Money is found everywhere.

It is found in stones in fare.

It is seen in paper all fair.

It is the cynosure of all eyes  in glare.

 As paper becomes currency to share,

doubling comes into play albeit to bear,

While stones are mined  from earth bare,

Value enters the fray with care.

When diamonds are excavated in places rare,

created finds its way in  the market with blare.

Gold rush gets ahead  with a snare.

desire  brings about a shy dare.

The longing for such is insatiable in a ware.

Calling for a buy out  in quantities is a trap flare.

It exceeds the capacity in an exhaustive bear.

Throwing out everything out of gear.

The story line was perfect and I predicted what would happen in the movie long before it did. You see the story was about a lady who was in love with another man but her dad gave her out in marriage to a completely different man. She was unhappy in her husband’s house until some messenger gave her letters from her lover but her happiness was short-lived when her husband saw the letters and got very upset. However, he loved her dearly and decided to travel with her in search of her lover who was in a different country. His rationale was simple, he said that as her husband he promised her happiness and if her happiness lies in the arms of another man so be it. It was part of his duty to give her happiness.

I will pause here, because I wondered if it were possible in reality for a man to give out what he claims to love so dearly to another man. You know some men have connived with their wives to have intercourse with another man for monetary gains and after that they treat the woman like garbage. The woman fails to understand why the man she sacrificed everything for would treat her that way. I guess I might have the answer to that question, men by their very nature are selfish and they only think of themselves and things that make them happy. However, the love of a man is beyond a man’s happiness, love affects the happiness of others. Love is not selfish or cruel, it is kind and patient. I have always cautioned people when they say “I love you” because it connotes a lot of meanings and it entails a lot of hard work. Can a man love his wife selflessly, can he give her out to someone else in order to give her happiness, can he sacrifice all he has for the woman he loves. Don’t men always think they should reserve a little for themselves?

Back to the movie, the husband of the woman almost lost his life for her, he stayed by her side when she was injured and even when they had no money he was willing to sacrifice all just to make sure she was reunited with her lover. The woman i.e his wife fell in love with him and when she eventually met her lover she told him that she must fulfill her duties to her husband because he taught her how to abide in love.  Yeah Happy ending for her husband, but how many men out there can be like that woman’s husband?

Most men can’t even look their wives in the face once she has hurt them, they rather seek solace in the arms of another woman for physical pleasure that cannot last a life time.  Rather than taking the bold step to win their wife’s love, they would rather stay out late or focus on their games or whatever it is that gives them pleasure.  In reality, is it possible for a man to truly love a woman? Despite the fact that she annoys him? Once a man makes up his mind to love a woman, I know he can tolerate all and everything that she throws his way, of course with the exception of violence.

I believe this is food for thought for all the men out there.

A claim comprising everything.

Stocks and shares take the wing.

Land and property give a ring.

Gold and silver oscillate in a swing.

The claimant poses to be a King.

He wants for himself everything.

He amasses all with greed in the touching.

The others are left with a desolate reaching.

He enjoys the wealth with a great  tweeting.

He leaves the rest in a dilemma wriggling.

This is found in corporate and in all dwellings.

Avarice gains predominance in all surroundings.

It dumps the world in a profound sinking.

As a boss you need to be very clear what you expect from your employe, and make sure that he knows exactly what his duties are and what is expected from him. The employe, in turn, must fill his duties. Most people have looked for their jobs, asked for them, so they should be prepared to fill the shoes. If you choose a high-performance job you must be aware of the fact that it probably will eat most of your time and the monetary gains will reflect this. To be able to cope with the burdens of such a position you need to be highly organized and disciplined or you will succumb to all kinds of stress-related trouble. Take for example a professional foot-ball player; he is payed a fortune but his life will be a life of discipline or he’s out.

If, on the other hand, you find that you can’t deal with the pressure or you find that you need more time for leisure, family or hobbies, you need to change your expectations. The monetary gains will be less and you will have to down-size your life and expenditure. It’s all about choices, there is no judgment here.

Constant availability is talked about a lot and it’s rubbish. It’s an impossibility. If your high-performance job demands constant availability, you deal with it and it should be made clear from the beginning. If not, you are creating something that doesn’t exist. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you have to.  So turn of your machines and enjoy some peace and quiet…Choices.

Finally, I consider work-time being just that – worktime. If I know I have a heavy schedule, I go to bed early, prepare my stuff the day before, eat properly and maybe I pop some vitamins I don’t crash during my lunch-break.

Sometimes life throws us unexpected things that need to be dealt with, that’s just life and we deal with it as it comes along. But basic line is: Do your stuff, pay attention and get on with it. More often than not I find people have all kinds of excuses why not to change their lives and the more I’ve heard the more I am convinced that it is a question of laziness and/or victimization ideas.

Going back is never too easy.

Back tracking is ever too easy.

Keeping up the promise is never too easy.

Hearing slander is never too easy.

Listening to praise is ever too easy.

The world moves on round and round.

The interruption  of movement is never found.
