<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was thinking of coming up with a name for Majjiga Pulusu( More Kozhambu in tamil) for people here in US. Any suggestions are welcome.</p>
<p>This recipe is one of the many types of pulusu that are done with Majjiga aka Butter Milk. Its Khatta, Spicy, yummy and has that citric flavor to it, which make this recipe unique..</p>
<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<h3>Veggies</h3>
<div>1/4 bottle guard &#8211; Chopped into medium size pieces</div>
<div>5-6 drumsticks pieces</div>
<div>1 Tomato</div>
<div>One small Baby Egg Plant</div>
<div>4-5 green chillies</div>
<div>Curry leaves</div>

<h3>Ingredients for Blending</h3>
<div>1 1/2 /+spoon coriander seeds</div>
<div>1/2 spoon mustard seeds</div>
<div>1/4 spoon cumin seeds</div>
<div>1 or 2 Red Chilis</div>
<div>1 piece of ginger (inch)</div>
<div>1 spoon besan powder (Gram Flour)</div>
<div>1 spoon grated coconut</div>
<div>1/2 cup yogurt</div>

<h3>Ingredients for Tadka</h3>
<div>1/4 spoon Jeera</div>
<div>1/4 spoon Fenugreek Seeds</div>
<div>1/4 spoon Mustard Seeds</div>
<div>1 Red Chili</div>
<div>Pinch of Hing (Asafoteda)</div>

<h2>Preparation</h2>
<div>Step 1:</div>
<div>Take all the veggies and boil them in the pressure cooker.</div>
<div>Step 2:</div>
<div>While veggies are being cooked,  blend the ingredients with  1/2 cup water added. Add the blended mixture to yogurt and add some water to blended mixture</div>
<div>Step 3:</div>
<div>Add the mixture from Step 2 to the boiled vegetables, add salt to taste, pinch of  turmeric powder and let it boil for a min</div>
<div>Step 4:</div>
<div>Finally to the pulusu from Step 3, add tadka (is made by adding Tadka ingredients to a tablespoon of hot oil)</div>

<div>We are at it.. Here goes the special Majjiga Pulusu !!! Try it as Indian Yogurt Soup.. Might like it.</div>
