En Diciembre…

Humøret er bedre no, eg overlevde natta utan dei største problema, og no skal eg straks på jentekveld (burde eigentleg kjappa meg litt no). Det er jo humørboost, endeleg få snakka om litt andre/normale ting, jenteprat er alltid morosamt.

Klarte å overbevisa Pappa om å ikkje senda meg til legen enda. Eg er ikkje sikker på om det  har blitt betre eller ikkje, vanskeleg å kjenna og vanskeleg å forklara.

Surgir como figura en esa época era difícil. Más aún si se era, pobre, negro y mujer. Argelia Laya lo logró, demostrando que el país no le pertenecía a las minorías que conformaban elites cerradas, sino a la inmensa mayoría que entendía que la nación es producto del esfuerzo creador de todos sus habitantes y en ella tienen cabida todas las potencialidades para desarrollar sus capacidades. Los hermanos Laya son el mejor ejemplo de superación, manteniendo ideales políticos adversos a la corriente mayoritaria del país.

Junto con su dedicación por la elevación de la función política y publica, por el logro de la igualdad y justicia social, Argelia defendió ardorosamente, con garra y tenacidad, los derechos de las mujeres en todos los terrenos. Desde la década de tos 40, no hubo conquista de la mujer venezolana, en la cual Argelia no haya combatido con el fervor de su condición de mujer aguerrida y política desde su primera vocación y profesión de educadora, defendió el derecho de las mujeres a la educación, la participación cultural y la capacitación, hasta la formulación del Plan Nacional “Educando para La Igualdad “, donde estableció los principios y estrategias para una educación por la paz y la justicia, con fundamento en la erradicación de toda forma de discriminación por sexo, en el sistema y proceso educativo.

Diputada al Congreso Nacional, fue candidata a gobernadora del estado Miranda, representó a Venezuela en innumerables eventos internacionales, siendo fiel exponente de las posibilidades de crecimiento humano de la mujer y de la población venezolana en general.

I dag kan eg ikkje seia anna enn at eg har hatt ein dårleg dag. Eg er lei. Lei av å vera sjuk, lei av at ting er slik som dei er no. Det fristar meir og meir å flytta ut, Pappa går meg stadig på nervene (sjølv om eg veit at problemet ligg hos meg sjølv). Eg treng endring, og å ta ansvar for meg sjølv, og bli meir sjølvstendig, eg er jo fullstendig klar over det, det er berre ikkje så lett. Men utan pengar og jobb er det ikkje berre berre, men kanskje eg berre må hiva meg uti det, for då må eg jo berre finna meg ein jobb…jeje, det kjem ikkje til å skje uansett.

Eg har framleis ikkje blitt frisk att altså, og Pappa har lyst å senda meg til doktaren. Noko eg ikkje har lyst til, har ikkje tru på at det vil hjelpa på noko. Det einaste som kanskje skjer er at eg blir innlagd for helga, og det har eg iallfall ikkje lyst til. Så eg trur eg held meg heime foreløpig, gir meg sjølv enda ein sjanse til å bli frisk.

I morgon er det fredag og helg, endeleg. Trur det blir jentekveld igjen, det blir kos og eit godt avbrekk frå min “ikkje-eksisterande” kvardag….

Gah, ikkje ta meg altfor seriøst… Eg er emo/sur/deprimert i dag. Det må vel vera lov iblandt.

EVO MORALES:  “There are only two ways: moving forward in support of change or going back to the past, going back to neoliberalism”

• LA PAZ.—Evo Morales Ayma, the man who, four years ago, changed the history of Bolivia and shook the racist protocol of Western diplomacy, is virtually not sleeping in La Paz at the moment.

Despite huge distances and appreciable differences in height and climate among the country’s nine departments, the president is touring them without a break, and with more intensity as December 6 approaches. This is the day that could guarantee the progress of changing or re-founding the nation, for centuries one of the most impoverished of the hemisphere but today, one that has been able to confront the impact of the world economic crisis with the most success.

Evo’s reelection is a fact not even contested by the right. Surveys give him a 34-point advantage over the closest of the other aspirants. In line with this figure, the most conservative result, the president will be returned with 52% and his nearest rival will barely reach 18%.

Even so, Evo appears at a different point of Bolivia’s complex geography every day. The last time he was seen driving a heavy tractor at the front of an enthusiastic and large convoy of supporters, no less than in Santa Cruz, considered up until the day before a right-wing bastion.

“After hearing and seeing the huge concentrations of people all over the country, I feel that we have already been elected for another five years,” affirmed the president in an exclusive interview for Cuban Television’s “Roundtable” program.

What Evo is seeking on those tiring tours to the heart of the country is to take the brakes of the changes imposed by the right in the Senate over the last four years, a period throughout which he had to govern hard by decree in order to overcome the criminal opposition of the opponents of change.

Now Evo is taking the time to talk with the majorities, to explain why not to post a “crossed” vote (voting for him but not for MAS candidates to the Plurinational Assembly. The battle of the charismatic 50-year-old leader is currently focused on winning two thirds of the seats; “Over the last four years, what was most damaging to us was the Senate. The people do not have the majority there,” he says and explains to us that that mal comes from the 1980s when, for once, the left won and the right did not allow it to undertake its program. Hernán Siles Suazo had to cut short his mandate.

But traveling into deepest Bolivia is also an opportunity to approach and hear directly from the people what they do from day to day in this country. “We are obliged to visit, to listen to the campesinos who have given us their vote.”

Impressed by the atmosphere of peace and prosperity, of joy, that can now be felt in La Paz and other regions, where barely 12 months ago, confrontations provoked by USAID and the U.S. ambassador made people fear for the process, we asked if that fact that one is not longer there and the other has been checked has had an influence, but his response is more profound:

“Whether it is the expulsion of the ambassador, reining in USAID and thus reining in the right, the most important thing is the people’s awareness. I am impressed by many sectors. I think that, in the first year, many people thought: the Indian isn’t going to make it, so: ‘We have to do something against the Indian; they tried to revoke me, they tried everything… That’s where the strength of the CONALCAM (National Coordinating Committee for Change), of intellectuals, students, comes in… Some people said, ‘I don’t like the president’s face, but I do like his politics. This Indian is giving us dignity.”

“When I see luxury cars on my campaign convoys, I ask myself what’s going on, but reviewing the candidates’ programs for December 6, ours is the most realistic. You can see clearly that there are two ways: moving forward in support of change or going back to the past, going back to neoliberalism. So many people are joining it. The people aren’t stupid, people can see. That is the program of the people, the one that is only opposed to criminals – those who have lived off robbing the people – and the fraudsters…

“You still can’t decolonize the minds of all Bolivians. There are still opposition groups. And there is a right to an opposition, but there are violent groups, terrorists, who are trying to destroy the homeland, to destroy life.”

In this interview, during which the president also talked about the economic crisis and the challenges that climate change is imposing on nations like Bolivia, he affirmed that the installation of military bases in Colombia “is not an aggression toward Colombia, it is an invasion of South America,” and predicted that that imperialist policy will be short-lived. •

Alarmen ringte før eg hadde sovna i går. Løøvli. Eg klarte heldigvis å la vera å sovna bak rattet då eg kom til Sogndal. Men det var ekstra vanskeleg å få dautida til å gå. Dette er tredje gongen eg er ute og eg er allerie drit lei. Eg kunne sjølvsagt gått og shoppa for at tida skulle ha gått litt fortare, men eg trur det fort kunne ha blitt litt dyrt. Og dei pengane eg har no for tida skal gå til lappen, hadde eg hatt jobb kunne eg nok ha unna meg litt meir, men eg tek ein ting om gongen.

Mesteparten av tida på senteret gjekk til å sitta på ein benk og betrakta kundane på nille. Underhaldning på høgt nivå. Så vart det no litt sikling i diverse klesbutikkar òg, eg treng festklede, faktisk. Så neste gang trur eg at eg kjem til å unna meg eit plagg (eller to). Eg har fått kjoledilla, ikkje dilla på å gå i kjolar, berre på å kjøpa…praktisk. Eg kjøpte meg endeleg armebandet eg har sett på dei to siste gongene, no var det berre att eitt, så eg var berre nøydd.

Då eg kom heim sovna eg så fort eg fekk lagd hovudet på sofeputa. Og den tilstanden var eg vel i resten av kvelden òg. 0 pc-tid, noko som er særs uvanleg (men eg var innom facebook fleire gonger på iPod’n, eg må for all del ikkje gå glipp av noko).

Mongolunga mi har enno ikkje blitt betre, så no skal eg bli enda flinkare til å ta det heilt med ro. Pappa bygde opp senga mi med puter og dyner i natt, og eg har aldri sove så godt på lenge. Har jo ikkje fått sove ordentleg på ei veka, eg er lei av å vera sjuk. Eg la meg elleve i går, og då eg vakna fordi eg måtte på do trudde eg klokka var 5, det hadde vore typisk, men så var ho berre 2 ! Så happy har eg ikkje vore på lenge ! Så sov eg til klokka halv fem…så eg reknar med at det blir like grusomt å få sova i natt.

Venezuela’s Chavez Calls for International Organisation of Left Parties

Caracas, November 23^rd 2009 (Venezuelanalysis.com) – Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez called for the formation of a “Fifth International” of left parties and social movements to confront the challenge posed by the global crisis of capitalism.

The president made the announcement during an international conference of more than fifty left organisations from thirty-one countries held in Caracas over November 19-21.

“I assume responsibility before the world. I think it is time to convene the Fifth International, and I dare to make the call, which I think is a necessity. I dare to request that we create my proposal,” Chavez said.

The head of state insisted that the conference of left parties should not be “just one more meeting,” and he invited participating organizations to create a truly new project. “This socialist encounter should be of the genuine left, willing to fight against imperialism and capitalism,” he said.

During his speech, Chavez briefly outlined the experiences of previous “internationals,” including the First International founded in 1864 by Karl Marx; the Second International founded in 1889, which collapsed in 1916 as various left parties and trade unions sided with their respective capitalist classes in the inter-imperialist conflict of the First World War; the Third International founded by Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, which Chavez said “degenerated” under Stalinism and “betrayed” struggles for socialism around the world; and the Fourth International founded by Leon Trotsky in 1938, which suffered numerous splits and no longer exists, although some small groups claim to represent its political continuity.

Chavez said that a new international would have to function “without impositions” and would have to respect diversity.

Representatives from a number of major parties in Latin America voiced their support for the proposal, including the Movement Towards Socialism (MAS) of Bolivia, the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN) of El Salvador, the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) of Nicaragua, and Alianza Pais of Ecuador.

Smaller parties from Latin America and around the world also indicated their support for the idea, including the Proposal for an Alternative Society (PAS) of Chile, New Nation Alternative (ANN) of Guatemala, and Australia’s Socialist Alliance, among others.

Sandinista leader Miguel D´Escoto said, “Capitalism has brought the human species to the precipice of extinction… we have to take control of our own destiny.”

“There is no time to lose,” D’Escoto added as he conveyed his support for the proposal of forming a fifth international. “We have to overcome the tendency of defeatism. Many times I have noted a tendency of defeatism amongst comrades of the left in relation to the tasks we face,” he continued.

Salvador Sánchez, from the FMLN, said “We are going to be important actors in the Fifth International. We cannot continue waiting – all the forces of the left. The aspiration of the peoples is to walk down a different path. We must not hesitate in forming the Fifth International. The people have pronounced themselves in favour of change and the parties of the left must be there with them.”

Other organisations, including Portugal’s Left Block, Germany’s Die Linke, and France’s Partido Gauche expressed interest in the proposal but said they would consult with their various parties. A representative of the Cuban Communist Party described the proposal as “excellent,” but as yet the party has made no formal statement.

Many communist parties, including those from Greece and Brazil, expressed strong opposition to the proposal. The Venezuelan Communist Party said it was willing to discuss the proposal but expressed strong reservations.

The Alternative Democratic Pole (PDA) from Colombia expressed its willingness to work with other left parties, but said it would “reserve” its decision to participate in an international organisation of left parties.

Valter Pomar, a representative from the Workers Party of Brazil (PT), said its priority is the Sao Paolo Forum – a forum of various Latin American left, socialist, communist, centre-left, labour, social democratic and nationalist parties launched by the PT in 1990.

A resolution was passed at the conference to form a preparatory committee to convoke a global conference of left parties in Caracas in April 2010, to discuss the formation of a new international. The resolution also allowed for other parties that remain undecided to discuss the proposal and incorporate themselves at a later date.

Chavez emphasised the importance of being inclusive and said the April conference had to go far beyond the parties and organisations that participated in last week’s conference. In particular, he said it was an error that there were no revolutionary organisations from the United States present.

The conference of left parties also passed a resolution titled the Caracas Commitment, “to reaffirm our conviction to definitively build and win Socialism of the 21^st Century,” in the face of “the generalized crisis of the global capitalist system.”

“One of the epicentres of the global capitalist crisis is the economic sphere. This highlights the limitations of unbridled free markets dominated by monopolies of private property,” the resolution stated.

Also incorporated was a proposed amendment by the Australian delegation which read, “In synthesis, the crisis of capitalism cannot be reduced to a simple financial crisis, it is a structural crisis of capital that combines the economic crisis, with an ecological crisis, a food crisis and an energy crisis, which together represent a mortal threat to humanity and nature. In the face of this crisis, the movements and parties of the left see the defence of nature and the construction of an ecologically sustainable society as a fundamental axis of our struggle for a better world.”

The Caracas Commitment expressed “solidarity with the peoples of the world who have suffered and are suffering from imperialist aggression, especially the more than 50 years of the genocidal blockade against Cuba… the massacre of the Palestinian people, the illegal occupation of part of the territory of the Western Sahara, and the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan, which today is expanding into Pakistan.”

The conference of left parties also denounced the decision of the Mexican government to shut down the state-owned electricity company and fire 45,000 workers, as an attempt to “intimidate” the workers and as an “offensive of imperialism,” to advance neoliberal privatisation in Central America.

In the framework of the Caracas Commitment, the left parties present agreed, among other things, to:

• Organise a global week of mobilisation from December 12-17 in repudiation of the installation of U.S. military bases in Colombia, Panama and around the world.
• Campaign for an “international trial against George Bush for crimes against humanity, as the person principally responsible for the genocide against the people of Iraq and Afghanistan.
• ”Commemorate 100 years since the proposal by Clara Zetkin to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, through forums, mobilizations and other activities in their respective countries.
• Organise global solidarity with the Bolivarian revolution in the face of permanent imperialist attacks.
• Organise global solidarity with the people of Honduras who are resisting a U.S.-backed military coup, to campaign for the restoration of the democratically elected president of Honduras, José Manuel Zelaya and to organise a global vigil on the day of the elections in Honduras, “with which they aim to legitimise the coup d´etat.”
• Demand an “immediate and unconditional end to the criminal Yankee blockade” of Cuba and for the “immediate liberation” of the Cuban Five, referring to the five anti-terrorist activists imprisoned in the United States.
• Accompany the Haitian people in their struggle for the return of President Jean Bertrand Aristide “who was kidnapped and removed from his post as president of Haiti by North American imperialism.”

Pepes Ikan Mas, ataupun ikan-ikan lainnya yang layak dipepes, menurut saya adalah salah satu menu khas dari tanah Sunda. Ciri khas masakan Sunda menurut saya tergolong praktis, tanpa banyak mengeluarkan keringat dalam mengulek bumbu dan memarut kelapa untuk santan, walaupun tentu saja usaha-usaha tersebut tetap ada untuk masakan tertentu. Pepes Ikan mas walaupun bumbunya gampang, memasaknya lamaaaa….!

Bahan-Bahan

• 2 Ekor Ikan Mas yang telah dibersihkan dan berukuran besar
• 1 Lembar Daun Pisang untuk bungkus secukupnya, dipanggang sebentar di api untuk melemaskan, atau dijemur

Bumbu-Bumbu

Bumbu Halus

• 5 siung Bawang Putih
• 10 siung Bawang Merah
• 2 potong kuyit ukuran sedang (5cm)
• 5 batang serai ambil bagian dalamnya, cincang halus

Semua bahan ini dapat ditumbuk atau diparut

Bumbu Iris

• 1 ikat Bawang Daun (iris memanjang)
• 1 ikat daun kemangi (bersihkan, buang batang yang keras)
• 2 buah tomat ukuran sedang (potong-potong)
• 4 lembar daun salam
• 2 potong Jahe ukuran sedang (iris memanjang)
• 2 potong Lengkuas ukuran sedang (iris memanjang)
• Tambahkan cabe rawit utuh atau irisan cabai merah bila suka.

Cara Masak

1. Lumuri ikan mas dengan garam, biarkan meresap. Bila ingin mengurangi anyir tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis.
2. Bawang daun dan kemangi, diberi minyak goreng, tambahkan garam dan bumbu masak (misal Royco atau Maggi block) remas-remas sampai lemas.
3. Bumbu lainnya dilumurkan kepada ikan masukan pula sebagian bumbu halus kedalam tubuh ikan, tambahkan bumbu iris dan bawang dan kemangi yang telah lemas tersebut.
4. Bungkus Ikan Mas dengan daun pisang, bisa direbus dengan air atau dikukus.
5. Perlu diingat untuk mendapatkan pepes ikan mas tulang lunak ini lama memasaknya kurang lebih sekitar 8 jam. Setelah selesai, tiriskan.
6. Agar harum dan wangi daun pisangnya menjadi unik, pangganglah pepes ikan ini sampai daun pisangnya agak-agak hangus dan berbau harum.

Nelly Furtado has been around awhile and I’ve been dying to here a full album from her that was completely in Spanish. With the arrival of Mi Plan my prayers were answered. Now, I’m not usually a fan of albums that are fully in a different language but Nelly Furtado has convinced me.

Nelly says:

The featured special guests will also add aunique touch to the album’s sound. And I am delighted to be working with the entire Universal Latin team on this new project.”

Those special guests she mentioned are none other than, Julieta Vengas, La Mala Rodriguez, and Alejandro Fernandez.  Julieta an La Mala can be heard featured on “Bajo Otra Luz,” and Alejandro on the song “Suenos (Dreams), ” which is one of my favorite songs on the cd besides “Mas.” My top picks off this album are:

“Mas” is my favorite song on the album for the simple fact that it’s probably the most pop song on the album and definitely takes on a theme of moodiness mixed in with some guitar and synth. In this song Nelly is begging for “Mas”, meaning more in Spanish, love, attention, and appreciation.

Nelly says:

“This song is about love and wanting more out of a relationship, and not feeling like you’re an equal half. And, I believe in relationship you need to be equal halves.”

Overall, I think the album is a success in my book and is worthy of being downloaded, and if you don’t want the whole album just download the songs I listed and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Below is the video for her second single off the album, “Mas.”

Joda, dagen i dag starta med at eg absolutt ikkje klarte å stå opp. Eg var trøytt og sur og fann ut at det var best for alle at eg holdt meg under dyna ei stund til.

Ingenting er betre til å drepa dårleg humør enn sosialisering. Så eg vart med Sandra, Silje, Trine og Veronica på kafèen ein tur, sjølv om eg hadde mest lyst til å dra dyna enda lenger over hovudet og berre tykkja synd i meg sjølv. Eg fekk i meg dagens dose Cola og alle sure tankar vart gløymde. Trur du ikkje kafèen hadde gått tom for pomfri òg da ? Trudde ikkje det gjekk an eg. Jeje, eg fekk fint venta med frukosten da. Pappa prøvde å påstå at det var på grunn av kosthaldet mitt at eg punkterer lunga så ofte. Då var eg raskt framme med symptomsheftet mitt (eg har Marfans-syndrom) og viste han at det kan oppstå blærer på lunga som sprekk (øhm, iallfall noko slikt, vart litt i tvil når eg las det som stod der) og det er totally ikkje min feil. Han sa han skulle undersøka det nærare… Eg haldt fram med å lesa litt i det informasjonsheftet, men fann fort ut at eg måtte slutta før eg vart dødssjuk. Det er ikkje rart folk blir hypokondarar.

Så fekk eg endeleg øva bittelitt på rygging. Ikkje akkurat så lett i mørket, men det gjekk no. Spent på korleis det går på køyretimane i morgon. …Noko som minner meg på at eg må finna meg ny musikk som eg kan høyra på på bussen i morgon. Helst litt fort så eg kan legga meg snarast; lunga mi har vore ganske opprørsk i dag, trur ikkje det har vorte verre, men det har verkt ein del. Trur det er fordi eg ikkje har vore flink til å ta det skikkeleg med ro i dag. I morgon blir det nok ikkje betre, heldigvis har eg framleis tablettane mine.

Særs ræændom bilete…

Jeg stresser, tenker, funderer, stresser, leser, strever, kjaser og jammen så maser jeg litt også… Eller for å si det på en pen måte, jeg har altfor mye å gjøre. Enda så har jeg ikke begynt på julestresset… ikke gidder jeg stresse til jul heller. Jula kommer enten jeg vil, er klar for det, eller orker det, så siden jeg uansett ikke har noe å si der overser jeg den.

Neida, det jeg stresser med er den glitrende ideen jeg fikk om å gjøre om hele nettbutikken min. Selvsagt må jeg forsøke meg på sånne ting midt i julerushet! Er helt typisk meg å gjøre sånt Men det er selvvalgt så klage bør jeg vel ikke gjøre.

En annen sak er at jeg jobber deltid, og selvsagt toppa det seg litt med ekstra vikartimer forrige uke. Selvsagt skjer sånt når jeg har mer enn nok med livet ellers, hmpf…

Ellers så har jeg fått høre, på skolen fra en av elevene, at jeg er selve symbolet på heks Det er godt skussmål å få det. Men så er det neppe mange elever som har ei vaskeekte heks som lærer heller da Gutten skulle si heks, men bytta det ut med navnet mitt, uten at han tenkte over det. Så synonymt var det

De igual forma es inaceptable el discurso irresponsable de guerra de Hugo Chávez, que busca provocar un conflicto de consecuencias incalculables”.

Terán considera, “Ante un tema tan delicado, donde Colombia cede su territorio al ejército de ocupación norteamericano, el discurso belicista y provocador del Presidente Chávez no contribuye en nada a enfrentar esta situación. Más aún cuando Venezuela también ha cedido su territorio de forma inconsulta a los cubanos, rusos, iraníes, guerrilla, paramilitares y los brasileños quienes por cierto, se están llevando todas nuestras riquezas del Estado Bolívar”.

“Ambos presidentes han demostrado una incapacidad desmedida. El dirigente masista resaltó la inteligencia y liderazgo del presidente de Brasil Lula Dasilva quien fijó posición rechazando las bases en nombre de América Latina sin que esto tuviese que significar una declaratoria de guerra.

“Mientras el Presidente Chávez sólo tiene ojos para las bases militares, los garimpeiros están depredando el sur de Venezuela. Adolfo Torres, Jefe de aduana del SENIAT en Amazonas tuvo que ser sacado con escolta por estar amenazado por paramilitares. Funcionarios de la Guardia Nacional sacan gasolina en gabarras para venderla y 60.000 cubanos controlan diversos aspectos del gobierno. Todo esto sólo puede ser calificado como traición a la patria”, sentenció.

El secretario de organización del MAS solicitó al Jefe del Estado sacar de las fronteras a la Guardia Nacional. “El Presidente debe asignarle la responsabilidad de las fronteras al ejército, aviación y marina, para reducir así la posibilidad de negocios en la que están inmersos muchos de los funcionarios de la Guardia Nacional”.

Finalizó diciendo. “El Presidente Chávez y los jefes de los 4 componentes deben hacer valer la Constitución en sus artículos 327 y 329 referidos a la responsabilidad que tienen de velar por la seguridad de la integridad territorial”.

Todo Lo Que Diga Ésta Noche Ólvidalo

Joda, eg sovna endeleg natt til laurdag, men eg var ikkje blid då eg vart vekt halv elleve av bekymra Pappa; “Formen ?”. I halvsøvne svarte eg “Søve…sikkert ok”, og la meg til for å sova vidare, men det tok ikkje lang tid før eg fekk ein ny melding, denne gongen frå Veronica. Altså, alvorleg talt, eg får aldri meldingar, kvifor blir eg plutseleg så populær når eg berre vil sova. Klokka something på 12 ringte Pappa og tvang meg opp for å setta over pengar til Ninen slik at ho kunne kjøpa julepresangar. Då var det game over og eg var vaken.

Eg rakk akkurat ikkje å steika ferdig dei tre siste piccoliniane før eg vart henta til kafebesøk. Dei fekk fint stå og godgjera seg i ovnen til eg kom heim att to timar seinare.

På kvelden hadde eg, Sandra, Veronica og Trine jentekveld, noko som var veldig kos. Endeleg er det litt folk i bygda. Eg trassa den opprørske lunga mi og gjekk opp til Trine, men fann fort ut at eg måtte kanskje ta det litt med ro. Seinare reiste me ned på pubben, der hadde eg ikkje vore på lenge, men eg kan trygt seia at alt var ved det same gamle. Edru var eg òg, kanskje ikkje så lurt å drikka når ein er lungelaus (nei, eg er ikkje det). No kan eg verkeleg få lov til å seia at det er lenge sidan eg har drukke, utan å høyrast alt for fjortis ut. Det er jo litt påfallande at lunga mi har punktert ved alle (begge) drikke-anledningane eg har hatt.

Når eg tenkjer meg om så kan eg vel ikkje seia at det er det største saknet

I dag var eg på New Moon, i likheit med halve kongeriket (og heile facebook). Konklusjonen er at eg aldri heilt kjem til å lika Twilight. Filmane er jo heilt ok gode, problemet er berre at eg ikkje taklar Edward Cullen. Eg skjønar ikkje kva som er så spesielt ved han, det er jo Jacob som er the man ! Nei, dei får skriva meg inn i neste film, så skal eg fint ta meg av Jacob eg.

During the Summer I got to do some photography with the South Connections Carnival Mas Band based in Oval, London.

One of my close mates has been dancing with them for many years and has been to many Carnivals throughout the years. This year I asked if I could come around with them and do some Photography after hearing one of their usuals had left.

They welcomed me with open arms and invited me to many events including Carnival Splash (pictured above) at Alexandra Palace. This is where all the Carnival Mas Bands get together and showcase their new costumes to a panel of judges before Notting Hill Carnival Itself. I had great fun watching all the Bands set up all their costumes and photograph the members of South Connections getting ready, rehersing, performing and relaxing after the long day.

We were then treated to an after event performance from some of the top names in the Soca world.

Es por eso que esta muletilla es la que mas irrita a un interlocutor, según un sondeo realizado por el sitio BBC Mundo.

Preguntar al interlocutor si le comprenden es equivalente a dudar sobre la capacidad de entendimiento de este e, incluso, sobre la inteligencia propia. Muchos internautas de México, USA, Argentina y otros países comparten este punto de vista ya que consideran que al hacer esta pregunta implica que el oyente tiene poco intelecto para interpretar lo que se esta diciendo.

Muy probablemente concuerdas con que el uso de estas muletillas suelen ser un poco molesto, pero ¿ hay alguna frase que a ti en lo personal te moleste o incomode?, porque yo suelo decir ésta frase xD…

Etter ei søvnlaus natt stod eg opp klokka 2, tidleg nok til å seia ha det til Ninen som reiste til Bergen. Etter å ha tusla omkring med berre eit teppe rundt meg i halvsøvne, fann eg ut at det kanskje var på tide å kle på seg. Så eg dusja til varmt-vatn/vass-tanken takka for seg. Eg orkar ikkje gå rundt som ein total slask, sjølv om eg er sjuk og faktisk har lov. Ein føler seg friskare om ein ordnar og kler seg skikkeleg (det har i alle fall eg forska meg fram til).

Rundt seks var det middagstid. Eg lagde meg for første gang Piccoliiiniiies.

Dei var omtrent så små.

X-faktor må ein jo ha med seg. Så eg fann meg til rette i sjukesofaen med Cola og smågodt som verdas snillaste Pappa hadde kjøpt til meg. (Han er veldig bekymra for meg, men har alikavel reist på hytta, medan eg er att heime aleina) Gjett kva eg fann i godteposen !

Dei er tilbake !

Det skumle er at det er faktisk ikkje mange dagane sidan eg tenkte over kor mykje eg sakna sure sitronleper. Sjølv om eg fekk litt overload etter at Mamma tok med seg ein heil boks (2kg) med berre sure sitronleper heim frå jobb ein gong. Eg gomla til eg fekk sår i munnen, heilt seriøst. Så ein dag forsvann dei berre, men no er dei tilbake, like sure som alltid. Fekk flashback då eg åt dei. Good times.

Plutseleg fekk eg Sims-dilla, og det er nok difor klokka er fem om “morgonen” no, og eg framleis er vaken. Overraskande nok er eg ikkje trøytt, med tanke på at eg fekk minimalt med søvn i natt. Det er nemleg ikkje altfor lett å sova når ein har punktert lunga. Det er ikkje ilt, eg merkar nesten ikkje noko til det når eg sit oppreist og når eg går, men så fort eg prøver å liggja så byrjar det å verka. Ikkje sånn veldig ilt, berre irriterande ilt, og når eg prøver å sova så blir eg jo berre liggande å kjenna på det. I natt prøvde eg å sova sittande….det gjekk jo bra.

Yay !

Pappa har faktisk kjøpt smertestillande til meg (fordi eg spurte etter det). Han kjøpte begge sidan han ikkje visste kva eg ville ha. Det er litt sånn kryss i taket sidan han må vera den største medisinmotstandaren i verda ! Han tek aldri smertestillande, noko eg heller ikkje plar, eg er veldig sta og vil ikkje bli motstandsdyktig. Eg tek ikkje før det er ytterst naudsynt. No er det naudsynt, eg vil sova i natt !

Nei no er det natta ! Berre prate/vase/mase-program på tv, eg tek hintet. Nighty nighty, no skal eg knaska painkillers og satsa på at eg klarar både å sovna òg å vakna att.
