I think I last filled up on Monday? and it will be Thursday soon! I am going to make it last until Sunday hopefully!

Tried to reapply at Toyota through aerotek today. Apparently it remembers your last submission and does not let you reapply. Spent a good hour on monster.com and tomorrow after I clean up my room a little bit I am going to look into a little bit more on these jobs and maybe even create a profile on monster. What have I got to lose eh?

100 bucks to my name and 7 days to payday

Though I did spend my lunch break thinking about things I could buy with my next paycheck. Like a pair of plain white slip on shoes. 20 dollars at pay less and if I drop some Dr.Scholls I will be “Jellin” and they will be super comfy at a cheap price. I do not need to spend lots of money on daily worn shoes. I would rather spend money on high dollar shoes I only wear weekends or once every few weeks. Get my moneys worth and they last a lot longer.

Maybe even some hair ties or a bandanna, a louis vuitton knock off bandanna

Oh I even went out to dinner with a few friends after work, I only went for water and good conversation but the chips and salsa were free! and they kept em coming! (spent nothing) our waiter was an ass hole and the service sucked so I did not feel bad at all about not tipping.

It was a good day!

With 100 to my name and 250 put away in savings, I feel fantastic. It may not be much but it is something in my savings and for that I am very proud. The last time I had anything in my savings was over a year ago. Last year during tax return season I did not even save any. I spent the entire 1000 dollars in one weekend. That is insane!

Tomorrow after work and before I blog I am going to reapply at Toyota. FOR SURE!

Just got done filing my taxes, This years return will be 800 dollars. All of which will be put straight into savings.

Today I met a women who works for USAA, She has been working there for 7 years. One day Brenta one day.

I received my phone bill for this month. It is 77 dollars. The reason for it being so much above 60 dollars was due to the 2 songs I bought for my phone (of course tacked on to that was a fee for transferring data) and the money I donated to Hatti was added as well.

Need to figure out how my insurance is going to work, it is very confusing.

It was 428.00 I put 250.00 in my saving and I am not going to even think about touching it! So as of right now I have 189 to my name for the next two weeks Very very fair enough as long as I am smart with it!

Me and R-Minus went to the mall today to see if we could find some awesome dance clothing, no luck. And no good deals on shoes going on at all either!

I am just ready to pick up that pay check!

13 dollars to my name and half a tank of gas!

Though while at work I did talk to another friend of mine who was called for the Toyota job. She applied back at the beginning of september and just now received word to come on in for an interview and a test. They gave her literally 30 minutes to decide on whether or not she wanted the job, seriously. She immediately had to take a leave of absence from both our job and her second job. Just so she can test the waters at Toyota.

*Sigh*

This needs some thinking on whether or not I actually want to work there!

I spent money I found in my pockets!

Should I have done that? No Did I? Yes, I found a total of 14 dollars in my pockets. Where it came from who knows, so I called up my friend that I have not seen in a while and I bought a few drinks and headed over to his house to chill for the night.

I spent 5 dollars on a subway sandwich, 5 dollars on 2 24oz alcoholic beverages and then 4 dollars on some rice I wanted when I got to their house, they ordered some chinese!

Sure I spend the 14 bucks I found in my pocket, but I had a blast and it was good seeing him and his girlfriend again after not seeing them at all for like an entire month.

Wow day because I had fun! Thank You.

That is it, a lazy sunday

Pretty much WON in bowling tonight which got me 20 dollars.

Used that to get into the club and buy a couple drinks.

Bought a vitamin water and a pack of combos at the end of the night.

It was a good night!

I rode with Ryan when we went out on our Friday night cruise. As much as I would have loved to drive my car, I have to save the gas my mother got for me, I am not sure if I told ya’ll about that. Since I would not accept help the regular way she offered to buy me gas if I did some things for her. I did the errands and got gas out of it . I love my mother.

I currently have one Redbox movie out and I will not record the amount spent on it until it is returned.

Today I did manage to drive a mile or two over to my friends house. We just hung out and did manly men things like cook.

No word from Toyota and unfortunately I did not make any efforts to fix that little situation. I was too pumped about other things today.

Oh Ya, hopefully my W-2 form comes in the mail pretty soon. I have plans for that money. Smart plans

Now that I think about it, after we hung out and went back to my house my mother had me run over to Wal Mart to pick up a few items. So I did spend money but not my own. Had to pick up the basic’s milk, egg’s, bread and a few other things.

So yes, Positive money day! 9 More days until payday!

PS: I begged to pick up a random shift tomorrow just so I could get a few more hours in. My manager just would not have it! Oh well, I tried.

Still got about 20 dollars to my name. Though I was an hour late to work I still managed to clock 5 hours today. It would have been a solid 6 hours but I thought I was in at 5 and not 4. My manager was not really all that mad but everyone had to comment on the fact that I was late, in a joking way of course!

I have half a tank of gas, and managed to not spend any money today. It is 10 days until another pay-day. 20 dollars to my name and half a tank of gas. Lets do it!

You would think that with me putting all my business out there and friends and family following my every move though this journey I would have a little more self-control with my spending. Not how it happened today.

Spent 11 dollars at chilli’s, 23 dollars at HEB (3 dollars on glow sticks(and 20 cash back), 7 dollars to park, and 3 dollars on a drink and tip at the club, 5 dollars at IHOP) I do not need to tally it up. It leaves me with 4 dollars and some change in cash and a little less than 20 dollars in my account. Not a proud day, not a proud post. It happened, and this post is done.

Oh and no word from Toyota but I did start on that resumé for RBFCU.

But wait my spending does not end there. Afterwords I headed straight over to my local HEB, with my registration reminder and insurance ready to pay to renew my vehicle registration. I wait in this pretty good-sized line only to be told that my car has had the same plated for 7 years so it is time for new ones. I was unaware that this was a law and I was kinda upset about it because I actually started to love my “611 BLX” it became apart of me I felt. Anyways I go down to the tax offices and wait in an even bigger line, by this time I have already called work and told them I am not sure what time I will be getting out of this place but I may be a couple minutes late to work. It was only 11 O’Clock mind you, but better safe then sorry. So I finally get called for help and the clerk tells me it is cash only, well OBVIOUSLY I did not notice the big neon sign that said “cash or check only!” “Credit and Debit Cards not accepted at this Tax office” So I asked “Do you have an ATM in here?” of course her response was “No. We did, but 2 weeks ago some people broke in and stole it”. Then she saw my face and I guess she felt bad that I had waited and was completely oblivious to the sign (bless her heart) , She told me there was an ATM right across the street at the valero and if I go get cash and come back in I do not have to wait in line, to just come back to her and she would help me after she assisted whoever she was with. Well I did just that… I came back she had someone else help me out because she was really tied up with the guest she was with. It turns out that when you need to get new plates it does not cost you any extra money, You can only imagine how thankful for that I was. I told the nice ladies to have a nice day and I was on my way.

I get home and realize I do not have much time to get ready for work, so while I am changing I had to get my fix and fill on Facebook before I could not check it for the next 8 hours. Oh it is now 1:30 and I told them I would come in 3 hours early ( Go me! for picking up the hours for the extra money) So while I am checking my MySpace I notice that a bunch of different organizations I have friended on there are posting messages about an earthquake in Haiti,  so I look this big boy up and after taking physical geology last semester I KNOW what an earthquake can do, I know how they are formed and I know how devastating the aftermath of one can be. So despite the fact that I am trying to be smart with my money and manage it better. I know for a fact that even though I think my life is seriously f**ked up off track, I am going to slip up somewhere and spend the little to no money I have left on something stupid anyways. So why not donate the 5 dollars that would usually go to a sandwich or a drink at the club? And that is what i did, i texted Haiti to a special number and it donated 5 dollars to be charged to my account. You may not think 5 dollars is a lot of money, but you can feed up to 20+ people for a day with that, try me. Hopefully my money gets put to good use.

I throw my pants on and rush out the door to get to work. I work an 8 hour shift and spent 5 dollars during my lunch break on a subway foot long.

Summary. Yesterday I started with 276. So -63(cellphone) -1(Red Box) -5.41 (subway) -27(Gas) -62(Atm withdraw w/ fee to pay for registration) -10(from Thai food yesterday) and finally -65 (new insurance policy) Yeah after you add all of that up, I am left with 50 dollars. So 50 dollars and 13 days til my next pay check. Though at the same time this is one of the few times I can say i am completely caught up with everything. Oh Oh and the 5 dollars donated to Haiti…. 45 dollars for the next 13 days. I can do it!

Out of 272 I used 60 to pay for this months cellphone bill. I then spent 10 dollars to treat myself to some healthy Thai food. I go to pay for my car insurance and apparently last month I did not even pay! I do not understand how that freaking happened (well I know how it happened, I was focusing on doing so much partying and playing I didn’t do it) but it did. So that is another 70 to reactivate my policy. Then I also have to go get my new car registration that is another 55 dollars. So lets tally up the results. 60+10+70+55= *drum roll* !!!195!!! ok so 272+2(the 2 dollars I had in my account)=274. 274-195=79 dollars. After tomorrow I will have a total of 79 dollars to my name to last me for the next 14 days…. Lets see how I do.

I have yet to receive word from the Toyota plant about my application. If I do not hear from them by Saturday I am going to look into finding their HR number and see if I can’t call and get a status on my application.

Plan of action, regardless of weather or not I hear from Toyota soon or not I need to be looking into other options. Saturday after work out will be job hunt day until night-time when I am still unsure of whether or not I will go out and have fun or just stay home and do nothing. Places of interest would be RBFCU it is a local bank…. errrr excuse me Credit Union, Do not make that mistake when you are actually at a Credit Union, though I do not know the difference I know they do not like to be called banks hahaha. Saturday I will start constructing a cover letter and resume for a position there. I might even do a walk in or two at places that catch my interest & also check for government jobs that are hiring. Saturday will be a day of accomplishments!

So was today a “Get Paid-Pay day” or a “I Pay-Pay Day” I am going to say it is a little bit of both… Oh well!

I have 4 dollars to my name and a quarter tank of gas.

But wait, there is good news! Tomorrow is pay-day. I do not remember how many hours I worked the last 2 weeks but hopefully there was enough work put in for me to pay some bills tomorrow Get Excited people! haha

In other news it has been 8 days since I have submitted an application to the San Antonio Toyota Plant, Yes it is a far drive, But the money and hours I would be getting are totally worth it to me. Heres to hoping there is something in my inbox tomorrow!

I made well over 20 dollars today to make up for my spending’s but I wont see that money for another 2 weeks….

All of which leaves me at 4 dollars to my name and 3 days to payday . Pathetic I know, but everything has its reason. So I figured that makes it a little ok…. right?

In other news, today I managed to spend $0.00… That is pretty darn good for a first day. I will say though that I have $24.00 dollars to my name and a half tank of gas.

I guess today could be called a “Positive Money” Day because I went to work and made money, and managed to not spend anything today. Yep Positive money day it was.
