I made this lot with mods. Its red, black and white which is why I call it ‘newspaper‘. This is one of my favorite ones that I have built/designed so far. I haven’t uploaded it to The Sims 3 site because I kept getting a network error and even if I could, people would have to download all the mods that I have to actually enjoy the house like I did.

Well I haven’t played the game since my save files have totally disappeared. I’m still trying to figure out why all of my save files just magically disappeared off my computer. Save file recovery programs couldn’t even find them either. Its like the save files never existed. All it left me was the ‘BACKUP’ files and I’m sure you can’t use those. What’s weird that it didn’t delete any of the lots that I’ve created, even all the Sims I created was still there, just the save files were gone for all of my games. If that isn’t a reason to stop playing The Sims 3, I don’t know what is.

I’m not much of a landscaper but I might open up the game and do a little landscaping around the house. It does look a bit plain but its not bad…I guess. The pink and white house that’s in some of the screen shots was made by me of course and you can go here to download it. Its not made with any mods so you shouldn’t have a problem downloading it. My boyfriend said the game reminded him of Mirror’s Edge because of the random places where there are red walls.

What’s black, white and ‘read’ all over? A newspaper….Lol.

• Fix for save file incompatibilities that result in the Error Code 16 error message while saving.
• Mac only: Fix to app forwarding so that World Adventures Mac users can download store and exchange content.

Why couldn’t they have came out with this before now? I don’t even know if this update will even fix the error where it deletes my save files and only leave the “BACKUP” files which are unusable. No telling if its the mods I’ve installed or the updates that do more harm than good. I just hope they fix The Sims 3 main game before there be any more occurrences that will result in people not playing the game altogether.

Leona Lewis is back with a new album, and the (stunning) songstress was at Much On Demand yesterday to promote the album, titled Echo. There isn’t much to say about her other than what an amazing body the girl has. Superficial? Yes. But we all are, so just admit it and keep on living your life.

Take a look at the pictures below (and above) and check out Leona’s album on iTunes. The 16 track (sixteen!) deluxe edition includes a collaboration with OneRepublic as well as a few live versions of her latest songs. I think the album is better than her debut, although I didn’t care for it all that much to begin with, so I was perhaps starting out on a sloped hill. Either way, you should check out the new album. It’s got all sorts of sounds, from melodic to hip-hop, with essences of everything from Whitney Houston to Jay-Z. Enjoy!

Seems like Flowplayer is the best Flash Video Player (my personal opinion). Why is this player so special? Captions, controlbar, playlists, secure streaming, advertising plugins and a lot of other features, however the most important feature is the HD capability (including streaming) which opens new doors for our next mod HD Encoding and streaming

Game CM: (CM)東方武斗祭EP2:魔女的挑戰狀_公式CM

Touhou Battle Arena is a Warcraft mod (“custom map”) rendering a battle arena in which players control Touhou characters to fight. I found out about this map a while ago, but was put off because the game is made in Chinese (my English Warcraft can’t read the text). While trying to organize my links yesterday however, I came across its forums, and so I decided to whip out the good’ol Google translator and look into it more deeply.

The effects and designs are extremely well made  for a WC mod, and I believe it even boasts a customizable BGM system as well. I was also astonished to learn that some folks have already begun an English translation project for it, with several of the characters’ skills/abilities already translated. Version 2.05 of the game was released earlier this month, though it seems to be restricted to forumers only. Version 2.02 however, is publicly downloadable. If you’re a 7-year Warcraft veteran like me who’ve tried all of the crappiest maps ever conceived, you’d know how excited I am for this map!

Skäms du…eller tycker du att man kan skämmas å andras vägnar? Typ då de själva inte har vett på det? Jag har faktiskt funderat på det. Kanske när man var yngre, omogen, osäker och beroende av ständig bekräftelse, tyckte man eventuellt att ens bästis bar sig underligt åt, sade konstiga saker eller klädde sig för flummigt… Fast tyckte man ändå att det var pinsamt? Näää, jag har nog aldrig tyckt eller tänkt så, då jag själv ofta gjorde saker för att hävda mig. Tyckte jag att någon i min närhet gjorde något “udda” skrattade jag bara och insåg att det fanns då andra som storögt såg på och fascinerades utav  dem och  själva önskade ha sig modet att VÅGA!

Som äldre blir man bara tryggare i sig själv och inser sin styrka även i misstag man begår. Man måste vara självkritisk, ödmjuk och samtidigt storsint för att utvecklas. Jag tänker direkt på mig själv och Staffan där vi inser de misstag vi gjort, men som format oss till dem vi är idag. Jag skulle A L D R I G komma på idéen att skämmas över mina val här i livet! Jag står för vad jag gjort, sagt och O M jag nu gjort något jag ångrar – har jag BETT OM URSÄKT! Allt för att kunna leva med mig själv och känna mig stolt över den jag är. För att återgå till kärnfrågan: Skall man då  skämmas för någon annan? Jag anser INTE det…och främst då för att då kan man ju INTE på riktigt gilla/älska den personen om man nu skäms över honom/henne.( gäller även dem som skäms över sig själva och det de “ställt” till med)

Om känner att du behöver säga något och inte gör det i en grupp så ökar upprördheten i gruppen.

Igår fick jag tillgång till intressanta forskningsrön gällande hjärnan som kan ha stor betydelse för dig som chef.

I korthet handlar det om att man har kunnat mäta upprördheten hos människor.

Vid undersökningar kom man fram till några saker som påverkar upprördheten i gruppen.

Om en eller flera personer delar med sig av vad det tänker och känner minskar upprördheten i gruppen. En möjlig tolkning är att det betyder att personer som håller tillbaka binder upp energi men att resten av gruppen känner på sig detta och blir upprörda. (Och den tillbakahållna energin brukar komma ut förr eller senare, eller hur?)

Vad betyder detta för dig som chef?

Att skapa ett klimat som gör det inte bara möjligt utan vandemässigt uppmuntrar till delningar där medarbetarna ”säger som det är” utan att bli bestraffade. Ibland är det fråga om att ventilera och ibland är det för att bli bekräftad och ibland för att upptäcka att ens synsätt är ogynnsamt. Vilket ger individen och gruppen möjligheten att gilla läget jobba från hur det är snarare än en massa missförstånd.  

Chefer som tilllåter att medarbetare delar med sig av sig “hur världen ter sig för dem” är mer produktiva  pga av de och gruppen är inte störs av upprördheten. Mer produktiv i detta avseende betyder mycket lönsammare.

Det mest intressanta, som jag ännu ej sett stöd för i hjärnforskningen, men som har gott om stöd för i verkligheten är att  hur verkligheten ter sig för dem står i direkt relation till deras prestanda.

Hur skall man veta “hur världen ter sig” och därmed förstå medarbetares prestanda?

Hur världen ter sig uttrycks i språket när människor delar med sig.

L’autore, St4rdog, a quanto pare ne ha realizzati 4 – per ora – spiegando varie tematiche: dalla creazione della scena, ai dialoghi , gli eventi e altro che vedrete voi stessi.
Insomma tutto quello che vi sarà molto utile, come base iniziale, per creare un vostro MOD.

Flashspeicher in Form von kleinen Sticks kann man leicht verlegen, verlieren oder sonstwie verschlampen. Bei einem Sitzmöbel als Drive kann sowas nie passieren.

Hier kommt also der Berg zum Propheten, wird also der Mobilrechner rüber zu Couch und Sessel getragen, um gemütlich ein bisschen Datenaustausch zu zelebrieren. Abgesehen davon, dass eine Digital-Leder-Sitzlandschaft natürlich tausendmal cooler rüberkommt als ein Plastikdinosaurier oder der profane Schlüsselbund-Stick, kann es durchaus sinnvolle Einsatzbereiche geben. Man denke nur ans Foyer, ob Firma, Kino, Krankenhaus oder Museum: Wartende Besucher können sich selbst die Zeit vertreiben, Image-Broschüren, Video-Clips, Geschäftsberichte oder den Grundriss des komplexen Gebäudes herunterladen. Produktvorstellungen, die jüngste Rede des Chefs, Ankündigungen von Events oder der Mitarbeiter des Monats sind ebenfalls denkbar. Schon hat sich das Sitzmobiliar doppelt bezahlt gemacht.
Die Speichersofas werden vom Designstudio Cabracega gebastelt. Allerdings dürfte es nicht unbedingt schwierig sein, einen eigenen Mobiliar-Mod zu verwirklichen, um ein kleinen Stick zu integrieren und per USB-Verlängerungskabel nach Außen zu führen. [Ralf]
