Sooo… It has been a while.  And I know I don’t have many – if any – followers on this blog, but I feel like I’ve failed at blogging.  I completely became overwhelmed with the goings-on of my life and forgot about my new found hobby.  With exams, work and family events, I became enthralled in the motions and for that I apologise.  Tune in for more bloging fun!

Well, well- all is well, when we gear up to do what we desired. And so; i am with my blog.

Actually, i never thought i would create my own. But, then i was very much inspired by some of our smart ladies, so actively linking up, sharing and exploring their interests. Of such, my most favorite is their recipe’s blog. We ladies always care a lot to come up with a wonderful dish to serve our family’s appetite and as well hold our special ones close.

Oh yeah…..for the newly wedded- good food is the direct ticket to win ur man and as well for a romantic day. Isn’t that true? It is so much true- also, for those being promoted from newly married. Some are too talented in cooking right before marriage, while many (like me) are beginners trying to write down the difference in identifying “jeera” and “Fennel” (sommbhu in tamil). Most of us does not even know all the spices.

Those were all special times, when my rava upma was like porridge and idli turned soft enough to be broken with hammer. Arae, how could i not mention the wonderful “Rasam” i made my first time. It was an excellent blend of tamarind pulp and water. Not to tell about the dinner nights- those were so much wonderful helping us to stick on a good crash diet. Yes, all the mess i made in cooking turned out so much wonderful- ‘coz my hubby had never complained about anything. He was so passionate about the way i tried to make things good (though it didn’t turn good) and had always complemented by trying on those dishes with his fondly smile. Just for his immense love, i progressed so much in cooking and now i really get in doing some wonderful dishes that even surprise my mother!!!!

Mmm… who would not have gone through this phase? Everybody’s romantic and golden memories hide in there. Well, coming to my story- how is that i progressed in kitchen? all thanks to those wonderful people sharing recipe’s in their blogs. Now a days- I make real delightful dishes that even i’m surprised about. Not only my hubby , also my in-laws and my parents love the food i make. Hieya, asusual taken away by my hubby’s tender smile.

Now is the climax, after residing in the benefits of cooking treasures, i decided to share all the recipes i know and also, to explore the new ideas from other smarties. I love to get in knowing u all and also excited to receive ur comments on the posts. I hope to take this blog interesting- sharing and discussing our interests, thus bringing together a wonderful circle of friends.

Tonight marks the night that I decided to start a blog.  I’m certain it will be full of random topics arranged in a highly organised manner.  Sorry to any readers who become offended by my views.  I’m a sweet girl, very seldom angry [although, I quite often surpass the highest line of frustration], who just needs somewhere to rant [don't worry, I won't always rant] and ramble.  Also, I would appreciate any comments you would like to leave me.  It would be nice to know your opinion on any of my posts.  Anyway, that’s my little disclaimer.

I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope everyone got what they wanted. There is nothing like waking up really early in the morning to find a bunch of gifts under your tree. To all my blogging friends, gaming site friends, and the gaming community, I wish again you a Merry, Merry Christmas!

Since I work Security at Target. I had to watch the customers in line camping all night (I got there at 6am) While they would only talk about who they are getting the Wii for or how much they are going to sell it on Ebay. some people were there since 8pm the night before. Since my Target is right next to a Best Buy I noticed that there was such a HUGE line over there. What was funny is that most of the people that waited at my store actually got the Wii, while the people at Best Buy, knowing that we had Wiis, still camped there instead of the maybe 13 or 14 person line at Target. Do people think just because they buy it at Best Buy it is going to be cheaper? or do they think the quality of the console will be better? If you are one of these people who camped out for the Wii, tell me your story. If you weren’t at Target or Best Buy, I know also Walmart, Kmart, Toys r Us, ect. got them as well. So where ever you are let me know the crazy stuff you had to hear last night December 15th. Happy Holidays

This post is my addition to the Blog Banter. What is Blog Banter?

Blog Banter is a group of bloggers passionate about video games. We enjoy getting together once a month to write about the same subject. Come with me as we travel back in time (about 12 years) when I was just a young gamer, Not really thinking for myself about what game is good or not. Back in those days, Your favorite game was a game with your favorite TV cartoon character staring in it (which was very common) or Jordan vs. Bird Basketball. Well in this case, I didn’t choose any of them, no, I choose Bubsy The Cat. Now for those who don’t know about my boy Bubsy, It was a game for the Sega Genesis, made in late 1992, and this game was just 16 megs of Fun! The object of the game is to collect yarn balls (since he was a cat) to raise your high score,beat the boss at the end and your done. I loved this game so much I feel like finding a Genesis out there somewhere to re-play my favorite childhood memory.

I would spend hours (3 to 4) just playing this game. While other kids are busy playing Sonic The Hedgehog, I’m sitting on my comfy bunk bed playing my Bubsy. One time I got punished for getting a bad grade on my homework, Wow what a tragedy. My Bubsy was taken away from me for about a week so you know what I did? What any other 4 year old kid would do, that’s right, I cried. Give it a try an see what you think? Bubsy The Cat

Now, at 19 years old, standing at a whopping 6.2ft, life in the gaming world is all about killing and awesome graphics. So what game can fill my cravings for the blood shed and great visual? non other than…Bioshock. Now this game has it all (besides multiplayer). The graphics, the scenery, the storyline, the AI. What more can you ask for in a game? The story line is amazing! It’s sometime during the 1950s. You’re the lone survivor of a horrible plane crash, floating in the middle of the ocean.

Flaming debris surrounds you and you’re quite sure that these will be your final moments. That is, until you see a lighthouse. Yes, a lighthouse. In the middle of the ocean. Go with it. You swim towards this lighthouse and go inside, and are eventually led down to an underwater city known as Rapture. Then you just find you’re way through Rapture trying to figure out things about it while trying to escape fighting off the Big Daddys and Splicers (both being deformed humans seeking the ultimate beauty).

I remembered the first time a Big Daddy charged at me for trying to get his Little Sister. What a mistake. I jumped from how fast these mammoth looking creatures can run so fast! They look so harmless when they walk passed you with no regards, Like if they are humming a song in their heads.I mean, who wouldn’t love a 7 ft, Drill caring, head smashing, face breaking fellow.

So hoped you enjoy our little trip to my young days to now where now I am older and more corrupt.What would you say is your favorite gaming moment whether it was new, old, really old, you get it. Let me know. Till next time, see you online!

I Hope that everyone has recieved a copy of the God Of War Chains Of Olympus for the PSP .Well, Besides the fact that the demo is only about 15 to 25 minuts long, The game is great making you want more. For those almost 20 minutes, you have experienced the best output, in my opinion, on the PSP. you start off in the war with persia. there are plenty of enemies to kill and even a boss fight! the mini games are great and by the end of the demo you have a magic power. The game runs so smooth (Typical G.O.W)  and the moves just flow. This game is a must buy. If you don’t have the PSP, Get One! If you have your doubts about the PSP well rethink your life because i feel this game will make the PSP.

Don’t forget to turn those clocks backwards an hour. Ahh, I had a great night sleep last night. what really stinks is that now i feel like i have too go to sleep earlier for school and such. bye bye staying up late playing Halo 3.
