My Pure·Viewing of NMB48 no Yudetamago Club

NMB48 have a new short feature on Yakasete! Sausage called NMB48 no Yudetamago Club. It looks like in each installment the NMB girls mix a different flavor onto a boiled egg. Seems like there’s nothing really complicated about the show.

The first episode features members Ogasawara Mayu (Maachun) and Kadowaki Kanako (Kanakichi). And the secret ingredient this episode… mentsuyu.

And the verdict: tastes pretty good. Quick, simple, has NMB48, and has food. I could really like this Yudetamago Club.

My Pure·Viewing of Naniwa Nadeshiko Episode 9

After a week off, Naniwa Nadeshiko returns and I love it. This week’s episode features: Yamamoto Sayaka (Sayaka), Watanabe Miyuki (Miruki), Ogasawara Mayu (Maachun), Kishino Rika (Rika-nyan), Kinoshita Haruna (Haru), Jonishi Kei (Keicchi), and the focus of today’s episode.

With the Janken Tournament less than a week away, this week’s episode focused on the luck of the lone Team N member in the tournament. Yamaguchi Yuuki (Yuppi). So we had a Yuppi vs Team Yamamoto (everyone else).

The first challenge to help Yuppi’s luck was a Russian roulette with dango. Of the 21 pieces of dango, 7 of them contained wasabi. The girls took turns choosing one dango to eat to see if they picked one with wasabi or not. When it came to Yuppi, she ate… one with wasabi.

For the second challenge, Yuppi chose between two boxes. Inside one box was a bowl of unagi and rice. Inside the other box was a bowl of frog legs. And of course, Yuppi got… the frog legs.

In the final segment on the show, I wasn’t quite sure how it worked. Sayaka and Yuppi saw two men with pies running towards them and when they got to the girls… only Yuppi was pied.

I’m certainly hoping Yuppi’s luck is better during the janken tournament. Ganbatte Yuppi!

Sidenote: The MVP for this episode was Maachun. And we get the first sighting of 2nd Gen KKS Jo Eriko at the end of the episode.
