Oi povo!!!! Eu sei, andei sumida, podem me bater se quiserem (se conseguirem XD), mas tenho bons motivos (desculpas esfarrapadas) pra dar. Dia 25 de outubro, foi o campeonato paulista de karate, e eu estava treinando duro esse ultimo mês, o resultado dos treinos foi ótimo, peguei quinto lugar em kata e quinto lugar em kumite. Alem disso tem o cursinho à noite e chego em casa morrendo de sono. Vestibular ta aí gente!!! Deixa de lenga lenga, peço desculpas pela ausencia e vou me redimir viu juro, agora vamos ao post de hoje que ninguém aguenta mais falação.

A raiva dos Shounen-Ai

Fujoshi que é fujoshi sabe o que é um shounen ai e porque eles deixam todo mundo com raiva. Mas veja bem, pelo menos eles avisam antes classificando o anime como shounen-ai.

E o que seria isso? Traduzinho:

Shounen: garoto

Ai: amor

Shounen-ai é aquele anime que dá a idéia de romance entre meninos. Dá a idéia porque não rola beijo, não rola agarração e não rola o romance propriamente dito, é só a idéia mesmo. Tem aquelas cenas de pseudo romance, flertes mil, mas infelizmente, nenhum “eu te amo” ou coisa do gênero.

Princess Princess

Kouno Tooru é transferido para uma nova escola no meio do ano, mesmo sendo um colégio masculino a primeira coisa que ele vê ao entrar nessa escola é uma garota. Mas quem é essa menina e o que ela faz em um colégio masculino? E por que a chamam de princesa? Tooru vai descobrir de uma maneira nem um pouco agradável.

Um manga classificado shoujo e um anime classificado shounen-ai. Por que essa diferença? Não faço idéia. Alias, sabiam que yaoi é um tipo de shoujo? Pois é parece obvio, mas muita gente esquece. Pri-Pri tem muitas vertentes, o manga é a mais interessante delas, mas alem dele temos o anime e o live (que é uma comedia só). Mesmo que você seja uma fujoshi com raiva de shounen-ai assista Pri-Pri, ele é nota 10!

Saint Beast

Há muito tempo atrás, o grande deus Zeus , criou 3 tipos de hierarquia angelical, alto, médio e pequeno, embora supostamente todos fossem iguais. Além disso designou 6 anjos como Saint Beasts que governam os animais da Terra. Eles são: Go,o ator; Shin, o Cavaleiro Negro; Rei, Suzaku ; Guy, o Tigre Branco; Yuda, o kirin; e Ruka, o hooh. Os seis anjos cumpriram as tarefas deles fielmente. No entanto, por causa dos atos crescentemente tirânicos de Zeus, eles começam a desconfiar. Comecei a assistir esse anime à pouco e não sei muito sobre ele, dá pra notar o romancezinho que rola entre algum desses anjos fofos. Alias, alguém aqui lembra do antigo layout do blog? Era o Shin e o Yuda. Por enquanto o anime ta meio devagar, nota 9.

Monochrome Factor

Akira Nikaido, é um típico folgado que leva uma vida normal. Isto é, até ele encontrar o misterioso Shirogane, um homem que aparece de repente e lhe diz para encontrá-lo na escola à noite. Embora desconfiado, ele vai mesmo assim, e conseqüentemente é atacado por um monstro das sombras. Shirogane o convence de que o equilíbrio entre o mundo humano e o mundo das sombras foi danificado, e que Akira deve se tornar uma criatura do mundo das sombras, a fim de ajudar a restaurar o equilíbrio. Shirogane e suas indiretas para o Akira, muito kawaii. O manga não tem nada disso por isso se você acha que vai ver mais, se ferro bonito, shounen-ai só o anime. Recomendadíssimo, nota 10!!

Acaba por aqui, mas vai ter mais logo logo, promessa da Lyli, estou devendo um Shota special II, mais um Shounen-ai, já que existem milhares deles e varios muito bons, e claro, um especial da Naono Bohra (Naono sensei Dai suki!!!).

A few days back I was in a room with a handful of people. People whom I may have come across while pacing through the city’s streets every now and then. There were a few familiar faces… and there were also a couple new ones … but everything boiled down to the fact that we were all just people… people in the same room… people who were probably there for the same reason…

Fast forwarding a bit (hehe… )… We were already two days into the program and it couldn’t’ have been any less than ordinary… after that we sorta had a mandatory holiday brought about by the elements (well three. actually… hehe…)… naturally after that… classes had to go on… and on the third meeting… the strangest thing happened… one person didn’t show up… (strange in a sense that “who in their right mindwould pay 3k for a 5 day class and just slack off midway?!)… our instructors gave him a grace period before they shut him out and began their lecture… sure enough, our instructors decided to go on with the lecture with or without him… mostly because they wouldn’t want to compromise the other trainees… and as we were about to take a breather from the info dumping… everyone in the room got the news that dude didn’t show simply because…  he couldn’t… everyone else wished that he had just dropped out of the class or that he had road problems brought about by land/mudslides… but sadly… the reason couldn’t have been any worse than a comedy gone sour. It seemed that he was one of the unfortunate people who were bitched on by dear ol’ mother nature…

Its not that I can’t sympathize with the loss of another human being… but it’s just that I’ve never really lost anyone close to me at an age where I can truly gauge and quantify feelings of grief… and it’s not like I really knew the dude… but I guess that that’s just it. To think that, for brief moment, we were all in the same room… enrolled in the same program… taking the same class… and just like that… he’s was gone… Now I know that 2 days isn’t actually enough to even get close to knowing someone… but the thought that someone within your proximity is actually gone (~dead… for clarity’s sake)… the feeling is pretty unsettling…

If a person you barely know can just poof out of existence… is there enough left of him to say that he has actually lived? I didn’t even know the dude’s name before he went under… most of us in the program didn’t… we wished that we had took the time even for a couple of minutes just to get to know the dude… ~but then again.. regret is only a feeling that comes after an unplanned loss…

He was able to show us that our existence is too minute even for the finest microscopes…

To be born just so we can die in the end… ~life awfully resembles a really cruel joke…

~we consume ourselves doing things just so we can get ourselves ahead in life… yet you can never tell when everything you’ve worked for gets taken away from you just when you’re about to grab the prize… if this is the case then “what’s the point?!”… “What’s the point in living if you don’t get the ending that you’ve worked so very hard for?!”…

After thinking this over… I guess that I’ve finally found the answer…

Life isn’t about grinding yourself  to make it good in the end… instead… Life is simply about Living It…

Okay… to break it down for you…

Think about fairytales… the exciting part isn’t the happily-ever-afters in the end …

it’s how you get there…  (duh… hahaha…)

More short crappy reviews! True Tears, Night Wizard, Bus Gamer, Kaiji and Monochrome Factor after the cut!

True Tears: Standard plot line, but very nicely done – 3.5/5

PLOT: True Tears has a pretty standard plotline, but the execution was nicely done. The love triangle ended up being the entire drive of the story rather than just a plot device and as such the drama felt that much more real. It’s a slow burner, building the characters up slowly and giving lots to development avoiding any feeling of shallowness. The characters themselves are fairly likeable, but I personally do not see why Shinichiro had 3 cute girls lusting after him! Oh well this is anime! The drama took a while to develop, but it was nicely done and the series ended nicely. My favourite character was definitely Noe – she’s very quirky & appealing. Hiromi on the other hand bugged the life out of me and I just couldn’t see her appeal. The side characters also got adequate development and Shinichiro’s parents had an actual role to play rather than just being soulless cardboard cutouts. I did feel that there was still something lacking, although I just can’t put my finger on what – maybe its because I just didn’t really like Shinichiro and began to feel that he didn’t really deserve to have so many women lusting after him!

ANIMATION: I have to say that this series is beautifully animated. The character designs are appealing and the backgrounds wonderfully detailed. PA Works have done an excellent job on this series for a relatively recent studio. The festival scene near the end of the series is nothing short of stunning and the wintry backdrop of most of the series was really atmospheric.

MUSIC & VOICE ACTING: The OP & ED were cute, nothing overly spectacular but decent. Same with the voice acting, no one really stands out too much though.

Overall I liked True Tears, but felt that there was something lacking. It’s a slow paced romance, but the wonderful animation and well thought out characters make it a superior example of its genre.

Night Wizard:The Animation: Pretty average action series, but entertaining nonetheless - 3/5

PLOT: I watched this weekly when it aired, and it managed to do its job, in that it provided me with a decent slice of wizarding action every week. Night Wizard is a game conversion so there is plenty of action. At first it’s more like a comedy adventure series, with the main focus being collecting jewels and battling the villain of the week. In the latter episodes the focus shifts to the bigger picture and most of the comedy is lost, as the plot turns serious. I found this threw me quite a bit, as earlier episodes were very light and comedic. However I didn’t expect much from the show to begin with so I was quite pleased with there being an actual plot! Overall an entertaining show that does not demand too much from the viewer, so worth a look if you want some mindless action.

ANIMATION: Its not going to win awards, but it was pretty enough and quite consistent. The action scenes were well done and the character designs were generic, but attractive.

MUSIC & VOICE ACTING: I really liked the ED and the OP was also OK – BGM was fitting for this type of show as was the voice acting (if kind of bog-standard and uninspiring).

So yeah, a pretty average gamer conversion, but there wasn’t a whole lot wrong with the series. Recommended for light viewing.

Bus Gamer: Interesting premise, but way too short and therefore rushed 3/5

PLOT: Bus Gamer was strange – these 3 episodes feel more like a pilot for a longer series than anything self-contained. I suspect that there will be a Bus Gamer anime at some stage, since the characters are sort of left in limbo at the end of the final episode. It was oddly paced; the first episode was slow and lacked tension and all the action was squished into the last 5-10mins when the trio finally get their act together and get into their 1st ‘Biz Game’! The other 2 episodes sort of repeated that pattern – every time a bit of tension builds Saitou, the comic relief character, quickly defuses it by saying/doing something stupid (his OTT-ness makes me think its an act though – I’m suspicious like that, but nothing is resolved in the end). There is a lack of character development and everything is shallow feeling, but the concept itself is interesting and I would happily watch more!

ANIMATION: I wasn’t very impressed with the production quality of this show – I felt that it could have been better, some scenes just came across as cheap. The character designs just screamed ‘bishie’ at me and I found myself expecting some random shounen-ai to develop (it doesn’t – think its just my warped mind ). The thing that really annoyed me though, was that Nakajou’s eyes were permanently hidden by his hair = bloody irritating.
MUSIC & VOICE ACTING: The music is decent enough – nothing spectacular. The voice acting is good, I liked all the main characters and the opening titles are sung by the 3 (not the best song in the world though).

Overall I feel that an interesting premise was somewhat wasted and hope that there will be longer series in the future as this show does have promise.

Kaiji: Tense, atmospheric show with very striking animation – 4/5

PLOT: Fairly straightforward plot, I was worried initially that they couldn’t milk enough episodes out of the concept, but I need not have worried. Kaiji is a show full of tension and twists – its all very entertaining! I don’t much like the actual characters themselves as it’s hard to sympathise with them as people, but it’s interesting to watch them struggle to outwit each other. The constant narration does occasionally get on my nerves though as its sometimes a touch too OTT, but that’s a minor quibble. By the end I still didn’t much like Kaiji as a person – he’s a bit of a hopeless case, but does demonstrate a bit of backbone and a touch of intelligence – the man needs to stop gambling though, he’s really crap at it!

ANIMATION: In a word the animation is UGLY! Nothing will get me to change my mind on this – the character designs are just plain ugly! However the actual animation quality is extremely high. The detailing of the backgrounds and excellent use of bright colours and heavy shadowing just oozes style. A very well put together show as one would expect from Madhouse. If only the characters were not so ugly, I’d be so much more enraptured of this anime – but not every show can be stuffed full of bishounen! (unfortunately!) What can I say – I’m shallow like that!

VOICE ACTING & MUSIC: Voice acting is very solid, you can tell that Kaiji’s VA is mainly a live action actor as he really does emote every well. The narrator is great (well he is Zaraki Kenpachi himself!), and the supporting cast does a great job too. Music wise the score is brilliant – really enhancing the tension in the right places. The OP is really short and I’m convinced I’ve heard it before somewhere – the ED does the job but is mostly unremarkable.

Overall I’m enjoyed Kaiji quite alot and highly recommend it, however felt that it was a touch OTT at times and perhaps slightly overlong.  Although saying that I’m still really looking forward to the live action version!

Monochrome Factor: Shallow and predictable, yet somehow extremely entertaining! – 3.5/5

PLOT: Well its very generic, straightforward and blatantly pandering to BL fangirls, but somehow still manages to be interesting! I was pleasantly surprised by the series as I had zero expectations from it when I was previewing it. The series is from the same team as Loveless, but where Loveless is heavy on the drama, Monochrome Factor is much more comedic. The characters are fantastic fun (if completely stereotypical) and the script is very witty. There isn’t much closure at the end of the series and stuff tends to happen with not a lot of explanation – there is also quite a lot of filler material. However Monochrome Factor was great for light viewing, I even picked up the manga because I enjoyed the series so much!

ANIMATION: The bishie character designs are nice – I like them, but I dont like the whole pink lipstick thing Shirogane has going on. I think the fact he has a 5ft braid and dresses Traptastically is enough to indicate the gayness of the character. The series clearly has a low budget, but it does use it well – things are simple but pretty. Excellent use of chibi’s to enhance the comedy too.

MUSIC & VOICE ACTING: Great voice cast – love each and every one of them though Shirogane is a favourite ^_^ The OP is brilliant (have it downloaded) and the ED and BGM are decent enough too.

Overall a very enjoyable show, surprisingly one of my favourites from the Spring 2008 season!

Streszczenie: Akira Nikaido jest zwykłym, niezależnym nastolatkiem. Jednym jego problemem jest ucieczka wraz ze swoim przyjacielem Kengo przez Ayą, która za wszelką cenę chce sprowadzić ich na dobrą drogę, by nie opuszczali zajęć szkolnych i nie wdawali się w bójki. Pewnego dnia Aikra wracając do domu spotyka na swojej drodze tajemniczego człowieka – Shirogane, który nie posiada cienia. Twierdzi, że mają wspólną przyszłość. Akira nie wierzy dyiwnej osobie, która tak samo, jak się pojawiła, tak samo znika w jednym momencie. Jednak to nie koniec. W nocy Akira, Kengo idą wraz z Ayą do szkoły, po jej maskotkę, którą zgubiła^^ W ciemnościach atakują ich dziwne potwory – Kokuchi, które tylko Akira jest w stanie dostrzec. Z pomocą trójce bohaterów przychodzi Shirogane. Po zakończonej bitwie okazuje się, ze Akira traci swój cień, dlatego normalny człowiek nie będzie w stanie go zobaczyć. Wtedy przyjmuje propozycję Shirogane i staje się “Shinem”, który walczy starając się przeciwstawić ekspansji ciemności…

Czy można popłakać się ze śmiechu oglądając anime? Ależ oczywiście! Nigdy się tak nie uśmiałam, no może na Ouran’ie i Junjou Romantice, ale MF jest komedią jedyną w swoim rodzaju. Oprócz komedii anime można zaliczyć do gatunki: akcja i fantasy oraz oczywiście shounen-ai, stąd dedykacja dla Aijou^^, ale wątki yaoi nie ma strasznie dużo, więc, jak ktoś ich nie lubi, to nie będą mu tak strasznie przeszkadzać. Dlaczego to anime jest tak śmieszne? Ano przez postacie:P Są świetne, tak dobrze wykreowanych charakterów dawno nie widziałam. Mamy tu typ, któremu niby na niczym nie zależy, a przy tym jest silny i przystojny (Akira), do tego “debilne rodzeństwo”, czyli Kengo – najlepszy przyjaciel Akiry, który głównie nadaje komizmu tej serii, no i jego siostra May – która ma obsesję na punkcie przystojnych kolesi i ma tego pecha, że zawsze zakochuje się w nieodpowiednim kandydacie. Następnie czas na Ayę, szkolną strażniczkę porządku, silną dziewczynę, która boi się duchów i ma kompleks na punkcie małych piersi. Z tego też powodu, i dlatego, że jest silna została nazwana “bardzo męskim facetem” xD Z kolei Shirogane to silny, zakochany w Akirze typ. bardzo pewny siebie i tą pewnością siebie wnerwia naszego Akirę:P Potem czas na niewidomego barmana, który potrafi leczyć “nietypowe” rany. W połowie poznajemy Kou – playboya, który ugania się nie tylko za dziewczynami^^, ale jest przystojny i silny, tak że mu tych facetów wybaczam xD A no i jeszcze Haruka- bogaty dzieciak, dziedzic rodziny Kujo, który prowadzi badania związane ze światem ciemności i posiada wiernego, miłego lokaja. Teraz świat ciemności. Niezwykle zabawna Lulu, naśmiewająca się z piersi Ayi ( ona sama jest dobrze wyposażona xD), nie lubiąca walczyć i darząca sympatią Shirogane. Do tego dziwny Nanaya i człowiek – krowa, czyli Vaca -san. Taki wachlarz postaci sprawia, że każdy znajdzie swojego ulubieńca ( ja najbardziej polubiłam Akirę^^, Mayu oraz Kengo). Zabawne gagi sprawiają, że każdemu poprawi się humor. Kolejnym plusem serii jest grafika. Bardzo lubię taki właśnie rodzaj. Postacie są bardzo ładne narysowane, a na widok Akiry w postaci z czarnymi włosami robiło mi się gorąco:P Teraz wada, którą zauważyłam, a mianowicie schematyczność odcinka. Mamy scenkę rodzajową, potem jakieś zdarzenie, które jest punktem kulminacyjnym i następuje po nim walka z ciemnością i szczęśliwe zakończenie. Właśnie walka. Za krótkie sceny bitewne, jak dla mnie. Akira dwa razy machnął nożykami i już koniec. Za krótko! Pomimo tej wady seria jest godna polecenia. Oglądałam ją jednym tchem. Uśmiałam się, jak nigdy i rozpaczałam, kiedy się skończyła. Ale wszystko, co dobre szybko się, niestety, kończy:( Pomimo, że ma 24 odcinki trwające po przeszło 20 min, dla mnie było to zdecydowanie za mało! Hmm… sprawa muzyki. Mamy jeden opening i dwa endingi. Ładnie brzmią, ale jakoś nie podbiły mego serca.

The thing about this torrent is that it has both AVI and MKV files.  Basically ALL of our releases.  Since normal people only want one or the other, simply uncheck the folder you don’t want in your bittorent client.  If you’re using a shitty client that for some reason doesn’t let you do that, it’s about time to get something better.  I suggest µTorrent, available here.

Monochrome Factor by GENCO It seriously sucks in many ways! Too bad because the story idea was actually pretty interesting. But despite its flaws, it had been very enjoyable to watch! The characters had been fun, and I really like the comedy! Rating: C- SO-SO! Very average and typical whatever! Favoritism: 2.5/5 hearts = AVERAGE

The story revolves around high school student Akira Nikaido, a typical slacker living a normal life. That is, until he meets the mysterious Shirogane, a man who suddenly appears and tells him that they have a destiny together. When Akira hears this, he is shocked and doesn’t believe a word of it. Aya, a friend of Akira, forgets something in the school one night, and asks Akira to help her and go find it. He agrees, and while there, he gets attacked by a shadow monster. Shirogane convinces him that the balance between the human world and the shadow world has been distorted and that Akira must become a “shin”- a creature of the shadow world- in order to help restore the balance. The anime has shonen-ai themes which are completely absent from the manga. (Wikipedia)

I saw the manga version of this first. I got attracted to its cover because I thought the two Akiras there were identical twins (I’m obviously very interested on anything that deals with goodlooking identical twin boys) and the supernatural stuff in the plot got me really interested (that’s one of my top favorite genres, I can’t help it. Hehe). When I read the first few chapters though, I was pretty surprised that it’s actually gay, though fortunately it wasn’t yaoi level, so I was able to tolerate it. It didn’t get me that impressed but I still looked forward to the anime adaptation because . . . of the seiyuu cast. Haha!

But a good cast can’t really save a series if it’s just too horrible. Biggest disappointment in this series is the story. Actually, the story idea was pretty interesting, but the development, pacing, narration, and other story related stuff . . . . all sucked! It used up too many cliches and its twists had been so terrible and predictable. Speaking of twists, I don’t know if I can call the twists in the story as real twists because supposedly the later events explain or reveal what actually happened previously, right? As in, it connects each event so things make sense later. But here? No. The twists from before were changed later in order to force a twist. It’s like done for the sake of making a twist. They changed what had happened. What kid of plot twist is that?! Oh I find that really really stupid.

Another thing that’s so bad is that there aren’t any progress in the story! It builds up in the first few episodes (which is done badly as well) then it’s always the same thing on the later episodes: Main characters encounter a character, then later it’ll hold a grudge, villain shows up to the victim to make a monster possess it, the good guys beat up the monster, and it’s always a happy ending. Same formula, all the time. Though the story does pick up around the middle part, but later it goes to usual again. And then all important parts get rushed in the ending. It makes you think “I waited for 20+ episode for just this?!”.

I know that this series is actually episodic, but they shouldn’t have wasted that many episodes with the same type of weak villains and the same way things happen and end. At least make some variety or show something new on those stories and characters. Even if it’s episodic, there should be some advancement or difference in each episode at least!

I know some story flaws in this series were done on purpose for the sake of crack, but I think that’s only excusable if the main genre of the series is comedy, however it isn’t! They had excuses on some story flaws in the end though (like the deal with the enemies ALWAYS popping out on people around the main characters), but still, it had been lame and typical.

And about the characters . . . oh they’re just as bad in terms of development. Main charater recruitment was done per episode until they’re complete (except for one who only showed up later . . . because he only became necessary on the part where the story began dealing about his kind). Main character’s friends are also so special, because since they’re the buddies, they get to have powers too . There are other characters who can have fighting potential that got close to the main character too, but NO, only the main character’s buddies get to have the magical weapons (oh bummer!).

And also, for some reason, it’s like a requirement that the main cast always has to be complete in every freakin’ episode (or at least, almost all episodes, if not all). I didn’t see much development on the characters as well, except for the main character I guess (who only had such in the middle and in the end . . .. yes, there had actually been improvements only in the middle and in the end *sigh*). I didn’t see them change; they had been the same since the time they showed up and the time they got involved in the supernatural events in the story. For instance, there was a time that a character had betrayed them, but he didn’t seem evil enough to the point that I absolutely expected it that in his heart he isn’t really a bady guy. In other words, the betrayal wasn’t that convincing. So it also follows the stupid rule that a main character can’t possibly part of the bad guys, eh? Right. Speaking of bad guys, the main villain is the biggest let down of all. You know, he finally shows up in the ending as someone pretty powerful but after one hit by the leveled up leading character, even though he’s not really that damaged, he claims that he’s no longer in the mood to continue and leaves, after the main character became unconscious (who became conscious a few minutes later. The hell . . . ). So much for a season finale.

About my other complains, this series actually had some demon summoning. I like mix of religious stuff, but summoning a shadow king with Shinto outfits and materials, but with a pagan symbol and uttering names of christian devils? Oh come on. You can’t mix different religions just like that. It’s like the writer or author hadn’t done any research on this kind of thing. It’s similar to a shoujo manga making the devil Lucifer a gay bishounen and acting like a good guy. The hell . . . Another thing is the fanservice. I know it wants to cater to shounen-ai/yaoi lovers but many of those fanservice scenes are seriously out of place. It’s like those nonsense were forced to be added in the episode even if they don’t exactly relate to what is going on. The heck . . . you think fanservice can make up for the bad story?

So yeah, it had been really really horrible. Not to mention the animation is so average. There’s nothing fantastic on the fight scenes. They all look the same. And the costume transformations sucked. I think magical shoujo series had done it better. Oh this series sure used a lot of ways to waste time.

But despite all those bad points, this series is actually very enjoyable. Why? Believe it or not, it had been very entertaining because the comedy was good and the characters had been fun. There are several types of comedies, and this belongs to the lame-but-damn-hilarious type. If the comical parts of a series had been funny, then I call it good comedy! Haha! I admit some nonsensical in this series made me go “WTF”; but most of the time, they were so amusing that I laugh a lot in each episode! Hehe!

Also, if you ignore the lack of character development, the characters are actually so fun and dynamic. They had been so funny, I can’t hate them. And it’s because they’re so fun that the show had been so fun to watch as well.

Other good points I’d like to mention I guess would be the voice acting cast and the music. No, I’m not exactly being biased on the seiyuus, but they really did a good job. The voices really fit the characters and how they acted made the emotion of the characters seem real. I hadn’t paid attention on the backgorund music, but the OP and ED theme songs had a really nice tune. At least for me they were.

So, if you’re not strict with good stories and don’t mind shounen-ai undertones, then I guess you won’t have much problems with this series. It can’t be considered as one of the greatest series out there, but it certainly is one of the enjoyable ones.

a ah .. i found out that HiroC and OnoD voiced for Monochrome Factor. uwaaa, i wasn’t planning to watch that series. now i have to dig around the torrent and download it (ha ha ha ha). i mean, seriously, not only HiroC, but OnoD also there. a must watch (more like listen to their voice) combination.

on to anime story, i finished Gundam 00. Both season 1 and 2. he he, i actually impressed with myself. because of a seiyuu, i literally digged around looking for any works that he did. but Gundam 00 was great. storywise. okay, u probably can guess, gundam is a .. action, mecha genre, fighting using robot. i didn’t watch other gundam series so i can’t compare but Gundam 00 Series was very sad. hu hu. my suki na hero .. died (a ha ha). of cos they ended it with happy result but still, along the way, the story was really .. sad. both OP and ED song for season 1 really suited the emotion (not to mention ending credit for stephanie – friends included 4 hot guys). ha ha, seriously, for an anime, they were HOT!!!! it was worth watching gundam 00.

i also been obsessed over DGS (a radio show conduct by HiroC and OnoD). in the past, whenever i like a seiyuu, i rarely like seeing their picts. i preferred not knowing how they look, cos what i like about them is their voice and their ability to act using their voice to make an anime leave a deeper impression than just a storyline. so i never know how HiroC looked like before DGS. but DGS is seriously very .. not only interesting, but fun!! if u really understand what they were talking about (most of the time they just talk silly things but that what makes the bangumi funnnnnn), u’ll understand y i like the bangumi so much. this week i found a site that a fan put up picts (for every episode) of them while they were recording. kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. ehem, i’ll start collecting HiroC pict from now on (and OnoD too cos he’s more good looking lol).

Today I WAS supposed to go to the library to turn in my books, but I felt super crappy this morning. I’ll do it Monday.
So I stayed home, watch some Monochrome Factor and drank hot lemon tea.

I then migrated to the living room to watch some t.v. Found out that Sci-fi channel’s gonna have Gurren Lagann and Rave Master. YES!!!! FINALLY!!!
Now my Mondays have purpose.

Kengo Asamura

Kengo es uno de los que mas me gustan (aun mas que Akira) de Monochrome Factor, por que es chistoso y lindo. Kengo es el mejor amigo de Akira, y siempre lo esta siguiendo a donde vaya, como un perrito. (awww) Kengo siempre esta feliz aunque por veces Akira lo trate mal, pero no lo hacer por que lo odia, pero Kengo siempre lo obedece, algunas veces pienso que Kengo le gusta Akira (Aunque eso desearia… me gusta mucho KengoxAkira!!!)

Ok, here’s the latest round of anime` that’s better off unwatched.

Allison to Lila — A series that delights in never satisfactorily resolving the relationship between the main characters. Don’t start watching this unless you’re really into masochism!
Asu No Yochi — Hentai. That’s all that needs to be said.
Crazy Shrine Maidens — The worst of Shintoism and awkward boy/girl themes, all in one package for your displeasure.
Himawarii — One of those shows where you keep waiting for it to deliver on its potential, and it never does. Girl ninja school with stock characters and unexeceptional writing.
Monochrome Factor — Cool concept; nasty homosexual overtones.

Hmmmm, din cand in cand ma trezesc cu o nemultumire profunda in ceea ce ma priveste si atunci ma simt nevoita sa apelez la singurele doua arme capabile s-o alunge: muzica si anime-urile. Primul pas l-am facut deja in momentul in care am scris postul de luni (pentru ca da, astazi e una din acele zile in care sunt nemultumita). Efectul a fost, insa, de scurta durata, asa ca am apelat la anime ~cumva, indiferent de ce vreau sa vorbesc, ajung tot la anime, desi nu era in plan~

Primul a fost Skip Beat! (episodul 20) si am avut surpriza sa constat ca atat openingul cat si endingul au fost schimbate. Lucrul este natural, daca ma gandesc ca dupa episodul 19 intram intr-o alta era a seriei. Din pacate, intentia mea de a posta cele doua noi melodii, s-a soldat cu un esec pentru ca programele mele au decis pentru ziua de azi, sa nu functioneze asa cum trebuie, iar pe Youtube inca n-au aparut cele doua melodii. Eh, va mai dura ceva. Deci, o noua era. Kyoko e confuza si Moko-san nu face decat sa-i accentueze confuzia, Ren este furiossi nesigur, iar Presedintele nu face decat sa-i accentueze nesiguranta. Sentimente confuze din toate partile, care nu fac decat sa pregateasca terenul pentru ce va urma. Abia astept!

Am vazut apoi Index (To Aru Majutsu no Index) (episodul 20) si m-a bucurat faptul ca a bad guy turns out to be good. Seria e buna dar un pic imi face impresia ca se taraganeaza.

A urmat Monochrome Factor (episodul 19, stiu ca nu v-am spus nimic despre el). La inceput mi s-a parut foarte interesanta seria dar in timp mi-am dat seama ca are anumite lipsuri. Cu toate acestea nu renunt la ea, asteptand sa aiba un final care sa nu ma dezamageasca. Off, numai de-ar iesi mai repede toate episoadele!

Urmatorul pe lista Maria Holic (episodul 7). Grrrrr, ar face bine sa se miste mai curand pentru ca am cam inceput sa ma satur de nasuri sangerande si insulte fara rost. Chiar aveam asteptari mari de la seria asta. Incerc sa mai rezist eroic pret de cateva episoade.

Dupa ce voi scrie acest post am sa ma uit la Asu no Yoichi! (episodul 7) si pana o fac sper sa fie gata pentru voi si uploadul ultimului episod.

Singurul care m-a scos un pic din stare, a fost Skip Beat! , lucru deloc neasteptat. Cu asta inchei si lamentarile mele …. about nothing. Poate pana la sfarsitul zilei am sa fiu din nou back on tracks.
