Salve internauta, sei per caso alla ricerca di un buon player per guardare tutti i video che desideri? Sono tanti quelli che puoi usare, Windows Media Player, Divx Player, Real Player e così via. Ma diciamoci la verità, la maggior parte di essi sono pesantucci, soprattutto se non abbiamo un computer molto veloce.

Allora ti consiglio quello che io definisco il riproduttore migliore in assoluto: Media Player Classic abbreviato spesso in MPC, generalmente è un file eseguibile singolo, legge e riproduce i video che è una meraviglia, supporta numerosi formati e codec, anche DVD, può caricare sottotitoli e così via.

Se ti mancano dei codec ti consiglio di scaricare il pacco Combined Community Codec Pack che li possiede tutti e contiene al suo interno Media Player Classic Home Cinema (una versione vagamente differente del programma, ma tranquillo è uguale).

In alternativa puoi scaricare VLC Media Player anch’esso leggero.

Hep Ubuntu kullanamıyorum ne yazık ki. Elde olmayan sebeplerden ötürü bazen Windows’a da geçmek durumunda kalıyorum. O zamanlarda video izlemek istediğimde ise, en iyi sonucu almak istiyorum haliyle.

Media Player Classic’i K-Lite Mega Codec Pack ile birlikte kullanıyorum. CCCP var alternatif olarak ama bilgisayarımda kocaman bir orak çekiç simgesi görmek  rahatsızlık veriyor.

Peki en iyi ayarlara nasıl ulaşılabilir?*

- K-Lite’ı yüklerken ,  avi için splitter’ı Haali olarak ayarlayın ve sonra kuruluma devam edin.

- K-Lite yüklendikten sonra , Media Player Classic’i açıp View –> Options –> Output‘a gelin. Buradan Haali Renderer**‘ı işaretleyin.

- Yine aynı Options bölümünden Subtitles‘ın altındaki Default Style bölümüne gelin ve altyazı font büyüklüğü ve rengini kendinize göre ayarlayın.

- Başlat –> Programlar –> K-Lite Codec Pack –> Configuration –> Halli Media Splitter‘a gelin. Açılan pencereden Options‘a tıklayın ve oradan Input’un yanındaki +‘ya tıklayın. Load Embedded Fonts seçeneğini Yes olarak kaydedin ve burayı kapatın.

Artık videolarınızı doya doya izleyebilirsiniz.

With so many media plyers in market choosing the right video player is always a huge problem. Also with so many media formats choosing the one player that rules them all is quite a big task. Here are my favorite five video players.

The KMplayer: This certainly is one player to rue them all, one of my favorites. If KMplayer doesnt play a video format then better luck with that video. Wide range of codec support, including flv, rm, mkv, avi and more. Also Kmplayer can be configured based on computers configuration for better playback. VLC Media Player: Perhaps the most widely used video player by masses. Recently vlc player grauated to version 1, with increased stability. Apart from playing all the formats , it can also stream video which is ubique to this player.Format support is amost as extensive as The Kmplayer but is still a bit behind. Mplayer: The oldest, most widely supported, Geek-o-licious, Customizable open source player available. Name a platform and Mplayer is available, due to its portability Mplayer is available on various platforms Windows, Linux, Play station, Wii etc. Codec support is also extensive. The only drawback is that it can ba a bit intimidating for a new user. For more information on Mplayer for windows its right here.

GOM Player: A relatively new player in the market, GOM plater claims to be a light weight player that plays everything. Although its codec support is not as great as The Kmplyer, some people still prefer it due to its light weight. To know more about GOM player go right here.

MPC with K-Lite: Everyones favorite Media player classic when coupled with a powerful codec pack like K-Lite becomes a multimedia powe house that can play any format you throw at it. Personally i feel MPC is boring cos of its age old interface, but one think that cant be ignored is how well it performs on windows machines. Any one intersted in giving it a go, its right here.

Siapa yang tidak tahu Youtube? situs ini terkenal karena menyediakan fasilitas memamerkan video yang telah dibuat ke masyarakat umum. saya sendiri adalah seorang penikmat youtube, meski jarang sekali saya mengakses youtube.

bagaimana cara menyimpan video yang telah ditonton tanpa harus mendownloadnya (tanpa menggunakan pihak ketiga semacam downloader atau penyedia jasa download youtube)?

cara ini saya praktekkan dengan menggunakan windows XP, mozilla firefox, K-Lite (media player classic) dan windows explorer. kondisi yang saya terapkan pada windows adalah show hide files and folder, show windows files and folders, show extension. sedangkan pada firefox, saya menerapkan aturan standar (meskipun saya mempunyai banyak plugin atau extensions yang terinstall dalam firefox saya) dimana cache, history, dan lainnya tidak dihapus pada saat keluar firefox.

hal yang harus diperhatikan antara lain :

1. Anda harus yakin bahwa anda dapat mengakses (baik yang dapat dilihat maupun yang terhidden) semua file dan folder windows anda. terutama document and setting pada drive tempat anda menginstall windows XP.
2. Anda harus yakin bahwa firefox anda mampu terhubung ke Internet, dan anda menggunakan firefox sebagai browser anda.
3. Anda harus yakin bahwa K-lite (atau pemutar video kesayangan anda) mampu memutar file tanpa extensi, dan diusahakan anda memakai versi terbaru. saya memakai versi 6.4.9.1
4. Anda sedang atau menonton video yang akan anda salin ke komputer anda.
5. Anda sedang tidak tergesa-gesa atau ingin menonton tanpa streaming.

caranya adalah sebagai berikut :

1. tonton video dengan youtube. disarankan hanya satu video yang dijalankan. clear cache disarankan dilakukan terlebih dahulu. (untuk memudahkan saja). gambar diatas adalah screenshoot windows saya, setelah cache firefox dibersihkan
2. masuk ke firefox, masukkan alamat video youtube yang diinginkan. dalam tutorial ini, saya memakai contoh video dibawah ini,
3. tonton video sampai habis, dan jangan menutup video anda terlebih dahulu.
4. masuk ke C:\Documents and Settings\USER ANDA\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\rkjn2tt8.default\Cache                             Isikan USER ANDA dengan user yang sedang log on. saya tidak tahu nama tepatnya. misal, jika saya login dengan nama Djoko, maka saya perlu mengganti USER ANDA dengan Djoko. untuk yang bercetak miring dan tebal (rkjn2tt8.default) saya tidak tahu apakah sama di setiap komputer. Yang pasti, anda harus ke Local Setting- Application Data -  Mozilla – Firefox – Profiles – dan cari dimana folder cache berada.contohnya adalah seperti screenshot di atas. 
5. setelah itu, carilah file dengan ukuran terbesar. dari gambar diatas, maka diperoleh bahwa ukuran terbesar adalah file bernama 5E71C476d01 dengan ukuran file sebesar 3.976 KB. kita dapat menemukannya dengan cara sortir berdasarkan ukuran.
6. untuk memastikan bahwa itu adalah video yang kita inginkan, buka K-lite (windows Media classic), dan drag drop file bernama 5E71C476d01 langsung ke atas K-lite (Media Player classic) ika keluar video yang sesuai dengan kita inginkan (maaf, video susah di capture screenshotnya), maka file tersebut benar merupakan video dan dapat dicopy.
7. setelah didapatkan file yang benar, maka file tersebut dapat kita salin ke direktori (folder) yang kita inginkan.
8. jangan lupa untuk rename (memberi nama kembali) dan menambahkan extension .flv. tetapi, bagi anda yang suka drag n drop, rename tidak perlu dilakukan. (saya test dengan menggunakan Media Player Classic).

Kegiatan ini masih sering saya lakukan hingga sekarang dan dapat diterapkan pada situs yang menyediakan video atau streaming. sehingga, jika tidak ada fasilitas download atau kesulitan mendownload, anda hanya perlu melihat cache dari firefox. anda cukup bersabar, dan menyediakan Media Player Classic sebagai tester video.

pemanfaatan cache tidak hanya itu saja, anda dapat melihat kembali file yang telah anda lihat pada firefox (studi kasus www.onemanga.com), hanya saja perlu ketelitian yang lebih untuk mengetahui file mana yang dapat dilihat kembali.

perlu diingat, bahwa file yang digunakan adalah file yang tidak ada kata “_CACHE_ “ karena file tersebut gagal saya buka dengan Media Player Classic.

sementara, saya masih mencoba dengan menggunakan firefox. browser yang lain mungkin memiliki cara yang berbeda-beda. tetapi hipotesis saya, untuk mendapatkan video, cara yang sama pada firefox dapat diterapkan dengan menggunakan browser lain.

Keunggulan metode ini :

1. TIdak memerlukan program downloader (semacam IDM, Downthemall, atau downloader lainnya)
2. Tidak memerlukan Situs lain kecuali youtube (atau situs video yang diinginkan)
3. Dapat diterapkan pada situs lain yang tidak dapat digunakan dengan software atau situs pihak ketiga.
4. murah (karena tidak perlu software berbayar)
5. dapat diterapkan pada komputer yang hanya tersedia browser firefox (tentunya dengan program lain yang terinstal)
6. tidak membebani hardisk (hardisk tidak penuh) lantaran tidak menginstall software lain)

tentu saja masih ada kelemahan dari metode ini, antara lain :

1. Perlu Kesabaran untuk melaksanakannya.

MPC-HC includes an embedded video decoder that uses this technology, to decode H.264 and VC-1 with hardly any CPU time required. Unfortunately the MPC-HC decoder only supports the “bitstream mode” at this stage, which means that only the most recent graphic cards are supported:

- nVidia series 8(9)xxx for H.264 only
- ATI Radeon HD series for H.264 and VC-1 decoding

Fixes in MPC-HC Build 1104:
Fixed: Incorrect fps reported to subtitle renderer. In EVR custom 23.976 FPS was always used in VMR9 25 FPS was always used.
Fixed: Handling of different video resolution from video surface resolution.
Fixed: Incorrectly reported video resolution and aspect ratio with VMR9 without mixer mode worked around by checking media type.
Fixed: Always use 1 pass bicubic resampler to avoid problem of checker pattern caused by different resolution textures used in 2 pass bicubic.
Fixed: Incorrect aspect ratio calculation when aspect ratios are very large causing integer overflow.
Fixed: Reset device could lock up player in VMR9 renderer mode. (For example when moving between monitors)
