Cunat Heitz believes that the construction will be completed in two years and hopes to clear the permitting process by spring of 2013.

Cunaz Heitz graduated from Arizona State University-Tempa. She studied wine evaluation at Napa Valley College. She has a good sense about wine as because she was the employee of BP Wine Merchants. Cunat Heitz has no official title, because, she said, her father “is not a fan of titles.”

She said that the target of production will be 10,000 to 13,000 cases including all varietals.

She also said “We definitely want to keep a relationship with the hotel for free tastings for its guests.”
