanto algum, já que o single foi lançado  dia 12 desse mês, e no primeiro dia já teve 36,550 cópias vendidas, segundo sites na internet (aproximadamente 75,352 cópias vendidas atualmente). O single do B’z que estava em primeiro lugar semana passada desceu daus posições, e os singles do EXILE e da Nakayama Yuuma (com B.I Sahdow e NYC boys) que voltaram ao TOP 10.

Ayu le ha dado una fuerte promoción a su nuevo single aunque las ventas que ha tenido son pésimas, y el dia de hoy Ayu ha cantado en Music Fair nada más y nada menos que tres temas, Sunrise lo ha cantado una vez más y por primera vez ha cantado Sunset en directo, además añadieron Boys & Girls aquel tema de hace muchos años.

Ayumi Hamasaki’s new single, Sunrise / Sunset, officially debuted at #1 on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart. It sold 36,552 copies today alone and, while hat is certainly high, it’s her lowest first day sales since before Mirrorcle World. Hopefully this single will have good longevity and small drops, and end up selling around 150,000.  That’s wat I’m hoping for.

The other artists rounding out the top 3 are Morning Musume. with their new single and also Gackt’s “The Next Decade”.

On August 12, 2009, sees the release of Ayumi Hamasaki’s  forty-sixth single, “Sunrise/Sunset: Love Is All” and Morning Musume’s 40th single “Nanchatte Renai”.

Sunrise (Love Is All)”, one of the A-sides, will be used as the opening theme song for the Japanese television drama Dandy Daddy?.

As I watch it, I wait endlessly for the beat to drop but most summer songs of course take their time like Sunrise ~Love Is All~ does. In my opinion, I’m not satisfied with this song no matter how bright and cheerful it is for summer. She does have some killer heels in the video though. The most recent song I loved in her Next Level album was LOVE ‘n’ HATE.

Following Shōganai Yume Oibito , the group has been scheduled to release their 40th single “Nanchatte Renai on August 12th, which is their third single in 2009. At the same time, with ‘Nanchatte Renai’ being the group’s 40th commemorative single, a commemorative edition will be released along with the usual regular edition plus two limited edition with two different DVDs.

Nanchatte Renai sounded a bit similar to a past Morning Musume PV but the rap in it made the song stand out. I don’t think I have seen a rap in a Morning Musume song since Do It Now! But it’s not worth for me to get on my i-pod, I prefer Naichau Kamo. Niigaki looks pretty.

So everyone, what do you think of the PV’s? Are they too your liking?

I think I didn’t really say it until now but when it comes to simple Jpop Ayumi Hamasaki is my favorite singer. She was one of the singers that I discovered in the beginning of my love for Japanese music back in 2003. It has been a long time since then and an even longer time for Ayu.

But that is no excuse.

I wanted to make a review like I did with the other singles but Ayumi’s newest effort “Sunrise/Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~” simply doesnt deserve that. I’m so disappointed even though I didn’t expect much from a summer single. Those were never my favorites. But there always was something about them that I thought “That’s worth buying.”

Let’s think about it. What was the first real summer single? When I look through her discography I think it was “Unite!” in 2003. Maybe not your typical summer single but look at the cover and the release date. And not only was it hell of a great and powerful song but it was one of those singles with a total running time of an whole hour. Six remixes of “Unite!” and one remix of “Key” and one of “Endless Sorrow”. That’s what I call a good package.
In 2004 we got “H” that gives you a total of three new songs with two of them clearly summer themed. And even without any PVs it sold over a million copies which also confirms that it is a great single.

One year later “&” was released which tops the three songs from “H” and is packed with four new songs. The special thing is the song “Theme of A-Nation ‘03″ which is one of the very rare B-Sides from Ayu. To date she has released 47 singles and there are only 6 B-Sides.
Somehow I think that “Inspire” is my favorite of all those summer singles because the song is with its fastness something really special and the PV gets stuck in your head too. A bonus is “Game” which is as the rock song that it is always a good thing on a single. At least for me. And that PV was also great. The good ol’ days also known as 2004~
Next year’s summer single “fairyland” starts for me the trend of Ayu releasing average summer songs just because there always needs to be a track like this. But the song is despite that fact very good and the PV is impressive even though you can’t always see why it was so damn expensive. The c/w track is “alterna” which is like “Game” very rockish and follows with its PV the trend that “Ourselves” started. Very weird and scary. I love it <3
In the summer of 2006 we were listening to “Blue Bird” which is still a nice song with a nice PV and a nice second A-Side but that’s it. What brings this single in the category “buyworthy” are the remixes. “Ladies night ~another night~” was long awaited and the Harderground remix of Blue Bird is also very good even though the intro is a bit long.
“Glitter/Fated” was again a single with a nice summer song but “Fated” was underwhelming. So much that I can’t even remember how it sounds. But at least we got this special short-film called “~Distance Love~” which consisted of the two PVs. Well, it wasn’t that greate either but at least it was something new. Well, at least.

So, you see how it got worse with the time. The only thing I considered a summer song after “Glitter” was “Next Level” from the album of the same name. And it was already better than the last two summer singles because it wasn’t a single. It only got a PV to promote the album and that was fine. It did it’s job and I liked it.

But now we got this. Look at those covers! Looks like I did them. I can copy+paste a background just like what we see here! No really, did they have a real location or what? And Ayu, clean your ears before a shooting and now give Shakira her clothes back!

The song “Sunrise ~LOVE is ALL~“ again is a nice summer song but I think the only thing you will remember is this “Motto” at the beginning of the chorus. And what’s wrong with “Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~”? It got the same melody like “Sunrise” but slower. I hope the lyrics aren’t the same. I don’t think so but I didn’t check… Well, after all you could consider that creative or experimental. I consider it as recycling. Who was too lazy to think of a new song for the second A-side?

I don’t even want to start thinking of the PVs. We got a very creative location. I give you that. But what else is there? Ayu performing and her dancers are dancing? Yeah, that was what happened in the Sunrise PV. And now tell me about Sunset. What? Yes! It’s Ayu performing and her dancers are dancing! Oh come on…

La verdad es que Ayu ha mejorado bastante en el escenario luego de quedar sorda y hacer presentaciones basura de Mirrorcle World xDD esta actuación está bastante bien, ojalá mejore un poco en los programas que le faltan y que cambie de vestuario!

Hace más de medio dia que varios blogs colocaron el enlace de descarga del PV, pero es muy raro que no esté en Youtube =S quizá los estan eliminando antes de postearlos, pero lo he encontrado en Youku! y definitivamente la canción es mucho mejor que Sunrise y el pv esta grabado en el mismo escenario que Sunrise, pero en este pv me ha encantado como se ve Ayu!

Hace unas horas se estreno el PV de Sunrise del nuevo single de Ayu Sunrise/Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~ que estará a la venta a partir del próximo 12 de agosto.

Podría decir que el PV no es el mejor en su carrera pero igual, tampoco es el peor y no se esperaba más después de que ayer fuera publicado el CM del single, supongo que será dificil para un director hacer un PV con tanto fan alrededor xDD y el  resultado fue un videoclip sin historia y solo muchas personas bailando alrededor de su  cantante favorita, y ya solo queda esperar el PV de Sunset que probablemente sea un poco parecido a este T_T

Hace poco se rumoraba que ambas canciones tendrían algo en común, y es verdad, ambas canciones tendrán la misma letra pero con tonos diferentes, y mucha gente la ha empezado a odiar por hacer esto pero soy irresistible a Ayu desde el 2006 XDDD
