L’emballage de la marque est encré dans l’esprit du consommateur : un emballage couleur lilas au milieu duquel figure la célèbre « Vache <strong>Milka</strong> » aux taches violettes, célèbre mascotte de la marque.</p>

<p>Toutefois depuis quelques années, la marque <strong>Milka</strong> utilise dans ses spots télévisés  une marmotte. Cette marmotte  est représentée dans la publicité comme étant le fabricant artisanal du chocolat <strong>Milka</strong>. Le spot télévisé fait appel à l’humour et est décliné en fonction des différentes recettes et nouvelles saveurs du chocolat <strong>Milka</strong>.  Cependant, la fin du spot publicitaire se termine toujours par la célèbre phrase : « <strong>Et alors la marmotte, elle met le chocolat dans le papier alu! ».</strong></p>
<p>Après le succès de <strong>Milka</strong> tendre croquant et <strong>Milka</strong> mille éclats, <strong>Milka</strong> a présenté encore de nouvelles saveurs : <strong>Milka</strong> Caramel, <strong>Milka</strong> tendre moments caramel, <strong>Milka</strong> raisins, bref, la marque ne cesse d’innover pour le plaisir de chacun</p>
<p>Aujourd’hui, la marque se renouvelle encore  en sortant un chocolat <strong>SANS SUCRES  AJOUTES</strong>.</p>
<p>Voici  deux publicités de <strong>Milka</strong> mettant en scène la célèbre marmotte (pour <strong>Milka</strong> tendre croquant et <strong>Milka</strong> mile éclats). Personnellement j’adooore !!!</p>
<p>Je n’ai  pas trouvé de spot publicitaire pour le chocolat sans sucre ajoutés mais j’en ai trouvé un autre pour <strong>Milka</strong> 100 calories pack. Celle-ci n’utilise pas la marmotte et est plutôt banale mais je trouve de manière générale les publicités de la marque <strong>VACHEMENT</strong> sympa :-)</p>

I ate my first bar of <strong>Milka</strong> couple weeks back and since then I&#8217;ve been addicted! I&#8217;ve only tried the <strong>Alpine Cream milk</strong> chocolate so far but I LOVE it! Weirdly, tastes like malted milk when you take the first bite but then&#8230;you are in <em>heaven</em>! I&#8217;ve not known such addiction before&#8230;or may be I have with (mum&#8217;s home made chocolate, Mars and Galaxy). I don&#8217;t need PMS to stuff my mouth up with some chocolate. Sure, the pre-teen and teen me took the addiction too far and ended up <strong>on the flabby side</strong> for most years of my life until a few years back when I realized that if I worked out enough, I could eat <strong>all</strong> the chocolate my heart wants and still stay <strong>fit</strong>!</p>
<p>The dead pre-med student in me would love to write down the name of all the chemicals in chocolate that trigger the<strong><em> choco-high</em><span style="font-weight:normal;"> but the event manager in me can&#8217;t be arsed. Basically, chocolate stimulates the production of <em><a href="http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/9-13-2005-76683.asp">dopamine</a> </em>which puts us in a </span>happy<span style="font-weight:normal;"> mood. Chocolate also triggers the release of <em>endorphines</em> and </span>endorphines and dopamine<span style="font-weight:normal;"> are two different things! (<em><strong>Exercise gives you endorphins. <p><strong><span style="font-weight:normal;">So like coffee, chocolate is </span>good <span style="font-weight:normal;">for me because it stimulates my brain to produce more dopamine which my brain produces in lesser than normal quantities, which explains all the restlessness (ADHD!)&#8230;geesh.</span></strong></p>

The next task I&#8217;ve set myself is to buy the cocoa spice and cook some cocoa chicken, just need a good recipe. *Fingers crossed* <em>Hope it turns out fine like my peanut butter chicken so once again I can rub my love for eccentricity in all the nay sayers faces.</em></p>

<p>si in perioada asta, cred ca <strong>oamenii din marketing </strong>sunt cei mai solicitati si stresati si lucreaza pe branci pentru a gasi o solutie la problema “ce ne facem cu criza?”</p>
<p>plecand de la post-ul <a href="http://poloniculmov.com/index.php/2009/08/17/marketing/" target="_blank">asta</a>, am stat putin sa ma gandesc la toata povestea cu “hai sa dam ceva in plus, hai sa le oferim oamenilor un alt motiv sa ne  cumpere ca sa ne mentinem pe linia de plutire.”</p>
<p>in ceea ce priveste initiativele <strong>Saptamana Financiara si Financiarul</strong>, sunt perfect de acord cu observatiile din post-ul mentionat. intr-adevar, strategia (zic eu) are capacitatea de a “produce” mai multi cumparatori. problema e insa ca <strong>numar cumparatori nu este egal cu numar cititori,</strong> in conditiile unei astfel de campanii. Publicatiile amintite sunt evident <strong>unele de nisa</strong>. Si solutia lor impotriva crizei a fost sa ofere “un ceva” care ar putea interesa pe toata lumea, sau cel putin care <strong>se adreseaza maselor</strong>. Deci solutia a fost, pe scurt: <strong>hai sa ne scoatem din criza scotandu-ne din nisa</strong>. Omul care pana la punerea in practica a acestei strategii nu a cumparat SF fiindca <strong>nu era interesat de informatiile din publicatie si nu facea parte din publicul tinta</strong>, n-o sa cumpere nici acum SF ca sa citeasca SF ci ca <strong>sa citeasca acel “ceva” care vine la pachet cu el</strong>. Si nu o sa fie niciodata in publicul tinta al SF, ci in publicul tinta (foarte numeros, cel putin in teorie) al acelui “ceva.”  Deci, desi in esenta e cu + strategia asta (creste numarul de cumparatori), in ceea ce priveste scopul/rolul SF, e cu “0″ daca nu chiar cu “-”. Rolul oricarei publicatii e sa informeze, dupa cum bine se stie. Rolul unei <strong>publicatii de nisa e sa ofere informatii corecte si pertinente legate de anumite aspecte punctuale, in cazul SF astea fiind  mediul de afaceri, ecomonie, finante-banci etc. </strong></p>
<p>Dupa mine, strategia cu enciclopedia e una <strong>impotriva rolului.</strong> Pentru ca publicul tinta si mai ales, publicul cumparator rezultat in urma strategiei o sa cumpere SF si o sa citeasca enciclopedia, care nu ofera informatii nici despre mediul de afaceri actual, nici despre economia actuala si tot asa.</p>
<p>Dar <strong>ca solutie de criza</strong>, e o strategie care functioneaza foarte bine.</p>
<p>Bun, spuneam ca m-am gandit si eu putin la treaba asta cu marketing-ul de criza. Si eu daca as fi pusa (ceea ce foarte probabil nu se va intampla niciodata din multe motive, unul fiind ca criza asta n-o sa dureze forever) in situatia de a veni cu o <strong>strategie de marketing de criza</strong>, as face asa:</p>
<p>1. M-as duce la biserica sau macar in fata vreunei icoane pe care o am prin casa si as spune: “Doamne, iarta-ma ca ma voi folosi de copiii tai fara de pacat ca sa duc la indeplinire sarcinile mele lumesti, dar daca lui Noe i-ai spus cum sa supravietuiasca atunci cand ai adus potopul pe pamant, mie nu mi-ai spus cum sa supravietuiesc cand ai adus criza. Asa ca fac si eu ce pot, Doamne. Amin.”</p>
<p>2. As pune la punct o campanie care mizeaza pe faptul ca <strong>cei mici nu stiu ce e aia criza</strong>, nu inteleg fenomenul, nu-i inteleg implicatiile, insa sunt si ei afectati de ea. Pentru ca mama si tata refuza sa le mai cumpere atat de multe dulciuri ca inainte (sau nu le mai cumpara pe cele pe care copiii lor le prefera si care, in (minim)majoritatea cazurilor, sunt cele cu preturi mai maricele).</p>
<p>3. As face un <strong>parteneriat cu o companie producatoare/distribuitoare etc de dulciuri</strong> (eventual as merge pe cea mai cautata ciocolata-in Romania, cred eu ca e Milka) si as oferi produsul meu alaturi de o ciocolata, o punga de napolitane, o cutie de bomboane si ce mai mananca cei mici. As propune sa se bage bani si in niste <strong>advertising </strong>(o reclama, niste bannere, flyere, btl prin scoli si gradinite sau magazine de articole pt copii, hipermarketuri etc) care sa mearga pe ideea : <strong>Copilul tau nu stie ce e criza. Nu-l lasa sa afle! sau Copiii pun multe intrebari la care nu stii sa raspunzi. Nu-i spune ca criza inseamna ca nu mai poate sa se bucure de dulciurile preferate! sau Nu-i spune copilului tau ca criza inseamna ca nu are voie sa se bucure de ce ii place! sau “Exista unele intrebari la care copiii tai trebuie sa afle raspunsul cand “o sa creasca mai mari.” Lasa-ti copilul sa invete ce e criza din cartile de istorie si nu din experienta copilariei! sau ca sa fie si mai dur-poate: Tie, copilaria in comunism ti-a lasat un gust amar si o ura pentru privatiuni. Copilaria in criza poate avea aceleasi efecte. Ai grija de copilaria celui mic!</strong> (or smth like that).</p>
<p>Si brand-ul/produsul  iese din criza, <strong>mizand chiar pe criza si pe efectele ei negative</strong>, ceea ce mie mi se pare “cool” si mai mult, face si un lucru bun, oferind dulciuri copiilor (da, stiu, strica dintii deci de fapt e un lucru rau…oh, can it, kids eats sweets like there’s no tomorrow and u know it and also enable it).  Bineinteles, nu se potriveste oricarui produs, dar eu am pornit de la exemplele unor publicatii si pentru ele treaba cu dulciurile e potrivita.</p>

<p>si in perioada asta, cred ca <strong>oamenii din marketing </strong>sunt cei mai solicitati si stresati si lucreaza pe branci pentru a gasi o solutie la problema &#8220;ce ne facem cu criza?&#8221;</p>
<p>plecand de la post-ul <a href="http://poloniculmov.com/index.php/2009/08/17/marketing/" target="_blank">asta</a>, am stat putin sa ma gandesc la toata povestea cu &#8220;hai sa dam ceva in plus, hai sa le oferim oamenilor un alt motiv sa ne  cumpere ca sa ne mentinem pe linia de plutire.&#8221;</p>
<p>in ceea ce priveste initiativele <strong>Saptamana Financiara si Financiarul</strong>, sunt perfect de acord cu observatiile din post-ul mentionat. intr-adevar, strategia (zic eu) are capacitatea de a &#8220;produce&#8221; mai multi cumparatori. problema e insa ca <strong>numar cumparatori nu este egal cu numar cititori,</strong> in conditiile unei astfel de campanii. Publicatiile amintite sunt evident <strong>unele de nisa</strong>. Si solutia lor impotriva crizei a fost sa ofere &#8220;un ceva&#8221; care ar putea interesa pe toata lumea, sau cel putin care <strong>se adreseaza maselor</strong>. Deci solutia a fost, pe scurt: <strong>hai sa ne scoatem din criza scotandu-ne din nisa</strong>. Omul care pana la punerea in practica a acestei strategii nu a cumparat SF fiindca <strong>nu era interesat de informatiile din publicatie si nu facea parte din publicul tinta</strong>, n-o sa cumpere nici acum SF ca sa citeasca SF ci ca <strong>sa citeasca acel &#8220;ceva&#8221; care vine la pachet cu el</strong>. Si nu o sa fie niciodata in publicul tinta al SF, ci in publicul tinta (foarte numeros, cel putin in teorie) al acelui &#8220;ceva.&#8221;  Deci, desi in esenta e cu + strategia asta (creste numarul de cumparatori), in ceea ce priveste scopul/rolul SF, e cu &#8220;0&#8243; daca nu chiar cu &#8220;-&#8221;. Rolul oricarei publicatii e sa informeze, dupa cum bine se stie. Rolul unei <strong>publicatii de nisa e sa ofere informatii corecte si pertinente legate de anumite aspecte punctuale, in cazul SF astea fiind  mediul de afaceri, ecomonie, finante-banci etc. </strong></p>
<p>Dupa mine, strategia cu enciclopedia e una <strong>impotriva rolului.</strong> Pentru ca publicul tinta si mai ales, publicul cumparator rezultat in urma strategiei o sa cumpere SF si o sa citeasca enciclopedia, care nu ofera informatii nici despre mediul de afaceri actual, nici despre economia actuala si tot asa.</p>
<p>Dar <strong>ca solutie de criza</strong>, e o strategie care functioneaza foarte bine.</p>
<p>Bun, spuneam ca m-am gandit si eu putin la treaba asta cu marketing-ul de criza. Si eu daca as fi pusa (ceea ce foarte probabil nu se va intampla niciodata din multe motive, unul fiind ca criza asta n-o sa dureze forever) in situatia de a veni cu o <strong>strategie de marketing de criza</strong>, as face asa:</p>
<p>1. M-as duce la biserica sau macar in fata vreunei icoane pe care o am prin casa si as spune: &#8220;Doamne, iarta-ma ca ma voi folosi de copiii tai fara de pacat ca sa duc la indeplinire sarcinile mele lumesti, dar daca lui Noe i-ai spus cum sa supravietuiasca atunci cand ai adus potopul pe pamant, mie nu mi-ai spus cum sa supravietuiesc cand ai adus criza. Asa ca fac si eu ce pot, Doamne. Amin.&#8221;</p>
<p>2. As pune la punct o campanie care mizeaza pe faptul ca <strong>cei mici nu stiu ce e aia criza</strong>, nu inteleg fenomenul, nu-i inteleg implicatiile, insa sunt si ei afectati de ea. Pentru ca mama si tata refuza sa le mai cumpere atat de multe dulciuri ca inainte (sau nu le mai cumpara pe cele pe care copiii lor le prefera si care, in (minim)majoritatea cazurilor, sunt cele cu preturi mai maricele).</p>
<p>3. As face un <strong>parteneriat cu o companie producatoare/distribuitoare etc de dulciuri</strong> (eventual as merge pe cea mai cautata ciocolata-in Romania, cred eu ca e Milka) si as oferi produsul meu alaturi de o ciocolata, o punga de napolitane, o cutie de bomboane si ce mai mananca cei mici. De sabor y textura rica pero un poco pesada estomacalmente.</p>

Problema mea cu Milka este noua campanie, care de altfel deja si-a atins un omulet din target. Oriunde ma duc, orice cumpar, orice pagina de web deschid, sunt bantuita constant de frumoasa culoare mov, ce m-a transformat de altfel intr-un nou experiment pavlovian: cum o vad, cum glandele mele salivare o iau razna. Pornind de la amenajarea pasajului de la Victoria, pana la bannerul cu tasta de esc, care btw mi se pare genial ca idee (si da, am dat click), ma scufund din ce in ce mai mult intr-o lume a ciocolatei.</p>

<p>Ieri Irina (colega de apartament si muza vechiului meu blog) mai ca rupea o revista in doua in incercarea de a desface cartonul milka, poate poate gaseste o ciocolata. Mare ne-a fost tristetea cand am constatat ca in niciunul din cartoane nu se afla patratelele rupte din rai. Si cum sa nu te duci la magazin si sa mai cumperi o Milka cand <a href="http://www.milka.ro">site-ul</a> iti ofera retete pentru <a href="http://www.milka.ro/milka/page?siteid=milka-prd&#38;locale=roro1&#38;PagecRef=253">prajitura cu pete de vacuta</a>. E de ajuns ca a trebuit  sa rezist outdoorului de la Universitate, care anul trecut m-a facut sa intreb in 5 magazine daca au respectivele praline milka, nuuu, acum ma invadeaza si mai mult. Sunt un suflet chinuit, gurmand si ahtiat dupa ciocolata, asa ca Milka, campanii mai proaste, te rog.</p>

<p>Megérkezett a Milka Rodel Spaß, a vaníliás pudingos csoki!<br />
Amikor megkóstoltam azt hittem a mennyben járok, olyan finom!<br />
Ajánlom mindenkinek, hogy próbálja ki, mert isteni az íze! A vaníliás puding és a csoki ízét tökéletesen összepárosították! A csoki tökéletes, lágy ízharmónia, a vanília ízről nem is beszélve!</p>
<p>A csoki még limitált kiadásban van, elég kevés van belőle és nem lehet mindenhol megtalálni, csak a nagyobb üzletekben. De megéri elmenni érte akár még a Marsra is!<br />
Nem húzom tovább a szót, megyek is Rodel Spaß-t enni <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p><span style="color:#008080;">I&#8217;ve been in love with a new chocolate bar I found called Milka Bar. I&#8217;ve only had the Swiss Alpine Cream flavor before, which was really delicious because the cream gave the chocolate a slightly smoother texture that would cause the chocolate to linger a little longer in your mouth. I think that also enhanced the milk flavor a bit more. It wasn&#8217;t until this weekend that I also discovered that they come in the flavors of hazelnut and strawberry. Mmmm&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#008080;">Apparently these yummy goodness also come in miniature forms as Milka Milkinis!!! =D</span></p>

<p>Quality-controlled Nutella pronounced as &#8220;Noo-Tella&#8221;, she says, not &#8220;Nut-tella&#8221;.<br />
Really really awesome stuff. It&#8217;s richer, thicker, more chocolate-y than the one available here.<br />
Since it&#8217;s so yummy, I&#8217;m saving this to be eaten on its own! Not with bread! hehe~</p>

<p>ZOMG these chocolates are awesome. Instead of the usual square blocks, these are sort of like right-angle triangles. Extremely smooth milk chocolate envelops light and fluffy mousse of rich chocolate or hazelnut praline. I have no idea how light and fluffy can be simultaneously rich and chocolate-y, but this is da bomb!</p>

<title><![CDATA[Cadbury fights for its life]]></title>

No, no,no. I am not talking about Sir Tel being replaced at Radio 2 by Chris Evans, but of Cadbury, which faces a £10.2bn hostile bid from Kraft Foods.</p>
<p>The chances of Cadbury retaining its independence after this unwanted intervention do not look good. Of course, it may not be Kraft that emerges the eventual winner. According to City analysts, the Kraft bid – though superficially attractive at a 31% premium to the pre-bid share price – is pitched far too low. What they have in mind is the same multiple that Mars paid for Wrigley last year, which would mean about £10 a share – a long way up from the 745p on the table. Also, only £4.1bn is in cash, so the bid is far from knock-out.</p>
<p>But maybe we&#8217;re getting too technical here. Cadbury is definitely in play and Kraft is, at first sight, better positioned to haul the booty away than Nestlé or Hershey. In fact, it cannot afford not to win; neither can its competitors stand idly by and let it. Here is a landscape-changing deal in the offing, which would propel Kraft to the world&#8217;s largest confectionery company in an industry where scale is increasingly important (as the Mars deal showed).</p>
<p>Nestlé and Hershey would have considerable problems with the competition authorities (even if they divided the spoils between them), but there are few apparent conflicts of interest affecting a Kraft/Cadbury combo. Kraft, which owns Milka, Terry&#8217;s and Toblerone, is strong in confectionery in Europe and Latin America, where Cadbury is weak. Cadbury, on the other hand, offers Kraft a high-growth gum business and exposure in a number of invaluable emerging markets.</p>
<p>Kraft has suggested it will keep the Somerdale factory going, which Cadbury itself is threatening to close. That&#8217;s politically astute, but it won&#8217;t alter the fact that any alternative Cadbury owner will have to make some medium-term decisions likely to squeeze the culture out of the acquired company. Nestlé did no less when it acquired Rowntree, another Quaker company, over 20 years ago. There will be too many cost synergies involved, debts to be paid off and shareholders appeased, post-deal, for Cadbury culture to be maintained in aspic.</p>
<p>What of the brands? The Cadbury Dairy Milk kids may well twitch their last in one big wide-eyed rictus, which would be a great pity. But, if the Kraft deal does come off, I know someone likely to come out smiling. Kraft places a fair bit of its promotional spend with JWT, which also has a toe-hold in the Cadbury gum business.</p>
<p>And lastly, what of Nestlé? If Kraft triumphs in the takeover battle, that will leave Nestlé&#8217;s carefully laid plans for becoming the dominant global confectionery player in tatters. There&#8217;s more on this in my column this week.</p>
