Surfeando en la Internet me encontre con una de las encuestas que habia publicado El Comercio en su sitio web: Cuestionan a la Fiscal de la Nacion Adelaida Bolivar, sobre una serie de cuestionamientos contra nuestra ex Fiscal de la Nacion: Flora Adelaida Bolivar Arteaga.

FABA dejo de existir hace unos meses atras. Algo de eso comente aquel dia, cuando me entere de su sensible fallecimiento, en mi post Fallecio Fiscal de la Nacion Flora Adelaida Bolivar Arteaga.

Pero uno de los mas sonados casos en los que Flora Adelaida Bolivar Arteaga fue protagonista principal corresponde a aquel en el que se desentendio de la situacion peligrosa en la cual dejaba a la Fiscal de Maynas: Luz Hortencia Loayza Suarez, cuando esta -Luz Loayza- solicito ser reemplazada, por el peligro inminente en el que se encontraba, por estar llevando el caso por narcotrafico de Fernando Zevallos, ex dueño de la empresa AeroContinente.

La vida NO vale nada por esos lares: Iquitos y demas lugares aledaños.

Falto mucho tino o algun tipo de presion politica para que FABA declarase infundado el pedido de la Fiscal Luz Loayza.

Entonces, salta la pregunta: ¿La justicia es independiente en el Perú?

Los fiscales son parte del Sistema Judicial en el Perú. Internamente, ellos tambien se ajustan a procedimientos y organismos de control sobre sus funciones.

Si entre ellos se aprecia injusticia. Ellos que han estudiado años para saber de leyes y demas.

¿Que podemos esperar del grado de injusticia para aquellos que somos ignorante de las leyes en el Perú?

Iquitos is the largest city in the Peruvian rainforest, with a population of around 400,000. It is the capital of Loreto Region and Maynas Province. It is generally considered the most populous city in the world that cannot be reached by road (except to Nauta 120 Km on the Rio Marañón).

The only way to get there is via aeroplane or by river boat. The city in the 19th century was the centre of the Rubber industry but by the early 20th century the rubber trade had moved to the Far East, and the city had fallen into neglect and disrepair. It is now a place without an apparent purpose resplendent in its post-colonial-rubber-boom splendour, literally in the middle of nowhere, a true frontier town.

When you stand on the Malecon at the edge of the city (and civilisation) …….you overlook thousands of miles of rainforest, a truly breathtakingly beautiful experience.This is a video clip of imagery of Iquitos.
