Yes, you are a loser. Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll just right to the point: Micheal Moo

Yes, you are a loser. Thanks for pointing that out.

I’ll just right to the point: Micheal Moore is an idiot.

He has become a caricature of himself.

Remember when he did informative movies like “Bowling for Columbine” that raised social awareness.

Now, he is threatening to boycott Connecticut (oh no!!! The only upset folks are the fast-food restaurants,) if we don’t repeal Joe Lieberman as senator. Nevermind the fact it is against state and federal laws.

Listen, we have to lie in the bed we made. We as a state made a huge statement when we didn’t vote for him in the primaries. We caved like weaklings by voting for him in the general election (don’t blame me though, I voted for the Republican Schlesinger, 1st and only time ever btw.) We had a chance and the state blew it. Now we gotta wait till 2012 to vote Joe out.

Till then at least we have one thing going for us, Micheal Moore won’t be bothering us. I think that’s worth it.

Dear Friends, I am excited to tell you about a new film I just found out about, a film that is quietly spreading throughout conservative circles and making a big indictment of the far liberal left! The film highlights the hypocrisies of such liberal icons as Michael Moore, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy and others! It’s a must see and a great idea for a Christmas gift!

Here’s what I loved about it…

Michael Moore at it Again,
Attacking Our Troops, Missions!
New Film “Do as I Say” Exposes
Mooreand Other Liberal Hypocrites

We all know that Michael Moore is no friend to our troops. In his first major documentary, Bowling for Columbine, Moore attacked the 2nd amendment, the citizen’s last line of defense for our rights to life, liberty and freedom from tyranny. In Fahrenheit 9/11 Moore characterized the military as a gang of uneducated, bloodthirsty dunces who get a high off killing unarmed women and children!

We know that nothing is further from the truth! Our troops are a highly trained and professional fighting force, sworn to protect the Constitution and the American way of life.

Moore has consistently showed that he has a severe disdain for our military’s missions to combat terrorism. He famously repeated over and over on college campuses around the country “THERE IS NO TERRORIST THREAT” and recently said on Sean Hannity’s program “you would have to be a wuss to be afraid of them (Al Qaeda)”

We know Moore has lied about our troops and their missions. He has lied about the danger of terrorism. This new film “DO AS I SAY” that I am recommending to you, pulls out lots of other hypocrisies. For example, in Moore’s latest release, ironically titled Capitalism: A Love Story, Moore admonishes those who invest in companies like Halliburton Pfizer, etc., and claims to have never owned a share of stock in his life. Do As I Say unearths actual evidence of Moore profiting handsomely from investing in companies he condemns publicly.

DO AS I SAY GOES AFTER MICHAEL MOORE, HILLARY CLINTON, AL GORE, NOAM CHOMSKY and MORE!

Do As I Say uncovers not only Michael Moore’s hypocrisy, but also the hypocrisy of other liberals like Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Noam Chomsky, The Kennedys and George Soros.

These days, you can’t turn on the television or open a newspaper without finding liberal politicians, professors, pop stars, and pundits blaming the world’s problems on America’s free enterprise system, its democratic tradition, and its core values of individualism and self-reliance. Do as I say goes after the leaders of the far left and one by one exposes how their rhetoric just doesn’t line up with reality.

I really love how they go after Al Gore in this one, and it’s about time someone revealed how Gore has been making money hand over fist from the perceived “climate change crisis”. You will remember he won an Oscar for his “Inconvenient Truth” film and a Nobel Prize for his work in perpetuating the hysteria over people’s carbon footprint. Meanwhile, Gore has been flying around in his private jet and lives in a mansion that costs $30,000 a year to power!

Do As I Say is a relentless assault on the liberals and the lies they tell that will leave you satisfied and wanting more! You will laugh out loud at the on screen antics and they use to show how politicians say one thing and do another. You can’t help but find the humor in the obvious hypocrisy, and the film’s on screen actors deliver line after line of hard-hitting but hilarious contradictions!

I recommend “Do As I Say” for anyone who is tired of being told by the liberal left that they consume too much, that they should feel bad about investing or that they should not be entitled to keep the money they earn, anyone who is tired of the liberal’s constant attempts to tell the rest of us how to live!

If you want to see for yourself and be able to show your friends in an entertaining and thought-provoking film, how the liberal left is full of hypocrites who preach one message but live by their own rules then get a copy of DO AS I SAY and let the fun begin!

GET “DO AS I SAY” TODAY AND FIND
OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT LIBERAL LIES!

Appearing on Larry King Live the other night, Moore said that it’s time for President Obama to wind down the war in Afghanistan. “It’s unwinnable. It’s immoral. It’s illegal. It’s wrong,” he said. “We need to leave.”

“There is no middle ground,” he stated. “You’re either going to go all out and fight a big war that can’t be won, or you’re going to bring the troops home and focus on the problems that we have right now…”

I couldn’t agree more. It’s nothing but a bloody and expensive fool’s errand.

Why do the press love to comment on his latest abomination lately? Why does anyone take seriously th

Why do the press love to comment on his latest abomination lately? Why does anyone take seriously the man who made a film based on the sole premise of not having an interview with someone he actually interviewed? How is he taken seriously by anyone?

What is the answer to this love story?

I have heard more comments and discussion about Micheal Moore among conservatives, libertarians, and Objectivists than anywhere else. Together these people discussing him make him look controversial and damned by capitalists, as if there is something worthwhile he has to add. The one thing that will lead more idiots than otherwise to view his documentary is the fact that he is being discussed as if his irrational lies served any potential goal at all.

The fact is, I think conservatives love Micheal Moore than anyone else, and conservatives alone. He gives them someone to point at, someone with no real power except by grace of a mob. Someone who didn’t sway anyone to his side who wasn’t already sold on socialist crap in the first place. There is one thing I’ve noticed that conservatives love more than blowing up abortion clinics, and that is blowing up over some dumb socialist in the media.

We live in a world with China as a rising power, North Korea testing missiles, Iran refining fissionable materials and more, Venezuela nationalizing everything, the Taliban, fundamentalists rising in Pakistan, and more… What are the conservatives riled up about? Micheal Fucking Moore.

Moore trying his hardest to be as hip as Kurt Cobain.

When you are as stupid and pointless as Micheal Moore, the old cliche becomes a truth: all publicity is good publicity. Just look at him stand strong against the wave of aging bald douchebag conservatives. Hayek predicted a strongman at the end of the road to serfdom. The Conservatives are just as stupid as Micheal Moore in thinking they’ve found him.

For all those who still stand on the fence, I would like you to know that modern conservatives also don’t know anything about capitalism. All conservatism really means as a word is to support very old values. Conservatives don’t care about any single set of values. As long as it achieves their virtually theocratic society through any means of force.

Capitalism is the system that supports rational self-interest, for all. Anyone should be allowed to achieve their goals for their happiness. Regardless of faith, race, beliefs, or what the mobs of braindead idiots that like Micheal Moore want of you. As long as you don’t violate the life and liberty of others.

I was working on another post, but this video came to my attention and I had to discuss it right now

I was working on another post, but this video came to my attention and I had to discuss it right now, it was just too good to miss. If you have read some of my previous post, especially on health care, one of my themes is that we really do not have a true free market in this country. We do have a market that is freer then most in the world, but it can not be classified as a true free market because of the involvement of government in business.

Well imagine my surprise when I found out that Micheal Moore actually agrees with me.

Now I will say that me and the Chad Swarthout agree to the solution, which is less government. Mr. Moore in his own words remains optimistic that a government of the people by the people can fix the problem. I think he is going to have to wait for a long time for that to occur, because when you use government to control business. Business will use their money and influence to control government, that is just the way it is. And in that process we the people are the losers.

If instead we keep government from being able to control business, then business will have no reason to influence government. That will remove them from the picture and give us more power over government, by default. And if you allow business to function without government involvement, then business will have to deal with us fairly in order to get our business. They will not be able to use government to eliminate competition anymore, which is what they do now. This will give us more power over how businesses do business, via the democratic rules of the free market.

One other thing that Moore does not understand is that a true free market is very democratic. If a business does not treat me well or makes a crummy product I can vote against that businesses continuing to exist by going elsewhere. Is that not a democratic process? But when one business gets advantages over another from government, my vote is diluted. Progressives believe in government involving themselves in business, which leads to them picking winners and losers. Usually the winners are those that provide the most money to the campaigns of the politicians.

He also mentioned the high pay of executives. This problem has two roots. First it is the very large business that got that way because of government interference. But the other problem is the changes that the progressives made in this country. Before the 1950 to become an executive in a business you normally started in the mail room and worked your way up. That did two things, first it taught you the business and second it gave you feeling of owner ship in the business. I realized the truth about the ownership part because of my work history. As is not very typical in the computer business I have worked at the same company for 18 years. Most people in the computer field change jobs about every 2 years or so. One day it hit me that I felt ownership of our product and business because of the years I had put in there. That is missing in today’s society when people switch jobs every few years.

Now what you have is people go to college for degrees that were not needed before the 1950 and businesses were convinced by executives with degrees that only people with degrees would make good executives. This led to a mindset that each company had to get the best executive out there by paying them more and more, instead of promoting the mail room clerk up the corporate ladder. Now executives demand higher pay and more staff which feeds into the whole cycle, as condition for them taking a job. Why do we have this, because the idea that a college degree was necessary was created by the progressives. They then got the government to step in and provide a means to get that degree. This then leads into the other problem Moore mentioned, student loans and debt when leaving college.

See Moore is correct, colleges used to work their butts off to get students to apply. They were all in competition for a small body of students that had the necessary resources and learning to attend college. When the progressives promoted the idea that college was necessary and give people the means to pay for it, more students were available for the colleges to admit. As any economics professor will tell you if the demand goes up and the supply stays the same the price will go up. To make matters worst, since most students were not paying for college, instead the government was through student loan programs, there was no desire from the students to drive the price down. This pushed the prices up even faster the normal.

So every problem Moore mentions in this clip, I believe can be traced back to one thing. The very progressive polices that he so lovingly believes in.

1191 shopping days until 13.0.0.0.0 4 Ahau 3 K’ank’in.

A ho-meme in the form of a .GIF file

This weekend I saw some teabaggers demonstrating on the street corner by the local mall. At the stop light, I rolled down the car window and gave them the Lord’s Own Superfinger, in recognition of their exercise of the right of free speech guaranteed to all citizens under the Bill of Rights–No matter how paranoid and delusional the beliefs expressed. In this case, expressed mainly by waving signs.

All the demonstrators were white and relatively well-heeled–denizens of suburban South Tulsa, by the look of them. The signs were for the most part not handmade–the majority had the usual slick but stupid meta-racist slogans and caricatures of Obama, blown-up-at-the-print-shop images downloaded from winger innertube sites, no doubt. Talk about astroturfing.

I did not think to take pictures, though my camera was on the passenger seat. I was using the hand I didn’t have on the steering wheel to signal our shared comity of anger, in the universal semaphore of that emotion. With, and at them. Alas, I wanted to do more, but lacked time and the proper implements. The light turned green, and I drove on.

Just this morning, five days since sharing this fleeting moment of primal rage with primeval white suburbians, I thought of a way to challenge them in their own, fact-free zone. But first, some fresh, pertinent vocabulary:

Ho-meme, n. A particularly crass, often simple-minded, but persistent false meme. Example: Obama is a Kenyan-born Muslim Socialist who wants to kill your grandmother;

See also, Ho-memer, n., a person who promotes a Ho-meme by any means available without regard to the available facts. Example: Orly Taitz;

See also, Dimbulbican, n. That aliquot of the American body politic serving as a reservoir of Ho-meme infection. Synonyms: Tea-bagger; Dittohead; Fox News viewer;

See also, Dupid, n., adj, a portmanteau of duped+stupid. The condition of being attractive to and attracted by Ho-memes. Example usage: Dupid is as dupid does.

You see, pilgrims and seekers, those Caucasian Americans demonstrating on the sidewalk in front of the mall who sparked in me a smoldering flame of hot cognition are but a tiny subset of the cohort of Dimbulbicans that have been pissing me off since the Nixon administration. My entire adult life has been spent as an unwilling auditor of the spew of ho-memes by, for, and of, these people, the free range dupid. I don’t have to draw you a Venn diagram to show you where my rage intersects with theirs, do I? I’m glad they have a president they can hate as much as I hate what 8 years of Bush has done to this country.

I also savor the bitter, bitter irony in the fact that Obama, the man they love to hate, is the very model of a modern mainstream Democrat, which is to say, slightly to the right of Nixon on most issues.

The German scholar of myth Ernst Cassirer coined a word for the maze of cognitive self-deception that makes humans slaves to endless, self-generated bunk: Urdummheit. I translate that as “primeval stupidity.” Urdummheit is not stupid as in dumb, it is an emergent quality of cognitive brain function in all of us, including the very bright and the merely monkey clever, the heritable bequest of selection pressures past. Dupid is as dupid does.

We need new words, and new mutations. Hopeful monsters must slouch to Bedlam to be born. In the meantime, there are the little skirmishes in the long war.

So here’s the new play for the next scrimmage with a scrum of sign-waving teabaggers on the street corner–I call it The Teabagger Strip Challenge:

Approach teabaggers with a friendly smile. Ask them if they are wearing American made clothing. Ask them what countries individual items of clothing were MADE IN. Suggest that they check the labels on said items of clothing. Suggest that they divest themselves of all items of clothing manufactured in whole or in part in a foreign country currently governed by a Socialist, Communist, Islamic, or other bad guy authoritarian regime. Ask them if they are wearing any clothing at all that was made in America, and NOT made in a foreign country under the sway of Socialist, Communist, Islamic, or other tyranny.

In the fantasy league version of this, we have a grant from the evil librul billionaire George Soros, Michael Moore and Sasha Baron Cohen are playing for our side, and we offer the teabaggers increasingly large sums of cold hard cash for the Socialist shirts off their backs.

If we can’t get them stark naked we can get them disheveled and discomfited. Yes we can.

Perchè in primis credo abbia ragione.
Canalis” Clooney e Jeff “Lebowski” Bridges.
….perchè ogni tanto bisogna ridere!! e divertirsi…

Aunt Olga is more than 80 years old now. According to my family, she was our well-off american relative. I visited her in 2005 and she told me she had made many sacrifices in order to cure her sick husband. While she got money to pay private insurance companies, in Italy her borther was covered by public health care system. Thinking about Micheal Moore’s movie Sicko, it’s absurd United States of America keep on being taken hostage by insurance companies. What’s about future of American Health Care System? Barack Obama may be the revolutionary President if Congress passes Health Care bill. Public or Private? We know lobby rules that country. American lobbies are more powerful than Congress and White House, aren’t they? This bill could be a turning-point of American social and political history.

è difficile, lo so.

l’America per l’ottava volta ricrda e piange i suoi morti.

facciamo silenzio e ricordiamoli.

dimenticando i complotti.

facciamo silenzio e ricordiamoli.

facciamo silenzio e ricordiamoli.

non si dimentichi.

Hello Internerds,

Due to my recently imposed status as a man of pleasure i’ve been able to catch up on what I was missing from Uni; hours vacuously staring at a monitor. Yesterdays choice was ‘Roger and Me’ Michael Moores first documentary (Available on google video if you look right, not that i would P-) ), about his home town Flint, MI. The films narrative is based around GM shutting down its factories in flint and moving them to Mexico for the cheap labour, It was an interesting examination of wether companies have any obligation to a population or geographical region. If you work somewhere you do develop a sense of ownership about a place, it obviously doesn’t have a legal standing but one wonders whether there is more to a companies responsibilities than just payment for labour. Commoning rights or an equivalent are never granted anymore, and perhaps that was a good solution especially with the distribution of wealth being so so so bizarre (you seen that rage against the machine video).

Always nice to be stimulated, Zap.

Click here to watch the trailer for Capitalism: A Love Story

I find Micheal Moore’s documentaries to be entertaining, but not all that informative. And I would never want to form any political opinions based on his work. He uses funny interviews and stunts to get his point across. In the trailer, he asks a Congressional Oversight Officer, “Where’s our money?” To which she simply replies: “I don’t know.”

I don’t mind Moore pointing out the alleged flaws within our society and government system, but I am hoping beyond all hope that he does not try to convince us that Capitalism is wrong or that there is a better system such as Socialism or Dictatorship. Unfortunately, I believe it is possible that Moore might take that extra step.

Although I disagree with Moore a lot of the time, and I believe he uses false arguments; I still think Capitalism: A Love Story will be entertaining and at least will get people to think and talk about the subjects he brings up. So this documentary receives a mildly high “three” on the Potential Meter.

Dear Mike Moore,
I am sure you are up to your typical day to day propaganda. Your movies make the public think but at a disadvantage because you only share one side and that would be your side. The reason for the letter is because I just finished reading an article about you (Michael Moore) and wanted to say after your health care bit you should try do something about your health. You go around telling people what is wrong in this country and a movie was made telling Americans what is wrong with our weight. . I recommend you rent it or better yet watch it for free on HULU.com its called ‘Super Size Me.’ If you do not grab a diet soon you may be done making movies forever and then who are we supposed to insult.
Your Truly,

Do check out a few of these links:

Adam Curry – The former MTV veejay has a blog that is updated daily.

Aamir Khan – Can’t accuse this guy of blog neglect, but he has a tendency to go on and on about his films. Still interesting reading!

Anna Kournikova The only tennis player more photographed outside the court that on it.

Another new-age sports celeb Abhinav Bindra has a nice, modest blog with refreshing insights.

Ajay Devegan, techinically does not blog. On his official diary, he makes entries, he doesn’t let anyone else comment.

Amitabh Batchan – The Big Bee’s blog…which is well-written, but he never touches on anything controversial…Its as clean and nice as Ash’s plastic smile.

Mallika Chopra, Gotham Chopra, Deepak Chopra and Shekhar Kapur blog at Intentblog

Bipasha Basu has two blogs – one a website & another an old blog. I wonder if journalists are allowed to use the comments on her blog..instead of taking the trouble of begging her for an interview…would make the job so much easier.

Highly recommended blog: Cyrus Broacha’s blog at IBN Live is awesome. Lots of fun!

Dev Benegal’s blog is another cool blog to check out. Great insights and candid honesty!

Remember Gul Panag? Small time actress and one-time Miss India, well she’s here at at Gulpanag.com

I can’t stand this guy and I don’t know why he’s touted as the sexiest guy in India; maybe he pays his PR agents a lot and they in turn pay the cine hacks a lot. So, Ugh! John Abraham

Aka to Koffee with Karan, we now have My Name is Karan

Kiran Bedi, has a blog, styled “Crane Bedi.” I wonder how many of us know the story behind the nickname…seems so old, makes me feel ancient.

I’m really not keen on sports..but what the heck? Here’s Krishnamachari Srikanth’s blog at IBN Live..I wonder if promo blogs can qualify as true blogs? And here’s Ravi Shastri’s

This is another super-duper blog! Check out Laloo Prasad Yadav’s take on things from the Left to nuke politics.

One of the nicer, more elegant, refined but intelligent blogs, check out Nandita’s blog, which embodies her persona. Of course, I am a big fan of Nandita Das so anything she says will have this effect on me.

Actor Madhavan writes in the most immature way possible; reminds me of a child’s scribbles on a slate. Or maybe he SMSes comments to the guys at Galatta.com and they just upload it on to his blog.

Mamooty blogs with love in Malayalam, so I’m yet to find out if this is his real blog or some ardent fan’s.

New-comer in the political ring, Milind Deora, does his PR exercises well at IntentBlog. And the intelligent woman’s man or so they say in the media, Rahul bose is also there at Intent blog.

Jackie Chan – I remember he was quite famous in India even in the early 1990s, prior to his entry to Hollywood. Anyway most of my cousins love this guy and swear by him. I for my part am always suprised that despite so many physical injuries he still continues to do his own gravity-defying stunts for the movies.

Micheal Moore - I just love this guy, his documentary, his views – just everything about him!

For some politically-correct political insights, cleverly worded for the benefit of the press and common citizens, we give you Nancy Pelosi

These two girls have been well “covered” or should we say un-covered by the press – Paris Hilton & Pamela Anderson – both blogs lack the personal touch, because they were started for promotional reasons.

This is another promo blog by our very British, ultra hep Posh girl

For fun and rip-roaring laughter, check out comedian TomGreen’s blog

Ram Gopal Verma’s blog….made all the more popular when Aishwarya Rai commented on it. The whole episode started when a blogger commented: “Shankar i.e Abhishek Bachan in Sarkar Raj looks like an emotional fool when he opens his heart to a girl from America whom he met yesterday!”

Then Ram Gopal Verma had cheekily replied: “‘May be, he has a weakness for worldly beauties.” And Ash, as usual hyper-sensitive to criticisms about her hubby, had to post a comeback.

Hey! Half-way through the post, I suddenly hit on this great blog and find that someone has a better list than me. So I think I’ll end the post, by giving you the link to Cutting the Chai for 60 links to Indian celeb blogs.
