It seems that the final third of the untouchable Maybach Music Empire has hit 2013 armed with one of the most anticipated albums of the year. Along with Yeezus and Wolf, The Gifted is tipped to me another Wale triumpth.

This especially rings true after hearing his new single, “Bad (featuring Rihanna)”. No disrepect to Tiara Thomas but Rihanna shows how developed and mature Wale’s new album will be. Supposedly it will contain a blend of styles with Wale himself saying he wants to show he has got “range”. The album will also feature numerous guests including his MMG counterparts, Rick Ross and Meek Mill, as well as Ne-yo, 2Chainz and Nicki Minaj.

The hip-hop world (including me) has great expectations for Wale’s new feature production. This is his opportunity to prove he is versatile and is ready to stay in the game for a long time. I can confidently say that I will be one of those very first purchasers on June 25th, I love Wale’s relaxed style and that chilled atmosphere of his music. However, his lyrics still provide stories, romances and hardships. For that reason, Wale’s album should top 2013.

Now the MMG camp is pushing Meek Mill’s single “Levels” produced by Cardo.

The incomparable H-to-the-O-V, Jay-Z is in the process of hitting yet another lick, about 20 million of them to be exact. Mr Carter is teaming up with Samsung Mobile to do something, which we will soon learn the details surrounding the newsworthy big money deal.

According to sources of the New York Posts’ Page Six, “The eight-figure deal will be inked in the next few weeks, and is the biggest of its kind. You can speculate that he’ll want to develop some kind of new music-streaming service to promote his acts and music on mobile devices.”

With that being said, Jay-Z was witnessed celebrating the mega-deal at New York’s Night spot W.i.P. In attendance were some of his fabulous chums like Fabolous, Miguel, Wale, Meek Mill, Busta Rhymes and Omarion…bottles were popped.
For those wondering, Queen Bey was in attendance supporting her honey, yes, and after having performed at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium.
On the hills of becoming the number one seller of Smart Phones in the US by outpacing Apple since the release of the iPhone 5, the company [Samsung] is certainly poised to make bigger moves to maintain a competitive mobile commerce edge with its Galaxy line, and Beyonce’s husband is certainly a great promo man for the job.

Rick Ross and his Maybach Music Group team are ready to take over the summer, as the fellas prepare for the third installment of the Self Made mixtape series due out August 6. Ricky Rozay, Wale, Meek Mill, and the crew have released three explosives tracks and with accompanying videos letting fans know that the third time around will be more versatile than ever.

In a recent interview with MTV News, Ross, confirmed that “Self Made Vol. 3″ would be a collaborative effort, allowing MMG labelmates to showcase their individual skills. “I think thats what makes projects like “Self Made” so dope,” the Boss told MTV News.

The MMG machine continues to push out new visuals. Here is a new one for Rockie Fresh’s ‘God Is Great’ produced by Boi-1da and The Maven Boys. It was shot out in Chicago and features an appearance by Chance The Rapper. This will appear on the forthcoming ‘Self Made Vol 3′ album dropping August 6th.

MMG is never lacking when it comes to satisfying fans at all the right times. It’s June and we have some summer music to look forward to. The whole music group is growing and lets hope that they keep it fun for the third time around. One of the first songs to drop is featuring Lupe Fiasco titled “Poor Decisions”.  The song talks about people not living in there financial boundaries. Staying broke trying to look rich! Nice track check it out.

MMG is really trying to prepare everyone for Self Made 3. Just a few hours after releasing “Poor Decisions”, Rick Ross releases another song off the compilation album; this one features Jadakiss. Should we expect each MMG artist to drop a song by the end of the day?
