Yet lately I have been finding a different breed of game to sate my hunger and hold back the consumption. A game that is by no means perfect and by all means a struggle to survive in. A game that gives you no helping hand, but a back you can easily be stabbed in. To all of you that wanted an Oblivion style MMO I am here to give it to you.

Vampires. Humans. It’s the new Romeo and Juliet. It’s the star-crossed love that just can’t happen. Well, ya know, unless the human gets vamped. But, in the Buffyverse and in Mystic Falls, our brooding vamps won’t kill their girls to keep them in around. There’s no argument that the relationship between Buffy & Angel (Buffy) and Elena & Stefan (The Vampire Diaries) has no hope of lasting. We all know why. One will age and die while the other will stay immortal. It’s a bad mix. But, here’s some thoughts on how Buffy & Elena handle the battle.  (BtW, you don’t have to be familiar with either series to keep reading).

In season one of Buffy, Buffy falls for Angel before knowing he’s a vamp. Once the truth hits the surface, they embrace that “This can never be anything.” Of course, as they continue to be in impending-doom situations with one another, they can’t deny the love. Through season two, they become inseparable. Their romance hits some big bumps in the road – like Angel losing his soul and killing Buffy’s friends – but after his return from hell, an ensouled Angel returns to Buffy’s side.  Towards the end of season three, in “The Prom” (which follows the aptly titled episode “Choices”), Buffy’s mom lectures Angel, telling him that she sure hopes he’ll do the “right” thing. Nothing against Angel, but he’s already done the “wrong” thing. He’s in the relationship. He’s Buffy’s world. Honestly, if he wanted to do the right thing, he should have left Buffy’s side the moment she developed feeling for him. Regardless, at this point, Buffy’s graduating high school, and Mom is pushing Angel out the door. In their poorly timed sewer talk, Angel reveals to Buffy that he is leaving her, leaving Sunnydale. He doesn’t want her to be involved in this “freakshow” anymore. I know he’s right; she knows he’s right; there’s no future for them. However, it’s not his choice at this point. Buffy knows the whole deal. They’re in their serious, committed relationship. I think it’s her choice. Sure, it’s a bad choice to date a vamp, but it’s still her choice. Him deciding to hurt her to help her after a 2 year relationship? Not so right. There stands our sweet heroine, alone in the sewer, heartbroken.

Elena had quite a different response last night in The Vampire Dairies new episode “Turning Point.” She took things into her own hands. I’m not saying she made the “right” decision. Again, life with a human and vamp really not working out in the long run. But, I think she was so right to defend her right to make her own choice. As with Buffy and Angel, Elena falls for Stefan before she learns of his vampire status. Once she learns the truth, they play a game of push and pull. Ultimately, Stefan tells Elena they can’t be together. When the episode opened last night, Elena was in a painful limbo, waiting for Stefan to leave town. But, he didn’t leave because more things went bump in the night and he didn’t t want to her unprotected. In one of the episode’s climactic scenes (there were many last night), Stefan tells Elena that he’s doing this for her own good. At first, she sits in the car with the same heartbroken expression Buffy dons in the sewer. But, rather than drive away, Elena gets out of the car and tells Stefan, “You don’t get to make that decision for me. If you walk away, it’s for you, because I know what I want.” I applaud her in that moment. Yes, I am applauding her right to make a poor choice.

I love both these heroines. And, I know they’re in lose-lose situations. I’m not saying Buffy was wrong to let Angel leave her or that Elena was right to not let Stefan leave her, but Elena’s stand last night made me smile because I’ve always been peeved that Angel made the decision for Buffy.

On another note, I read a review about last night’s Vampire Diaries episode, and the reviewer indicated that Stefan is rather immature and unbelievable as being over a hundred years old. I was thinking about this… I think the rate at which one matures is going to be quite different when the body is not aging as well. Stefan was, what, 17 when he died? Think of all the things that mature us. We have life roles and duties to fulfill, things that are expected of us at certain ages. As we continue to get older, we have children. As we begin to age, we also begin to slow down. We eventually also have to face our mortality. None of that holds true for vampires, though. They don’t have the duties we do, they can’t have children, and they will never age. They will always be young and strong. So while they will gain experiences and over time gain some wisdom, I propose that a vampire is going to mature at a rate significantly slower thana mortal because of their drastically different embodiment and experience.

Mai jos sunt sursele de aluminiu din mediul inconjurator si produsele pe care ar trebui sa le indepartam din viata noastra.

Aluminiul este un metal omniprezent pe Terra, e folosit si in industria alimentara, ca aditiv, in medicamente (antiacizii, acidul acetilsalicilic tamponat), in produsele de larg consum, exista in aer si in apa. Este inevitabil. Dar, in ultima vreme, specialistii au constatat o concentratie crescuta de aluminiu in organismul oamenilor, mai ales al copiilor, intoxicarea putand ajunge saptamanal la 2-3 miligrame de aluminiu pe kilogram, in conditiile in care cantitatea tolerabila este de cel mult un miligram. In timp, expunerea la aluminiu duce inevitabil la dementa. Alerta la aluminiu s-a dat inca din secolul trecut, dar oamenii au ignorat avertismentele. Pana in 1940, cand o renumita doctorita a descris cazul catelusului ei care fusese pe moarte si nici un veterinar nu reusise sa-i afle diagnosticul. Ea obisnuia sa-i pregateasca mancarea in cele mai bune tigai de aluminiu, insa cainele a inceput sa vomite dupa mese si dupa o luna era atat de slabit ca nu se mai putea tine pe picioare. Stapana a schimbat tigaia cu una emailata, constatand imediat imbunatatirea sanatatii cainelui, pana cand acesta s-a refacut total. Desi pare greu de crezut, aluminiul e responsabil de multe dereglari si in organismul oamenilor, cea mai cumplita fiind dementa, afectiune de care sufera milioane de persoane in lume.

/Beti apa de izvor!
/Apa noastra cea de toate zilele e plina de aluminiu. Cea mai mare parte a uzinelor de tratare a apei de suprafata utilizeaza sulfat de aluminiu pentru a elimina microorganismele nocive si alte particule pe care le contin si care pot fi usor distruse prin sedimentare si filtrare. Pentru ca sulfatul de aluminiu este eliminat in mare parte printr-un stadiu mai avansat al procedeului, concentratia de aluminiu a apei tratate este mai ridicata decat in cea netratata. Aportul zilnic de aluminiu din apa potabila poate varia mult in functie de regiune si de rauri care sunt mai bogate sau mai sarace in aluminiu. Se crede in general ca aluminiul de origine naturala, provenit din apa netratata, se afla intr-o forma care nu este usor asimilata de organism si nu provoaca efecte negative asupra sanatatii. Dar apa tratata contine aluminiu usor asimilabil, de aceea – atentie! – apa poate fi o sursa mai importanta de aluminiu decat hrana. Cantitatea de aluminiu din apa imbuteliata si cea de la robinet variaza si ea, dupa cum producatorii u> tilizeaza apa de la robinet cu sau fara tratamente suplimentare. Cel mai bine e sa citim cu atentie eticheta sticlei de apa minerala sau plata si sa o alegem pe cea care contine cel mai putin aluminiu. Riscul de aparitie a bolii Alzheimer e de 7-8 ori mai mare la persoanele care consuma ape bogate in aluminiu monomeric.

/Continut in medicamente/
Aportul de aluminiu care provine din aerul nepoluat se ridica la cel putin patru micrograme pe zi. Dar unde mai exista aer nepoluat? In zonele industriale, unde nivelul aluminiului din aer este mult mai ridicat, cantitatea poate creste la mai mult de 100 micrograme pe zi. La serviciu, muncitorii pot respira 3,5 pana la 7 miligrame de aluminiu pe zi. In afara de aer si apa, oamenii absorb aluminiu, si inca in doza maxima, si din medicamente. E vorba de cele care nu sunt prescrise de medici si care se vand la cerere in farmacii, ca antiacizii, acidul acetilsalicilic tamponat si unele vitamine pentru copii. Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii a estimat ca aportul celor care consuma regulat acest tip de medicamente pe baza de aluminiu poate creste pana la cinci grame pe zi. Toti acesti factori care contin metalul toxic au efecte diferite asupra organismului in functie de varsta si grad de sanatate. Dar cele mai puternice surse de expunere la aluminiu raman ambalajele: cutii, caserole, foliile care au la baza acest metal. Un studiu recent publicat de o revista medicala din Australia a aratat ca doza de aluminiu care se gaseste in cutiile metalice de bauturi si sucuri o depaseste cu 5% pe cea din ambalajele din sticla.

/Aluminiul n-are ce cauta in bucatarie!
/Anul trecut, medicii români au determinat cantitatea de metale toxice din firele de par recoltate de la 1.000 de persoane. Rezultatele cercetarii i-au uimit: peste 30% dintre pacienti au aluminiu in corp. Efectele imediate sunt urmatoarele: omul are dureri de cap, se baloneaza, i se usuca pielea si isi pierde pofta de mancare. Pacientii care sufera de afectiuni renale si primesc tratamente de dializa regulat, se expun la niveluri crescute de aluminiu in lichidele pentru dializa. Studiile au aratat ca aluminiul ajunge in organism si din cereale, prajituri, biscuiti, paste, legume (ciuperci, spanac, ridichi, laptuci), dar si din ceaiuri sau bauturi care contin aditivi alimentari cu aluminiu, cum ar fi cacao. Cantitatea de aluminiu creste peste cota admisa si atunci cand pestele si carnea sunt gatite in oale din aluminiu sau sunt impachetate in folie de aluminiu (staniol, supus la temperaturi mari in cuptor). Toti suntem expusi mai mult sau mai puttin riscului de a absorbi aluminiu, daca nu in bucataria proprie, atunci cand bem o cafea in oras, preparata cu apa contaminata sau in ibrice de aluminiu. Un pericol pentru sanatate il reprezinta si radiatoarele confectionate din aluminiu care sunt responsabile pentru simptome ca: ameteala, tulburari de vedere si chiar inceputul unor paralizii.

/Efecte nefaste/
Persoanele supraexpuse la aluminiu pot sa prezinte encefalopatie, o forma de dementa caracterizata de convulsii, tremuraturi, psihoza si diferite schimbari la nivelul vorbirii si al comportamentului. Encefalopatia, ca efect al expunerii la aluminiu in exces, se intalneste mai ales la bolnavii care fac dializa. Absorbtia mare de aluminiu poate provoca anemie, osteomalacie (oasele moi sau sfaramicioase, din cauza tulburarilor profunde in metabolismul fosforului si al calciului din masa osoasa), infarcte. Aluminiul este asociat si altor boli serioase care afecteaza sistemul nervos, precum maladiile Lou Gehrig si Parkinson. Dar cele mai de temut sunt dementa presenila, tulburarile mentale, imbatranirea precoce si Alzheimer. Desi industria farmaceutica a mediatizat exagerat progresul inregistrat in prevenirea si tratarea acestei boli, in realitate progresul este nesemnificativ. Primele simptome care se recunosc la aceasta boala, si care indica inceputul unei deteriorari mintale progresive, sunt pierderile de memorie, dezorientarea si depresia. Celulele creierului pacientilor suferinzi de aceasta boala pot contine de> 10 pana la 30 de ori mai mult aluminiu decat media.

/Ce obiecte trebuie aruncate?
/Toxicitatea acestui metal a fost descrisa in “Sciences et Vie”, unde s-a aratat ca efecte secundare ale aluminiului apar chiar si cand este consumat in cantitati mici. Un alt caz de intoxicatie cu aluminiu este tratat intr-o revista medicala americana ca o tumoare a esofagului care s-a retras cand bolnavul a incetat sa mai foloseasca vase de aluminiu. Ce putem face noi pentru a sta cat mai departe de aluminiu? In primul rand trebuie sa scapam de toate ustensilele, tacamurile si recipientele de aluminiu din bucatarie, sa consumam apa imbuteliata cu continut scazut din acest metal, sa renuntam definitiv la ambalarea alimentelor in staniol si folii de aluminiu, sa evitam aspirina pe cat posibil, sa nu mai cumparam conserve, bere si racoritoare la cutie, sa refuzam mancarea la caserole tapate cu aluminiu. Pare imposibil, dar veti vedea ca aceleasi alimente exista si in ambalaje de sticla sau carton. Cat despre celelalte obiecte care ne inconjoara, eliminati-le pe cele inutile. De termopane si usi de aluminiu n-aveti cum scapa.

/Aluminiul din deodorante
/Ambalajele produselor cosmetice (sprayuri, cutii de crema, vopsea) au aluminiu din belsug. Aluminiul continut in deodorante (20% clorura de aluminiu) patrunde mai usor prin piele decat pe cale digestiva. In plus, inhalarea de aluminiu fin divizat si de pulbere de oxid de aluminiu a fost identificata drept cauza a fibromului pulmonar si a lezarii plamanilor…. Antiperspirantele contin si ele saruri de aluminiu si zirconiu, care inhiba activitatea glandelor sudoripare, prin blocarea si inchiderea porilor. Un studiu efectuat la Universitatea Reading (Marea Britanie) acuza antiperspirantele si deodorantele ca pot favoriza aparitia tumorilor mamare, cauzate de absorbtia prin piele a unei cantitati de aluminiu. Asimilarea pe termen indelungat a unor concentratii importante de aluminiu prin deodorante si antiperspirante poate conduce la serioase probleme de sanatate. Persoanele cu asa zisa “aluminofobie” pot folosi antiperspirantele sau deodorantele fara aluminiu, disponibile in farmacii.

/Aluminiul a fost descoperit de catre Friedrich Wöhler in anul 1827. Este cel mai raspandit metal din natura. Nu se afla in stare libera, deoarece este reactiv, dar se gaseste in minereurile de bauxita, silicatii sau oxizii sai: corindon (incolor), safir, rubin, smarald, smirghel. Este foarte folosit in industrie datorita rezistentei sale la oxidare, proprietatilor mecanice bune si densitatii sale mici. Aluminiul este folosit in industria aerospatiala, in constructii, acolo unde este necesar un material usor si rezistent. Are bune proprietati electrice.

… No mortal lips are worthy to pronounce your name [Jesus]. …

I instantly think of two examples of this statement.  First is the biblically based Jewish tradition of not saying God’s name, “Yahweh.”  The Pope has recently ordered that this name for God should no longer be said in liturgy, and has caused many prayers and songs to be re-written.  The second example comes from the ‘Harry Potter’ movies where the ultra-villain has a ‘name that shall not be spoken.’ 

One example uses the virtue of humility in not speaking the name as that they are not worthy to speak His name.  The other example uses fear in not speaking the villains name.

God is pure love.  A love that we, as sinners by nature, cannot totally understand.  To me, I am in awe of His splendor, beauty, and mercy for His creation.  I can truly understand the concept of not speaking His name – we are not worthy to do so.  God loves us so much that He can, and will, forgive us for anything we do – no matter how bad – as long as we ask for His forgiveness.

God has no bias; no preconceived notions; no ulterior motives.  All God wants is to have us with Him in paradise.  We need to talk to Him often so He can get to know us, and more importantly, for us to know Him.

The following biographical sketch is extracted from Wikipedia:

Pauline Phillips (born July 4, 1918 as Pauline “Popo” Esther Friedman) is an advice columnist and radio show host who founded the “Dear Abby” column in 1956. The current Dear Abby is her first-born child and only daughter, Jeanne Phillips, who now writes under the pen name of Abigail Van Buren, which was also used by Pauline. She also has a son, Edward Jay Phillips.

Pauline Esther Friedman Phillips was an identical twin; her sister, Esther Pauline Friedman Lederer, wrote the Ann Landers column until her death from multiple myeloma in 2002, at age 83. As children, the two grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, and went by the nicknames “Popo” and “Eppie,” respectively. Both are alumnae of Morningside College and both wrote for the college newspaper. They were so close then that they had a joint wedding in 1939 when both women were 21 years old. They were both Jewish.

It’s Sunday morning here and I just finished wading my way through the Sunday issue of San Antonio’s Express-News. This poem was in Dear Abby. I know it’s very sad, and I know it won’t be easy for you to read. But I’ve read it over and over and I found that, at least for me, it became more uplifting and less sad with each reading. It was untitled, so I guess we are supposed to furnish our own title.

Nice touch, that. We can simply leave it untitled, or we can dedicate it to someone or something we’ve loved and lost, whether it be a person or pet or place or idea. Or we can title it “We are not dead“ and attribute the poem to all those we’ve loved and lost. Whether the voice of one or the voices of all, and regardless of the title, the poem must give us pause:

Do not stand at my grave and weep;

I am not there. I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow;

I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain;

I am the gentle autumn’s rain.

When you awake in the morning’s hush,

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft star that shines at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry;

I am not there. I did not die.

Le tournoi date un peu, mais je le poste quand même. C’est le compte rendu que j’avais fait après le Gnouz Ressurection du 24 mai !

Dans ma poule il y avait Valentin, quelques joueurs de Soul et un joueur de Blanka contre qui j’avais joué au Stunfest. Je sors deuxième de ma poule; Valentin me bat 2 à 1 avec son Abel autoproclamé “meilleur de France” :p. La veille j’avais joué contre celui de M-Rick et j’avais noté quelques sévères lacunes dans ma façon d’aborder ce match-up. Bref M-Rick je compte sur toi pour m’aider à travailler ce versus les prochains jours .

A la sortie des poules on me dit que je joue contre Fardec un Zangief. Avant le début des phases finales je fais un saut aux toilettes où je rencontre un mec qui me demande comment se sont passés les poules. Je lui réponds que je suis qualifié et que j’affronte un Zangief joué par un certain Fardec. Il me répond avec le sourire au coin que c’est lui. Lol. Ca commence bien ^^;. Connaissant plutôt bien le versus (je l’avais même révisé quelques jours avant contre le Zangief de Pêcheur ), je m’en sors sans trop de peine.

Je me rends au tableau d’affichage et je vois que je dois affronter Xso, un Sagat. Le versus que je crains le plus. MF me dit qu’il est scandalisé que ce dernier ait passé les poules lol et que ça va bien se passer. Lorddvd me donne quelques conseils rapidos. Le mec se pointe, il me dit qu’on s’est déja affronté sur le live quelques parties et que je l’avais défoncé. Malheureusement je ne me souviens de rien ^^;. Il essaye d’animer notre rencontre en parlant mais j’essaye de rester concentrer pour ne pas commettre la même erreur commise en poule où je me suis fait avoir par Mortal qui joue Guile (joueur de street occasionnel d’après ses dires); il avait la parole facile et m’a endormi par des “je suis un sac, blablalabla” >_<. Je gagne 2-0 mon match.

Next adversaire 2Pac aka l’homme qui aime chanvrer ses victimes nottament Alioune >_<. Le mois dernier j’ai énormément joué contre Keev, une bonne Viper qui m’a appris tout ce que je sais sur ce versus. Je n’avais jamais joué contre lui, mais de ce que j’avais pu voir de son jeu, elle ne différait pas énormément en puissance de celle de Keev. Avant le match, 2Pac pas très confiant lache un: “Marvin, j’affronte Bachaka… Je vais peut-être perdre”. Lol. Finalement c’est un match que j’ai abordé avec un bon spirit et que j’ai remporté 2-0.

2Pac éliminé, j’affronte Fox/Marvin aka l’homme qui a tué Justin Wong >___<. Je me dis que ça pas être facile. Je l’avais affronté au tournoi de Conflans, il l’avait pris son Gouki (par négligence ?) et j’avais gagné. J’avais fait 2 ou 3 parties contre lui durant le Stunfest et je n’avais pas réussi à lui prendre un match.
Bref c’est pas très convaincu de moi que j’erre à la recherche de conseils auprès de Dvd et de Savio qui passait par là. Ce dernier me suggère d’éviter de me retrouver trop loin de lui. Durant le match j’essaye d’appliquer quelques phases qui ont assez bien marché sur le live contre des Sagat (celui d’Alioune et celui d’ADM qui ne vaut rien du tout lol (hahaha, le défi team approche je suis obligé de tailler sac)). Le macth se déroule bien dans l’ensemble même si j’ai eu bien chaud. Je suis en finale et d’après les propos de Fox lui même, je serais l’homme qui a tué l’homme qui tué Justin Wong. N’importe quoi lol >_<.

Finale contre Dvd alias Mr. Rigueur. Je sais que ça je ne suis pas le favori. On joue régulièrement sur le Live ensemble et même si j’arrive à lui grapiller quelques matchs de temps en temps, je flaire de futurs traps et autres phases inédites. Une heure avant on avait fait quelques matchs en freeplay et il m’avait mis un beat by 4 ou 5; il m’avait placé une phase inédite en lachant “Tu ne l’as jamais vu celle là !”. Le roublard.
Il domine la finale, je passe à côté de pas mal de rounds par passivité et par manque de réaction. Je finis par perdre 3-1.

Bien joué à toi sac et thx pour les conseils post-matchs :p. Sinon, merci aussi à ceux qui m’ont encouragé pendant mes matchs ^^.

Cinci persoane si-au pierdut joi viata si altele patru au fost grav ranite, dupa ce un microbuz s-a ciocnit frontal cu un tir, in dreptul localitatii Piatra, pe drumul care face legatura intre Tulcea si Constanta.

La fata locului s-au deplasat cinci ambulante si ehipaje de la pompieri, anunta Infotrafic.

Subinspector Infotrafic, Laurentiu Dicu, a declarat la Antena 3 ca sunt cinci morti si circulatia in zona este blocata total.

“La ora 12:20 a fost primit prin 112 un apel prin care ni s-a adus la cunostinta ca pe DN 22 a avut loc un grav accident de circulatie intre un autobuz transport persoane si un tir de mare tonaj. Se pare ca trei persoane si-au pierdut viata, dar nu se stie inca cauza accidentului”, a declarat Dicu.

Din primele cercetari a reiesit ca vina pentru acest grav accident a fost provocat din cauza neatentiei soferului microbuzului care a pierdut controlul volanului si a intrat pe contrasens.

Potrivit primelor date, soferul microbuzului de transport persoane a intrat intr-o curba periculoasa si a pierdut controlul volanului, intrand frontal intr-un TIR. Din cele 12 persoane din microbuz, trei au scaptat nevatamate. Acestea sustin ca, in momentul accidentului, soferul microbuzului scotocea prin acte.

Soferul microbuzului si-a pierdut viata in urma impactului, iar soferul TIR-ului este in stare de soc.

Strigate sfasietoare la morga-victimele macelului din microbuz identificate

Au rasunat strigate sfasietoare la morga din Constanta, unde joi seara s-au strans rudele celor cinci oameni care au pierit in microbuzul mortii. Au venit sa-i recunoasca pe cei dragi, dupa ore intregi in care i-au cautat prin toate spitalele.

Stiau deja de la televizor cum s-a petrecut macelul de pe sosea. Un sofer care vorbea la telefon si numara in acelasi timp banii si-a dus pasagerii in ultima calatorie: a intrat pe contrasens si s-a izbit de un camion de mare tonaj.

Dupa accidentul care a curmat cinci vieti, alti patru oameni au fost dusi la spital. Doi, un barbat de 54 de ani si un altul de 62, sunt in stare foarte grava.

Joi, la locul unde s-a petrecut accidentul, la 40 de kilometri de Constanta, era o priveliste care iti ingheta sangele in vine. Trupurile neinsufletite zaceau pe camp, chiar si la zeci de metri distanta de microbuzul distrus.

Neatent, soferul n-ar mai fi tinut bine volanul, iar masina ar fi ajuns astfel pe contrasens. Le-a aparut apoi din fata camionul care facea un transport agabaritic. Conducatorul lui a calcat frana brusc, dar tot n-a putut evita nenorocirea. Microbuzul s-a izbit de partea din stanga a remorcii si a fost aproape retezat. Patru dintre pasageri si soferul lor au zburat din vehicul in impact.

Sase ambulante si mai multe echipaje de la descarcerare si politie au raspuns apelului de urgenta primit la 112. Printre supravietuitori au gasit trei barbati si o femeie, raniti, majoritatea loviti grav la cap.

13 oameni se aflau in microbuz, cu tot cu sofer, in momentul tragediei. Era o cursa autorizata, intre Tulcea si Constanta.

Nuevo vídeo de La Ciudad en Llamas. El audio de Zapatero está desacompasado, pero creo que la idea se capta. Recordamos que el vídeo original corresponde a la campaña por las últimas generales, que ganó ZP. Sólo le hemos añadido una pista de Just for Laughs como pista de audio. Pues gracias a mi  madre,  que siempre está mirando por mí… (abrígate que te constipas, no te pongas al sol que es cancerigeno, si haces eso vas a dar que hablar, no comas tanto, te va subir el colesterol, tanta sal no es buena, no comas grasas saturadas, muevete que te va a dar un trombo, limpia eso que que van a decir las vecinas,  …) Pues hoy me ha sorprendido con algo más moderno, me ha dicho mira este video, y preocupate por tu salud.

Parece ser que esta señora ha descubierto algo muy importante sobre la gripe A. Aquí os dejo el video que seguramente sera el de moda estos meses. Bajo mi punto de vista esta mujer,  TIENE MAS RAZÓN QUE UN SANTO  (nunca mejor dicho..) ojo he dicho bajo mi punto de vista… cada cual que saque conjeturas y sus conclusiones que aquí cada uno es libre de pensar lo que quiera.. pero parece que nos han querido aniquilar a todos y les han descubierto… muajajaja (risa malevola)

Notice, Jesus referred to the condition of Lazarus as being asleep, but He had said plainly that Lazarus was dead. Jesus was teaching that death, is like a sleep.

During sleep, are you aware of what is going on around you?  When you sleep, having to wake up early in the morning for whatever reason, have you gotten the feeling before of that it was way too short? That the sleep feels like it lasted only an instant? You weren’t aware of the passage of time, were you…

Same goes for death.  When you die, you are aware of absolutely nothing.  Someone may visit your house, may see your family, visit your tomb, etc, but you will know none of it, just as if you were deep asleep, and someone walked by you and sat next to you.  If you were deep asleep, you know very well that you would wake up having no idea that someone had walked by and sat next to you the previous night.

After death, the next thing you know is going to be the resurrection.  Either the first one, of the righteous who will live forever with Jesus, or of the lost, who will see the lake of fire, and second, eternal, death.

So, death is like….. a sleep. You wake up, at one of the two resurrections. And is this not so much more comforting for one who has had a lost one? Whether the person was good or bad, you can calmly say, “they are resting now”. That the deceased is not suffering in an eternal fire, they they are sleeping. That they are not in heaven, watching the evil in this sinful world being able to do nothing about it. Watching maybe a relative involved in a car accident and paralyzed. Or another loved one become a drunk and make continuous bad decisions. No, this would not be much of a heaven for the dead, having to witness the hard times a loved one still on earth. God is much more fair than that, friend. Death, is a rest until the resurrection.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. - 1 Corinthians 15:51,52

Paul says it is at the last day, not all will sleep, or, that there will be some alive. It is then, at the last day where certain things take place. Feel free to look into the context in your Bible.

Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death; -Psalm 13:3

David understood this concept

Lets go back to book of John again for a moment please.  Remember the first Scripture I shared? With Lazarus? What did the followers of Jesus believe death was like? What did they believe would happen to Lazarus?  Lets allow the Bible to answer the question again

Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. - John 11:24

She did not say she knew he was in heaven. No no, she did not believe in that fable. She knew full well her brother was still in his grave, resting, until the last day.
