Meer Music presenta por primera vez los premios anuales de la musica, los Effigy Awards 2008. Estos premios se estrenan con 18 categorías diferentes para seleccionar a los mejores artistas, musicos y canciones.

Kireina y sus canciones “Can t Walk Over Me” y “He Comes To Me” han sido nominadas en 13 de estas categorias, incluyendo mejor artista, mejor canción, mejor voz, mejor solista, mejor producción, etc.
