So I’m sitting here in bed trying to sleep and like last week I’m restless about work tomorrow. I recently started floorwalking downstairs on shop floor, and so far it’s been alright but I’m not keen on it for a few reasons.
I do think you have to be outside your comfort zone sometimes but I should be used to it now, I’m starting to loathe it a bit which I’ve never thought about work, well not in this sense where I’m nervous about it.

Not even sure why, I don’t mind talking to customers as such, I just feel out of my depth and ontop of that my usual self conciousness doesn’t help. If for example it was an apple store I’d feel like I know what I’m on about and I’d probably be more keen on the idea of talking to people.

Only thing is I’m sticking at it because I’ll probably get used to it, plus it’s more money which is apparently a rareity in the ‘current financial climate’. Although I keep swinging that way of thinking to I don’t like it I want to do what I did before. Maybe this situation will make me go get another fulltime job sooner or at least make me more motivated to do something other than few days work and pro evo in my free time.

Kirin’s race was the last. Unfortunately 8-12 yr olds got clumped together for just a 2km race. This, I believe was due to the logistics nightmare. He was back before we knew it. I took all of 1hr 32 mins to complete my 25kms. This included stops to take pics & to blog at the 14km mark.

What mattered was the participation. Amazing atmosphere. Am sure to do this every year.

Thanks to Sunita & Kavya for patiently waiting for us.

Crossed the finish line. Thanks to the pleasant Bangalore weather, the ride was comfortable and I crossed the line with people young & old, big & small, in old & new bikes.
