What follows is mainly a copy and paste of a comment I recently posted today on the Facebook wall of hypnotist Alan Whitton in reply to a comment made towards me by James Rolph aka James Tripp…

This may very well be my final ever attempt to HELP ALL UK HYPNOTIST’S AND THAT INCLUDES – Stage Hypnotists and also of course Street Hypnotists and even those magicians who want to LEGALLY add a little hypnosis to their acts whether stage or close-up…

 The stuff at above link is still only around 75% of what you all need to know to be legal, licensed, insured and OPERATE LAWFULLY as a stage and street hypnotist, indeed the Licensing Act 2003 (and other laws) have altered some of the above, some things are now easier and many are harder to do legally,

But and this is a big but if I ever decide to reveal on a large basis how to lawfully and legally do street & stage hypnosis 100% legally and insured in the present climate and based on current laws, I’d only ever do so for people who have first an understanding and acceptance of the information imparted above (ESPECIALLY THAT AT LINK NUMBER SIX)

To date I have only revealed that other 25% of information to my very high paying (and I mean high paying) personal one ot one students and those who I have advised for TV shows and such like.

But if I keep getting responses like this (from James Rolph/Tripp and others) then I most likely will never reveal the other 25% and to be honest its that 25% that makes the difference and that difference is being insured and legal as both a stage and even street (yes even on the street) hypnotist..

Currently I’d stake my life on it that no UK Street Hypnotist has the correct insurance, and I’d stake my life on it that they are currently (up to now at least) breaking the law in many manners….

If only they’d get a full understanding of THE FREE INSIGHT’S above, take it on board and then respect the fact that I am trying to help everyone in the industry then, well then I might seriously consider revealing that other 25%

- the 25% which would make you all insured, licensed and legal..

In otherwords the actions of some (James for example) are just convincing me more and more that I have been wasting my time trying to help everyone.

It also amazes me that despite the evidence I have put forward at the above links (read every word and also all of the comments I make after each of the postings) including letters from Local UK Councils, The Chairman of The Federation of Ethical Stage Hpynotists, Copies of actual Hypnosis Laws and much more, that many still are DENYING THE VERY REAL TRUTH of what I have stated and on many forums still INCORRECTLY feel that Street Hypnosis is Legal in UK

THE SIMPLE FACT IS – It’s not Legal in UK to do either Stage or Street Hypnosis anywhere without the correct License/Permission from Local Authority, Without having the correct insurance (and its very different for Street work than stage where insurance is concerned)…

THE TRUTH IS – That potentially breaking such laws and doing Street Hypnosis incorrectly could lead to you being found guilty of CRIMINAL ASSAULT and negligence..

It was my intention to perhaps explain this all further and in-depth so that everyone can put the information to use in order to operate LEGALLY and LAWFULLY at all times, however frankly why should I keep revealing all this information 100% FREE of any Charges, when it seems most are simply ignoring the very real truths that are in front of their face…     

BOTTOM LINE – THIS IS EVERYONE’S LAST CHANCE

I truly desire to help everyone involved in this industry operate in a 100% Legal & Lawful manner whereby (where legally required) they have in place all of the correct licenses/permissions, abvide by all relevant laws and health & safety best practice and are also insured for their activities.

Indeed on many levels the Legal (and other) information I have to impart is also relevant to Europe, America and Australia on some levels, yes indeed I want to help, but as Doctors often say YOU CAN’T HELP PEOPLE UNLESS THEY WANT TO BE HELPED…

Jag vet aldrig vad jag ska svara när folk frågar mig om jag känner någon som “lider av Aspergers syndrom”. Visserligen känner jag många som har asperger, men jag brukar inte fråga dem om de lider av det. Själv lider jag i alla fall inte av min asperger.

Det har varit svårt för mig att veta hur jag ska prata om asperger på något annat sätt än i form av “syndromet”. Å ena sidan vet jag att människor har behov av stöd och insatser, och då måste man ha en diagnos – men å andra sidan är asperger i mångt och mycket snarare ett sätt att fungera på än något funktionshinder. Från vårdens sida har man försökt att bena ut det, och i det tredje diagnoskriteriet slår man fast:

“Störningen orsakar kliniskt signifikant nedsättning av funktionsförmågan i arbete, socialt eller i andra viktiga avseenden.”

Det är alltså så att om man passar in på alla kriterier i övrigt, men inte egentligen har någon “nedsättning av funktionsförmågan” så kvalificerar man inte för diagnosen Aspergers syndrom. Massor av människor har en aspergerpersonlighet, men inte några större svårigheter – och de människorna får alltså inte heller någon diagnos.

Det här var en av de sakerna som kom upp igår, när jag lyssnade på Torbjörn Anderssons fenomenala föreläsning om “Radikala perspektiv på asperger och högfungerande autism”. Torbjörn använder nämligen ordet asperger i en vidare bemärkelse, och inte som en förkortning för Aspergers syndrom. Det han menar är snarare det som man kanske borde kalla aspergerpersonlighet; människor som fungerar på ett visst sätt – oavsett om de har en diagnos eller inte, och oavsett om de uppfyller det tredje diagnoskriteriet eller inte.

Att se asperger som en personlighetstyp istället för en störning är grundförutsättningen för att verkligen kunna prata om positiva sidor, möjligheter och begåvningar. Det gör det också möjligt att kunna diskutera aspergerdrag hos kända personer som inte fått någon formell diagnos: Albert Einstein, James Joyce, Charles Darwin, H.C. Anderssen, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Isaac Newton och Emily Dickinson levde alla på den tid då ingen diagnos fanns att ställa, och många av dem hade kanske inte heller tillräckligt för att få en diagnos – men det faktum att så många av de stora vetenskapsmännen, författarna, konstnärerna och kompositörerna i historien hade autistiska drag är ändå något som är värt att fundera över.

Problemet med att se autismspektrum ur ett strikt medicinskt perspektiv – som något som ofelbart är en störning och helst borde gå att förebygga eller bota – är att man direkt diskvalificerar alla som är “för duktiga” för att räknas in. Därmed förstör man möjligheten att se bakåt och upptäcka den autistiska historien, och man hindras också från att läsa in autistiska drag – eller bokstavsdrag generellt – i framgångsrika människor som lever idag: De är ju inte störda, de har ju inget handikapp, de är ju lyckade. Det är inget fel på dem…

Att diskutera varför en känd person gör si eller så, och säga “hon fick ett DAMP-ryck och skrev mästerverket på tre dygn”, eller “hans förmåga att föreläsa är verkligen autistisk!” är inte självklart smickrande, hur mycket jag än önskar det. Men Torbjörn Andersson har verkligen en autistisk förmåga – inte savant, men autistisk på så sätt att han vet vad han pratar om och att det är det han brinner för. Asperger är förmodligen ett av hans specialintressen, och det märks.

Jag vill att det ska gå att prata om asperger och ADHD som något mer än diagnoser, utan att för den skull förminska betydelsen av den hjälp man kan behöva. Jag vill att det ska vara självklart att det inte är något negativt att ha autistiska drag. Jag vill att folk slutar vara rädda för att stämplas som psykiskt sjuka, som störda, som handikappade. Eller som jag precis upptäckte att min kompis Jörgen hade skrivit på min Facebook:

“Autisten är guld värd, ty Au är ju den kemiska beteckningen för just guld”

Internalists think that justifiers for beliefs must be available to the subject. Pretend I think the president is in a secret bunker in Nevada, even though live TV reports place him in Washington DC. Cleary, I’m not justified in this belief because I have no evidence for it. Now pretend that the president is actually in Nevada and that my belief that he is there comes from a power of clairvoyance that I unknowingly have. The internalist would say that I am still not justiifed in believing that the president is in Nevada, because the reason or the evidence for this belief is not available to me. Sure, my clairvoyance would be a good reason to believe he was in Nevada, if I knew about that power of mine. But I don’t, and so have no reason to suppose my belief is accurate.

One challenge to this view is stored beliefs. It seems that some of our beliefs are justified though only in reference to stored beliefs that are not accessible to us all the time. I believe that I must breathe to live, but none of my other beliefs that support that belief are enter my consciousness at the time I entertain this belief. How then is such a belief — one that requires stored belief for support — justified? One answer is that as long as the beliefs are in the mind then they can justify, but this exposes a flaw for the internalist. If something just has to in the mind but not necessarily consciously available, then it seems that the motivation for being an internalist is dulled. The externalist says that things outside of consciousness make a difference to justification (the fact that I have clairvoyance above would be a justified whether or not I know about it). The internalist’s answer to the stored beliefs objection relies on something outside of consciousness, and so gives up the game. Yes, it’s true that the internalist is only appealing to non-conscious mental properties, but if the motivation for being an internalist has to do with conscious access, then it doesn’t seem to matter if something outside of consciousness is still in the mind, in the room, or in the whole world.

Without a response to the argument from stored beliefs, the door to some type of externalism seems open.

That would be a total income of: £19,700 from an average of just two sales at just £197 each per week (allowing for two no sale weeks)

 Consider that each 21 disc set requires 20 blank DVD-R discs and 1 blank CD-Rom disc to produce and that’s a total of 2,000 blank DVD-ROMs and 100 CD-ROMs required to manufacture and fulfill the orders. 

Using a site such as www.dvdshoponline.co.uk  (for this example – there are actually even cheaper sources) the DVD’s (which enable you to print direct onto the disc) would cost you £30 per 100 discs so for 2,000 DVD’S that’s a total of £600. 

Then you’d pay £10 for each 100 printable blank CD-ROM’s thus meaning that so far its cost you £610 to manufacture 100 sets of the entire package! 

Next you will need Two Ten Way DVD cases for each set and also one single DVD case for each set, a total of 200 ten way (£25 for 50 at example site shown) and 100 single DVD cases (£10 for 100 on example site) being required. 

That’s a total cost for cases for 100 sets of the package of: £110 thus bringing our running total so far to £720. 

Next each case will need a nice colour cover printing with each set needing three covers (as there are two ten way cases and a one single case) so that’s a total of 300 sheets of photo quality paper required and as 50 sheets costs £3-00 that’s a total of £18 for paper. 

Then there is ink which when you buy your ink cartridges cheap (via ebay etc) should cost you no more than the equivalent of 10p for each cover and lets say 5p max for each full colour DVD face which you print. So with 3 covers for each set and 21 discs that’s an ink cost for each set of £1-35 and a total cost of £135 to manufacture 100 sets. 

Finally you will need 100 large Padded jiffy envelopes to use sending the packages out to your customers which bought cheaply on net will cost you around 50p each so that’s a total of £50 to send out the 100 sets. 

And finally First Class or Airmail Postage to send out each package will need to be paid for so let’s say an average of £10 per set which is £1,000 to send out the example 100 sets being discussed here. In truth to send to UK they will be little more than £5 each first class but the rest allows for International postage costs. 

Add together the total of everything stated above and it comes to a figure of:£1923.

That means that each set to manufacture and send out to your customer costs you in this example £19-23p and even in this example where we are imagining you are only retailing them at £197 a set it gives you a total profit from each sale of: OVER – £177 

So with even only 100 sales in a year (average of 2 per week for 50 weeks) and even if you were only selling them at the bare minimum retail price allowed of £197 you’d still make by selling just 100 sets a profit of: £17,777 

Assuming that you have made the intelligent decision to make your one time payment to secure your Personal Limited Edition Platinum Master Resale Legal License to this set in full and as such will be paying just £1297.00, then even after getting back your original investment in this “Worst Case Scenario Example” you stand to make a BIG PROFIT OF – £16,480. 

And as this is a “worst case scenario” lets say you decide to buy a DVD duplicator which can burn Ten copies of each disc from your master each time without the need to use your computer. Well these can be bought online for less than £400 and will save you many hours of work.

Even after investing into these two pieces of equipment you’d still in this “worst case scenario” have made a PROFIT OF – £ 15,880 and of course you’d still have all of the equipment which you can continue to use for years to come without any need for additional investment.

Det är inget nytt att det finns teorier om att autism orsakas av D-vitaminbrist. Det är inte heller något nytt att autism bland somaliesvenskar kallas för “svensksjukan”, fast det är så SvD vinklar det när de berättar att barn med somaliskt ursprung i Sverige har tre till fyra gånger större chans att få diagnosen autism än genomsnittet. Bristen på solljus, täckande klädsel och skillnader i behovet av soljjus för att kunna bilda D-vitamin beroende på hudfärg är några av förklaringarna.

Hursomhelst så har det bloggats en del om detta larm, och Mamman skriver bra och ger mig en tankeställare:

“Likaså kan man ju fundera ur en social aspekt – är det så att det svenska samhället fungerar sämre för människor med autism (speciellt om man tittar på den högfunktionella autismen/ a-typisk autism). Kanske finns autism även i Somalia – men handikappet är inte lika tydligt? Samhället där fungerar bättre för personer med detta handikapp… handikappet kanske inte blir ett handikapp ö h t?”

Jag tror att omgivningen absolut kan ha en viss betydelse. Autister finns förmodligen över hela världen – men det kanske är så att det i vissa miljöer är lättare att smälta in, att passera som neurotyp, normal, icke-autistisk, för den som har högfungerande autism, atypisk autism och Aspergers syndrom. För de som har klassisk autism är det däremot ofta en annan sak.

Det finns planer på att skrota diagnosen Aspergers syndrom och istället sortera in allt under autism. De som jobbar med DSM-V, den nya diagnosmanualen, vill kunna samla ihop flera diagnoser till en större och sedan kunna bredda möjligheterna inom diagnosen. Jag är kluven: Det är så långt emellan, så stora skillnader. Samtidigt är det mycket som förenar. Och det är den springande punkten, som jag ser det: Skillnaderna är stora, och likheterna med. En vattendelare är just om man huvudsakligen passerar som normalstörd eller inte; om man bemöts som en människa men får höga krav på sig att bevisa sin mänsklighet, eller om man uppfattas som sjuk/störd/handikappad/besatt/gudomlig och därmed blir ett undantag. Även autister av alla grader blir påverkade av hur vi blir bemötta.

Det går inte att exakt beskriva vad det är som gör ett samhälle tillgängligt för autister, eftersom alla människor är olika. Om jag själv önskar mig en värld där kommunikation i första hand sker skriftligt, så finns det de som har läs- och skrivsvårigheter som skulle få det svårare då. Om jag behöver friheten att planera själv så finns det de som behöver tydliga ramar för att fungera. Och så vidare. Istället tror jag att det viktigaste för att skapa ett samhälle som är tillgängligt för bokstavsmänniskor av alla färger, former, smaker och dofter snarare är flexibilitet och mångfald.

Att inte förutsätta att alla människor fungerar exakt likadant, diagnos eller ej, och att inse att det inte alltid är det som är det vanligast förekommande som är det bästa för alla. Den dagen det är verklighet kanske många diagnoser inte behövs. Tills dess är det bara att beklaga att det svenska samhället lider av ett svårt funktionshinder: Neuronormativitet.

Someone asked me today whether my ‘without trance’ method could do anything other than stick people to things.  It can and it does!

I actually use this method most with my NLP and Hypnosis Change Work clients (and with them, it is much more about becoming un-stuck )

But in all fairness, sticking is all we have really looked at so far, so I have edited up this video showing a ‘name steal’ (just for fun!).  The subject is Adam, the cameraman for the Nick Davies interview, who turned out to be game for a little hypnosis himself.

Den tredje dagens DAMP-vrål är egentligen mer ett muttrande över hur folk kan uttrycka sig som de gör utan att tänka sig för.

Ni minns Gert Åkesson, rektorn i Vellinge som skrev ett kåseri där han uttryckte vad som gick att tolka som att han raljerade över olika funktionshinder: “allergier, Asberger (!), Damp, ADHD, anorexi, dyslexi, dyskalkyli, oral galvanism, anal magnetism…“? Idag ber han om ursäkt. Nu hävdar han i ett uttalande på kommunens hemsida att det inte alls var meningen att det skulle låta så.

“Exemplen är illa valda och den eller de som känner sig kränkta ber jag uppriktigt om ursäkt.

Exemplen pekar dock på en rad sjukdomar/handikapp som förr hade andra namn eller framträtt under de senaste decennierna. Detta oroar mig då jag både i yrke och privat träffar på fall, några har jag mycket nära mig. Jag har anledning att gång på gång ställa frågan; Är detta något i vårt moderna sätt att att leva som är fel och framkallar t ex anorexi?”

Det är såklart en helt annan fråga, och det var verkligen inte lätt att se det i kåseriet. Visserligen var det min första tanke när jag bara såg ett lösryckt citat, men när jag läste hela texten förstod jag att det inte var fråga om att starta någon slags debatt om vare sig medicinhistoria eller språkbruk. Kanske misstolkade jag det, kanske är det en efterhandskonstruktion från hans sida.

Visst går det att diskutera vad som är vad, vad som ger vad, och vad som skiljer sjukt från friskt och när problemet egentligen ligger i omgivningen snarare än i något hos personen. För många av de diagnoserna han räknade upp är det ju faktiskt ofta så: Föreställningar om att alla människor är likadana och fungerar på samma sätt, normer som pekar ut vad som är rätt och fel sätt att till exempel lära sig på, och saker i den fysiska miljön som sätter upp hinder.

Jag har tappat räkningen på hur många människor jag träffat som sagt “Du vet, om ADHD funnits som diagnos när jag var liten så skulle jag ha fått den”. Vuxna människor i alla möjliga åldrar och som vandrat väldigt olika vägar i livet. En del av dem – de som klarat sig bra och inte har behov av hjälp idag – väljer att inte skaffa sig en formell diagnos, eftersom de inte behöver den. Det räcker med att veta själv. Bara för att diagnosen är relativt ny betyder det inte att svårigheterna är det – och definitivt inte att symtomen inte är verkliga.

Igår DAMP-vrålade jag om bland annat Gert Åkesson som är rektor på Sundsgymnasiet i Vellinge. Han raljerade i ett kåseri över alla “uppfunna” diagnoser, som anorexi, dyslexi och ADHD. Idag berättar Sydsvenskan om hur dåligt det fungerar med stödet till elever med särskilda behov, just på Sundsgymnasiet – men också i grundskolan.

En mamma berättar att hennes son hankade sig fram genom grundskolan utan att få vare sig någon diagnos eller något stöd. När han så äntligen fick diagnosen dyslexi, och skulle börja gymnasiet, var bekymren ändå inte slut. Det fanns inga hjälpmedel, och den såkallade åtgärdsplanen som skolorna är tvungna att göra för varje elev med erkända svårigheter var inte på något sätt anpassad efter elevens behov, utan bara ett förtryckt papper. Det fungerar inte, men mamman fick höra från skolan att hon inte ska lägga sig i, för det är mellan skolan och eleven.

Vellinge kommun tar avstånd från uttalandet i kåseriet men vill inte säga så mycket mer innan man har hört rektorns egen förklaring. Att skolan fungerar så taffligt är tyvärr inget unikt, men det speciella i det här fallet är att rektorn faller på eget grepp. Istället för att hålla god min och låta bli att säga något som går att använda emot honom så går han alltså ut med något som är möjligt att tolka som en förtäckt provokation mot de elever och föräldrar som är berörda.

Klantigt är bara förnamnet. Vi får hoppas att de utreder situationen på skolan ordentligt. Det enda som är skönt med den här typen av utspel är att man vet att Åkesson, precis som alla andra som häver ur sig att diverse diagnoser inte finns, ogärna kör med den bortförklaring som jag brukar ta mest illa vid mig av. Den som bokstavslösa använder för att skylla ifrån sig när de sagt något dumt: “Jag har Tourettes”. Det skulle liksom inte fungera när man bortförklarat alla diagnoser. Som tur var.

This DVD is approximately 90 mins long. Origionally the footage was recorded in VHS format, this does mean the quality is not the best, but it’s a thing of the time and is some what, nostalgic.

However, the DVD is great. Aswel as the brilliant source of information provided, it is great to see real world, mental magic performed by a good entertainer.

The majority of the routines can be translated into walkabout and provide a lot of food for thought.

Bob Cassidy really has produced some extremely powerful magic here. And what’s more, the routines require very little props. Infact most of the routines need little more than paper, pencils and an A4 pad.

The DVD contains five effects and a PDF bonus. The explanations are set in a live lecture, before the eyes of a method hungry audience, so you don’t miss a trick!

One effect in particular (Chronologue) was origionally released as a stand alone, marketed effect and is worth the price of the DVD alone. It can be made for under £10 and it will last you a life… well a very long time!

This DVD has lots of information regarding billet switches and the center tear, stacks, making use of coincidence, writing your first mental show and a lot more.

Though recorded over fifteen years ago, it has well and truly stood the test of time.
