Nehmen Sie’s wörtlich oder eben….bildlich. Schenken Sie es sich. Oder anderen. In jedem Sinne.

Privat, beruflich, professionell.

Mancher hat mehr oder weniger damit zu tun. Tagtäglich. Und in diversen Farbspektren.

Die Idee

zu dem vierteiligen Bilderzyklus, der Serie und ihren Einzel- und einzeln erhältlichen Motiven entstand, als ich zufällig vor ein paar Jahren den Begriff sogar im Duden entdeckte. Man findet ihn nicht nur da, sondern in jedem Fremdsprachenwörterbuch, das hier im Office steht. Les bisbilles, les chamailleries …….im Französischen. Squabbling …im Englischen. Discusiones oder disputas …im Spanischen. Seltsamerweise kein Pendant im Italienischen. Humorvoll könnte man mit Augenzwinkern sagen, da gehöre es zum Temperament. Hitziger zu diskutieren.  Und man landet dann auch im Italienischen bei disputa, le dispute. Disput……trifft aber nicht so ganz die Bedeutung des Hickhacks. Das ja immer ein wenig den Beiklang, die Tonfarbe, die verschiedenen Farben des “Streits um Nichts” birgt.

Oder wie der Duden es ausdrückt: Hickhack… eine Doppelung, verdoppelnde Wortbedeutung in Ableitung und  Anlehnung an hacken, wie bei Zickzack u.a. In der Bedeutung einer sinnlosen, nutzlosen Streiterei. Törichten, zermürbenden Hin- und – Her- Geredes.

Sie werden nie jemanden finden, der bei auch nur einem Streit frisch von der Leber weg fröhlich zugeben wird, er streite um Nichts. In jedem Streit geht es um was. Nicht immer um das, was in einer Klageschrift bezeichnet ist. Nicht um den Betrag. Nicht um den Gegenstand. Auch. Auch vielleicht um diese. Aber immer auch, wenn nicht sogar oft genug um etwas ganz anderes. Um enttäuschtes Vertrauen, um Wiederherstellung dessen, was als gerecht, als richtig empfunden wird, wieder empfunden werden kann erst dann, wenn es nicht nur richtig, sondern auch gerichtet ist. Gerichtet, wie man ein defektes Holzregal richtet. Gerichtet, wie man die Wiederherstellung der Waage versteht, die aus der Balance geraten ist. So wie die Vertrags- oder persönliche Beziehung zwischen Parteien und Beteiligten an eben diesem Hickhack.Das aus der Balance gerät, sobald einer sich nicht an das hält, was versprochen wurde, worauf man zählen wollte. Und feststellen musste, dass man sich verrechnet hat, auch bei dem, worauf und auf wen man zählen könnte. Vielleicht nicht beim ersten Mal, wenn die Waage, die Ausgewogenheit kippt. Im Augenmaß des einen, nicht immer beider. Und nicht immer in die gleiche Richtung einig, was und wieviel aus der Waage geraten ist.

“Es geht mir nicht um den Schmuck.”

“Es geht mir nicht um den Unterhalt…sondern um die Schäbigkeit, die Unehrlichkeit, …….anstatt einfach mit mir zu reden…… wenn es eben nicht mehr geht…..”

“An mir soll’s nicht liegen, sich zu vergleichen…sich zu einigen…. wenn……. “

Wenn…..

Anwälte kennen solche Sätze zur Genüge und fast immer wird in genau solchen Streitigkeiten am heftigsten und unnachgiebigsten gestritten.

Nicht nur im Familienrecht. Bis die Luft ausgeht, auch die im Portemonnaie. Bis zur Erschöpfung, ohne am Ende mehr als ein Stück Papier zu erreichen, in welchem der eine weniger muss, als der andere will oder einer mehr muss, als dem anderen je genügt. Wenn es um …ja, eben was ganz anderes geht. Das anders geklärt, gefiltert, bereinigt werden könnte. Und um das man sich das ganze Hickhack schenken könnte, das nur in vielen Farben für das steht, was enttäuscht, versagt, verwehrt wurde. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Begründeten, berechtigten, unbegründeten, unberechtigten, aus Missverständnis. Aus Nichtverstehen. Aus Nichtverstandenfühlen. Aus Nichtkommunizieren. Überall wo das Wort Hickhack im Bild und Hick hack in Auseinandersetzungen zu finden sind, findet sich auch jeder dieser Farben.

Hope

Melancholy

Ob aus mangelnder Vertrags-Treue. Aus strapazierter Hoffnung auf weitere Vertragsfortsetzung. Aus gescheiterter Vertrags- und langjähriger Geschäftsbeziehung. Von blau(äugig) bis loyalblau, von greenhorn-unerfahren bis immer(noch)grüner Hoffnung, von erfolgreich-abgeschlossen bis melancholisch-bedauernd sepia-nostalgisch-reflektierend. Nichts ist beständig. Nichts fix. Aber Reihenfolge und Phasen sind wandelbar. Und umkehrbar. Probieren Sie es einmal aus.

Hängen Sie doch einfach diese scheinbar immer gleich zyklische Entwicklung, die fast jeder im ersten Moment so sortiert, wenn er gebeten wird, sie aufzuhängen, einmal um. Ohne nachzudenken. Und lassen Sie es dann einfach mal wirken. Wenn Sie sich davor setzen. Oder stehen. Wechseln Sie die Reihenfolge. Um erneut wirken zu lassen. Fallen Ihnen jeweils dann verschiedene Menschen ein? Situationen? Privat? beruflich? Eigene? Die Ihere Klienten, Patienten, Mandanten, Verwandten? Freunde?

Und wenn Sie an konkrete Menschen (sich oder andere denken), wenn Sie die Bilder in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge vor sich haben: DANN bewegen Sie die Bilder erneut. Ganz nach augenblicklichem Empfinden. Denken. Von dem momentanen Denken zu dem, wie Sie es gern hätten. Wie es scheinbar unmöglich ist? Hängen Sie es dennoch um. Manchmal muss man etwas erst sehen, bevor man die Möglichkeiten – und auch ein bisher selbst ungern, nicht gern, gar nicht wahrgenommenes Wünschen sehen will. Eigenes. Das des anderen. Und……….. dass man manchmal nur Kleinigkeiten bewegen muss. Umhängen. Umdenken. Umschliessen. Und doch …eben nicht abgeschlossen. Nicht ohne Option zum WAND-eln.

Probieren Sie es mal. Advent ist ja bekanntlich gute Zeit für be-SINN-ungen und be-SINN-lichkeit. Über Veränderung. Hoffnung. Erwartung. Vorfreude. Friedlichere Zeiten. Um sich Hickhack zu schenken. So…..und so. Sehen Sie es  doch mal ….eben so.

Sie wissen schon.Und mit etwas Flexibilität wird aus sinnlosem Hin und Her, zermürbendem Hick Hack doch eines, das manches in Bewegung bringt. Sinnvoll.

Let’s just get this straight once and for all: There is no such thing as brand loyalty. Each of us likes certain brands and may even love them. We may buy them most of the time, or perhaps even every time. But the idea that we have a true bond with any brand, like the kind of commitment we have in real life with our friends and family, is a farce. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try to create that kind of loyalty; most of us tell ourselves that’s the end game and it’s always important to aim high.

What it does mean is that we should take a harder look at how we go about creating what we call loyalty. We need to admit that coupons, discounts, points and prizes are just beanbags. We ought to spend more time thinking about the stuff that really matters to people, and serve that up each and every day.

That means products and services that really and truly solve problems and help people live happier lives. Providing a helping hand when someone really needs it, and smiling because we truly mean it. It’s not because the customer is always right (nobody’s perfect). It’s because it’s up to us to make it right. We may not get the same kind of loyalty we enjoy with our family and friends, but we’ll have more fun, and so will everyone else. Loyalty is what we make it. Your thoughts? ~ Tim Manners, editor.

Last night I posted a tweet which to some may have just been a joke, but I was serious in every sense of the quote. As I was reminiscing over my tweet, my ever organic mind came to one conclusion: the human mind is not only interesting but can be intentionally complex. Here is how I phrased that tweet: “The dog is the most loving, loyal animal, exhibiting qualities of unconditional love. So why do scorned women call a cheating man a dog? Makes you think and it raises many unanswered questions such as: Why do people equate such a loyal and loving animal like a dog to a cheating man?? Just what did a dog do to be painted in such a negative light? Have humans become so unappreciative and cruel to the animals they co-habit with, that they now can’t see animals of the universe for what they really are? Even worse, cheating men are called dogs, so what do you call cheating women? Let’s be honest, there are women who give cheating a good name. As an observer of everyday life, I see things everywhere I go; things someone who doesn’t posses a curious mind may not be able to see. I am the first to say, lots of women do cheat as well. I am a woman myself and I’ve heard cheating whispers from women in the corridors.
So next time you call a cheating man a dog, think of that poor loving animal who is loyal, kind and loving you unconditionally, because ironically, you are saying your cheating man posses the same qualities as that of a dog…

What I took from this is with humans – with each other – when your friends are loyal you forgive them much – when your lover is loyal – it’s wonderful and can make even not the ideal more wonderful – knowing that another is loyal to you is a gift – and we can get that gift best by showing loyalty to others.

Malcolm Forbes said this which also goes with Loyalty, “to measure the man, measure his heart.” I like that – and it is measurable and those with the best people skills have a mighty heart for others.

Exploring the Personality of your Spirit Animal Sign

Last month in my journal (October 2009), I gave an overview of what Shamanic Astrology is. This month, I am going to explore the twelve spirit animal signs of the medicine wheel a little deeper, so that you can begin to discover the special qualities each sign possesses.

There are twelve astrological “signs” on the medicine wheel, which are represented by twelve different spirit animals. Shamanic Astrology teaches us that inner power derives from knowing the properties, characteristics, and qualities of each spirit animal (known as their “medicine”), and applying this in our own lives.

To get you started, here are some of the main strengths and weaknesses of each of the twelve spirit animals. It is really interesting to note that weaknesses are often just a mirror of our strengths and qualities. What we see as “weaknesses” can often be transformed into “strengths.” Take Falcon people, for example, whose “weaknesses” can be their tendency to be impulsive and headstrong. Transformed, these qualities become Falcon people’s strengths – their spontaneity and pioneering nature.

I always find it fascinating to look up the qualities of my friends, family and work colleagues. It is amazing how much their spirit animal sign can tell you about why they may behave in certain ways!

To find your spirit animal sign, just locate your birthday from the dates below, according to your place of birth. If you were born north of the equator (eg; USA, Canada, Europe), then look for your date of birth in the column headed “Northern Hemisphere.” If you were born south of the equator (eg; Australia, New Zealand, South Africa), then look for your date of birth in the column headed “Southern Hemisphere.”

His heart is bigger than the universe itself.  He is strong-willed, loyal, and passionate.  His goal in life is to conquer the world, without knowing how big it really is.  It doesn’t bother him though…because he knows he’ll figure it out on the fly.  Early in life…while sorting his fruit salad into little groupings on his highchair tray…his aptitude for organization was evident and was then dubbed, “CEO in Training.”  A natural athlete with baseball, basketball, and water polo teams behind him, he continues to keep good care of his body.   He’s taking college classes, has part-time work, dates a great girl…and has a deep love for his family.  Created with a ready smile and arms to wrap around people he doesn’t even know…he’s surely destined to reach his goals with his Arabian stallion determination fueling him.  You have us all cheering in your balcony!  Happy 21st birthday, Taylor!!

No, Yankees fans aren’t necessarily bad people.  You should root for the team from the city in which you grew up or for the team in the city in which you live.  So any Yankees fans who grew up in New York or live in New York are doing what they should be doing.

But people who adopt the Yankees as their team because of their success? I can’t necessarily say they’re not bad people. Same with casual fans who are fans because the Yankees win.  And if you did move from New York to another place, why not root for the new team?  If you moved to New York, why not root for the team from your hometown?  Or if you’re from New York, why not just root for the Mets?  They have the second highest payroll but it’s still 30% less than the Yankees and the Mets obviously have won far fewer World Series.

The Yankees have a payroll of $208 million.  Compare that with Pittsburgh ($25 million), Florida ($36 million) or Washington ($62 million).  Is this competitive balance?  I don’t think so.  Even Philadelphia, eighth in payroll at $111 million, barely has more than half of what the Yankees have.  The Yankees just always buy the best players.  This isn’t news but it’s still not right. How can Yankees fans take any joy in winning?  Fans who aren’t from New York or don’t live in New York should examine why they are Yankees fans.  Are you a frontrunner who is not loyal?  Is the idea of rooting for the underdog boring for you?  Teams like Pittsburgh have no chance to compete.

It’s sickening how the Yankees buy up players who were stars from other teams.  Mike Mussina, Roger Clemens, and Randy Johnson from years past, and now Alex Rodriguez, Mark Teixeira, CC Sabathia, and Johnny Damon.

Anyway, I’m boycotting watching Game 6 of the World Series now and instead I’m watching the Washington Capitals post-game show.

Deuteronomy 6:10-19

Beware, lest you forget the Lord who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. —Deuteronomy 6:12

Life looks rosy to many people. Their work is fulfilling. The house or apartment doesn’t need repair. Their bank account shows a surplus. Family members are enjoying good health. Friends are loyal.

Good times, however, can be dangerous. The comforts and pleasures of this world can become so important that we give God little or no place in our thoughts. Prosperity can quickly lead to complacency.

God knew this would happen to His people when they entered the Promised Land. So He warned them not to forget the source of their blessings (Deuteronomy 6:12). He instructed them:

• Fear the Lord (verse 13).
• Serve Him (verse 13).
• Do not go after other gods (verse 14).
• Do not tempt the Lord (verse 16).
• Keep the commandments (verse 17).
• Do what is right and good (verse 18).

Historians tell us that religious fervor usually declines during prosperous times. But if we will learn from Israel’s experience and heed the Lord’s instruction, this need not happen to us.

Prosperity may be a greater test of character than poverty.

What can one achieve without goals or ambition? Some people want a lot of things but are not willing to work  for it! Staying focus on your goals can lead to great things. Success is achieved the moment you start working toward a worth while goal.

While we all like our sites to have visitors, a loyal visitor—one who returns for later visits—is especially valuable. And while search engines do send a lot of visitors, a study issued by Chitika earlier this month shows that the most loyal site visitors come from social sites, as eMarketer reports today.

Studying 33 million uniques across its publisher network last month, Chitika used the criterion of four or more visits over the course of a week to indicate a loyal visitor. They found that Facebook and Digg had the best loyalty rates:

Facebook showed 20.69% of its referrals became loyal visitors. Digg had slightly over 16% of its referrals visit four or more times that week.

Interestingly, Yahoo had a slightly better loyalty rate than Google.:

Next came the search engines, Yahoo! leading the way with over 15% [15.89%] of referrals being loyal. Google and Bing were practically even at slightly below 12% [11.84% and 11.74%], and Twitter came in last place overall with barely over 11%.

I’m a little surprised that one in eight Google visitors return four or more times in a week. Considering that Google sent 76% of the traffic in the study, even with the lower retention rate, it’s still numerically more loyal visitors. But, as Chitika puts it, if you had the option of sending 1000 visitors to your site from Google or Facebook, if you want loyalty, Facebook is a better bet.

It’s also interesting that Twitter visitors were least loyal. You might argue that links in Twitter get pushed down in the feed so fast that it’s hard to dig them up again later to return, but the same is probably true for Facebook. (Note, too, that Twitter is falling rapidly in referral rates: eMarketer says, “In July, Twitter was No. 24 on Chitika’s list of top referrers, with 0.05%. By September, it had moved down to 44th place, with just a 0.02% share.”)

But probably most interesting is that one-sixth of Digg visitors are loyal. The site has become notorious for one-off traffic spikes that don’t do a whole lot for long term gains—but maybe the dynamic has shifted as the site has aged.

Islam adalah agama yang haq. Hanya Islam yang akan diterima oleh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Sesungguhnya agama (yang diridhai) di sisi Allah hanyalah Islam. Tiada berselisih orang-orang yang telah diberi Al-Kitab kecuali sesudah datang pengetahuan kepada mereka, karena kedengkian (yang ada) di antara mereka. Barangsiapa yang kafir terhadap ayat-ayat Allah maka sesungguhnya Allah sangat cepat hisab-Nya.” (Ali ‘Imran: 19)

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Barangsiapa mencari agama selain Islam, tidaklah akan diterima darinya, dan dia di akhirat termasuk orang-orang yang rugi.” (Ali ‘Imran: 85)

Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam berkata:   “Demi Dzat yang jiwaku di tangan Nya, tidaklah ada seorang dari umat ini mendengarku, baik Yahudi atau Nasrani, kemudian dia mati dalam keadaan tidak beriman kepada apa yang aku diutus dengannya, maka dia adalah penghuni neraka.” (HR. Muslim)

Ketahuilah, di antara perkara yang telah diajarkan dalam Islam adalah menjauhi dan tidak berwala’ (loyalitas) kepada orang kafir. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu menjadikan orang-orang kafir sebagai wali dengan meninggalkan orang-orang mukmin. Inginkah kamu mengadakan alasan yang nyata bagi Allah (untuk menyiksamu)?” (An-Nisa’: 144)

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman: “Janganlah orang-orang mukmin menjadikan orang-orang kafir sebagai wali dengan meninggalkan orang-orang mukmin. Barangsiapa berbuat demikian niscaya lepaslah ia dari pertolongan Allah, kecuali karena (siasat) memelihara diri dari sesuatu yang ditakuti dari mereka. Dan Allah memperingatkan kamu terhadap diri-Nya. Dan hanya kepada Allah kembali(mu).” (Ali ‘Imran: 28)

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu mengambil orang-orang Yahudi dan Nasrani menjadi pemimpin-pemimpin(mu). Sebagian mereka adalah pemimpin bagi sebagian yang lain. Barangsiapa di antara kamu mengambil mereka menjadi pemimpin maka sesungguhnya orang itu termasuk golongan mereka. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang yang zalim.” (Al-Ma’idah: 51)

Ketahuilah, ada beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan, diperhatikan, dan dipenuhi dalam rangka menyempurnakan sikap bara’ (berlepas diri) terhadap orang kafir, di antaranya:

1. Meninggalkan (tidak mengikuti) hawa nafsu mereka. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala telah melarang mengikuti hawa nafsu mereka dalam Al-Qur’an, di antaranya:  “Orang-orang Yahudi dan Nasrani tidak akan senang kepadamu hingga kamu mengikuti agama mereka. Katakanlah: ‘Sesungguhnya petunjuk Allah itulah petunjuk (yang benar).’ Dan sesungguhnya jika kamu mengikuti hawa nafsu mereka setelah datang ilmu kepadamu, maka Allah tidak lagi menjadi pelindung dan penolong bagimu.” (Al-Baqarah: 120)

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala mengancam orang yang mengikuti hawa nafsu orang kafir dengan ancaman yang keras. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman: “Dan demikianlah, Kami telah menurunkan Al-Qur`an itu sebagai hukum dalam bahasa Arab. Dan seandainya kamu megnikuti hawa nafsu mereka setelah datang pengetahuan kepadamu, maka sekali-kali tidak ada pelindung dan pemelihara bagimu dari Allah.” (Ar-Ra’d: 37)

2. Tidak menaati perintah-perintah mereka, karena Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala melarang kita taat kepada orang kafir dan menegaskan jika kaum mukminin menaati mereka niscaya mereka akan dikembalikan kepada kekufuran. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman: “Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, jika kamu menaati orang-orang yang kafir itu, niscaya mereka mengembalikan kamu ke belakang (kepada kekafiran), lalu jadilah kamu orang-orang yang rugi.” (Ali Imran: 149)

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman: “Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, jika kamu mengikuti sebagian dari orang-orang yang diberi Al-Kitab, niscaya mereka akan mengembalikan kamu menjadi orang kafir sesudah kamu beriman.” (Ali Imran: 100)

3. Tidak menyandarkan diri kepada orang kafir dan orang-orang zalim. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Dan janganlah kamu cenderung kepada orang-orang yang zalim, yang menyebabkan kamu disentuh api neraka. Dan sekali-kali kamu tiada mempunyai seorang penolong pun selain Allah, kemudian kamu tidak akan diberi pertolongan.” (Hud: 113) Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Dan kalau Kami tidak memperkuat (hati)mu, niscaya kamu hampir-hampir condong kepada mereka. Jika terjadi demikian, benar-benarlah akan Kami timpakan kepadamu (siksaan) berlipat ganda di dunia ini dan begitu (pula siksaan) berlipat ganda sesudah mati, dan kamu tidak akan mendapati seorang penolong pun terhadap Kami.” (Al-Isra: 74-75)

4. Tidak mencintai dan menyayangi musuh-musuh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. “Kamu tak akan mendapati kaum yang beriman pada Allah dan hari akhirat, saling berkasih sayang dengan orang-orang yang menentang Allah dan Rasul-Nya, sekalipun orang-orang itu bapak-bapak, anak-anak, saudara-saudara, ataupun keluarga mereka. Mereka itulah orang-orang yang telah menanamkan keimanan dalam hati mereka dan menguatkan mereka dengan pertolongan yang datang dari-Nya dan dimasukkan-Nya mereka ke dalam surga yang mengalir di bawahnya sungai-sungai, mereka kekal di dalamnya. Allah ridha terhadap mereka dan mereka pun merasa puas terhadap (limpahan rahmat)-Nya. Mereka itulah golongan Allah. Ketahuilah, bahwa sesungguhnya hizbullah itu adalah golongan yang beruntung.” (Al-Mujadilah: 22)

Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah rahimahullahu menerangkan, “Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala mengabarkan bahwasanya tidak ada orang mukmin yang mencintai orang kafir. Barangsiapa mencintai orang kafir (yakni mencintai karena agama) maka dia bukanlah mukmin.”

5. Tidak bertasyabbuh (menyerupai) orang kafir dalam perbuatan mereka yang dhahir/lahir. Karena hal tersebut akan menumbuhkan rasa cinta, kasih sayang, dan loyalitas dalam hati. Sebagaimana rasa cinta dalam batin akan menyebabkan ingin meniru secara lahir. Di antara dalil yang menunjukkan hal ini adalah sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:  “Barangsiapa yang menyerupai suatu kaum maka termasuk golongan mereka.” (Lihat Sabilun Najah Wal Fikak min Muwalatil Murtaddin wa Ahli Asy-Syirk hal. 50-85)

Seruan Persatuan Agama bukan Ajaran Islam

Dari penjelasan di atas kita mengetahui bahwa Islam adalah satu-satunya agama di sisi Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala dan Islam memerintahkan kaum muslimin untuk tidak berloyalitas apalagi mencintai serta berkasih sayang dengan orang kafir. Dalam kesempatan ini penulis ingin mengingatkan para pembaca tentang satu bahaya yang harus kita waspadai dan kita peringatkan umat darinya. Yaitu munculnya orang-orang yang dianggap “tokoh” belakangan ini yang menyerukan seruan sesat: persatuan agama samawi (penyatuan agama Ibrahimiyah, persaudaraan lintas iman, atau istilah yang sejenis). Ini adalah seruan yang kufur dan menyeret kepada kekufuran. Karena, seruan kufur ini sama dengan menyeru untuk tidak mengafirkan orang kafir. Lebih parah dari itu, sama dengan menolerir serta membenarkan keyakinan orang-orang kafir. Asy-Syaikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab rahimahullahu berkata, “Barangsiapa tidak mengkafirkan musyrikin atau ragu tentang kekafiran mereka atau membenarkan keyakinan mereka, maka dia telah terjatuh dalam kekafiran.” (Lihat risalah Nawaqidhul Islam)

Telah ada fatwa ulama dalam masalah ini, di antaranya fatwa Al-Lajnah Ad-Da’imah no. 19402, 25 Muharam 1418 H, tersebut dalam poin ke-8 dalam fatwa tersebut: “Seruan kepada persatuan agama jika muncul dari seorang muslim jelas merupakan kemurtadan dari agama Islam karena berlawanan dengan pokok-pokok aqidah. Karena (dia) menyeru untuk meridhai kekufuran kepada Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, mengingkari kebenaran Al-Qur’an dan keadaannya yang menghapus kitab-kitab sebelumnya, mengingkari bahwa Islam menghapus seluruh agama, syariat, dan lainnya. Berdasarkan hal ini maka seruan tersebut adalah pemikiran yang tertolak secara syar’i dan dipastikan keharamannya, berdasarkan semua dalil syar’i dalam Islam dari Al-Qur’an, As-Sunnah, dan ijma’.” (Dinukil dari Risalah Tsalats Fatawa Muhimmah)

Seruan Persatuan Agama Adalah Pemikiran Yahudi-Nasrani

Seruan ini sebetulnya seruan yang berasal dari kaum Yahudi dan Nasrani untuk menyesatkan dan memurtadkan kaum muslimin. Berdasarkan perjalanannya dalam sejarah, seruan mereka ini mengalami empat marhalah (fase):

1. Di zaman Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala telah memberitakan bagaimana usaha Yahudi dan Nasrani untuk memurtadkan kaum muslimin dari agamanya, mengembalikan mereka kepada kekufuran dan menyeru untuk mengikuti Yahudi atau Nasrani. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman: “Sebagian besar Ahli Kitab menginginkan agar mereka dapat mengembalikan kamu kepada kekafiran setelah kamu beriman, karena dengki yang (timbul) dari diri mereka sendiri, setelah nyata bagi mereka kebenaran. Maka maafkanlah dan biarkanlah mereka, sampai Allah mendatangkan perintah-Nya. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.” (Al-Baqarah: 109)

Dan mereka berkata: “Hendaklah kamu menjadi penganut agama Yahudi atau Nasrani, niscaya kamu mendapat petunjuk.” Katakanlah: “Tidak, melainkan (kami mengikuti) agama Ibrahim yang lurus dan bukanlah dia (Ibrahim) dari golongan orang musyrik.” (Al-Baqarah: 135)

2. Marhalah kedua adalah menyeru kepada pemikiran ini setelah habisnya masa tiga generasi utama. Muncul kembali di masa ini seruan kufur ini dengan slogan bahwa Yahudi, Nasrani, dan Islam adalah seperti mazhab yang empat yang ada pada kaum muslimin. Pemikiran ini diterima oleh sebagian penyeru “wihdatul wujud”, ahlul hulul wal ittihad, orang-orang sesat dari kalangan Shufiyah (sufi) di Mesir, Syam, dan Persia serta sebagian negeri non-Arab. Demikian juga orang-orang sesat dari kalangan Rafidhah. Kesesatan mereka sampai taraf membolehkan seseorang masuk Yahudi atau Nasrani, bahkan menyatakan Yahudi dan Nasrani lebih afdhal (utama). Syaikhul Islam rahimahullahu telah membahas dan menyingkap kebobrokan mereka dalam kitab-kitabnya (lihat Majmu’ Fatawa). Di antara orang-orang ekstrem yang telah dibantah Ibnu Taimiyah adalah: Al-Hallaj, Ibnu ‘Arabi, At-Tilmisani, dan Ibnu Hud.

3. Marhalah ketiga adalah menyeru kepada pemikiran ini di pertengahan abad ke-14 H. Seruan kepada kekufuran ini kemudian kembali didengungkan pada masa tersebut yang dipelopori kelompok Freemasonry yaitu gerakan Yahudi untuk menguasai dunia dan menyebarkan kesesatan dengan: Menyeru persatuan agama, menolak ta’ashub karena semua beriman kepada Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Di antara yang terjerat jaring dakwah mereka adalah Jamaludin Al-Afghani dan Muhammad Abduh. Di antara ulah Muhammad Abduh adalah bersama seorang Iran, Muhammad Baqir Al-Irani, yang telah masuk Nasrani kemudian kembali kepada Islam, dan beberapa orang lainnya membuat satu organisasi Jum’iyah Ta’lif wa Taqrib (Penyatuan dan Pendekatan). Inti kerja perkumpulan ini adalah mendekatkan (menyatukan) tiga agama.

4. Marhalah keempat adalah menyeru kepada pemikiran ini di masa sekarang Di akhir abad ke-14 sampai zaman kita ini, Yahudi dan Nasrani kembali menyuarakan persatuan agama ini dengan berbagai macam slogan:

- Persatuan pengikut Musa ‘Alaihi sallam, Isa ‘Alaihi sallam, dan Muhammad Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam

- Seruan persatuan agama Ibrahimiyah, dan slogan-slogan lainnya. (Lihat tentang perkembangan pemikiran ini dalam kitab Al-Ibthal li Nazhariyatil Khalth baina Dinil Islam wa Ghairiha minal Adyan hal. 16-24)

Kami paparkan perkembangan pemikiran kufur ini agar jelas bagi kita bahwa pemikiran ini berasal dari Yahudi dan Nasrani, yang dibungkus dengan slogan-slogan yang menipu kaum muslimin. Oleh karenanya seorang muslim tidak boleh menerima seruan tersebut, apalagi mengikuti pertemuan-pertemuan/muktamar-muktamar mereka. Bahkan seorang muslim haruslah menolak dan memperingatkan umat dari pemikiran sesat ini serta mengusirnya dari negeri kaum muslimin. Pemerintahan muslim wajib menghukum para penyeru pemikiran ini dengan hukuman atas seorang murtad. Ini semua dalam rangka menjaga agama, dan sebagai sebuah bentuk ketaatan kepada Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala dan Rasul-Nya Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam serta menjaga aqidah kaum muslimin. Ketahuilah, barakallahu fikum (semoga Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala memberkahi Anda sekalian), makar Yahudi dan Nasrani yang didukung para “tokoh” kesesatan untuk memurtadkan kaum muslimin akan terus bergulir. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman:  “Mereka tidak henti-hentinya memerangi kamu sampai mereka (dapat) mengembalikan kamu dari agamamu (kepada kekafiran) seandainya mereka sanggup. Barangsiapa yang murtad di antara kamu dari agamanya, lalu dia mati dalam kekafiran, maka mereka itulah yang sia-sia amalannya di dunia dan di akhirat, dan mereka itulah penghuni neraka, mereka kekal di dalamnya.” (Al-Baqarah: 217)

Mudah-mudahan sedikit yang kami sampaikan ini bisa menjadi peringatan dan menjadi bekal bagi kita semua untuk senantiasa menjaga diri kita dan keluarga dari makar orang-orang kafir. Wallahu a’lam.
