<p>Υπήρχε ένα αυτοκόλλητο που όσοι οδηγούσαν γρήγορα Renault φρόντιζαν να κοσμεί το αυτοκίνητό τους. Το έβλεπες στα παλιά δίλιτρα Mégane με τους 150 (ένα από τα πιο καλοστημένα «μεγάλα» για την εποχή hatchback), στα Clio Williams -τι έρωτας κι αυτός-, στα 21 Turbo που πήγαιναν σαν τρένα. Μπορεί και σε κανένα ταπεινό Twingo, αλλά δεν σε χάλαγε. Σύντροφος και αυτός στην τρέλα. Στο πίσω μέρος, λοιπόν, υπήρχε μια φράση που σήμαινε πολλά: «Vivre le Sport» έλεγε εμφατικά το διακριτικό sticker και όσοι ήξεραν απλώς καταλάβαιναν.</p>
<p>Τα χρόνια πέρασαν αλλά να μαστε πάλι σε ένα καθαρόαιμο Renault. Σε ένα δρόμο στη Νότια Ισπανία που φαίνεται να έχει φτιαχτεί κατά παραγγελία από τον Θεό. Η μέρα είναι υπέροχη και μπροστά μας έχουμε ένα coupé που μοιάζει σαν να έχει περάσει την προηγούμενη νύχτα στο γυμναστήριο. Πρησμένοι θόλοι, ένα καταπληκτικό, αιχμηρό προφίλ που κάνει πιο συμβατικά σχήματα όπως το Golf GTi ή το Focus RS να μοιάζουν με αεροδυναμικά περίπτερα και έναν κώλο πιο πειστικό και από αυτόν της Jenifer Lopez. Η κεντρική εξάτμιση είναι ίσως η πιο σέξι ανακάλυψη μετά το στρινγκ.</p>

<p>Dopo un lungo periodo si rivede il  <strong>Megane Trophy</strong> su <a href="http://www.rleague.eu/">rLeague</a>, per l&#8217;occasione in uno Special Event decisamente interessante che ha visto sfidarsi i migliori interpreti della categoria, compresi i piloti finlandesi, autentici mattatori della serie.</p>
<p>Il Breval Racing vedeva <strong>Alessandro Bressan</strong> impegnato nell&#8217;occasione a difendere i propri colori sul bellissimo tracciato di Brno, pista medio-veloce molto tecnica.</p>
<p><!--more--></p>
<p>Già dalle qualifiche Bressan si fa notare segnando a sorpresa la <strong>POLE</strong>, avendo percorso pochissimi giri con la macchina.</p>
<p>Allo start della gara tutto procede regolare, Bressan comanda la prima fase di gara, quando però il nostro forte pilota deve trovarsi a fare i conti con <strong>problematiche</strong> non trascurabili: un assetto non troppo azzeccato gli crea molti problemi in alcune sconnessioni, una di queste lo fa entrare di colpo in testacoda.</p>
<p>Questo gli fa perdere ovviamente tempo ma il pilota Breval non demorde, comincia un <strong>recupero</strong> migliorando sempre il suo ritmo, ingaggiando bellissimi duelli dapprima con i finnici, poi con l&#8217;ottimo Castelletti. Proprio questo ultimo duello ha permesso a Bressan di agguantare una meritata <strong>3° posizione</strong> e quindi il podio.</p>

<p><strong>Alessandro Bressan (pilota Breval Racing)</strong>: <em>&#8220;Sono soddisfatto della corsa, non mi aspettavo minimamente di essere così<span style="font-style:normal;"><em> competitivo su un&#8217;auto che in fondo conosco poco. Aver colto la pole è stata decisamente una bella cosa, potevo anche vincere la gara ma alcuni problemi di assetto mi hanno complicato la vita, ma in fondo era prevedibile. Ho affrontato questa corsa come allenamento e sono molto contento del risultato finale, mi sono molto divertito soprattutto nei duelli.&#8221;</em></span></em></p>

<p style="text-align:center;">Publicis London recently approached Alison Carmichael to help out with their new Poster Campaign for the new Renault Megane.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Alison worked closely with the Art director and Design department at the Agency to develp a ‘blueprint’ style of lettering which reflected the styling details on the car – she also illustrated the little architectural details on the layout and generally made the whole thing go with a va-va-voom.</p>

<p>Renault no se queda atras con sus competidores Europeos, el Seat Leon Cupra y El Volkswagen Golf R. El &#8221;RS&#8221; es la versión más potente del Mégane Coupé. </p>
<p>El motor de este coche es un 2,0 l de cilindrada con turbocompresor de doble entrada (Twin-scroll) y 250 CV de potencia a 5.500 rpm. Su caja de cambios manual de seis velocidades.<!--more--></p>
<p>Acelera de 0 a 100 km/h en 6,1 s y el consumo medio es 8,4 l/100 km. Es por tanto un poco más rápido en esa medición que el SEAT León Cupra R y más lento que un Volkswagen Golf R. Tanto el SEAT como el Volkswagen tienen motores más potentes.</p>

<p>Hay una función llamada «Renault Sport Dynamic Management» que, mediante el pulsador del control de estabilidad, permite seleccionar tres programas: «On», «Sport» «Off». El programa «On» es el de uso normal; el «Sport» (se selecciona pulsando brevemente el botón) retrasa la entrada en funcionamiento del control de estabilidad y hace más intensa la respuesta del pedal del acelerador; el programa «Off» desconecta totalmente el control de estabilidad y hace que el motor responda de la manera más enérgica a la presión sobre el acelerador.</p>

<p>También hay un sistema de telemetría (que Renault llama «R.S. Monitor»). Los datos que se pueden conocer (seleccionándolos con los manos del volante) son: la presión del turbo y temperatura del aceite, estado de los frenos (Renault no concreta nada más), la potencia y el par del motor y la aceleración longitudinal y transversal. También tiene un cronómetro y una memoria que almacena las mejores aceleraciones de 0 a 100 km/h y el tiempo necesario en alcanzar 400 m saliendo desde parado (de utilidad cuestionable). Además, permite ajustar la respuesta del pedal del acelerador en cinco niveles: lineal, normal, nieve, deportiva y extrema.</p>

Like the Clint Eastwood / Charlie Sheen film The Rookie pointed out, the real criminal is someone who&#8217;d paint a car such a horrific colour. Now though you can&#8217;t escape it &#8211; the Ford Focus RS is a lurid fluorescent-like green and Renault&#8217;s new Megane  is belter of a car &#8211; in bright yellow.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s exceedingly rare that I see a &#8216;hot hatch&#8217; that makes me sit up in my seat but this ad worked for me. Renault have consistently upped their game in the styling stakes recently and this is no exception and looks like you can throw it round the road till you&#8217;re green in the face and need to pull over and use a sick bag.</p>

<p> Renault know how to build a proper hot hatch, they did that with the Megane R26, which was a cracker of car, both on the road and on the track.</p>
<p> Moreover it was superb driver?s car, despite being front wheel drive. The addition of a mechanical limited-slip differential saw to that. There was very little torque steer, and its 2.0-litre turbocharged engine was especially potent.</p>
<p> But the styling of the previous Megane wasn?t to everyone?s liking, you either tolerated it or hated it, but no one loved it. I was somewhere in the middle, due to the car?s stunning all-round performance and exclusivity, when compared to the more common and slightly less manic Golf GTI.</p>

<p> No one, to my knowledge has ever had anything negative to say about the steering feedback in the Megane R26, so the electric power steering in the Megane Renaultsport, has been specially calibrated for performance driving and with more precise feedback, and a closer steering ratio than the previous iteration.</p>
<p> Renault has chosen to equip the car with a six-speed manual box using taller gear ratios and a more precise shift. It?s a pity that there isn?t a paddle shifter option for this car, through a dual clutch transmission, but then again, that may not be as much fun for the hard-core enthusiasts.</p>
<p> For all of the performance of the new Megane Renaultsport 250, it is remarkably CO2 friendly, producing emissions of just 195g/km and a combined fuel consumption of 8L/100kms.</p>
<p> Managing Director of Renault in Australia Rudi Koening, has told CarAdvice that the Megane Renaultsport 250 is a car they expect to see in Australia next year, and are working hard to make that happen.</p>

<p><em>Wannadrive </em>doesn&#8217;t get hyped up about Renaults every day, but this is a hottie we want to take home from the dance. The only other car we can think of that competes is the home-market Subaru WRX, and that&#8217;s a much bigger body.</p>
<p>The Mégane RS makes 250hp from the 2.0 Turbo RS engine, but isn&#8217;t all talk and no bite, because there&#8217;s 251-lbs.ft. of torque to move you as well.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>De acordo com o jornal <em>El Clarín</em>, o mercado argentino receberá o Mégane III hatch antes do sedã Fluence, derivado do modelo, que será produzido por lá a partir do ano que vem. O dois-volumes será importado nas carrocerias de três e cinco portas. Afirma-se ainda que o bom momento para o Mercosul fez com que a Renault reconsiderasse a produção do hatch na planta de Córdoba. Ou seja: poderemos ter um novo rival para Peugeot 307 e Citroën C4 sendo feito na Argentina.</p>
<p><!--more-->A data de lançamento do Mégane III na Argentina não está clara, mas a chegada do modelo deve acontecer já em março. Ele será exibido no verão, para adiantar algumas informações aos consumidores. O cinco-portas deve contar com um 2.0 de 140 cv a gasolina, enquanto o cupê receberia um 2.0 turbinado de 180 cv.</p>
<p>Trazer o modelo importado antes de produzi-lo não é grande novidade para o público argentino. Isto já aconteceu com o 19 e com o Mégane II.</p>

O Megane Sport Tourer é um passo em frente da Renault no mais competitivo segmento do mercado.</em></strong></p>
<p>A inversão no estilo experimentada pela terceira geração do Mégane foi feliz e na versão carrinha temos de confessar que é verdadeiramente feliz. Provavelmente estará a olhar para as fotos e a dizer que com as rodas pequenas e os apêndices aerodinâmicos a coisa não é assim tão bem conseguida. Olhe que não… O Megane Sport Tourer é um carro muito agradável e de entre os vários acessórios disponíveis recomendamos vivamente as jantes de maiores dimensões que ajudam a dar um ar ainda mais musculado.</p>
<p>Apesar de manter o pragmatismo de antes, a verdade é que a carrinha Megane afastou-se do conceito puro e duro de carrinha para se aproximar mais de um híbrido que mistura as capacidades familiares com um acento desportivo.</p>
<p>Acento esse dado pelo estilo musculado que já referimos, pelo comportamento apesar de continuar a usar um eixo semi-rígido contra os sistemas independentes de alguns rivais e por um ou outro pormenor menos evidente. O primeiro deles está no nome: Mégane Sport Tourer.</p>
<p>Depois, encontramos diferenças na capacidade da mala – agora com 491 litros, menos 20 litros que o anterior modelo – no arranjo interior, com um painel de instrumentos arrojado que mistura digital com analógico, na posição de condução e no conforto.</p>
<p>Neste último aspecto fiquem tranquilos, pois o Megane não deixou de ser um dos mais confortáveis carros do segmento. Está só um bocadinho mais duro que o habitual.</p>
<p><strong><img class="size-full wp-image-1686 alignright" title="20441_HD_REN2009_Meganetomtom_9E83BDB7" src="http://carandblog.wordpress.com/files/2009/09/20441_hd_ren2009_meganetomtom_9e83bdb7.jpg" alt="20441_HD_REN2009_Meganetomtom_9E83BDB7" width="281" height="162" />Forma e função e mais qualidade</strong></p>
<p>Muitas vezes a forma não cede à função, mas no caso do Megane Sport Tourer o estilo forte e musculado não impede que possamos transportar a tralha da família e até elementos mais compridos, graças ao rebatimento do banco traseiro na tradicional proporção 60/40. E convenhamos que os quase 500 litros de bagageira são mais que suficientes, pois se quiser mais terá de optar por um furgão…</p>
<p>Espaço para cinco pessoas também não falta e a única crítica a fazer a este estilo, quase nos atrevemos a dizer, radical é a falta de visibilidade para trás. A linha de cintura muito elevada obriga a “fechar” muito o último terço da parte lateral, pelo que recomendamos vivamente que gaste uns euros a comprar os sensores de estacionamento. Verá que fica mais barato que passar a vida a reparar a carroçaria…</p>
<p>Claro avanço deste Megane Sport Tourer é na qualidade. O interior está muito mais bem construído agora que anteriormente e não há, praticamente, falhas na montagem. A posição de condução também melhorou e com a multiplicidade de ajustes de volante e banco, é fácil ficar confortável e com tudo à mão, sentados em frente do volante. A mistura analógica/digital é do mais belo efeito, mas a Renault podia ter oferecido uma regulação da luminosidade do elemento central à parte, pois é demasiado brilhante à noite. Tudo o resto está muito bem arrumado e, sobretudo, com gosto. Ah! e já temos direito a travão de mão eléctrico.</p>
<p>Coisa que também não falta dentro do Megane Sport Tourer são espaços de arrumação, embora as bolsas das portas tenham parecido ser pequenas.</p>
<p>Os níveis de equipamento receberam também um reforço, mas para ter uma Megane Sport Tourer idêntica à das imagens, terá de abrir um pouco os cordões à bolsa. Os bancos em pele custa 1000 euros, o sistema de acesso mão livres com cartão fica-se pelos 300 euros, o travão de mão automático é seu por 200 euros, para o rádio com bluetooth terá de gastar 600 euros e para o sistema de navegação TomTom, 490 euros. Os referidos sensores de estacionamento trazem agarrados a monitorização da pressão dos pneus pelo que custam 500 euros. E como sempre, a pintura metalizada é paga à parte: 390 euros.</p>
<p>Deverá ainda acrescentar o suplemento para o ar condicionado automático (300 euros) e mais 900 euros para ter os plásticos no párachoques dianteiro e traseiro e nas embaladeiras.</p>
<p>Contas feitas, este Megane SportTourer Dynamique 1.5 dCi custa 30.630 euros. E sem as jantes de 17 polegadas, que custam mais 290 euros.</p>
<p><strong>Forte dinâmica</strong></p>
<p>Apesar de utilizar uma suspensão de eixo semi-rígido atrás, a verdade é que o equilíbrio geral do Megane Sport Tourer é muito bom e isso verifica-se quando andamos em estradas com curvas de apoio ou então em áreas mais sinuosas. Apesar do ESP de série – e um bocadinho castrador – a verdade é que é preciso muito abuso para o fazer trabalhar. Um bom sinal para um automóvel que se quer necessariamente familiar.</p>
<p>Não sendo um motor carregado de potência e binário (apesar dos 5 CV extra desta nova versão), a verdade é quem o bloco que equipa este Megane Sport Tourer acaba por ser agradável. Não dá para “picanços” mas não fica mal na comparação com modelos com maior cilindrada. Os 110 CV são suficientes para velocidades de cruzeiro razoáveis (e bem acima do limite legal…) mas com uma enorme vantagem: o consumo. Este bloco de 1.5 litros é um verdadeiro pisco e mesmo abusando dele sem dó nem piedade as cifras de consumo passam dos 7,5 litros. Mesmo um Algarve-Lisboa feito com o “cruise-control” fixo nos 150 km/h desafinou o Megane Sport Tourer que, contas feitas, gastou 7 litros por cada 100 quilómetros.</p>
<p>Se formos “jeitosinhos” com o acelerador e fizermos as passagens da bem escalonada caixa de 6 velocidades quando nos é indicado (através de um avisador colocado dentro do conta rotações) então conseguimos um verdadeiro milagre que foi gastar apenas 5,9 litros por cada 100 km.</p>
<p>Fomos tão jeitosos que a autonomia deste Megane Sport Tourer chegou aos 870 quilómetros, um percurso com 350 quilómetros de autoestrada, otro tanto em estrada e o restante em cidade. Já fez as contas? É verdade, uma média de 6,8 litros. Ou seja, pode fazer um Lisboa-Algarve e regresso com apenas um depósito!</p>

<p>Agora é oficial, o Renault <a title="Renault Fluence" href="http://blogcarro.wordpress.com/2009/08/31/renault-fluence-ou-proximo-megane-brasileiro/">Fluence</a> da foto acima será o próximo Megane no Brasil. A informação foi revelada hoje por executivos da marca francesa no Salão de Frankfurt.</p>
<p>O carro será produzido na Argentina e deve chegar ao Brasil até o final de 2011. O carro foi desenvolvido especialmente para os mercados emergentes. E além do país vizinho ele será montado também na Turquia e Rússia.</p>
