Fredag kväll, inte så farligt öm som jag trodde jag skulle vara efter…

Har nämligen varit och vaccinerat mig idag för Svininfluensan. Har ni gjort det? Jag känner mig bara lite öm, så man knappt tänker på det. Ingen feber än så länge heller. Så det ska nog gå bra det här. Mådde nog mer illa innan. Jag var en av dom första in att ta en så kallad hälsodeklaration. Medans jag satt där och fyllde i, så började det välla in folk. Vilken hysteri det blev sen då! Folk var ju som galna. Ingen som helst organisation över huvudtaget. Men sedan lugnade dom ner sig lite. Som tur va. Allt som allt tog det ca 45 minuter. Det kunde jag ju stå ut med. Så nu är jag safe! Tror jag iaf. Hur lång tid tar det innan det börjar verka? Någon som vet? Nåja, känns bra att ha det gjort iaf

Förresten, har ni hört “Maybe tomorrow” med Stereophonics? Inte?

Eine gefühlte Ewigkeit ist es her, dass ich die Plattenkritik zu “Best Off” von 5Bugs geposted habe. Mit dieser tollen Scheibe sind die Berliner mal wieder auf Tour und passend dazu haben sie jetzt ein Video gedreht. Der Song heißt “Maybe Tomorrow” und ist auch auf dem Album vertreten. Weil das Video genauso toll ist, ist es heir natürlich auch zu sehen. Schauts euch an! Es lohnt sich!

Eine Lebensgeschichte wie ein Thriller ist gestern in Los Angeles nach 50 Jahren (29. August 1958 – 25. Juni 2009) zu Ende gegangen. Ruhe in Frieden, Jacko!

Inspiriert durch und geschrieben während einer Pause meines  AVATAR-Masterkurs 2004 in Willingen, war dieser Songtext mit dem Namen “Maybe tomorrow”  lange Zeit einer meiner ca. 250 Songtexte, die ich seit 2002 geschrieben hatte. Am 04. Mai 2009 traf dann die Inspiration auf zwei vorbereitete Geister und die Musik zu “Maybe tomorrow” entstand. Am 20.05.2009 wurde dann dieses Lied bei meinem Konzert in Bad Honnef welturaufgeführt.

Am 27.05.2009 bei Mirka im Studio ist plötzlich eine Video-Kamera verfügbar und wir machen eine Aufnahme vor dem ältesten Baum Aachens. Das Folgende ist die (unbearbeitete) Videoaufnahme von diesem Tag. Wir haben sie auf Youtube eingestellt. Und nun geht “Maybe tomorrow” hinaus in die Welt. Ja, ich kann es heute schon fühlen…

Ao homem com a voz que me faz abrir os olhos e levantar da minha aconchegante cama. Todos os dias.

Normally I try to have a reason why I am writing on my blog, but tonight I do not seem to have one. Oh well, I’ll just let the creative juices flow and make some lemonade. (Ha, geddit? Lemonade? I crack myself up.)

I don’t feel like being outlandish anymore. I’m too tired in the morning to bother with my usual crazy and quirky mismatching outfits. Every day it’s just jeans, a tee shirt, and my main pair of Chucks. My blue ones haven’t been touched in months, my old black ones are sleeping peacefully somewhere, my brown and pink ones have only certain outfits that they match with, and my new camouflage ones have only been on my feet once or twice since I got them for Christmas. Is there such thing as being depressed by lack of new clothing articles? I think I may be experiencing something of this sort. I need something new to wear, pronto! (Even though there are several items in my closet that still have pricetags on them…) Maybe tomorrow I’ll dig out my “hooker” boots that haven’t been in use since, oh, February-ish. I can see the snow falling from where I am sitting now. We have made it to the month of April safe and sound – doesn’t Mother Nature owe us all a break? (Though I must thank Her for this last chance *knocks on wood* to use my lovely boots.)

I want graduation to get here. At the beginning of the year I couldn’t bear the thought of my friends leaving me behind, but now I’m at the point where I want to shove some of them out the window and yell “GOOD RIDDANCE!” I’m sick of their stupid drama and recent bout of Senioritis that engulfed them all. Just let me be in peace in the hell where I must spend two more years of my life. Years filled with unnecessary mathematical equations that I will need only to pass the stupid NYS Regents tests that we are forced to take every January and June. Next year comes the test that I have mixed feelings about: English. It doesn’t matter if you have talent when it comes to writing, if you forget a literary element (Zeus forbid) and you fail to match up to the criteria set before you, you’re practically screwed. Being forced into a piece of wood by a giant hammer is not my idea of a good time.

Everyday it’s the same routine. Get up at 6:50ish-7:00ish, “Oh crap! I have to take a shower!” Hurriedly strip thyself, wash thyself, dry thyself, clothe thyself, eat/drink feed thyself, and get thyself out the door before the clock can strike 7:23. At least I have a very organized list set in my head before I do anything. If I did not possess this skill, I would be doomed to fail. I don’t have time to bother with the outfits I used to sport all the time. I grab my stuff, make sure Pandora is in my pocket, and get in the car before mom starts honking the horn. I need something new. I need something different. I need something exciting to happen that will spice things up, but only for a little while so they can go back to normal again. I don’t like change, but temporary change would be okay. Watch, now I’ll wake up in the morning and find that I’ve switched bodies with my brother overnight. I don’t know what I want. Definitely not a dramatic change, Zeus, but a little spice would be nice.

Blogu’ meu drag! M-am intors…Am doua variante. Ori te scriu mai des (si mai bine ) ori te-nchid. Ma mai gandesc. Intre timp, ce mi-a mai trecut prin cap (si prin alte parti) in ultima vreme.

Octobrie in Firenze a fost frumos. M-am plimbat mai mult decat in septembrie. Desenez mai bine. Am inceput cu un porc patrat iar acum pot face o trompeta rotunda. Am sarbatorit Halloweeeeenul. Mi-am luat o masca nasoala cu 25 de euro. 10 whiskyuri mai tarziu am facut-o cadou unui italian cu nasu’ mare. M-am intors acasa dupa ceva vreme. Cred ca era duminica. Era slujba la Santa Croce. Ah, in noaptea aia am dat ceasu’ inapoi. Sau inainte?

Noiembrie in Firenze a fost intr-un fel. Pana in 7 n-am facut nimic. In 7 am plecat in Romania. In Cluj am baut iar in Bucuresti am petrecut. In ordinea asta. Nu ma intrebati unde. Ma pot uita pe extrasul de cont daca va roade. Tin minte ca am fost in Silver Church unde am ascultat trupa 13. Foarte tare. Bautura moca. Even better! Mi-am revazut prietenii si prietenele. Mai mult pe ele. Pe unele. Sa stiti ca e adevarata kestia cu ‘okii care nu se vad se uita’. Eu m-am uitat in timp ce ea m-a uitat. Final neasteptat. Dar meritat ) Sacadat!

Dar cum <everything happens 4 a reason> (yeah, and my IQ is 500) mi s-a intimplat si mie un reason. Care m-a tinut in brate toata noaptea. I call her ‘My Little 15′. Nu stiu ce a pus in sarutul ala dar ma tine treaz de atunci

In questi giorni sto ascoltando e riascoltando la stupenda canzone degli Stereophonics “Maybe Tomorrow”, canzone del 2003 che si ritorna a sentire grazie all’album “Decade in the Sun (Best of Stereophonics)” uscito nel 2008.
Io non l’avevo mai sentita, non so come mi era sfuggito questo pezzo lento ma con una melodia solare, con un bel ritmo, che mette in evidenza la voce un pò sporca del cantante e il coro in sottofondo… bellissima.
