W1D2: 3 mile Easy Run @ 14:07

First workout of the training plan: complete!

Last night’s workout was a three mile “easy run” at a 14:07 pace.

Running a 14 minute mile isn’t easy just due to how slow it is, I would almost prefer to walk a 14 min mile. 59 more words
