Tive que me virar com o espanhol do site: quis um alojamiento y desayuno, o que suponho ser um lugar para dormir e café da manhã.

Hora do pagamento. Me deram o preço em dólar!

Estranho.

Estou com medo de ter algum Setor Hoteleiro Sul na cidade de Brasília, Florida.

No matter how excited mountain residents are to see the first blanket of snow drape the jagged peaks with a soft winter coat, many are ready for a break from the short, cold days by mid-winter. Come January or February, after frequent storms have battered the psyche, many are dreaming of sunny, warm beaches and thoughts naturally turn to our neighbor to the south, Mexico.

Popular destinations for Lake Tahoe residents are Cabo San Lucas and other parts of Mexico. Zihuatanejo may not be the first place people think of but it has a lot to offer, including consistent temperatures, abundant activities and a laid back feel. When you throw in nearby Ixtapa (5 km from Zihuatanejo), with its active nightlife and manicured grounds, there is something for everyone.

The high season in Zihuatanejo is November to April, when the rains cease and the temperatures are consistently in the low 90s and the ocean water is in the high 80s. Sunny skies prevail and each day the sun rises over the cloudless, calm, blue waters of Bahia de Zihuatanejo (Zihuatanejo Bay).

Zihuatanejo was a sleepy fishing village, most famous as the long-dreamed of escape of Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins in The Shawshank Redemption. When the planned resort community of Ixtapa was built in the 1970s, Zihuatanejo’s popularity boomed. It still retains its simple fishing heritage in the downtown core, with its bricked streets and walkways, chock full of eateries, internet cafes and Mexican artisan crafts, though the town has sprawled significantly from the core.

The local fishing fleet is still based out of downtown and a nearby pier provides access to water taxis that provide transportation for 35 pesos to Playa las Gatas (so named for the nurse sharks that used to swim these waters) on the other side of the bay, which offers excellent snorkeling around a protective reef. The pier is also utilized by cruise ships, which currently pull in every few days and offer shore excursions to Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. Sport fishing for marlin, sailfish, mahimahi and tuna, which is very popular around Zihuatanejo, may be arranged at the pier, or any of the hotels will be happy to arrange trips.

There are numerous places to stay in downtown Zihuatanejo, nearby Playa la Ropa, and up a hill in Puerto Mio. There are many boutique hotels and numerous time-share exchanges through Raintree or RCI. Puerto Mio offers the advantage of being within walking distance of the town plaza, while Playa la Ropa (named for silk cloths that washed ashore one time when a Chinese ship wrecked off shore), while technically walkable, would likely involve more taxi rides.  Playa la Ropa is ground zero for water-based activities such as para-sailing and banana boat rides.

Being close to the plaza is a benefit if you enjoy mixing with the locals as there are activities going on almost every night. Every Sunday is Social Sunday, with live music, food stalls and kids running around after clowns in the basketball court.  Parades, plays, volleyball and basketball games can be found on other nights, when the locals come out to enjoy the cool of the evening.

Ixtapa, filled with luxury resorts, night clubs and restaurants appeals to those who prefer a more pristine, upscale experience and several off the resorts, such as Melia and Club Med, offer an all-inclusive package, which is perfect for families. Resorts in Ixtapa tend to offer many amenities, such as conference center, business center, multiple pools, children’s activities, and all kinds of water toys.

One of the best activities in Ixtapa is a short excursion to Isla Ixtapa, a small island off the north end of Ixtapa. A public pier offers water taxis for 35 pesos (US$2.75), and stops at 2 different beaches. The first, directly across from Ixtapa is a good swimming beach. The second stop, around the side of the island not visible from Ixtapa, is a good snorkeling beach, but an even better snorkeling experience can be found by walking a few steps across a spit of land to a bay that is completely hidden from view from the mainland. The snorkeling here is the best in the area, and the freshly grilled lobster is indescribably delicious. Massages on tables set up under the palm trees are available for 200 pesos (US$15). The 15 minute bus ride between Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo is 9 pesos (US$0.70).

Currently the only US carriers flying into Zihautanejo/Ixtapa are Alaska Airlines, US Air and Continental. The most convenient for Reno travelers are flights on Alaska Airlines, routing through Los Angeles, and US Airways connecting through Phoenix. Bay Area travelers will probably find Alaska Airlines the most convenient, connecting through Los Angeles.  United loyalists will soon have more options as Continental is joining United and US Airways in the Star Alliance.

Não tem muita explicação pra noite doida que foi ontem. Passei o sábado dentro de casa. Ficar dentro de casa, em Brasília, com esse sol..é pedir pra ficar se lamentando por não estar na beira da praia. Lá pelas tantas, Claudinha manda msg dizendo que vai pro bar. Tércia e eu nos mandamos!

Chegamos lá…nada de dona Claudia! Ok, ok…”traz uma Original”. O tempo passa. “Mais uma Original”… O bar era uma delícia, gente bonita, nós duas solteiras…

- Nossa, que carinha bonito. Mas não me olha.

- Aquele amigo dele também é uma graça. Mas também não olha.

Lááááá no finaaaaaaaal da noite (deles), eles pedem o telefone. E…vão embora. Como assim???? Como assim????

**PRIMEIRA CONSTATAÇÃO DA NOITE: “minha maquiagem não funciona como antes. Colocar mais sombra”.

Depois, segue a nossa noite…tem muito carinha bonito nessa Brasília, mas muito estranho também. Um deles, ficou a noite toda em cima de uma amiga minha…depois, foi embora.

**SEGUNDA CONSTATAÇÃO DA NOITE: “nem tudo o que parece, é. O menino lindo não gosta de menina”.

Segue o baile..meu telefone toca. Uhuuuuuuu! O paquerinha eterno e lindo. Logo em seguida, toca de novo. O ex-paquerinha eterno em depressão porque a namorada chifrou ele. Vai a Galega, amiga dele, consolá-lo. O outro paquerinha se irrita e dá tchau.

**TERCEIRA CONSTATAÇÃO DA NOITE, E MAIS IMPORTANTE: “se beber, desligue o celular. Evita que a noite seja um desastre”.

Pra fechar, eu, com uma fome do cão, louca por um kibe, e as gurias pedem CARPACCIO! C-A-R-P-A-C-C-I-O! Quem, em sã consciência, num boteco, pede carpaccio????

Diante disso tudo, eu só digo uma coisa:

Untuk 3 bengkel yang dirancang selepas ini Melia memberikan harga istimewa kepada MAC. Ini adalah satu usaha Tanggungjawab Sosial Korporat (CSR) mereka kepada badan bukan kerajaan dan sebagai tanda sokongan kepada kerja-kerja HIV/AIDS di Malaysia. Saya tidak akan menyatakan berapakah sumbangan mereka dari sudut wang ringgit tetapi saya ingin hargai sumbangan mereka dari sudut nilai kepada komuniti.

Kebanyakan penaja tidak nampak nilai sumbangan mereka kepada komuniti. Mereka tidak nampak betapa sumbangan mereka sangat bererti kepada komuniti. Bagi kami yang mengendalikan latihan untuk komuniti, hanya Tuhan yang tahu betapa susahnya kami mencari tempat latihan yang sesuai. Bila dah jumpa, bajet pula tak cukup. Bila cari tempat yang menepati bajet, ada sahaja yang tidak kena. Untuk mendapat kedua-duanya sangat sukar. Tempat latihan yang selesa (tidak perlu mewah), makanan yang sedap (tidak perlu marvellous) dan fasiliti latihan yang mencukupi (tidak perlu state of the art) merupakan cabaran yang besar, Kerana itu bila Melia menawarkan kemudahan latihan mereka dengan bajet yang bersusuaian, ianya merupakan satu rahmat. Hanya mereka yang mengalaminya sahaja akan faham bagaimana saya sangat bersyukur ditemukan dengan orang yang baik-baik dan sentiasa bersedia menyumbang untuk pendidikan HIV/AIDS.

Saya di Melia hari ini memantau Bengkel Training of Trainers untuk HIV/AIDS di Tempat Kerja. Bengkel yang lebih kepada memahami isu-isu di tempat kerja ini juga merupakan bengkel teknikal membina modul untuk menyampaikan isu-isu di tempat kerja dengan menggunakan pendekatan aktiviti dan penglibatan peserta.

Perjuangan menggubal dasar dan polisi untuk HIV/AIDS di tempat kerja perlu dilakukan oleh pelbagai pihak. Latihan merupakan antara unsur terpenting. Selain itu MAC juga mewujudkan Malaysian Business Coalition on AIDS (MBCA) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) untuk menyokong usaha penerapan dasar dan polisi di tempat kerja, supaya mereka yang positif bebas dari belenggu stigma dan diskriminasi.

Apa pun, perjalanan masih lagi panjang. Ini merupakan marathon, bukannya lari pecut. Doakan saya punya kesabaran untuk mengharungi perjalanan panjang ini.

Comentario: Bali, ¿suena exótico verdad? la primera imagen que se te viene a la cabeza cuando hablas de esta maravillosa isla es quizás las típicas playas de aguas cristalinas, los pareos, las coronas de flores… Pues bien, Bali es todo eso y mucho más.
Desde España, a no ser que haya algún vuelo chárter que lo dudo, tendrás que volar de Madrid a Bangkok (Tailandia), con la compañía Thai Airways que tiene vuelo directo. Hace un tiempo era un vuelo con escala técnica en Roma pero desde hace unos años ni siquiera eso. Tendrás que echar algo de paciencia si no te gusta volar porque suelen ser unas 12 horas de ida y unas 13 horas de vuelta, a lo que hay que sumar el vuelo Bangkok-Bali (Denpasar) que son unas 4 horas y media.
Cuando llegas la primera sensación es quizás la de agobio por la humedad que hace, nosotros estuvimos en Junio y os puedo asegurar que mucha pero quizás algo menos que en Tailandia. Antes de recoger las maletas tienes que abonar el equivalente a unos diez dólares en su día (no sé si ha subido desde entonces) en concepto de visado de entrada en el país. Una vez que pasas todos los trámites burocráticos puedes recoger las maletas en la cinta y en escasos minutos tienes a tu guía esperándote. Por cierto, es muy común que muchas de las personas que están en el aeropuerto se ofrezcan a ayudarte con el equipaje a cambio de una propina.
Nosotros viajábamos con El Corte Inglés que tiene una compañía que les trabaja como receptivo en la Isla (de hecho había una señora de Barcelona trabajando allí). Nuestro guía (creo recordar que se llamaba Karsa o algo así) venía acompañado de un chófer y era exclusivamente para nosotros. Podías adelantar o retrasar relativamente los horarios y las paradas de las excursiones tantas veces como quisieras. Son extremadamente amables y serviciales.
Una vez que nos recogieron partimos rumbo a Nusa Dua, parte sur de la isla. Bali es tan solo un pequeño punto en el mapa de Indonesia, que lo conforman cientos de pequeñas islitas, entre las que siempre ha destacado Bali por su belleza, sus playas y sus gentes. Indonesia ofrece una amplia gama de culturas y religiones. Bali por ejemplo es hinduista pero si pegas un salto a la isla vecina de Java verás rápidamente como la inmensa mayoría de la sociedad es musulmana.

Después de un breve paseo sin perdernos detalles de la isla y de recorrer pequeñas carreteras comarcales llenas de motoristas en scooter, llegamos a Nusa Dua. Es una zona ciertamente turística, llena de hoteles de lujo y playas tranquilas. A la entrada del hotel siempre tienes o bien a unas bailarinas balinesas o bien al portero que te dará la bienvenida con el típico saludo/reverencia. Como no podía de ser de otra manera, el hotel está acorde con el tipo de construcción de la isla: edificios no muy altos llenos de madera, zonas verdes y muchas áreas al aire libre.
Mientras hacíamos el check-in nos sentaron en el hall, nos ofrecieron una copa de bienvenida y nos dieron unos regalitos ya que íbamos de luna de miel. Creo recordar que unas flores talladas a mano, junto con un marco de bambú muy bonito y algún otro detalle más que no logro recordar.

Nos acompañaron hasta la habitación por una parte el mozo de equipajes que nos llevaba las maletas y por otra parte una persona del hotel, creo que la Relaciones Públicas. La habitación era tal y como la esperábamos: un dúplex con salón, terraza y cuarto de baño en la planta baja y dormitorio y baño en la planta alta. Todo el suelo de madera típica del lugar y la cama tenía un dosel con mosquitera que le daba un toque muy exótico. Creo recordar que la habitación que nos asignaron era una Junior Suite ya que era el acuerdo que tenía Viajes El Corte Inglés con Sol Meliá para los viajes de luna de miel.
Nosotros combinamos Bangkok y Bali, pensando en el barullo de Tailandia con sus compras, sus monumentos, etc.. y la tranquilidad y la playa de Bali. Pero cierto es que quizás visitamos más cosas todavía en Bali que en Bangkok.
Un día lo dedicamos a visitas culturales tales como el Templo de los Monos (Alas Kedaton), las fábricas de Batik (material muy típico de Bali, hecho a mano), varios templos y por último la puesta de sol junto al Templo de Tanah Lot. Todos merecen la pena, pero eso sí, no compares con los templos de Tailandia porque no tienen absolutamente nada que ver. Tailandia es más ostentosa, se trata de edificaciones grandes, con cúpulas doradas y llenos de miles de colores. Bali es más piedra, madera y muchos templos que juegan con la naturaleza y las zonas al aire libre.
Evidentemente Bali también es sinónimo de compras, quizás algo más cara que Tailandia pero en comparación con los precios de las marcas en España sigue siendo barata. Puedes encontrar desde la artesanía local hasta las grandes marcas internacionales a precios de risa. Un ejemplo son las camisas de Polo Ralph Lauren en tiendas oficiales (no imitación) por unos 20 euros cada una cuando aquí raramente bajan de los 100 euros. A mí quizás lo que más me gustó fueron las pinturas. De hecho los cuadros que tengo en mi salón son de Bali. Obviamente no hace falta que os diga que el regateo es fundamental. Los 3 cuadros que compré son bastante grandes y ocupan casi la pared completa para que os hagáis una idea. Me pedían 360 euros por los 3 y finalmente los saqué por 60 euros, una pasada!!
La moneda local es la Rupia y las cantidades siempre asustan porque tienen muchos ceros pero cuando haces el cambio se queda en nada. En general todo es bastante barato, excepto la artesanía local.
En la zona de Jimbarán (a unos 20 minutos en coche del hotel) hay muchas tiendas y zonas comerciales donde perderte durante horas y horas. No te preocupes por los precios de los taxis porque no son nada caros pero es importante que los negocies antes de subirte. Por el idioma no hay problema porque si no tu no hablas Inglés, ellos tampoco. Normalmente con una calculadora en la mano, todo el mundo te entiende. En las zonas comerciales algunos chapurrean algo de Español.
Si quieres aprovechar a fondo tu estancia en la isla de Bali, no puedes dejar de contratar la excursión de la isla de Java. Con El Corte Inglés solía costar unos 200 euros por persona (creo recordar) pero merece la pena. Sales muy temprano para coger el primer vuelo de la mañana que sale desde la terminal de vuelos domésticos del aeropuerto de Denpasar (capital de Bali). Por cierto, nada que ver con la terminal internacional, es bastante penosa, pobre pero eso sí llena de tiendas donde seguir comprando. Los vuelos los anunciaban con una especie de carrito donde colocaban las letras que iban cambiando según el vuelo, bastante gracioso!!
Una vez que llegamos a Jogyakarta (segunda ciudad más importante de la isla de Java) nos esperaba nuestro chófer y nuestro guía, hablando un español casi perfecto. Desde el primer momento puedes observar cómo cambia el panorama: las mujeres llevan todas el típico velo de la cultura musulmana. El vuelo duró una hora más o menos.
Los templos que vimos en la isla fueron varios: Prambanan y Borobudur entre otras muchas cosas. Este último es realmente impresionante. Según me explicaron era una isla muy visitada antes por europeos (ingleses, alemanes, españoles, italianos…) pero desde el terremoto de hace unos años las visitas cayeron en picado. Es una isla muy pobre pero con un encanto especial. Está prácticamente vacía de turistas y menos aún occidentales. Podías encontrar algún coreano, chino, japonés, hindú, australiano y algún que otro ruso forrado de pasta. De hecho un grupo de niñas de un colegio que se encontraban de excursión nos pidieron a mi mujer y a mí que por favor nos hiciéramos una foto con ellas porque no era muy común encontrarse “gente como nosotros” en aquella zona, en fin toda una aventura…
La comida en Bali es muy diferente a la nuestra. Suele ser bastante picante, con salsas que desprenden fuertes olores y siempre acompañada de arroz, pero una vez que te acostumbras no tienes ningún problema. La base del plato solía ser siempre una hoja verde grande que daba un toque exótico a la preparación. Lo que más recuerdo son el Satay (carne a la parrilla) con salsa de cacahuete y el arroz de guarnición.
Durante el viaje conocimos a una pareja de Sevilla que también iba de viaje de novios y quedamos para cenar con ellos en la zona de Jimbarán. Pregunté en Recepción por algún restaurante, pero tan solo para confirmar porque ya tenía referencias por unos chicos que conocimos en la piscina, de un restaurante llamado Santi. Yo estaba antojado de cenar en la playa y cuando digo en la playa quiero decir sobre la arena de la playa y así fue. Nos recogieron en el hotel, en un coche (que ponía el restaurante sin coste adicional), pasamos por el hotel de esta pareja y nos dirigimos al restaurante. Cuando llegamos teníamos la mesa preparada tal y como la había pedido. El mobiliario era de teka macica haciendo juego con el resto de las instalaciones. Como estábamos en plena costa, decidimos pedir una mariscada para 4 personas. En plena cena, se nos presentaron un pequeño grupo que cantaba canciones alrededor de las mesas, al más puro estilo mariachi. En cuanto nos vieron las caras la pregunta fue rápida “where are you from, Italy or Spain?. En cuanto le dijimos que éramos españoles sacaron el repertorio que tenían que era increíble… Cantaban en un español perfecto canciones de Maná, Santana e incluso Mecano. ¿Os imagináis la estampa?: Noche estrellada, una buena mariscada, las olas rompiendo a escasos metros de nuestra mesa, un buen vino y la mejor compañía, y encima por tan solo 22 euros por persona… Son momentos que no se te olvidan en la vida…

Con tanto hablar de la isla, me he dejado el hotel un poco de lado. Tan solo resumir diciendo que el hotel está renovado (hay cosas que se notan que son antiguas). El servicio es bueno y amable. Las zonas comunes son realmente bonitas, sobre todo por la vegetación. El Spa es de visita obligada y las comidas no están mal (llevábamos media pensión). La playa está bien solo que el agua no suele cubrir mucho y tienes que andar bastante, pero siempre cristalina. Os recomiendo que os deis un masaje en una de las típicas camas balinesas que tienen en los jardines.
Lo más normal en el hotel es cruzarse con japoneses que se casan por el rito balinés en la playa y después los ves como dos muñecos de tarta de novios de un lado para otro haciéndose fotos.
La zona está muy controlada y es infinitamente segura, de hecho no dejan a los vendedores ambulantes (que son muchos) acercarse a la zona de hamacas de los clientes del hotel para que no les molesten. Hay un puesto de policía a pocos metros del hotel (si miras al mar hacia la derecha). En la misma playa te venden relojes de imitación, pulseras, collares, gafas… de todo.

Lo Mejor: zonas comunes, playa “privada” y la amplitud de la habitación
Lo Peor: que no hubieran puesto ningún detalle especial en la habitación por ser luna de miel (pues lo típico: agua y fruta, bombones, unos pétalos de rosa encima de la cama…)

Di bagian ini anda akan mengetahui lebih detail tentang Marketing Plan atau biasa juga disebut sebagai Sistem Kompensasi (Compensation Plan) atau Rencana Pengembangan Usaha (RPU), atau Bonus. Namun pada intinya semua istilah tersebut mengacu kepada satu hal saja yaitu PENGHASILAN UNTUK ANDA.

Di sini sistem bonusnya “terlalu sederhana” sehingga perusahaan benar-benar beroperasi pada margin yang ketat karena sebagian besar keuntungan perusahaan diberikan kepada membernya.

Seperti yang anda telah ketahui di sini anda hanya mengeluarkan investasi SATU KALI SAJA yaitu pada saat anda bergabung. Biayanya pun sangat terjangkau yaitu sebesar Rp.580.000 saja, masih dibawah UMR rata-rata Indonesia. Investasi tersebut adalah untuk:

Anda bisa memilih produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anda tapi kami pastikan produk apapun yang anda pilih itu pasti sangat bermanfaat untuk anda dan orang-orang yang anda cintai. Setelah bergabung maka pekerjaan selanjutnya adalah mengembangkan dan membina jaringan. Ingat anda bekerja menciptakan jaringan sebagai asset. Pada saatnya nanti asset ini yang akan bekerja mencipatkan penghasilan untuk anda. Pengembangan jaringan di bisnis MNI ini menggunakan kombinasi sistem binary dua kaki dan sistem unilevel. Keunggulan dari gabungan sistem ini adalah anda tidak perlu lagi memikirkan masalah omzet bulanan (pembelanjaan ulang, atau di MLM lain biasa dikenal tutup poin, TUPO), karena sistem bisnis MNI sudah menyediakan mekanisme otomatis untuk itu (akan dijelaskan lebih rinci di bawah).

Transaksi jual beli produk di MNI berjalan secara otomatis karena pembelian produk (perdana) sudah disatukan dengan paket pendaftaran. Demikian juga pembelanjaan ulang bulanan (repeat order) sudah ada mekanismenya secara otomatis dan diproses oleh perusahaan tanpa merepotkan member. Meski member bisa saja melakukan pembelian secara manual jika membutuhkan tambahan stok produk.

Dan inilah bagaimana penghasilan anda tercipta dari bisnis bersama MNI ini. Ingat sistemnya begitu simpel dan mudah dimengerti. Disini hanya ada 3 jenis bonus untuk anda yang dibayar tanpa syarat peringkat, tanpa syarat TUPO dan tanpa syarat omzet group. Di MNI anda hanya perlu mengembangkan 2 kaki untuk setiap unit, tetapi kedua kaki tersebut tidak perlu harus seimbang untuk memperoleh bonus. Kalaupun yang berkembang hanya satu kaki, anda tetap berpeluang dapat bonus. Kalau ada orang ke-3, ke-4 dst yang anda sponsori, anda harus menempatkannya di bawah downline anda (karena anda hanya dizinkan mempunyai 2 frontline saja) dikenal dengan istilah SPILLOVER atau menempatkan seseorang di bawah downline kita. Tetapi bonus sponsoring TETAP menjadi hak anda.

Dengan sistem seperti ini, maka mekanisme SPILLOVER akan lebih memungkinkan terjadi dibandingkan dengan “janji” spillover di MLM yang memakai sistem matahari (banyak kaki). Untuk catatan salah satu keuntungan dari adanya spillover ini adalah terciptanya kerjasama team yang sangat baik. Sebab ketika upline memberi bantuan kepada downline dalam mengembangkan jaringan sehingga downline akan terpacu untuk segera mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Bonus Sponsoring ini tanpa batasan level dan jumlah nominalnya (unlimited). Artinya di level manapun downline baru anda tempatkan di bawah jaringan anda, bonus tetap dibayarkan kepada anda sebagai orang yang mensponsori. Demikian juga dengan jumlah nominal bonus yang akan diperoleh tidak dibatasi.

Jika anda berpikir di beberapa MLM lain juga ada bonus seperti ini, lalu apa bedanya dengan MNI? Di MNI, bonus ini dibayar harian. Jika misalnya Anda mendaftarkan si A hari ini, maka besok perusahaan sudah mentransfer bonus anda LANGSUNG ke rekening Anda. Proses ini semuanya berlangsung online karena MNI sudah didukung dengan sistem IT yang canggih. Bahkan jika anda mendaftarkan nomor HP anda di awal bergabung maka secara otomatis perusahaan akan mengirim SMS pemberitahuan kalau bonus tersebut sudah dibayarkan ke rekening bank anda.

Bonus ini anda dapatkan langsung TANPA SYARAT APAPUN. Kalau di SISTEM MLM lain, anda harus tutup poin dulu baru bonus dibayarkan dan itu baru anda terima di atas tanggal 15 atau tanggal 20 bulan berikutnya.

Inilah poin-poin pokok keunggulan Bonus Leadership di MNI

Bonus Unilevel anda peroleh apabila dana Automaintain anda mencapai Rp 750.000,- yang dikumpulkan dari tanggal 1 s/d akhir bulan. Besarnya Bonus Unilevel adalah Rp 21.000 untuk setiap downline jaringan anda sampai 11 level ke bawah (compressed). Jumlah bonus unilevel per bulan dihitung dengan rumus:

Jumlah pembelanjaan (atau dana automaintain) tiap unit di bawah Anda dibagi 750.000 lalu dikalikan Rp 21.000,- sampai bertemu sebanyak 11 kali yang mencapai pembelanjaan Rp 750.000,- kemudian semua hasil perhitungan tersebut dijumlahkan.

Apa itu dana Automaintain?? Dana Automaintain adalah dana yang anda simpan sementara untuk nanti anda gunakan membeli produk (belanja bulanan / repeat order).

Sistem automaintain ini merupakan TEROBOSAN SPEKTAKULER untuk mengatasi kesulitan distributor di perusahaan MLM lain yang diwajibkan tutup poin setiap bulan untuk mendapatkan bonus. Seringkali terjadi distributor MLM membeli produk senilai poin yang diwajibkan dengan harapan akan memperoleh bonus dari pembelanjaan jaringannya pada bulan berikut. Tetapi dia tidak tahu berapa sebenarnya bonusnya nanti, karena dia belum bisa mengeceknya sebelum perusahaan mengeluarkan bonus statement. Bila ternyata bonusnya lebih kecil dari biaya belanja tutup poin (karena banyak downlinenya yang tidak aktif dan tidak melakukan tutup poin pada bulan ybs), tentu dia akan menderita kerugian karena pengeluarannya lebih besar dari bonusnya.

Dari mana dana Automaintain itu berasal? Bonus Sponsoring dan Leadership di atas, tidak langsung ditransfer semuanya ke rekening anda, hanya 70% saja. Sisanya, 30% akan disimpan sebagai tabungan sementara dengan jumlah maksimum sampai dengan Rp 750.000 dalam satu bulan. Apabila pada tanggal 20 misalnya anda sudah mencapai Automaintain Rp 750.000, maka bonus tgl 21 dst sampai akhir bulan (bila ada) akan ditransfer 100%.

Bonus Unilevel akan dibayarkan tanggal 20 bulan berikutnya, langsung ditransfer ke rekening anda, sedangkan dana Automaintain Rp 750.000,- tadi anda peroleh dalam bentuk produk yang harus anda ambil dari stokis terdekat (inilah belanja bulanan anda). Dengan perhitungan 11 level compressed, potensi bonus unilevel adalah sebesar Rp 85.974.000,- per unit.

La cadena Sol Meliá y la ONG Intermón Oxfam firmaron hoy en Barcelona un acuerdo de colaboración para poner en marcha una serie de iniciativas conjuntas para promover el consumo de productos de comercio justo y llevar a cabo acciones humanitarias.

El comercio de este tipo de productos garantiza que se ha producido en condiciones dignas y comprado a un precio justo, que cubre de manera estable los gastos de producción. Además, deja un margen para la inversión en proyectos de la comunidad de los productores, como puede ser la construcción de escuelas y hospitales o de centros de formación profesional.

Actualmente es posible certificar productos como el café, el cacao, el azúcar, el té, la miel, las flores, el arroz, balones de deporte, especies, algodón, fruta fresca, frutos secos, bananas, vino o zumos de fruta.

El acuerdo fue rubricado por la directora general de Intermón Oxfam, Ariane Arpa, y el vicepresidente de Sol Meliá, Sebastián Escarrer, en un acto celebrado en el hotel Meliá Barcelona, establecimiento que ha colaborado con anterioridad con Intermón Oxfam a través de la donación del 10 por ciento de la recaudación de las cenas de Navidad organizadas en 2008.

Según los términos del convenio, Sol Meliá colaborará con la ONG a través de la adquisición de productos de comercio justo para sus establecimientos, así como la sensibilización de esta actividad entre sus clientes.

Por otro lado, ambas entidades acordaron aunar los esfuerzos que ya realizan por separado en el ámbito de atención a personas en situaciones de catástrofe, iniciando una colaboración en aquellos países en los que la hotelera se encuentra presente y donde la ONG atienda emergencias de acción humanitaria.

El desarrollo de estas líneas de actuación será evaluado por el grupo de trabajo, seguimiento y ejecución que han creado Sol Meliá e Intermón Oxfam en virtud de este acuerdo, y que se reunirá, al menos, cada tres meses.

Henry picked me up, and we chatted briefly about how hot it was outside, and about his getting Teresa addicted to JACK BAUER. Heard a Rich Mullins song on the radio – all I remember is that he died in some accident years ago. Talked to Chrystal at the church when things got less busy with the kids signing in (Amos / Nina / Emily / Gerard / Hannah / Amanda), and she can’t make it on Wednesday. That’s fine since I know her (good) reasons. Later, Auntie Rebecca commented on my “beautiful” selection of hats, and I chatted briefly with Margaret and Golden. Melia now knows about the Facebook photo with the whole VCEFC posse from last week; yup, there were lots of comments on that one!

Ian sang a lot of the DRAGON KNIGHTS theme song, and wanted his brother to fight – “my power is this number, and yours is this!” Haha. Sean wandered outside of the hall, drawn by the group of girls commenting on the Truth Scripts list, so I kept an eye on him. I answered the questions about who Alan Yu and Helen Lam were, and told them that they knew who Emily Lam was. They noticed Priscilla’s name on the list as well. We took Jesse and Meg home first; they live in the same building complex as Dave’s parents do! Good times.

I’m craving sushi, but I know I shouldn’t give in. I should just get some when I’m at Richmond Centre next, haha.

Henry picked me up this afternoon, and we spent a few minutes talking about his recent trip to Disneyland: his nieces definitely liked it, for sure! Got to Awana, where Chrystal said she couldn’t meet with me this week: fair enough! Melia said Vanessa would come by at 5:30, Jessica said that the park outing was next week, and I told Auntie Vivian that I wouldn’t be there two weeks from now because of the wedding. Of course she understands – I’ll be busy doing family stuff! When Vanessa got to the church, we left; talked about Angus / Mike / Emily in Las Vegas, gambling, heat, smoking / drinking, casinos not letting children in, the carpet difference between the hotel and the casino, Sean’s New York grad this upcoming week, and more. Saw a bunch of people (Christon, Vivian S., Gabriel, Karen, Lincoln, Eric, Jon, Harmony, Daniel, Michelle, Richie, Steph, Grandma) at the townhouse – poor Vanessa had an audience to watch her park on the lawn!

We had stuff from Steveston Pizza for dinner – of course, Steph had to order the Harmony Pizza! Jon and I amused ourselves by asking Grandma whether she’d like some pizza: of course not! We played the Spoons video for people, talked about wedding stuff, tried some Krispy Kremes and beer (LA FIN DU MONDE / German stuff / Thirsty Beaver’s Amber Ale / raspberry porter – Viv was NOT a fan!), and looked at a very special book. Eric asked whether I found my keys, and shook his head when I said that I’d found them at 3 AM, hidden by shirts and jackets on the chair behind me. Hey, it’s TRUE, man! I asked Jon about the Sunday Dinner, but he said that there was a dinner after the bridal shower tomorrow, and I should maybe go to that one… this was confirmed a few hours later by Holly getting my and Steph’s phone numbers from him, and calling Steph since I was there. We’re going, definitely! Christon then said that he didn’t know how much to buy if it was just him, Jon, Nate, and Jeremy for the Sunday Dinner!

I heard that Jeremy apparently dances like a 50-year-old… interesting, indeed. Gotta show HIM the poo calendar since I know he’ll enjoy it… and before HE goes all crazy on me, also! We got three salads with the pizza, and one had sauce which looked like poo. When Jon said something to me about brown sauce, I told him that it would actually be more like red sauce right now! He turned to Harmony and told her that this was how our family was – so true! I bet Myles would just be grossed out if Harmony or Holly said something like that to him, heh. After pizza, we all walked to Timothy’s Frozen Yogurt (peach / mango / mixed berry / white chocolate / raspberry) – I was okay with it, and saw a treehouse which matched the main house PERFECTLY!

There were a lot of people at the frozen yogurt place – Richie didn’t know I lived on my own (had a busy week with Calgary friends), and Christon asked me about books and such. Steph planned things accordingly, so that was good. Later, I got a ride home after my mom gave me some Gobstoppers – haven’t had them in forever! They used to sell them at a Heritage Village, but I bet that’s gone now. Spoons sounded very intense, so it was a good thing I didn’t play! Mom got back, and confused Twister with Spoons – we don’t want to know how she learned what “spooning” means! It was a pretty good night, so yay for that!

HA. I WAS RIGHT. I knew someone has been avoiding me, even couching the Wordscraper non-use in polite terms. Now he’s sent me an email since he thinks we need to seriously discuss / pray about my FB usage. Sure, I do use it a lot, and I could probably stand to cut it down. But he’s admitted openly to blocking me since he thinks I’m obsessing over him – AS IF! I really don’t think that’s the case at all – if anyone’s obsessive here, it’s him since he also openly admits to monitoring my FB usage towards him in the last few days. He thinks it’s disturbing; well, so do I when his behavior is directed at me! Especially if he thinks I need a psychiatrist / psychologist: shades of Randal and Korey thinking that I needed counselling last year!

I knew there was a reason why I don’t feel anything toward him anymore. Time to move on and find new people to sit with! Honestly, most other people haven’t complained about being tagged in the poo notes, or about SuperPokes. Yes, I do realize this takes up people’s news feeds, but it’s not like it’s JUST HIM! I tag 30 people in the poo notes each time, and SuperPoke ten times that number! Stupid men… since he admits to blocking me, I can now do the same to him without fear of consequence. I’ll avoid him, too… if I need to talk to anyone, I’ll talk to Eric about it instead. (so not mature, but meh…)

Judith L. added me to Facebook; I have no idea why, so I’ll ignore that. Interesting middle name, though: Felicetta. Steph called to randomly invite me to Spoons Night at 6 – I knew I’d heard Christon talking about it some time ago in the context of an Evite, so that at least is good. Vanessa will swing by the church and pick me and Melia up, which is better than getting Ada to drop me off. I still remember what her son Ian said about the Sikh temple the night of Vanessa H.’s birthday party in Steveston: “Are we still in Canada? Is that Disneyland?” HAHAHAHA, cute kids!

Jon and Harmony picked me up this morning, and Jon started telling her all this bad stuff in French. She didn’t like his jokes, but it was okay – at least I got her to sign the Father’s Day card I got for Dad. I’ll get Jon himself to sign it later, as he was driving / busy later. Saw the Janzens when we exited our car, and talked to them for a bit – the long weekend is a good time to come down and see Jeremy. Laura seemed to like the good space we have now in the building; I agree. Definitely an improvement over standing by the stairs before service and getting in everyone’s way who tried to go upstairs from the basement or vice versa!

Sat with Harmony, and then noticed Jonathan – chatted with him a bit about Coquitlam and such, then Melia asked me about some Sparks thing I’d never heard of. I seemed to remember the guest speaker from somewhere, and inwardly snarked at his pauses and fumbling. I know, not good… but I only had five hours’ sleep! Bantered with Calla, Raymond, Mike T., Eric M., and other people as well. Later, I talked to David (who IS on Facebook!) and Steven, then Joshua showed me his new bike – looking good there! Harmony held baby Gavin for a bit, but he wasn’t impressed!

Talked to Jen (who’s envious about Jon and Harmony’s honeymoon) and Sheena about yesterday, then actually set a date with Chrystal to hang out – yes, we’re looking forward to it! Jen says her cousin has a good idea for a registry – “sponsoring” them for certain events on the honeymoon, like a dinner or a massage. Good idea, since you are giving the couple something you KNOW they want! Learned that two of the toddlers are TWINS (by three minutes’ difference) – COOL! Talked to Hannah and Amanda’s mom Catherine, Eric T., Natalie, and others before finally going for lunch at the AIR-CONDITIONED old Green Village. Finally got home at 4 because my parents had to go see an open house.

My Bush Twins letter to the Obama girls PARODY just got mentioned in a press release from a really great comedy website, www.Dailycomedy.com Check it out. The video was made because I found the original to be a bit ridiculous considering the Bush twins never lived or grew up in the White House, and they said their dad had integrity and well he DOES NOT! I have gotten more hateful comments on this video than any other I have made, and I still love it! Thanks to Ray Ellin for the shout out on Daily Comedy!!!
