Rafael Gómez Montoya, que actúe con coherencia y cese al actual Concejal Delegado de Hacienda D. Antonio García Blázquez y portavoz del grupo Socialista en el Consistorio de Leganés, imputado por un presunto delito de prevaricación.</span></p>
<p>Queremos recordar al Alcalde que el compromiso firmado por todos los Alcaldes socialistas de Madrid el pasado mes de Julio de 2009, titulado “Código Ético de Buen Gobierno” en el que según Tomás Gómez, es “un decálogo que parte de tolerancia cero con la corrupción y que pretende recuperar la credibilidad y la confianza entre los ciudadanos”.</p>
<p> El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid y el fiscal del caso, le imputan al concejal un presunto delito de prevaricación, tras declarar el pasado 24 de noviembre, al haber autorizado en la última Junta de Gobierno de la pasada legislatura un pago de 101.000€ a la empresa Cuadrifolio, a pesar de que la interventora había avisado de que no se había reservado crédito para el gasto y no se había tramitado el oportuno expediente administrativo.</p>
<p> Por éste mismo caso, también están imputadas otras 8 personas más, entre ellas el ex alcalde de Leganés D. José Luís Pérez Ráez, actual Diputado regional, cargos de confianza del actual equipo de Gobierno y ex concejales de IU, ya que todos ellos formaban parte de la Junta de Gobierno que aprobó dicho gasto.</p>
<p> Ante éste hecho tan grave,<span style="color:#ff00ff;"> UPyD entiende que es una irresponsabilidad que el concejal siga ejerciendo sus funciones, ya que deteriora la imagen del Ayuntamiento y la credibilidad de las Instituciones Públicas.</span></p>
<p>Hechos como este, desgraciadamente extendidos por toda España, han motivado que UPyD en su I Congreso haya aprobado un “Código de buenas prácticas” para sus cargos públicos para evitar tales hechos e inmediatamente sean sancionados si se produjeran. En concreto en su artículo g se establece que los cargos públicos <span style="color:#ff00ff;">“se abstendrán no solo de conductas contrarias al ordenamiento jurídico, sino también de cualesquiera otras que al trascender a la vida pública puedan comprometer la imagen del partido o de la institución de la que forman parte”.</span></p>
<p> Al margen de cualquier norma interna o código, para cualquier ciudadano con sentido común y de la honradez es evidente que como mínimo el Concejal de Hacienda de Leganés observó una conducta dolosa muy grave por la que debe cesar de su cargo.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>The great revelations of corruption etc. within the BGCT have not materialized as Montoya practically guaranteed. He promised heads were gonna roll and people were gonna be shocked. But alas nothing but the same old dribble flows from his poison pin.</p>
<p>As a matter of fact he is still promising to shut down his blog. It just aint gonna happen. I&#8217;m telling ya, he can&#8217;t stay away from this. He can&#8217;t ride off into the sunset. He has to find more &#8220;stuff&#8221; to reveal. His self esteem depends on it.</p>
<p>In the meantime, everyone is moving on and leaving all that stuff in the past. Phil. 3:13,14 tells us to leave stuff in the past and go forward for His glory. The past belongs in the past. Our past viewing mirrors need to be broken and not used again.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t get me wrong, all is not well with the BGCT. It still needs some work. It is like any church that has had some struggles and will go forward as the past is left alone. New dreams and visions will pull Texas Baptist into the future.</p>
<p>I am looking forward to the convention and seeing what God has in store for Texas Baptist. God isn&#8217;t done with Texas Baptist. The disgruntled may very well start another convention. Fine and dandy, nothing stopping them. More power to them. Just wonder what they could call it. Disgruntled Texas Baptist Convention. Why they could meet way out in Wink. Out of sight and out of mind. Just kidding.</p>
<p>In the meantime, I am not waiting with bated breath for &#8220;new&#8221; revelations from Montoya.</p>

<p>Desconocidos robaron una de las 74 obras elaboradas por artistas plásticos colombianos para una subasta con fines benéficos que la casa neoyorquina Christie&#8217;s realizará a finales de este mes en Bogotá, denunciaron fuentes de la organización no gubernamental (ONG) responsable de la iniciativa.<!--more--></p>
<p>&#8220;<strong>Cubo hecho con latas de cerveza</strong>&#8220;, de Santiago Montoya, desapareció del espacio público del norte bogotano en la que era exhibida junto a otras escultura similares de la IV temporada de arte Formarte de la Fundación Corazón Verde, que presta asistencia a viudas y huérfanos de policías que mueren en actos de servicio.</p>
<p>La obra tiene un peso de aproximadamente 35 kilos, mide ochenta centímetros de alto, por ochenta centímetros de largo y ochenta centímetros de ancho, y su base es de 1,20 metros por 1,20 metros.</p>
<p>Una portavoz de la ONG dijo que la pieza fue robada &#8220;hace algunos días&#8221; y que el caso se mantuvo en reserva por motivos relacionados con la investigación, que fue asumida por la Policía Nacional.</p>
<p>La falta de pistas llevó a hacer público el robo, agregó la fuente, que señaló que el hecho causó disgusto en el autor, que lo calificó de &#8220;miserable&#8221;.</p>
<p>Para su pieza, elaborada con aluminio, pintura para vehículos y laca especial para exteriores, Montoya se inspiró en las latas de las cervezas que se producen y consumen en el país, por, según el, &#8220;elementos populares fácilmente reconocibles&#8221;.</p>
<p>El cubo de Montoya conformaba un conjunto de 74 obras con el mismo formato elaboradas este año por 73 artistas colombianos, que las presentaron por primera vez el pasado septiembre en la Plaza de Bolívar, en el centro histórico de Bogotá.</p>
<p>Desde entonces, el conjunto artístico ha sido exhibida en otros dos espacios públicos de la ciudad.</p>
<p>Los 74 cubos de arte serán subastados el 26 de noviembre en un club del norte bogotano por la casa Christie&#8217;s.</p>
<p>La casa de subastas ha realizado la misma tarea en las tres versiones anteriores de Formarte, las de 2001, 2005 y 2007, para las que se adoptó como formato el árbol, la mariposa y el caballo, respectivamente, y de los que se elaboraron, en su orden, 134, 139 y 80 obras.</p>
<p>Los árboles, mariposas y caballos de estas versiones de Formarte están en espacios abiertos o públicos de las empresas o entidades que adquirieron estas obras.</p>
<p>En la subasta de los caballos pintados de 2007, Corazón Verde reunió 1.200 millones de pesos (casi 602 mil dólares), suma con la que esta ONG, creada en 1998 por empresarios, financia necesidades de los hogares de policías muertos en el ejercicio de sus funciones, como de vivienda y educación.</p>

<p>ESPN broadcaster Bob Griese has been suspended one week for a remark he made about NASCAR driver Juan Pablo Montoya.</p>
<p>ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz says Griese will not be working a game this week.</p>
<p>Krulewitz says ESPN has spoken to Griese and &#8220;he understands the comment was inappropriate.&#8221;</p>
<p>During ESPN&#8217;s broadcast of the Minnesota-Ohio State game Saturday, a graphic was shown listing the top five drivers in NASCAR&#8217;s points race. Fellow analyst Chris Spielman asked where was Montoya, who is Colombian.</p>
<p>Griese replied he was &#8220;out having a taco.&#8221;</p>
<p>He has twice apologized on air for the remark.</p>
<p>Montoya is declining to comment on Griese&#8217;s suspension. He brushed off the remark Sunday, and said he&#8217;d never heard of Griese.</p>

Perkenalkan nama saya Sugiarto biasa dipanggil Itoy, Tato, Montoya, Sugi dan lain-lain. Dan kata sandang panggilankupun macam-macam, nak, mas, bang, bro dan sebagainya. Aku Terlahir dari keluarga katholik yang modern tapi ndeso gitu dech. Dikatakan modern karena aku dibebaskan untuk menyeleksi, memilih dan menganut nilai dan falsafah hidupku sendiri. Dalam pandangan orang aku dikenal baik dan patuh terhadap orang tua, tetapi aku paling tidak suka diatur, bahkan oleh orang tua sekalipun. Aku lebih baik diperintah dari pada diatur mereka.<br />
Aku begitu bangga dibesarkan oleh mereka, mereka baik, penyayang, sabar, bijaksana dan mereka bisa memenuhi kebutuhanku tetapi mereka sulit memenuhi keinginanku. Pendidikan dalam keluargakupun sangat unik yang belum tentu dimiliki oleh keluarga lain. Salah satunya adalah, “Jangan pernah merebut hak, tetapi rebutlah kewajiban sebanyak-banyaknya”. Dari kalimat singkat itulah yang mempengaruhi pikiran dan sikapku sebagai seorang “Itoy”. Aku tidak akan merasa bangga bila aku dihargai besar tetapi peranku kecil dan sedikit baik di masyarakat, pergaulan dan organisasi. Tetapi aku akan merasa bangga bila peranku besar walaupun tidak mendapat penghargaan sedikitpun. Menurutku suatu hal yang percuma menuntut penghargaan dari orang lain. Orang lain hanya bisa menghargai apa yang dilihat mata, tetapi tidak bisa mengahargai apa yang tidak dilihat mata. Hanya diriku sendiri dan Tuhanlah yang dapat menghargai dan mengerti siapa diriku sebenarnya.<br />
Aku didesain khusus oleh lingkungan supaya aku <em>All Condition Gear </em>(bisa hidup dalam segala situasi dan kondisi). Penciptaku jugalah yang mengkontruksiku menjadi pemuda yang tahan segala medan (ganasnya hutan belantara, terjalnya bukit dan gunung, dan panasnya jalan raya kota). Aku sudah terbukti lolos uji dari semua kondisi itu. Aku bisa merasakan berkat di dalam kekurangan dan kesusahan, sedangkan di dalam kelimpahan aku pasti dapat merasakan suka cita. Aku juga bisa memupuk kemenangan dan kekalahan, serta dapat memperlakukan keduanya sama tanpa mengatakan sepatah kata tentang kekalahan. Dan aku semakin narzis dengan diriku ketika tak ada seseorangpun merasa menang karena perlakuan dan sikapnya tidak berhasil membuatku bergeming dan tunduk pada pahamnya. Aku memang keras kepala tetapi berhati lembut, aku lebih baik mengeraskan kepalaku ketimbang mengeraskan hatiku. Aku juga lebih baik memilih mati akal sehatku daripada mati hati nuraniku. Dan didalam pergaulan aku dapat mengerahkan dan mengencangkan syaraf serta ototku untuk berkarya lebih dari pada apa yang orang lain lakukan sampai tak ada apa-apa lagi yang aku punya selain semangat dan harapan, bahkan sampai ragaku mengejang sekalipun. Dahulu kupikir falsafah hidupku yang seperti itu baik dan bijaksana. Mulai sekarang nilai-nilai itu harus kukurangi, aku masih mau bersusah untuk orang lain asalkan dengan syarat tidak mengganggu kepentinganku sendiri. Mengapa aku mau bersusah untuk orang lain? Karena aku pernah berpengalaman, aku sedang bermasalah, aku mengadu kepada semua orang yang kukenal, semua orang hanya acuh dan memojokkanku, aku seperti hidup sendirian di dunia ini, Setelah itu kutanamkan dalam hati, mati-matian aku berjanji, “suatu saat nanti, ketika ada orang bermasalah datang kepadaku, akulah harus menjadi barisan paling depan segala permasalahannya di dunia”. Semua orang bisa diajak bersenang-senang, tetapi aku lebih baik memilih untuk diajak bersusah-susah ria. Karena hidup tanpa bantuan orang lain sangatlah pahit dan Wow… amit-amit jabang babby dech ich…Hal itu kutiru dari kedua orang tuaku yang hanya berpendidikan SMP. Maka aku yang sudah dewasa dan mengenyam pendidikan di bangku kuliah haruslah lebih hebat dan lebih besar dari mereka dalam segala hal, baik secara materi maupun rohani. Mereka bisa menjadi sandaran keluarga, saudara dan masyarakat. Maka paling tidak aku harus bisa menjadi sandaran atau dinding peraduan bagi sahabat, teman atau siapapun yang membutuhkanku. Mengapa aku seperti itu? Karena aku laki-laki!<br />

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Mencoba untuk 100 % narzis</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Pria bersaudara kembar berusia 24 tahun ini sejak awal pendidikan dasar di SDN 23 petang sudah banyak dikenal baik oleh guru maupun teman sebayanya sebagai anak yang pendiam namun memiliki banyak potensi. Dia juga terkenal dengan multi telenta yang belum tentu didapatkan oleh kebanyakan orang. Beberapa keterampilan olahraga, tekhnik, musik dan bahasa ia miliki dengan cuma-cuma. Menurutnya selagi masih muda “Kita harus menggali dan menemukan kemampuan dalam diri kita sebanyak-banyaknya dan sedalam-dalamnya.”<br />
Beranjak dewasa ketika masih dalam pendidikan menengah atas, pria yang juga getol berskuter ini aktif dalam kegiatan kemasyarkatan Karang Taruna, dan selepas SMA mulai berani menyatakan eksistensi dirinya dalam klub Otomotif, Outdoor Scooter, yaitu wadah komunitas pecinta vespa di Jakarta Timur. Hal yang paling berkesan ketika tergabung dalam komunitas tersebut adalah “touring”. Tak tanggung-tanggung, Bengkulu, Lampung, Palembang,Yogyakarta dan kota-kota di Pulau Jawa lainnya pernah disambangi. Dan tak pernah terhitung pula berapa banyak biaya untuk perawatan mesin, bahan bakar atau logistik selama berskuter ria itu. Menurut beberapa orang kegiatan tersebut tidaklah banyak bermanfaat, hanya membuang waktu dan dana. Alasan kuat yang mendorongnya adalah ingin melihat dunia luar, menciptakan, menyambung dan memelihara relasi luas dari berbagai latar belakang profesi, budaya, etnis dan golongan. Benar saja, dalam beberapa kunjungannya kedaerah dia berhasil membuat dan membina hubungan baik. Dan tak hanya tokoh penting yang digauli, beberapa orang berkepribadian unikpun pernah digauli, seperti preman,  bandar narkoba sampai komplotan “bajilo” di tanah Sumatera. Mengapa mereka dikatakan berkepribadian unik? karena tak satupun dari mereka yang terkenal jahat itu berlaku buruk dan menyakitinya, justru sebaliknya mereka banyak membantu dan menonjolkan sikap yang bersahabat.<br />
Tetapi sayang pengalaman itu sepertinya takkan terulang lagi, sebab konsentrasi kuliah dan berkarir sangat memberatkan dirinya untuk berbalik lagi. Tetapi walaupun begitu, dia masih menyambung tali silahturahmi dengan komunikasi lewat Handphone ataupun internet. <p>A nossa primeira foto de hoje é do dia 26/01/1975. Neste dia, Interlagos viu a primeira e única vitória de José Carlos Pace na Fórmula Um. Emerson Fittipaldi chegou em segundo, completando a dobradinha brasileira.</p>
<p>O mais bacana nessas fotos é ver a galera lá no fundo, sentada no meio do mato. Outro detalhe é ver uma quantidade enorme de gente perto dos guard-rails. Coisa de maluco.</p>
<p>Bela idéia de homenagear Pace, dando seu nome ao autódromo.</p>

<p>Agora uma foto do dia 31/03/ 2002 e uma situação inusitada: uma pipa caiu no meio da pista e acabou enroscando no carro de Montoya (Wlliams).  Foi nessa corrida que Pelé foi convidado para dar a bandeirada final, mas na hora ele estava &#8220;viajando&#8221; nem viu os carros passando!</p>

<p>De nuevo, <a href="http://elbalcondescriabin.wordpress.com/files/2009/10/montoya.jpg" target="_blank">el auto 42</a> estuvo afinado para recuperar posiciones y mantenerse en el top-speed de los líderes de carrera e incluso, alcanzó a liderar algunas vueltas que lo hicieron acreedor a puntos extra dentro de la clasificación del chase, recortando la distancia entre Mark Martin, Johnsson y Montoya a solo 51 puntos.</p>
<p>El equipo de Chip Ganassi ha dado todo para que Montoya sea protagonista y el colombiano ha dado su respuesta no solo para el equipo Target, sino para la NASCAR que abre sus puertas a latinoamérica, un mercado por explotar en cuanto a deporte motor se refiere.</p>

La competencia comenzará a las 12 del mediodía hora de Colombia.<br />
Será la segunda válida del “chase”, en el que el colombiano es cuarto con 5.175 puntos. El puntero es el norteamericano Mark Martin&#8230;</p>
<p>En la válida, Juan Pablo lideró 105 vueltas y luchó hasta el final por ganar, sin embargo el veterano Mark Martin se quedó con la victoria y el bogotano con el tercer puesto, después de un apretado final que se resolvió en las últimas vueltas.</p>
<p>Montoya fue el piloto que más posiciones ganó en la tabla general de pilotos después de su tercer puesto en New Hampshire. El colombiano ganó siete y ahora se ubica cuarto en la tabla. Solo 55 puntos separan a Montoya del líder Martin.</p>

<title><![CDATA[IceMan sciolto]]></title>

La crociata pro-Raikkonen per averlo in Ferrari anche nel 2010 non è perseguibile. Anche un suo ex suo tifoso (tale M.P.) deve abbassare la testa e fare ammenda. Forse Kimi non è quel fenomeno che per anni abbiamo dipinto.  La passione per questo sport è in grado di farci vedere chiaro e diverso da come il tutto, talvolta, ci appare ad un primo sguardo per istinto.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Il problema è che le prestazioni di Kimi sono da campione a metà.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">È il 2001 quando Peter Sauber gli regala un volante. Regala è il termine esatto in quanto alle spalle aveva solo poche gare in formule minori. Fin dall’esordio Kimi viene dipinto come un campione. A fine stagione il non fenomenale compagno Heidfeld è davanti ma, per essere un giovane all’esordio, il ragazzo si è ben comportato…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">È il 2002 quando Ron Dennis gli regala un volante, non uno qualsiasi, il volante del connazionale Mika Hakkinen che, con quella macchina, ha dimostrato che si può centrare il bersaglio grosso.  Regala è il termine esatto perché il posto in una scuderia di vertice è uso e costume che un pilota se lo guadagni in pista dopo anni di traguardi messi faticosamente a curriculum…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Fino al 2006 il bersaglio grosso non arriva. Schiaccia il compagno Coulthard, trattamento che per altro allo scozzese veniva riservato regolarmente in passato ed altrettanto regolarmente verrà riservato in futuro. Schiacciucchia anche l’altro presunto fenomeno Juan Pablo Montoya e questo gli basta per godere della stima incondizionata di tutto l’ambiente.  Adrian Newey nonostante avesse portato al titolo Hill, Villeneuve, Hakkinen non fa altrettanto con Kimi. Difficile dire che il genio dell’inglese fosse annebbiato se oggi guardiamo l’ultima sua creazione 2009…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Nel 2007 Jean Todt gli regala il volante della rossa. Gli regala è il termine esatto perché il 2 volte campione del mondo Alonso, la certezza, passa da Renault a McLaren. Scelta strana perché nella stagione precedente si era dimostrata più competitiva la Ferrari. Buon per Kimi che fa il suo sporco lavoro, riesce a prevalere seppur di poco, sul nuovo e nuovamente non fenomenale compagno. Il tutto però sembra non bastare, ancora una volta. Invece il bersaglio grosso stavolta, incredibilmente, arriva…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Nel 2008 male, l’altra Ferrari fa meglio…  C’è chi dice che il nuovo team manager Domenicali favorisca l’altro pilota che ha come manager il figlio di Todt. L’anno prima al muretto però Domenicali non c’era e invece c’era Todt in persona, non il figlio. Ciò nonostante il mondiale non andava a Massa ma appunto a Raikkonen.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Nel 2009 sembra la stessa storia fino a quando Massa rimane fuori causa incidente. A questo punto Raikkonen si scatena con podi e vittorie, ottenuti senza il brasiliano in pista, ovviamente. Come metro di paragone stavolta sull’altra Ferrari c’era un collaudatore…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">M.P. avvalla la tesi secondo cui nel 2005 fu solo sfortuna,  tanti problemi di affidabilità, come in tutta la carriera di Kimi. In pista di McLaren ce n’erano due, una delle due però sfortunatamente si rompeva più spesso. Si può parlare di una sfortuna costante, una strana anomalia, a meno che chi guida non sia un po’ troppo ruvido con il mezzo…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">M.P. avvalla anche la tesi secondo cui nel 2007 fu solo fortuna, troppi punti da recuperare a sole tre gare dalla fine, impossibile anche con un solo avversario figuriamoci con due. In pista c’erano anche questa volta 2 McLaren, fortunatamente però litigavano tra di loro regalando punti al terzo incomodo…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Già, ma quello che si chiede anche M.P. è, come spiegare che a Massa capita di stare davanti al fenomeno Raikkonen? Non è che più delle prestazioni di lui ci entusiasmi il personaggio?</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">No, perché il personaggio Kimi è da campione a metà…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Si narrano leggende secondo cui all’esordio si addormentò in macchina. Tutto questo per far capire quanto soffrisse la tensione. Praticamente glaciale, non a caso ribattezzato IceMan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Niente spazio ad interviste, cronicamente con il casco in testa fino al retro-box e senza cagare nessuno. Praticamente un figo. Poche parole, suo malgrado per giunta, per lui parla la pista. Mediaticamente parlando Raikkonen è una tragedia per tutti gli addetti ai lavori.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Un personaggio affascinante quando sei un giovane di talento, meno quando sei campione del mondo. Ovvio che quando arrivi ad essere il numero uno tutti guardino a te, da te si aspettino uno sforzo in più. Niente da fare, anche per il Raikkonen versione 2008 qualche dichiarazione prefabbricata standard e nulla più, non un’ironia, non una polemica, niente… lui fa il glaciale… fino a sembrare più un’ameba…</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Si dice che per il 2010 arrivi Alonso, uno all’opposto, ad alta temperatura. Subito arriva Monza, il tempio della velocità. A Monza, Il tifo ti salta dentro l’abitacolo. Arriva soprattutto un nuovo banco di prova chiamato Fisichella.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Ad M.P. non è sufficiente battere Fisichella, si aspetta di più. Deve batterlo nettamente, come ha fatto il contendente, quello caldo. Deve anche dimostrare entusiasmo nell’averlo fatto, ammesso che ci riesca, perché balla il sedile Ferrari 2010, perché quindi ne avrebbe motivo. Perché alla fine un campione a metà più un campione a metà non fanno un campione.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Aspettiamo di vedere se con tutto questo caldo l’IceMan si scioglierà un po’… un po’ meno Ice e un po’ più Man…</p>
